The staff were kind, funny, and absolutely wonderful. They played with my child using water guns. The transportation staff were also friendly and gentlemanly. During snorkeling, when I felt a bit scared, they led me and said, "Let's go together." I've participated in several overseas tours, but I've never felt as safe and enjoyed myself as much as I did here. I highly recommend this tour.

スタッフさんが、優しいし、おもしろいし、最高でした。子どもと水鉄砲で遊んでくれました。送迎の方も親切で紳士でした。シュノーケリングでは、少し怖くなると一緒に行きましょうとリードしてもらえました。海外のツアーはいくつか参加しましたが、ここまで安心して楽しめたのはありません。おすすめしたい，ツアーです。

MIckey did a great job of explaining and making sure that everyone felt safe and had a good time. I only wish we could have stayed out longer.

You take an early morning bus to the port, and from there, it takes about 20 minutes by boat to reach the sandbar. Everyone involved was kind and friendly, and I enjoyed the experience from start to finish. There were also people who were fluent in Japanese, which made me feel at ease. If I come back again, I would definitely like to participate once more.

港まで早朝のバスに乗って行き、そこから20分程度船に揺られてサンドバーに到着します。関係の方々どの人も優しくフレンドリーで、終始楽しめました。日本語の堪能な方もおり安心して利用できました。もしまた来られたら次も参加したいと思います。

I made a reservation in Japan before departure without checking the tide table, but luckily, the water was shallow up to my knees, which was great. I wore my reef shoes from the room, and I stayed in them both on the boat and in the water. Additionally, due to my nearsightedness, I borrowed a prescription mask. Whether I could swim or use the snorkel was a different matter. I didn’t know how to hold the snorkel properly, and water kept coming in through the gaps, so I held onto a staff member's float who spoke Japanese, and we moved along together. I got used to it halfway through and was able to look underwater for longer periods. Every time we spotted a sea turtle, the staff member would say, "There’s a turtle," and I was able to see them about 7 or 8 times. Encountering many schools of fish and sea turtles was an emotional experience. My first time snorkeling, meeting sea turtles, and visiting the sandbar was a fun experience that I can't have in Japan. The spam was also very delicious. Thank you very much.

潮見表を調べず、出発前に日本で予約しましたが、運良く、膝くらいで浅く良かったです。リーフシューズを部屋から履いて行き、船内も水中もこのままでした。また、近視のため、度付きのマスクを借りました。泳げるかどうかと、シュノーケルが使えるかどうかは別です。私はシュノーケルの咥え方がわからず、隙間から海水が入るので、日本語を話せるスタッフさんの浮き輪に捕まり、一緒に進みました。途中から慣れて長く水中を覗くことができるようになりました。ウミガメが見える度に、スタッフさんが、「カメさんいるよ」と教えて下さり、7〜8回くらい見ることができました。多くの魚の群れ、ウミガメに出会い、感動の連続。初めてのシュノーケリング、ウミガメとの出会い、サンドバー、日本ではできない楽しい体験でした。スパムもとてもおいしかったです。ありがとうございました。

For this second attempt, I checked the tide chart for the sandbar in Kaneohe and chose the day and time when the tide would be the lowest during my stay to participate in the tour. It was perfect. When we arrived and moored the boat, the water was about calf-deep, and even after the first snorkeling session, which lasted 20 minutes, we returned to find a sandbar with broken coral exposed about 50 meters away. It was practically land (see photo). The quality of the sandbar experience depends on the tour company, but ultimately, the tide conditions are everything. I believe those planning to go should choose tours that operate during low tide, referring to the tide chart as much as possible. However, when walking to the sandbar, beach shoes are essential. The soles of your feet can hurt, and if you're unlucky, you might get injured. Captain Bruce already has established know-how, and there was a Japanese guide on board, making it a comfortable experience for Japanese participants. The spam musubi we had on the boat was very delicious. During snorkeling, we even encountered a honu (sea turtle) (see photo).

One downside is that the information provided in advance by Veltra mentioned that tips of 10% to 20% are not included in the travel cost and advised not to bring valuables. I only brought a single bill for tips, but there were signs on the shuttle bus asking for tips, and there was also a request for tips when we got off the boat after the activity. I found myself in a situation where I hadn't heard about tipping at two different places! I only had one bill! I wish they would stop the tipping practice, which is unfamiliar to Japanese people, and include it in the total cost. It's quite bothersome.

