Then you get a little bit of Polynesian history of how to get and break a coconut, how the old hawaiians catch fish, and the many different ways to wear a sarong. Then everyone gathers in the Imu Stadium where you see the unveiling of the slow cooked wrapped in Ti leaves, Kahlua Pig from the pit. Then they sit you down for a delicious luau feast. And you can asks for 2nds and 3rds. Then concluding night of an hour long fantastic entertaining show of music, hula dancing and a Samoan fire dance. It is located in Ko Olina. This was a great experience we got to see the USS Missouri, The Pacific Aviation Museum, The USS Arizona Memorial, and the USS Bowfin. Our driver Francis was very nice and took very good care of us. This would be a long day for children under the age of about ten, other than that it would be a great experience for anyone who is interested in Pearl Harbor as well as other interesting aspects of the US military.

The snorkeling was fantastic!

Reviewed by: Art

My wife and I went on this snorkeling cruise in late February, and it was the funnest part of our vacation on Oahu. Allthough there are many choices for snorkeling you could take while in Hawaii, and on Oahu, I really think this was good for the price. The crew, the lunch, and especially the place where we snorkled - Kaneohe Bay. Fantastic! The sandbar was fun, I think they should spend more time there, or incorporate another tour that would be just for those wanting to lounge around on the sandbar and have some drinks and food. We are glad that we went on this activity, and would do it again!

Super Ambassador so worth it!

Reviewed by: Linda

My sister and I had lived on Oahu for 5 1/2 years in the 50s and returned for her 70th birthday. The PCC was not in existence when we lived there but I had visited it with my husband in the 70s. Since we didn't think we would travel to Hawaii again, sis and I decided to go "whole hog" and booked the Super Ambassador package for this outing and luau.

To say it was well worth the extra money is putting it mildly! We were treated like royalty from the minute we got off the bus.

Beke (from Mongolia) was our personal guide for the day and gave us each a beautiful shell lei which identified us all day as SAs. Beke couldn't have been more helpful - she carried any extras we had (umbrellas, sweaters - you name it), got us ponchos when it started to rain, dried off the seats we had to sit on for performances after it rained; if there was anything to be done, she did it and with the friendliest attitude we could have wished for. She was punctual, turning up exactly on time when she ha

I definitely had a great time, by far the BEST! Nice location with a spectacular view of the sunset, the nice green color of the famous Diamond Head, great dinner, and the entertainment was just awesome! You can’t ask for more.
Typical luau is on a buffet style dinner and sometimes you have to wait in a long line before you get your food but with Aha Aina, everything is conveniently served to your table, delicious appetizers, filling main entrée, and multiple choices of beverages. Their servers are fast too, very friendly and accommodating. I can only say good things as I totally enjoyed it! I'll be sure to go again.

Great Snorkeling

We had a great time on this cruise/snorkel activity. The staff on the boat were friendly and knowledgeable. The snorkeling on the reef was awesome with lots of colorful corals and many different fish. We saw a turtle in the water while we were snorkeling and followed it for awhile. We played water volleyball on the sandbar and it was lots of fun. The boat stopped at a spot where there are green turtles and we saw lots of them. The guitar serenade during lunch was a nice touch. I would recommend this cruise to others.

Loved this luau!!!

Reviewed by: Andrew Valentine

This is far from any traditional luau experience where the typical and expected food and Polynesian show has been conceptualized to provide a very unique Hawaiian culinary and entertainment experience. The narrative is centered around history rather than mythology, unusual for a luau. They moved us indoors because they thought it was going to rain. The food was tasty and filling, service was good, show excellent and informative and the ambiance of this pink hotel was magic ... oh and it's open bar too!!!

Hands down the best EVER!

The food is utterly mouthwatering and they have the perfect combination of traditional and modern cuisine. I must say that the MC was great and had a fantastic way of intertwining stories about the food and the entertainment together. The dancing, singing and of course the fire knife dance just blew me away. So glad that I decided to do this!

Kailua Bay 2-Hour Guided Kayaking Tour with Lunch - Explore Tide Pools & More!

A great way to spend the day!

Reviewed by: Living in Waikiki

I have lived in Waikiki for the last 5 years and always wanted to Kayak but never tried. My son took me on this great Kayak outing and we really enjoyed ourselves! I'm 46 and was a little concerned about being in good enough shape to handle Kayaking in the ocean, but the Kailua beaches are protected by coral reefs and the waves were never a problem. The area is gorgeous and being able to paddle out to bird sanctuary was a real treat. The folks at Oahu Kayaking are very friendly and knowledgeable. Watching the video before we set out helped to put my fears at ease. This is a perfect activity for singles, couples, families or even a quiet solo outing. All in all, a great way to spend the day!

Reviewed by: makko

The tour guide was a wonderful Japanese lady who was very kind.

It was a lucky day; I was able to swim with dolphins (although they were a bit far away), see whales, and swim very close to turtles.

On the way back, I was thrilled to see a larger dolphin that rarely appears!

The lunch burger was really delicious, and those who wanted to could also enjoy kayaking, making for a very fun experience.

The local guides and hula dance instructors were also very warm and wonderful people, creating great memories.

There were couples, solo travelers, and groups of two girls, among others.

The boat swayed a bit, so it's better to take motion sickness medication!

I highly recommend this tour!!

Great evening

Reviewed by: Gary

This is a new show being offered by the Royal Hawaiian. I had attended their old show several years ago and enjoyed it so much that I thought I would check out this one. I was not disappointed! This is a great show with a wonderful easy to follow storyline. The performers were extremely talented and appeared to truly be enjoying what they were doing. I should comment that this show is designed for a more adult/senior audience where the recommended dress is less casual and the menu is very extensive and in a more formal type dining atmosphere.

Self Guided tour, 4hr

I took my wife on a self guided, 4hr, tour. The location was fairly easy to find with the help of GPS. About 45 min, with traffic, from Ewa Beach. Anyway, the staff was very helpful and welcoming upon arrival. After signing required paperwork ( hazard waiver and such) we were shown an 8 min video of the area where you may take your kayak. For first timers, doing a self guided tour, I suggest paying attention to the video as there are several key area's that will assist in your adventure, especially on how to approach one of the islands you may visit, as there are merging swells in the center of the landing area of the islands. The walk to the staging area is not far and so if you drove, I suggest leaving your vehicle at the venue parking lot as there is minimal parking where you pick up your kayak. I also suggest to either commit to going all the way to the bigger islands or going to the closer "Flat Island" and then proceding to snorkle at the next beach area, as the islands are quite
