The staff in the VIP room were lively and kept the energy high. After moving to the green room, I met Elton John. In the dressing room, I also saw Lady Gaga in jeans. During the backstage tour, I felt like a singer while taking photos. I'm not sure if the student kids enjoyed the show after dinner, but for me, who spent my youth in the 60s and 80s, it was a wonderful time.

Ko Olina is a gorgeous area, very picturesque with manicured grounds and on the early morning tour it's just lovely to drive through here with the sun shining. First thing I was really impressed with was the Catamaran, it's very large and luxurious, I couldn't wait to get aboard! They make you take your shoes off before boarding and they store them for you until you return, you can tell this keeps the vessel from wear and tear... it was lovely inside.
Seeing the Dolphins was amazing - they do get close, the boat wasn't moving and they would come quite close to us, we didn't have to follow them. A few were jumping out of the water less than 100 yards away, such a great experience.
The staff were polite, knowledgeable and helpful - they would offer to grab you a drink - you didn't have to ask, which was really nice for a change. On the first snorkeling outing, we all had to wear life vests. I'm a pretty confident swimmer but this was nice, I could actually really relax and enjoy the

It wasn't like running through a grassland; it felt more like going through a Western-style wilderness.

It was refreshing to add this to the activities that were mostly by the sea. The horses were calm and cute. They followed the horse in front of them in a line, so it was easy even if you didn't have to control them. It might be a bit unsatisfying for those who want to run fast.

There is no shuttle service, so you have to get there on your own. The landmarks are not very big, so it's necessary to inform the bus driver that you want to get off. Also, for the return trip, it's wise to check the bus schedule since there is only one bus per hour and wait at the ranch.

We participated in a 1.5-hour tour with three family members. First, the location of the ranch was hard to find (it turned out that if you drive from Honolulu, you can only see the entrance sign from the opposite direction), and I think we were able to navigate the narrow mountain road during the daytime. We showed our voucher at a small hut marked "office" to check in. After receiving instructions on how to ride the horse (which can mostly be understood through gestures), we were off.

Since it all depends on the horse's mood, if you fall behind the line, you might be urged to hurry along. Sometimes, the horses can suddenly start running as if they are being charged. This adds a thrill, but it can also be a bit scary. Overall, it was a fun experience, but the bumpy paths with ups and downs might feel a bit hard for beginners.

After that, it was snorkeling time, and my husband and daughter participated. I took some time to explore the sandbar before returning to the boat to watch the snorkeling. This is our second time participating as a family, and we had a great time. At the sandbar, the timing of low tide doesn't always align perfectly, so the water level can reach up to our knees. Standing there and looking around gives you a strange feeling as if you're in the middle of the ocean. If you have small children, not being able to snorkel might reduce the fun a bit. I went to Hawaii to see wild dolphins! I was so moved when I found the dolphins that I almost cried from happiness (*^_^*).

When observing the dolphins from the water, the staff guided us with instructions like "Look ahead!" and "Look to the left!" so I was able to see the dolphins clearly. Moreover, since the dolphins passed by quickly, they took us to the next spot to see them again, and we were able to see dolphins a total of four times!!

The staff were very accommodating, and we were laughing the whole time, which helped minimize seasickness. What made me happiest was seeing the staff share in the joy when we spotted the dolphins.

We participated in a tour with lunch as a family. The air conditioning in the car was quite strong. We were divided into a cruiser and a smaller boat, and we were on the smaller boat. While it may not have been as stylish, it was nice to be surrounded by families with small children, creating a homely atmosphere.

We saw plenty of sea turtles, and at the sandbar, the staff helped with taking photos and even got everyone involved in beach volleyball. The snorkeling lasted about 30 to 40 minutes, and they constantly reminded us from the boat to be careful as "the coral can cut your feet."

The BBQ hamburger for lunch was exceptionally delicious, and we appreciated the prompt drink service as soon as we boarded, as well as the warm drinks after snorkeling (it was quite windy and cold that day).

While it does depend on the weather, I think it's worth going at least once.

ランチのBBQハンバーガーは絶妙に美味しく乗船してすぐにドリンクのサービスやシュノーケリング後の温かいドリンク（この日は風が強く寒かった）の心遣いも嬉しかったです。
お天気に左右されますが１度は行ってみても良いと思います。

Last time, I attended the Polynesian Cultural Center, but this time I participated here. It has a bright atmosphere that feels very Hawaiian, and I definitely recommend this place more. The show is beautiful and it's close to the audience. The food is typical American fare (buffet), but the drinks were delicious—very Hawaiian cocktails!

There were almost no other Japanese participants, so if you can enjoy it in English, definitely go for it. If you understand a bit of Japanese, you won't have any problems at all! They take free photos at the entrance. I've taken various photos in Hawaii, but this one turned out the best.

Before the show, there are various interactive events. Inside, there's a place where you can take photos with parrots (for a fee), and you can have them perched on your shoulder and more.