再挑戦の今回は、サンドバーのあるカネオヘの潮見表を調べ、滞在中のツアー催行時間で一番潮の引く日と時間を選んで参加しました。ドンピシャでした。到着時にボートを係留したところで、ふくらはぎ中くらいの深さ、最初に行われるシュノーケリングが20分して終わって帰って来ても、歩いて50mほどのところにある珊瑚が砕けた砂州？が露出していました。まさに陸地でした。(写真参照)。サンドバー観光の質は催行会社もありますが、やはり潮の状態が全てです。行かれる方は、潮見表首っ引きで出来るだけ潮の引いている時に催行されるツアーを選ぶべきだと思います。ただし、砂州？に歩いて行く時はビーチシューズは必須です。足の裏が痛いですし、運が悪ければ怪我をすることがあります。キャプテンブルースはすでにノウハウが確立しており、日本人ガイドも乗っていて、日本人が安心して参加できます。ボート上でいただいたスパムむすびがとても美味しかったです。シュノーケリングでは海中でホヌにも出会えました。(写真参照) 。難点を言えば、事前にベルトラからされた案内に10%〜20%のチップは旅行代金に含まれていませんとあり、貴重品は持ってくるなとありましたので、チップだけお札1枚で持って行きましたが、送迎のバスでも、チップくださいとの掲示がありましたし、活動が終わりボートを降りる時にも、チップくださいの案内がありました。2箇所でチップとは聞いていないよ！お札1枚しかないよ！ということになりました。日本人には馴染みのないチップやめて欲しい。代金に含めておいて欲しいです。面倒くさいですから。

I participated in the morning session of a family trip (with elementary and middle school students). It was almost high tide, but at about 1 meter, it was safe for elementary school students to play.

What stood out the most was the cheerful and fun attitude of both the shuttle driver and the guide on the boat. They were quite fluent in Japanese (or rather, most of them were Japanese), so I highly recommend this tour compared to others.

Here are some points summarized by category for your reference!

【Shuttle】The outbound trip took about 45 minutes, and the return trip took about 60 minutes. We were picked up around 9:00 at the bus stop near Trump, making it easy to participate. The same driver took us both ways, and during the return trip, he engaged us with comments about our experiences. (He also provided cheerful guidance in English and broken Japanese along the way.) There was a service for those who wanted to stop at a famous malasada shop (Leonard's) on the way back.

【Boat Transfer】It takes about 10 minutes to arrive, and the waves are calm, so there’s hardly any worry about seasickness. We spotted several sea turtles on the way out (although we could see them multiple times at the sandbar).

【Snorkeling】Everyone wears life jackets and sanitized snorkels, and there were also zayaks (a type of board with a viewing window?) available for children. For adults who cannot swim, one of the guides provides support nearby. There were many fish, but everyone was particularly excited about the sea turtles.

【Activities】After snorkeling, you can enjoy SUP, zayaks, floaties, and photo opportunities at the sandbar. There was about one SUP per group, so everyone had fun (taking turns as a family).

【On the Boat】The boat has a restroom and is quite clean. The minimal rocking of the boat also left a good impression.

【Food and Drink】There are unlimited servings of spam musubi, apples, snacks, nut bars, and juices (only one spam musubi per person). So, you can go without bringing anything.

【Caution】Jellyfish (Portuguese man o' war) were present, and a few people got stung (though everyone had minor injuries). I think long-sleeved rash guards are essential.

家族旅行（小学生＋中学生）で午前の部に参加しました。
ほぼ満潮のタイミングでしたが、1m程度なので小学生でも安全に遊べました。

何より素晴らしいのは送迎の運転手、船上のガイドとも明るく楽しい気持ちになりました。日本語もかなり通じやすい（というかほぼ日本人の方も）ので、他のツアーに比べて非常にオススメできます。

以下に観点別のポイントをまとめたのでご参考までに！

【送迎】往路は45分ほど、帰路は60分ほどでの到着でした。トランプ近くのバス停に9:00頃ピックアップだったので無理なく参加できました。また行と帰りは同じ運転手で帰宅時には感想などの声掛けもしてくれます。（道中、英語と片言の日本語で陽気にガイドもしてくれます）。
希望者はマラサダの有名店（レナーズ）に帰路で下車するサービスもありました。

【船移動】10分程度で着く上に波も穏やかなので船酔いの心配は殆どありません。往路ではウミガメを何匹か見つけました（サンドバーで何度も見れますが）

【シュノーケル】全員がライフジャケット、シュノーケル（消毒済み）着用しますが、小児はzayak（除き窓付のビート版？）の貸し出しもありました。大人で泳げない人はガイドの1名が近くでサポートもしてくれます。魚も多いですがやはりウミガメは皆さんテンションがあがっていました。

