We booked this trip before we arrived on Oahu and were slightly nervous about going as we had never snorkelled before. However, the staff on the trip were very friendly and patient, the food was good and the actual snorkelling was amazing. We would definitely recommend this trip to anyone going to the island and we will certainly be snorkelling again - thanks very much for a great day!

Kailua Beach is a beautiful beach with cobalt blue waters and pristine white sands, which has been recognized as the number one beach in the United States. The East Coast of Hawaii is windy, making Kailua a mecca for windsurfing and kitesurfing.
The Kailua Beach Center serves as a hub, and if you get tired of playing in the ocean, you can enjoy shave ice from "Island Snow Hawaii," which is located on the same premises. Kailua is a must-visit spot when you come to Hawaii.

We loved going to the Polynesian Cultural Center. Our guide "Cousin Gumbo" was very personable and informative. The day started very nice but we did have rain showers. We didn't let that stop us from enjoying everything. We didn't get to go on the canoe ride because of the rain. Next time maybe we will be able to.
We did do fun activities and learned about the different islands and cultures. The luau was very nice and we enjoyed the different foods. The show was fantastic. We do plan to go again and visit area's of the center we didn't get to see. Would recommend for all ages.

The show was great and we enjoyed it very much. The rest of the experience was so-so. Our driver was 30 min. late and we were rushed into the park with most of the villages already closed for the day. The dinner was again rushed and we were seated during the end of the show which appeared to have been great. The little we saw of it was really funny. The food left a bit to be desired. But then we went to the Horizon show and it was awesome. I guess when you go to the half day show you're really just getting the great evening show. Next time I'll know to go to some other luau and go to the cultural center during the day to really see what's there. Feel like we missed a lot.

The location is very clean and organized. We returned to the Polynesian Culter Center because of the fun and knowledge we came away with in our first trip there in 2006. We didn't get to view the complete park our first time do to its size. The weather was a chanllege this time and we saw less of the activites than before. Our tour guide was not up to all the knowledge needed to lead our group, she had been only a tour guide for three weeks. For the price and knowledge you wanted to gather fell far short.
The luau dinner was great and the final show was also a great performance! The effort the culter center puts out to make you feel at home, I would recommended it to anyone.

This time, we came to Hawaii as a family for a wedding. We thought about doing some family activities, so we participated in a tour with Dolphin and You. I was a bit anxious since we had my 4-year-old nephew with us, but he was very happy to ride in a kayak and see dolphins up close, which relieved me!
There were many dolphins, sea turtles, and tropical fish swimming nearby, and it was very moving. The staff was also very friendly and attentive, making it a really enjoyable activity. The BBQ burgers they grilled on the boat were also very delicious. The hula lesson was a lot of fun too. I highly recommend this tour for anyone going to Hawaii.
Additionally, they offered to sell a DVD and a photo CD-ROM, and when I got home and looked at the photos, they turned out beautifully, which was truly moving again.

It may be difficult for those who don't understand English at all. However, I think you can have a great time with just a little bit of English skills and the courage to take a step forward. There were really very few Japanese people, and we couldn't find anyone else besides us. The guide also spoke very little Japanese. But I think that's part of what makes it enjoyable. There were more than enough drinks and food. The events on stage were all wonderful, and I was quite satisfied. The city is of course lovely, but experiencing Hawaii in places like this is also great.

My partner and I brought his mom with us to Hawaii and this was the closing to our one week trip. The staff as always were exceptional. However, I wish there was more time to just relax instead of being herded around like a bunch of cattle. I felt that there was too much to do and see with so little time. We had the deluxe package, which we never got our photos and free gifts as promised. That was a big disappointment.

I booked this kayaking trip with some anxiety since I was taking along my nephew who's previous experience in swimming was strictly in swimming pools and boogie boarding in the Texas gulf coast. I was pleasantly surprised how enjoyable and safe this adventure turned out to be. Our instructor, Bailey Coogersberger (I'm not sure of the spelling), a Korean American chef out of Georgia was most helpful, and very patient with his instructions and very knowledgeable of the terrain, flora/fauna not to mention the folklore of the area which made for an educational trip to boot. He even shared some places where we could get some good local eating, being a former chef myself. Incidentally, I did check those he recommended and very happy that i did. More power to your company and will definitely recommend this trip if you have that extra day to spare.

Overall, it was an English immersion experience. Of course, on the bus and even after arriving, we were the only Japanese group there.
Since we had to rely on the shuttle bus for transportation, it was really challenging to understand English.
There was a staff member on the shuttle bus who guided us. You need to remember the name of that staff member and the bus number for your seat at the venue, so it's essential to memorize that. In our case, Jackie was the staff member, and the bus number was 5.
We were quite unsure about when and where to gather for the return trip. In the end, after the show, everyone just got up from their seats and went shopping or wandered around, but it seemed we could return to the bus whenever we wanted. Since we were confused, we found Jackie, who was selling commemorative photos, asked her where the bus was, and managed to get back to the bus.
There were many anxieties, but the show was very impressive and really great. The food was delicious too. Now that I understand the flow of things from this experience, I would like to go again.

It was my parents' first trip to Hawaii (their second overseas trip), and my mother was nervous because she couldn't swim, but the staff were very kind and made it enjoyable for us. Their attention to detail was excellent, and both my parents and we had a great time. My father was moved to see dolphins and many colorful fish up close while snorkeling. We were also very happy to see our parents enjoying themselves!!
We had experience diving and swimming with dolphins before, but meeting dolphins is something we can enjoy no matter how many times we do it! The cheeseburgers made by the captain were also very delicious.

I participated this time with three children aged 7, 5, and 3. I searched for various options to let the kids try horseback riding, but most places required participants to be over 10 years old. However, I found one that offered "Keiki (children) horseback riding" and decided to join.
At first, I thought they would be riding small ponies, but in reality, they rode regular horses. The three of them had some experience with ponies, but this was their first time on regular horses.
Two staff members from the ranch accompanied us with three horses, holding the reins as we enjoyed horseback riding for over 30 minutes across the vast ranch.
We didn't just go around in circles; we also climbed up a hill to see other horses in the pasture and even spotted a newborn foal, making for a fun time.
The kids seemed to have a great time and expressed their desire to ride again.
I understand that regular horseback riding tours are for ages 7 and up, so I would like to participate in a tour again in a few years.
Although Japanese is not spoken, I think participating itself is not an issue.
