The sandbar feels like an ordinary beach in the ocean, so I wasn't as impressed as I thought I would be, haha. However, I think it's nice to spend the day relaxing, eating burgers grilled on the boat, watching sea turtles from the boat, and snorkeling.

Get ready for a fun time on this catamaran! The dolphins are a plenty and are in their hibernating season so they stay close to the coast. While you don't get in the water surrounded by dolphins, it keeps them safe, so it's good for everyone. There were so many kinds of fish and it was fun to swim through them. It was a nice cool day, and the dolphins were definitely out there. They got nice and close to the boat! The snorkel was amazing. By lunchtime, I was looking forward to food. The Captain is a fine cook and knows his way around a boat so it's double bonus for us. We had the tasty teriyaki chicken sandwich, which I can proudly give 5 stars! Try the Naked Pirate drink. It's awesome! The crew on the boat was friendly and managed to keep it fun for everyone even with a bunch of little kids running around. It's family-friendly and they made sure those kids stayed safe. This catamaran sail is worth every penny and then some. I highly recommend!

I was waiting at the changed meeting place the day before the tour, but no shuttle came, and I didn't receive any calls on my registered mobile. I tried calling the tour company several times, but couldn't get through. After 40 minutes, I finally got a call through, and when I explained the situation, they asked if I had been at the meeting place.

They said they would contact me again after confirming, so I waited in my room, but after 30 minutes, I still hadn't heard anything. When I called again, they said the Japanese office opens at 8 AM, which is why they couldn't contact me. At that point, it was already past 8:15 AM.

They mentioned rescheduling for another day or in the afternoon, but due to my travel schedule, I could only reschedule for that afternoon, which meant I would have to switch to a lunch plan that was different from the morning one I had originally chosen. Since I was traveling with an 8-month-old baby, snorkeling wasn't an option, and long hours would be a burden, which is why I had specifically chosen the morning plan.

It was a main option for me, so I decided to switch to the afternoon one, but they said it would just be a direct rescheduling, which frustrated me. When I complained, they said they would cover the costs.

The option I participated in was wonderful, but I felt that my limited time on this expensive trip was wasted on phone calls, I couldn't even have breakfast, and my original afternoon plans were ruined. Moreover, there was no response unless I took action myself. It’s truly sad and frustrating that such memories were left from this trip. I don't think I will use this company again.

I’m sharing this for reference, hoping no one else has to go through a similar experience.

確認後再度連絡すると言われたため部屋で待ったが30分経っても連絡なし。再度こちらから電話したら日本語のオフィスが8時から開くため連絡できなかったと。その時点で8時15分過ぎでしたが。
他の日、もしくは午後に振り返ると言われたが滞在日程ではその日の午後にしか振替できず朝とは違った昼食付きのプランになってしまった。
生後8ヶ月の赤ちゃん連れだったためシュノーケリングが出来ないし長時間は負担になってしまうからわざわざ朝のプランにしていたのに。
メインにしていたオプションだったので午後のに振り返ることにしたが、そのまま振替にするという対応だったので頭に来て文句を言ったら料金はこちらで負担しますと。

参加したオプションは素晴らしかったのだが、お金をかけて行った旅行の限られた時間を電話のやりとりで無駄にされ、朝食も食べれず、もともとの午後の予定もダメになった。そしてこちらからアクションをかけないと対応もなし。せっかくの旅行にこんな形で思い出が残ってしまったことが本当に悲しく腹立たしい。
もう二度とこの会社は使わないと思う。
こんな目にあった人もいるということで参考までに載せておきます。二度と同じような経験をする人が出ませんように。

I participated in a tour in July during the day. The weather was a bit rainy and somewhat cold, but we had fun playing underwater beach volleyball at the sandbar. After that, we moved to a point where we could see turtles and had hamburgers. We saw about ten turtles from the boat. They come up to the surface for a moment to breathe, so we only saw them briefly. After that, we went snorkeling. There were life jackets available, and there were also things like boogie board poles, so I felt safe doing it. There were a lot more fish underwater than I expected. We were even able to feed them bread, which was very satisfying. Finally, it cleared up, and we were able to see the beautiful sandbar!

