This was our first Hawaii visit and first tour on the island. The experience of this tour was well worth it, we had a great time and were able to take plenty of pictures. The communication was very clear on where we would be picked up, the times for each stop on the tour and information on each stop. We had plenty of time at each stop. About 20 minutes before the show started, a line of about four groups began to form at the premium seats, so we waited a little in front of the door. I got my tattoo done quickly, so I didn't have to wait long to get it done. We also had priority access to the buffet. Basically, the buffet is only available for one round, so we took a little bit of everything. For drinks, you have to go to the drink counter yourself. You receive two exchange tickets per person, so I went to get drinks before the show started. The show was an exciting experience where the audience could really get into it!

Food was delicious, entertainment beautiful. We had a 2 yo with us and while they provided orange juice for him as his complimentary drink, he received no fork or napkin. When we asked for one, the waiter said he would see if he could find one and never came back. There were also dinner rolls in the table for all except the child. We were told we had to share ours with him.

Cruise is ok but not worth the price

Cruise was ok.. but not worth the price. The food was ok as some was good and desserts were bad. It was a buffet so you can go back for second of u liked it. No need to dress up. Everyone was in shorts and beach type clothes. .. will I tell someone to do the cruise again- absolutely not. Keep your money. Now the sun set price on the boat was the best thing going it cost $30.. they give u a cool frame . But technically I had the same picture on my phone ..

I made a reservation here for New Year's Eve dinner on December 31st. We started with a buffet-style meal and then moved to the venue for the show. Since I booked a VIP package, the food and drinks were served with priority, which was great. I also took advantage of a paid option to have a photographer take pictures, and I was able to take home a special album with those photos. They took such wonderful pictures, and it became a great memory. The show also had the best seats in the center guaranteed, so we were smoothly guided to our seats. I definitely want to go again and would recommend it to my friends! It was amazing!

I really wanted to see Michael's show, so I reserved a VIP seat. I was guided to the center seat in the third row from the front, and it truly became a wonderful time. Since it was the last day of my stay in Hawaii, I made the best memories. Also, at the buffet before the show, I shared a fun time with the person sitting next to me and made a new friend. With the fusion of hula and rock, it was truly American. The entertainment value was high, and it was very good.

It was less crowded than Waikiki Beach, allowing us to relax and enjoy our time. We participated as a group of six across three generations, and it was great that we could choose bicycles, floaties, and pancakes from Boots & Kimo's. The kids played on the beach with the floaties almost without taking a break. Having Japanese staff made us feel reassured, and it was nice to be able to ask for recommendations. The plate lunch was also delicious. It was a tour I would like to join again.

I thought it might be tough since we had to gather early in the morning, but it turned out to be a great experience. On the day, we encountered dolphins and whales, and we were able to enjoy the subsequent activities as well. The staff, including AYA who spoke Japanese and INGRID who was great at hula, were kind and fun, which made it even better.

Since it's an activity involving nature, whether you see the animals depends on luck, but I recommend giving it a try.
