I participated in this tour with my 16-year-old son. The backstage tour allowed us to experience a bit of the behind-the-scenes world and the view from the stage to the audience, which was a very luxurious time. The show featuring Elvis and Michael was incredibly impressive, and my son enjoyed it even though he didn't know the songs. Especially, the fire dance was intense, and being in the front row added to the excitement.

The meals were generous and delicious; the American couple sitting next to us also mentioned how good the meat was. (Personally, I really enjoyed the conversation in English with that couple.) While you can enjoy just watching the show, this tour allowed us to have a total experience.

息子（16歳）との二人旅で今回のツアーに参加しました。バックステージツアーで舞台裏、ステージ上からの観客席展望と演出者達の世界を少し体験でき、またショーも最前列で鑑賞と大変贅沢な時間となります。
ショーもエルビス、マイケルと非常に見ごたえがあり、息子も曲が分からなくてもノリノリで楽しんでいました。特に、ファイヤーダンスは最前列ならではの熱気も感じ緊張感がハンパありません。
食事もボリュームがあり全て美味しかったです、隣に座ったアメリカ人夫婦もお肉が美味しいと言ってました。（個人的には、その夫婦との英語での会話も非常に楽しかったです）
ショーを観るだけでも楽しめますが、このツアーでトータル的に楽しむ事ができました。

We had a great time. Went for our three year anniversary. Everyone was friendly and there to have a good time. Food was pretty good. My picky eater toddler enjoyed it. Great for children and adults alike. The Luau gives you a brief encounter with the Polynesian culture which is enlightening and interesting.

There were hardly any Japanese tourists, and it was completely different from the hotel shows! It felt like a story, and by the end, I was overwhelmed by the intensity.

Seats are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, so it's better to line up near the entrance after purchasing tickets. I didn't know this, so I ended up sitting towards the back, which was disappointing.

There are various events until sunset, but tips are required. The sunset was truly beautiful.

I didn't feel like having seconds for the meal. Depending on the seating, it may be buffet-style, which some elderly people might find challenging.

I wanted to participate in the garden tour, but I was told to switch to another tour due to being over capacity, with no explanation as to why we had to change. It felt like they assumed Japanese people wouldn't complain, and it seemed like they were relying on Japanese individuals who had signed up for private tours. If the price is the same, I think it would be better to book this tour through a major travel company.

The lunch buffet had about seven types of desserts, but four of them were empty. The drinks were also empty. Since we had to eat within a limited time, it might be a good idea to bring a little something to eat yourself.

Overall, I felt that there are many beautiful places to see in Hawaii, and it didn't seem worth it to pay this much money to participate in this tour.

Also, it was cloudy and windy that day, and I couldn't help but wonder why it was so cold in Hawaii. While snorkeling may be the main focus, I would like to see tours that are centered around the sandy beach as well.

I requested a kayak without a guide. The staff at Kailua Beach Adventures seemed too busy, and their explanations were one-sided. There were also some minor troubles between the staff in front of customers, which dampened the mood a bit.

I had to carry the kayak to the ocean myself, which was a bit of a hassle. Additionally, I later realized that I didn't receive the water bottle that was mentioned.

The ocean was beautiful, and kayaking was fun. I went snorkeling at Lanikai Beach, and I did see coral reefs and fish swimming around. The water was fairly clear.

Unfortunately, the sandbar was submerged up to waist height, so we couldn't experience it, but the weather was nice and we had a great time. Interacting with the staff during the BBQ was enjoyable and the food was delicious. Many sea turtles popped their heads up, which excited everyone. It was a truly fun tour where we could enjoy swimming in a fantastic location. Although I'm not a strong swimmer, I was trying my best to swim, but it seemed to the staff that I looked like I was drowning (laughs), and they were worried about me. If I could wish for one thing, it would have been nice to have a bit more fresh water poured on us when we returned from the sea.

残念なことにサンバー（砂洲）は腰位まで海水があり体験できませんでしたが

There is a shuttle service to the hotel (depending on the hotel), and since we were able to return to the hotel by noon, we could plan different activities for the afternoon, making it an efficient and enjoyable experience. We were able to see many sea turtles, and the ocean was very beautiful, so I would like to go again. The only downside was that after getting out of the water, my body was still cold despite drying off with a towel, and the air conditioning on the return bus was too strong, making it very cold (though this may vary by person). I participated on Christmas Day. It was a tour that included only beach items and lunch, but I was able to rent a bicycle on-site and also visit Lanikai Beach.
It seems you can also bike to Kailua town, but I was told that there are no shops open on Christmas, so I fully enjoyed the beach.
There was enough time to enjoy just the beach.
There were many Japanese staff members, and they kindly helped me with anything I didn't understand, which was very helpful.

クリスマス当日に参加しました。ビーチアイテムとランチのみ付いているツアーでしたが、現地で追加で自転車をお借りしてラニカイビーチにも行くことができました。

The green room experience is a must do experience, especially for those that enjoy theater shows! The family all loved it and the opportunity to meet the stars of the show, talk with them and take pictures while sipping champagne and eating hors d’oeuvres was fun and insightful. Elvis was especially friendly and personable! The food was very good, especially the tender steak and creamy mashed potatoes. The Polynesian dancers were exciting to watch and the sword and fire welding dancer was amazing! A good mix of the Hawaiian culture with the feel of a rock concert that the whole family can appreciate and enjoy! We would definitely recommend it if you have not been before!