前回は、ポリネシアンセンターでしたが今回はこちらに参加しました。
　ハワイらしく、明るい雰囲気でこちらのほうが断然お勧めです。。。ショーもきれいですし、観客席から近いです。
　ご飯は、アメリカの大味ですが。（バイキング）お酒は美味しかったです。ハワイらしいカクテルです！！
　ほかの参加も、ほぼ日本人ゼロですので、英語で楽しめる方はぜひ。日本人である程度分かる方なら、まったく問題ないです！
　入り口で、無料で写真とってくれます。ハワイでいろんなィ写真撮りましたが、この写真が一番よかったです。
　ショーの前にも、参加型のいろいろなイベントがあります。

　中で、オウムと写真取れるとこあります（有料ですが）肩などにたくさんのせられます・・・。

This is the second year in a row that we attended the Polynesian Cultural Center and the Alii Luau. The show is great and the food is probably the best we have had at a Luau. This is probably because the focus is on doing everything possible so that the guest is entertained with a wonderful show and feed all the delicious food you want to eat instead of trying to get you to spend your money on alcohol and then getting you to act foolish like they do at many of the other luaus on Oahu.

The sandbar that forms in the ocean was indeed beautiful. When the boat arrived at the sandbar, we first had a photo session, and the staff were very cooperative in taking pictures. This lasted about 20 minutes.

After that, we went snorkeling, but this time was less than five minutes. My child's mask didn't fit well, and I was a bit late to start, so we ended up finishing in just 2-3 minutes! This was far too short. I've done a lot of snorkeling before, but I've never experienced such a brief session.

To make matters worse, on the way back, the staff jokingly mentioned that tips would be appreciated. From my perspective, I thought we had already paid for the experience, including tips.

One reason for the short snorkeling time might be the delay with the pickup vehicle. In fact, the pickup car didn't arrive until about 15 minutes after the scheduled time. I wondered if someone was running late. Just as I was thinking of calling, the car arrived, but no one was inside. It seemed like it was just delayed. After about five minutes of riding, we were made to switch to another bus, which was eerily quiet. As I walked down the aisle to find an open seat at the back, someone said, "How long are you going to make us wait?!"

実はお迎えの車、集合時間１５分ぐらいすぎてもお迎えの車が来なかったんです。どこかで遅刻した人がいるのかな~。電話しようかな~とその時、車が来たのですが誰も乗っておらず。ただ単に遅れたたけのようです。５分ほど乗ったあと、別のバスに乗り換えさせられたのですが、そのなかはシーンとしており、一番後ろの開いている席に行こうとバスの通路を歩いていたら、「いつまでまたせんだよ」と言われ！！！
私たちは、集合時間の10分前から待っていたのに私たちが遅刻した雰囲気。そういえば乗り換える時も、バスから離れたところに止め。今考えると遅刻したのを隠すため？と思うような行動でした。
海は神秘的で美しかったですが、正直お勧めできません。
ごめんなさい。

Initially, I had made a reservation at a different beachside restaurant to enjoy the fireworks at Hilton with Alan, but that restaurant was canceled because it wouldn't be ready in time for the reopening.

As a last-minute alternative, I reserved at Michel's, but perhaps I had too high expectations? I was a bit disappointed.

The reason is that while I understood being seated at a table in the second row from the beach was unavoidable, it was frustrating that they frequently tried to clear plates while my family was still eating the main course. They also brought the dessert sorbet while we were still eating, so I had to ask them to take it back. It seems that the plan was to practice in a nearby river first and then head to the beach once we got used to it, but unfortunately, on the day we participated, we couldn't go to the beautiful beach in Kailua due to strong winds. However, the river was fun, and we had a course where we went upstream and then came back down. I was worried about whether I would be able to see the beautiful sandbar due to the cloudy weather, but by the time we arrived at the sandbar, the weather had cleared up! The sensation of stepping barefoot on the mysterious beach that appeared in the middle of the ocean was amazing! This tour focuses on experiencing the sandbar, so getting to that location is a priority. It was fun to see sea turtles and take photos along the way, but if I had to say something, I think the meals could be a bit more substantial. For example, having lunch on the sandbar would be great... (there may be regulations, though...), having just one sandwich on the boat feels a bit lacking. I'm looking forward to it!

Staff was excellent!! Todd, Larry and ALL staff were extremely helpful & courteous. Highly recommend doing the Snuba, well worth the extra $. Larry got my wife and daughter-in-law underwater in a short time. Both were very hesitant at first and I had asked that they only try. The whole gig was GREAT!

Polynesian Cultural Center Tour Ticket - Full Day Admission, Dinner & Show

Overall, the show and activities were really good. However, we feel that there could have been some improvements in other areas.

First, the people who paid extra to sit next to the stage had to climb a great many steps which had no hand rails, to reach the food, drinks and to use the restrooms. There should be an area for the food and drinks to be closer for those people seated near the stage who paid more money for their tickets.

Secondly, after the first time that the our server came to help me with our order, she returned to see if we needed more food, but did not return after that to see if we wanted any dessert or coffee. The dessert and coffee were on another section of the upper level.

Third, since I was in a wheelchair, when the show started, I was wheeled in through the back of the stage to my seat. My wife was told that she could not come with me or exit the way I came in, causing a big problem at the end of the show. She was told to go to the customer relations des
