The guides were very kind, cheerful, and lively, and the tour itself was enjoyable!

However, the reason I gave it 4 stars is that I wish I could have enjoyed snorkeling a bit more. About 10 years ago, when I participated in a snorkeling tour in Hawaii, I was amazed to see many colorful fish up close under the guidance. But this time, the dolphins, turtles, and fish were all at a distance... It was disappointing because I couldn't distinguish their colors.

Points to note:
- Even with two long-sleeved rash guards, it was still cold...! It would be good to prepare long pants or consider a wetsuit.

- I read that I should bring just enough money to buy a little food, so I went empty-handed, but at the end, there was a tipping situation, which made it really awkward. Including the tip, it has definitely become much more expensive compared to 10 years ago…!

- For those who are prone to motion sickness, taking motion sickness medication is a must. There were kids sitting there looking unwell the whole time, and it was sad to see.

ただ、⭐︎4にした理由は、もう少しシュノーケリングを楽しめたらよかったなぁと思ったからです。
10年前くらいにハワイでシュノーケリングツアーに参加した時は、案内のもとたくさんのカラフルなお魚を間近に見られて感動したものです。
だけど今回はイルカもカメもお魚も遠目で…
色は判別できない距離感だったので残念に思ってしまいました。

注意点
・上は長袖ラッシュガード2枚重ねても寒かったです…！下も長いものを用意するとか、ウェットスーツおすすめ。

・持ち物のお金は少し食べ物が買えるくらいと書いてあったので手ぶらで行ったら、最後チップを払う流れになったのですごく気まずかったです。
チップ含めると、10年前よりかなり高くなりましたよね…！

・酔いやすい人は酔い止め必須です。ずっと気分悪そうに座ってる子達がいて可哀想でした。

The hotel provided a shuttle service, making transportation easy, and the crew on the boat was great at engaging with us, which made it a lot of fun. At the sandbar, we were able to take beautiful photos, and while snorkeling, we saw a sleeping turtle and many colorful fish. The large coral was truly impressive. The kids also had a great time and were very happy, creating wonderful memories. The hamburgers on the boat were also very delicious.

ホテルまで送迎してくれるので移動も楽だし、船のお姉さんも話が上手くて最高に楽しかったです。

We enjoyed learning about the different cultures. The best one was Samoa. The chief had us laughing the entire time. We even bought his paintings afterwards and he signed them. The buffet dinner was amazing. I recommend getting a tour guide as they can give you more information and take you through all the villages quicker.

A dinner show is something you definitely want to experience at least once when you come to Hawaii. This time, I went to "Rock-a-Hula"!

When I arrived at the venue, the staff greeted me with a smile and placed a lei around my neck, instantly putting me in a Hawaiian mood. There was a hula lesson, and even beginners can easily learn some simple steps. Dancing together creates a sense of unity and is so much fun!

Additionally, there was a time for each group to play the ukulele. The atmosphere is relaxed, making it enjoyable even for those who are trying the ukulele for the first time.

The staff primarily speak English, but when I mentioned I was Japanese, they responded with a friendly "Hello!" in simple Japanese. The menu also had Japanese options, and there were quite a few Japanese guests, which made me feel at ease.

Dinner was served buffet-style, and the meat they grilled right there was particularly juicy and delicious.

After the meal, it was finally showtime! The show was a fusion of rock and Hawaiian music, and the performance of Michael Jackson was astonishingly similar to the real thing! The recreation of his dance moves and gestures was impressive, and there were loud cheers from the audience.

Moreover, the fire show was thrilling and kept everyone on the edge of their seats! The energy from the stage was palpable, and it was incredibly exciting.

The way this show was organized and put together was amazing. We enjoyed every aspect of the show. They made it feel like you were a part of the performance the entire time. The only reason I gave the good rating was because the photographer didn't take enough time arranging our family of 17 so you could see everyone in the photo. Also she quickly snapped the two pictures before we were ready so eyes were closed in both pictures. We also wanted individual family photos and she wouldn't do it for us. She would have made more money by all of us buying a photo package. The food was OK, it was a little cold and the pork was dried out.

I felt the desire to experience a different culture at least once during my trip, so I made a reservation. The venue was located inside the Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center, which was easily accessible, and I was able to find it without getting lost! Before the show, we enjoyed a buffet with a wide variety of dishes, including some very large pieces of meat, which left us extremely satisfied! It was a fun experience! The food was great, desserts are even phenomenal. My favorite was the salad and the roasted pork. The pineapple is so sweet! I enjoyed the Haupia. It reminds me of the version we have back in my home country. The only thing off with the entire experience was I felt we were left out and not asked how we are doing because we were a group of 2. One experience also was when we were going to the theatre for the show. We were following a group to tourist and the lady who was holding the cord closed it when the last tourist came in and followed them. Leaving us wondering where to go. If we are not allowed to go there. I get it they might have paid more for the vip experience but we were left there wondering where to go next. I admit I felt some type of way being left out again. The young girl who took pictures earlier told us where to go. Even after that we have to figure out the way to the mezzanine. I still gave 5 stars because I get it, people paid for vip services but sure hope that they paid attention as well to people who are in a budget. You know being the aloha spirit and all. Overall fun experience!

I only experienced the show, but I'm really glad I went. It was just around sunset, and the terrace seating area was very beautiful and pleasant. The heartfelt performances by all the performers were wonderful, and the content was fulfilling, allowing me to have a truly lovely time. I made several reservations for experiences this time, but I think this was the most meaningful one. I definitely want to visit again.

The wind felt nice, and the sea was incredibly beautiful, but the main dolphin watching only allowed us to see them small and far away. The canoe group from another tour got much closer to them. I was really looking forward to it, so it was a bit disappointing. The time spent watching dolphins was short, and most of the time was spent snorkeling, but since we were swimming in deep water, there were hardly any fish, so it felt like there was no need to go on the tour just to swim.

The staff were very cheerful and wonderful, and the final "Harasho" was fun. However, I ordered some products from a Japanese staff member on the bus, but when I realized I hadn’t received them after getting on the boat, I informed them. They told me to wait a bit because it was shooting time, and when it seemed like they weren't in a hurry to get it, they later asked how I would like to pay. 楽しみにして行ったので、少し残念でした。
イルカを見る時間も短く、ほとんどの時間がシュノーケリングでしたが、深いところで泳ぐので、魚もほとんどいなくて、わざわざツアーで泳ぐ必要はなかったなといった感じでした。

スタッフの皆さんはとっても明るくて素敵で、最後のハラショーも楽しかったです。
ただ、バスで日本人スタッフの方に商品を注文したのですが、船にのってから受け取るはずがもらっていないことに途中で気づいて伝えると、撮影時間だということもありちょっと待ってくださいといわれ、急いで撮りに行く気配がないとおもったら、ひと段落ついてからお支払いはどうしますか？と、
いやもう買ってますけど、、となりました。
日本人スタッフの方は、記念撮影を注文した方には親切だけど、、という印象でした