Polynesian Cultural Center Tour Ticket - Full Day Admission, Dinner & Show

The Polynesian Cultural Centre consists of the villages of the various people from the surrounding islands of Polynesia. Each village had a presentation which gave an insight into their culture - family and community mindedness. One of the highlights was how to make fire by "rubbing together 2 sticks of wood". There is a lot to see and do so you may not have enough time to see all of the villages. The Luau was great - food, show, drinks (no alcohol though) however we were allocated the 4pm time slot (I suspect the more expensive packages allow you to eat later). Afterwards, the night show was spectacular. Unfortunately, we chose a day where the heavens opened up and continued to rain for the whole time. On a "feel good" note, the centre was set up to employ students from the surrounding Polynesian islands so the money raised helps them fund their education.

I was expecting a ship for about 100 people, but it turned out to be a boat for about 30 people. The food tasted good, but there were few options and it felt cheap for the price. Alcohol was unlimited up to two drinks, but for those who don't drink, it didn't matter. I was really disappointed that it was so different from what was advertised on the website.

I have been using this place every year since it was the old Prince Court. This time it was renamed 100 Sails. I had my fill. The interior has changed, with a bar counter near the entrance and buffet-style seating set up in the middle at the back. The menu seems to have slightly decreased, but the taste seems to have improved. The crab legs have become thicker, and the sashimi portions have also gotten larger. I usually come for the fresh oysters, but they were not available this time. Initially, the seat I was shown was not by the window, so I requested a window seat, but I was told there were none available. However, they managed to set me up with a window seat. I really love the sunset view from this window seat. I was glad to see the sunset again this time. Thank you very much.

今回100セイルズと名前が変わっていました。
お腹いっぱいにいただきました。
中の様相が変わり、入り口付近はバーカウンターが有り、真ん中奥にビュッフェスタイルの席が設定して有りました。
メニューは若干減ったようですが、味は良くなった様です。蟹の足は太くなりました。刺身も大きめの物になりました。
都度、生牡蠣目当てでしたが提供はしておりませんでした。
最初案内された席は窓側ではなかったので、窓側にリクエストをお願いすると席はないと言われましたが、どうにかして窓側の席を設定してもらいました。
ここからの窓際席からのサンセットは本当に大好きです。
今回もサンセットも見られて良かったです。

I reserved a guaranteed seat in the front center, but today (the 24th), we were all together, and we had to line up for entry, ending up in seats at the end. However, the hula dance was significantly more wonderful and powerful than the dance I saw later at the Hawaiian Cultural Center, Star of Honolulu. The music and the emcee were truly American entertainers.

While I was dissatisfied with the seating, I was very satisfied overall, including the meal.

This was a great experience. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and friendly. I was having problems swimming in the choppy water and one of the girls stuck by me, made sure I was ok and also made sure I was able to see the dolphins.
My son and grandson loved seeing the turtles and the kayak.
Thank you for a wonderful time. We highly recommend this excursion with this company. They’re outstanding!

Nice location, lots to keep you entertained, entertainers we’re good, drinks are expensive and very little alcohol in them, and there are lots of people (i.e. long lines). The food was great, and the tour guide was very friendly & funny. Very good luau overall.

I took the bus number 55 from Ala Moana Shopping Center at 8:30 AM, and it took almost two hours. Since I wasn't sure where to get off, I asked the driver in advance to let me know when we arrived at Gunstock Ranch. I got off after the 56-160 on Kamehameha Highway. It was written on a utility pole at stop 46. Right after getting off the bus, there was a sign for Gunstock, so I didn't get lost.

What was frightening was how cold the bus was. Even with a long-sleeved jacket and a towel as a blanket, it was still chilly... Even though I knew it would be cold and prepared for it, I still needed to be cautious. There seem to be various horseback riding courses available, but since it was a place where no Japanese was spoken at all, I participated as a beginner. Next time, I would like to join a different course.

There were no other customers, just the two of us for a little over an hour, walking through the mountains. It was a unique experience that allowed us to feel the time and air that we can't experience in Japan. The sea breeze felt very nice, and it was enjoyable.

Lima, the new female staff member, was very polite and interacted with us, even though we didn't understand English well. Please feel the vastness of the 800 acres of land.

乗馬はいろいろなコースがあるみたいですが、全く日本語の通じない所なのでビギナーでの参加でしたが、次回は違うコースで参加したいと思います。
他にお客さんもなく、我々だけでの1時間ちょっと、山の中をお散歩
日本では味わえない、時間と空気を感じる事ができました。
sea wind がとても気持ちよく、楽しかったです。
リマはまだ新しく入った女性スタッフと言う事でしたが、丁寧に英語のわからない私たちに接してくれました。
800エイカーの広大な大地を感じて下さい。

The entry “free” Mai Tai is ridiculously watered down, which is unfortunate as it serves as a poor harbinger of events to come for the evening. Given attendance of 1000 on Christmas Eve at at least $100 per seat, you’d think they could afford to spare a little cheap rum. Anyway, the rest of the event was very well done. Food was excellent. Drinks less so. Dancing and entertainment was superb. The difference in the various packages is difficult to discriminate from the website. Essentially the higher the price the more credit you get for drinks and you get closer to the stage. We chose the orchid package, which is a reasonable compromise and I would recommend this.