7月の昼のツアーに参加しました。天気は雨も少し降っていて若干寒かったのですがサンドバーでは水中のビーチバレーをやって楽しめました。その後はハンバーガーを食べて亀が見えるポイントに移動。10匹ぐらいの亀を船の上から見ました。呼吸をするのに一瞬海面に上がってくるとのこと。なので見えたのも一瞬でした。その後はシュノーケリング。これはライフジャケットもあるしビート板のポールのようなものもあるので安心して出来ました。海中には予想してたよりも色々な魚が大量にいました。パンをあげることも出来て大満足。最後は晴れて綺麗なサンドバーも見ることが出来ました♪

As the title suggests, the staff was very cheerful and helped create a lively atmosphere, making for a very enjoyable tour. It was initially rainy and cold, but the weather finally cleared up by the time we arrived at the sandbar. It was our honeymoon, and the staff suggested various poses while taking some wonderful photos for us. The hamburgers were delicious as well. The snorkeling was a bit murkier than I expected, possibly because it had been raining.

This was my second time participating, so I boarded the ship feeling reassured that it would be fun. However, the crew's energy and the differences in the ship I boarded meant it wasn't as exciting as I had expected. If I hadn't had the first experience, I would have rated it as enjoyable.

However, if this had been my first time, I might not consider repeating it.

As mentioned in other comments, I couldn't understand Japanese at all. However, the staff brought several people who could speak Japanese and were very considerate of us throughout the tour. It truly made me feel warm and was wonderful! The show was interactive, and the dinner buffet at sunset was incredibly satisfying in terms of both taste and scenery. Drinks were included too! I will cherish the commemorative photo they gave us at the end as a memory. Thank you very much!

We participated as a family in a wedding ceremony in Hawaii. It was a tour of the sandbar that I had always dreamed of, but unfortunately, due to high tide, the water was up to my chest. Additionally, it rained on the way there, and it was cloudy at the sandbar, so we couldn't see the beautiful scenery like in the pictures, which was disappointing. I would love to participate again.

The staff were very friendly, and the hamburgers we ate on the boat were delicious. At the sandbar, there were small, beautiful jellyfish, and I was really worried because I heard that getting stung can cause excruciating pain, even for adults. My brother, who is quite tough with pain, got stung, and he said it hurt a lot, so I was glad it wasn't my grandmother or sister (laughs).

While getting stung was unavoidable, the staff's quick response after finding the jellyfish was good. It was disappointing that we didn't see any sea turtles while snorkeling. Also, the air conditioning on the bus ride back was extremely cold, and with wet clothes, I felt like I was really freezing. It was so cold that I thought we didn't need air conditioning since we were already wet, but it was still very cold, which was the most disappointing part.

憧れだったサンドバーのツアーでしたが、残念なことに満潮で胸下まで水がありました。また行きのバスの途中で雨が降っており、サンドバーでも曇りで写真で見るような景色は見れず残念でした。もう一度参加したいです。
スタッフさんはとても親戚で、船の上で食べるハンバーガーも美味しかったです。
サンドバーでは小さい綺麗なくらげがいて、刺されたら大人でも泣くこともある激痛と聞いてとても心配していました。刺されてしまったのが痛みに強い弟でしたが、かなり痛いようで祖母や妹でなくて良かった（笑）と言っておりました。
刺されたのは仕方ないですが、くらげを見つけた後のスタッフさんの対応も早くて良かったです。
シュノーケリング中にウミガメに会えなかったので残念です。
また、帰りのバスがすごーく冷房が効いており、濡れた服では寒くて本当に凍えそうでした。服が濡れているので冷房要らないんじゃ？というくらいなのに普通にしてても寒いくらい冷房が効いていたのが1番残念です。

We were warmly welcomed by the staff with smiles at the VIP entrance and guided to the Green Room backstage, where we started with a welcome drink of champagne and light snacks. I remember spending a relaxing time while enjoying a fresh fruit platter. After a polite greeting from the manager, we had a great time taking photos with Lady Gaga. Then, the manager began a backstage tour, showing us the dressing rooms, costumes, and stage equipment that we wouldn't normally see, which left my wife very impressed! Meanwhile, I was thrilled to see her enjoying herself... feeling grateful for participating. The staff preparing for the show were friendly, exchanging casual greetings, and at the end, the manager took a commemorative photo on stage. After that, we were guided to our seats in the front row of the VIP area in the center of the stage! I was thrilled, and the Hawaiian gourmet dinner was beautifully presented, rivaling even top restaurants, with each dish being delicious. The aloha spirit welcomed guests without fail! I was once again impressed. The best entertainment unfolded on stage, with Elvis's fun talk bringing laughter and emotion, leaving me deeply moved. I believe that experiencing it firsthand will give you the true thrill more than reading my post. I went with a friend who is learning hula♪
Since we wanted to take our time, we chose the "Deluxe Dinner Package."
It mentioned that it comes with three drinks, but we received a $25 card to order any drinks we liked. Although our bus driver wasn't Japanese, there was a Japanese driver who spoke to us in Japanese and brought us chopsticks★ As the reviews said, communication in Japanese was limited, but the lively atmosphere was really fun. A couple celebrating their anniversary was dancing nearby, and it was lovely〜★
The dance in the show was really wonderful, and I was happy to see my favorite hula under the starry sky♪

I felt that waiting until it started was a bit of a waste of time. However, once the show began, it was great. Among them, Michael Jackson looked so much like the real thing with his mannerisms and gestures, and both his singing and dancing were excellent. "Over the Rainbow" was incredibly beautiful and moving. Lady Gaga also did her best. Elvis even came down to the audience to shake hands and throw out leis, which was a nice touch.

