During the cruising, the staff really tried to lift our spirits more than usual, but it was still disappointing. At the beach, I can fully enjoy myself with items like mats and snorkeling sets provided. Additionally, since tour buses cannot access Lanikai, I recommend renting a bike. For just an extra $10 on this tour, you can rent a bike right there. In the morning, I had a pleasant ride to Lanikai and enjoyed snorkeling at the beach!

It seemed like it was one of those rare days with great weather, and I was able to see the ocean's colors more beautiful than ever before. The waves were almost nonexistent, and I had so much fun that I didn't want to leave the water.

In the afternoon, we returned to Kailua for lunch. You can choose between a plate lunch or pizza. We opted for the plate lunch. It was a bit disappointing that we couldn't choose from a variety of options since it was a set meal. The taste was just okay—nothing to get too excited about, although I wasn't expecting much. Considering the time it takes to think about and go buy something, it was at least passable.

However, the sandbar was a bit disappointing because the water level was above my waist due to the high tide. The snorkeling was fantastic, as I got to see many different fish and corals, so I was very satisfied! The staff were incredibly kind, and my nearly 80-year-old mother, who was initially scared, also enjoyed herself. Next time, I would like to participate during low tide. Thank you!

We did the full day PCC package and definitely loved it. However, its all about the tour guide. If you go try to get cousin Main he was extremely knowledgeable and manage to get us in the front row for all the events. Also, learning about how the majority of the proceeds go to student tuition it is a nice to know. Lastly, the HA fire show definitely is one of, if not, the best fire show luau ever.

This is a must see attraction. Of course very touristy but very well done. So much to see . Arrived around 12.30 had a quick lunch it was go go go for 5+ hours.It was very entertaining and informative. I want to come back to see what I missed. The extra $25 for lunch and guided tour was well worth it. Loved the Luau and night show . Don't think about this one just go!

The sandbar was submerged up to my knees and didn't appear, but the scenery was beautiful, and I had fun swimming with turtles while snorkeling. I also spotted many turtles from the boat! The staff were cheerful and kind, and the handmade hamburgers for lunch exceeded my expectations in taste. I definitely want to revisit the sandbar for a second chance. There were many young people, but it was a friendly and enjoyable tour for all ages.

After reading so many reviews, we expected this experience to be great; however, we found most of the evening to be okay at best. The prime rib and seafood, "prime" dining, is not good. Much of the hot food was luke-warm, the roast beef...I mean prime rib...although pretty sure it was roast beef, was way overcooked and just gross, and much of the food was slimy and just inedible. There was one hot seafood item which was somewhat hot/somewhat still frozen, and my husband said was disgusting. It was not prime dining. I would suggest skipping dining there altogether.

We had some time to walk around; however, most of the exhibits are just artifacts or movies/shows. The Samoa live show was interesting and entertaining, but the videos were boring and I can't imagine what you could spend an entire day there doing (we went late at 4 PM and had plenty of time). The "Ha, Breathe of Life" show was the best part for sure. The show was entertaining; however, it was very long. We went to another luau and show earlier in our trip, booked through the cruise line, and I would say that show was better. "Ha, Breathe of Life" was very long and had a lot of repetitive dancing. They do a part of the show for each Island, so after awhile the dancing gets repetitive. Some aspects were really neat: fire dancing, a few of the dances with props, etc, but it would have been better if it hadn't been so extremely long and repetitive.

Overall, I can't say that I would recommend this experience. If I did, I would recommend the show, without eating dinner. Additionally, be prepared to pay extra for everything and have things that cost money constantly offered to you (I understand, it is a vacation destination, but for the Polynesian Cultural Center, which doesn't allow tipping and is all about culture, it just seemed weird after awhile). Next time we go to Hawaii, we will try a luau closer to the resort area, and skip the Polynesian Cultural Center.

This is my third visit.
The show is authentic, and the activities are plentiful. I love this halau!!
Compared to hotel shows, the time commitment is longer, but I recommend it for those who want to see elegant hula!
However, there are basically few Japanese participants, and it's English-only. Well, you can manage even if you can't speak much.

I was taken aback. After that, they said they would check on their end, and I ended up waiting 30 minutes for the bill after my meal. I understand that I forgot the confirmation, but the wait was too long, and their attitude was terrible. It felt almost threatening, and it really dampened the mood for my entire family.

The restaurant was filled with elderly people and Chinese tourists, and it was quite dimly lit, so it might not be suitable for younger people. It's best to remember to bring the coupon, as not having it can lead to a really unpleasant experience even if you get through the reception. I learned my lesson!

It was a standard plan, but I was able to enjoy the dance performances and the food was reasonably delicious.

Paradise Cove is an awesome place to experience and learn about the Hawaiian culture. THE location was beautiful and we were able to watch the sunset. The staff and performers were professional, friendly, and made sure yyou had everything you need. It was more than what we expected, and what better place to bond with your loved ones.

A large bus came to pick us up at the designated spot at the hotel just after 9 AM, and it seemed that our hotel was the first stop. While stopping at several hotels, we had to wait a long time in front of the last hotel for a group (number of people unknown) that was not visible. We left the last hotel around 10:15 AM and arrived at the boat dock just after 11 AM. It was great to experience snorkeling for the first time, but there was no sandy area as mentioned on the website, and the water depth was only about knee-high. The boat staff were nice people.

The dinner was amazing, the filet was cooked perfectly and the crab legs kept on coming. We got a complimentary mai tai that was actually a very good drink (not that pre-mixed yucky stuff) and also ordered the $40 bottle of champagne. When dinner was finished, they put on a Polynesian show within the cabin that was loads of fun. Unfortunately the sunset was blocked by cloud cover but the show made up for it. The waitress was fantastic and the room supervisor was very attentive. Would definitely do this again! An additional note: they took the usual souvenir photo and charged $27 which we thought was way over the top...but it was framed beautifully (book-bound style) and ended up being the best photo of our entire honeymoon!! Worth every penny!

This was our first luau experience and it was fantastic. Transportation was included, the bus was on time and comfortable. When we arrived, they took a photo that had a beautiful back drop (amazing scenery with the mountain and the ocean), photo was $10 and quite decent quality. There were fun pre-show activities and drinks available. The buffet was good, we paid for the middle of the road package which was worth it. The emcee was funny and personable and the show was very entertaining, the woman sitting next to us said that they had been to several luaus and this was by far the best fire show they'd seen. We were called onto stage because it was our honeymoon and they gave me a nice flower bouquet. Overall it was really a great experience! The whole staff worked hard to make the night a good one. Worth every penny!

We went to Sandbar for our honeymoon trip. It was truly beautiful, far beyond comparison to Waikiki Beach! The staff who guided us at Sandbar were all cheerful, and my shy husband seemed to have a great time. We were able to do a lot of turtle watching, and later we even swam with the turtles while snorkeling. I'm not a strong swimmer, but with the life jacket, fins, and snorkel provided, it's no problem for beginners.

If we have the chance to go to Hawaii again, I would definitely like to participate!

本当にワイキキビーチとは比べものにならない位綺麗でした！！
サンドバーの案内をして下さったスタッフの方もみんな明るく、人見知りな旦那も
とても楽しそうでした。
ウミガメもたくさんｳｫｯﾁﾝｸﾞ出来ましたし、その後のシュノーケルでもウミガメと一緒に泳いだりしました。
私はかなづちですが、ライフジャケットと足ヒレ、シュノーケルがあるので
初心者でも問題ないです。

ぜひまたハワイへ行くことがありましたら、参加したいです！！！