My son and I went to this luau and it was amazing! From beginning to end! They pick you up at your hotel and the bus driver was so funny and entertaining!! It felt like a family and all the staff had so many parts in the luau! So many things to do and the location was breath taking!! The show was great and the food was good! Great meal and entertainment during the dinner. Everything was so good, and those deserts, yum, yum! Then the show. Wow, you would have thought Elvis had stepped out of time to entertain us. The guy does a great job he has captured the mannerisms and voice of the King. Lady GaGa, made you go GaGa for her, so sexy and cute, and what a figure!

It was my first trip to Hawaii for our honeymoon! I really wanted to see a sandbar like in the pictures, so I checked the tide schedule on the website before going! As a result, it was a great decision! (*^^*) The white sandy beach and blue ocean were beautiful, creating a lifelong memory! I was able to see sea turtles and manta rays as well. I wished I could have snorkeled a bit longer, but since it was a morning-only tour, it couldn't be helped! The staff, including Yukiko, were all very kind! Overall, I would give it a perfect score of 100 points, but I think the satisfaction level can vary greatly depending on the tides and weather!

Paradise Cove Luau on the Beach at Ko Olina Resort

Great Drinks!

Worth paying extra for the VIP Seating, pictures were included at no extra charge and we were treated well. The drinks were excellent and my wife learned that she liked Lava Flows. We enjoyed this Luau and the activities were interesting. The drink/merchandise cards was a good way to handle the drinks, much better than trying to carry cash with you.

I experienced this with my sister.

◎ Good points
- Many staff members speak Japanese
- I had never surfed before, but it was surprisingly easy to ride
- The ocean is incredibly beautiful
- I saw sea turtles!
- The lunch (PIZZA) was really delicious
- They took photos of us on the water and sent them all via email

◎ Bad points
- The locker room is small, very cold, and co-ed
- You have to carry the surfboard to the ocean yourself
(Moreover, after being guided initially, no one came with us, so we got lost!!!)
- There was little free time in the afternoon
- They dropped us off at the hotel on the way back, but the pickup was at a nearby hotel

Although I mentioned some bad points, overall it was really great!
I'm not sure if the price is cheap for what you get...
But I didn't have the impression that it was expensive.

I was worried because I'm not very good at swimming, but I didn't fall into the ocean, and I felt the waves and enjoyed the scenery on the board... it was very soothing!

・ウミガメが見れた！
・ランチ（PIZZA）がすごく美味しい
・海の上で写真を撮ってくれ、E-mailで全部送ってくれた

◎悪かった点
・ロッカールームが狭い、すごく寒い、男女共同
・海まで自分でサーフボードを運ぶ
　（しかも最初に道案内されただけで誰も付き添いにきてくれないため
　　道に迷いました！！！）
・午後の自由時間が少ない
・帰りはホテルで降ろしてくれたが、ピックアップは近くのホテル集合だった

悪かった点も挙げてますが、総合的にすごく良かったです！
お値段がこれで安いのかどうかは分かりませんが・・・。
高かった印象は残りませんでした。

泳ぎがあまり得意ではないので心配してましたが、
海に落ちることもなく、ボードの上で波を感じて景色を見て・・・とても癒されました！

カイルアは現地の人にも人気のスポットなので、行けて本当に良かったです。
ワイキキの海でもすっごく感動しますが
それ以上にキレイで感激しました！！！

We really enjoyed visiting the sandbar and the coral reef--the coral was amazing and there were many tropical fish around, as well as several green turtles for those who got off the boat before everyone else. Turtle sightings around the area where they were supposed to be were somewhat disappointing. We were pleasantly surprised by the grilled cheeseburgers for lunch and unpleasantly surprised by having to pay for beers--for what we paid for the trip, a beer or two for free should have been provided

I checked the low tide in Hawaii before joining this tour. When the sun shines, the white sandbar floats up in the blue sea, and the contrast of blue and white is very beautiful. I saw many honu (sea turtles) and encountered beautiful fish while snorkeling. An extraordinary world unfolded before my eyes, and it was very healing.