【アクティビティ】シュノーケル後はサンドバーでSUPやZAYAK、浮き輪、写真撮影などを楽しめます。SUPも1組1台程度はあるので皆さん楽しめてました（家族で交代しながら）

【船上】トイレ付で船自体も結構キレイです。揺れが少ない点も好印象。

【飲食】スパムにぎり、りんご、スナック菓子、ナッツバー、ジュース類が食べ放題です（スパム握りだけ1人1つ）。よって手ぶらで問題なし。

【注意点】くらげ（カツオノエボシ）が流れてくるので、刺されている人が数人いました。（ただし皆さん軽傷）長袖のラッシュガードなどは必須と思います。

The sea was cold enough that a wetsuit was necessary! However, the captain was a funny person and it was enjoyable. Next time, I want to go into the sea on a warm day.

海は寒くてウェットスーツが必要な位でした！しかし！キャプテンが面白い人で楽しかったです。こんどは暖かい日に海にはいりたいです。

Snorkeling was amazing! A honu was right in front of me! It was an early morning, but I’m glad I was able to make the most of the day.

This is just what I needed. I'm not a great swimmer nor very confident in open water, and this was an excellent way to learn to snorkel. I HIGHLY recommend it! Our guide was Ashton. He was awesome! And the pictures were cool.

I participated in the initial practice for snorkeling because I was anxious about going out to sea the next day. Since it was my first experience with snorkeling, the calm waves made it a great place for beginners. All the instructions were in English. They explained how to put on the gear, how to breathe, and the precautions. After that, we practiced in an area where we couldn't touch the bottom. It was mentioned that there was a locker for valuables, but all participants' belongings were placed in a large box with a lock, which was mostly left open. It's better not to bring valuables.

Since it was the same location as scuba diving, it seemed there were staff members coming and going. There were only park restrooms and an outdoor shower. This time, there were two children and me, along with two Americans in our group. For those who can't swim, the instructor pulls a float, so you can hold on and practice. I highly recommend this for anyone who feels anxious about going straight into the sea.

翌日の海に出てシュノーケリングが不安だったのでの初練習として参加。初体験シュノーケリングなので参加して波が穏やかで、初体験の場所として良かったです。説明は全て英語です。付け方や息の仕方の方法、注意事項を説明その後は足が付かない所でずっと練習、貴重品ロッカーと書いてありましたが、大きな鍵付きの箱の中に参加者全員の荷物を入れる、ほぼ開けっぱなしです。貴重品は持たない方が良いですね。
スキューバダイビングと同じ場所なので入れ違いで誰かスタッフがいるようでした。
公園のトイレと外にシャワーがあるだけです。
今回は子供2人と私、アメリカ人2人のグループでした。泳げない人はインストラクターが浮き具を引いてくれるので捕まって練習してました。
いきなり海に開くのが不安な方にはとてもお勧めです。

The bus picked us up right in front of the hotel, which was very helpful. The inside of the bus was cold, just like "theBUS," so I recommend bringing a jacket!

Since it was an early morning plan, I had a light breakfast at the hotel, but on the boat, they provided drinks, spam onigiri, snacks, and fruits. The hot coffee was really delicious! The couple sitting next to us brought sandwiches, and I thought it would have been nice to enjoy that on the boat instead of at the hotel.

The staff who spoke Japanese kindly explained about the life jackets, how to play, and movies filmed in the area.

I checked the tide online and made a reservation, but the tide level during my session was just about waist-high! It was my first time trying SUP, and since the water was only waist-deep, it was easy to retry after falling, and I had a lot of fun.

While I was playing with my smartphone in a waterproof case, a friendly staff member offered to take my picture and captured me standing on the board! (There was even a moment when I lost my balance and fell, which was funny.)

During snorkeling, I had a great encounter with sea turtles and fish.

After getting out of the water, it was cold, and the young man next to me was shivering a lot. I recommend bringing a jacket, not just a T-shirt, like in the bus! Also, some hotels lend out bath towels, so it might be good to ask about that.

After getting off the boat, I was able to change at a nearby restroom. I had a really enjoyable experience and was very satisfied.

ホテルの前までバスで迎えに来ていただいて、助かります。
車内は「theBUS」同様 寒かったので、
羽織りを持っていくことをオススメします！

早朝プランだったので、ホテルで軽く朝食を食べてきていましたが
船では、ドリンク・スパムおにぎり・スナック・フルーツなどを用意してくれていました。
ホットコーヒーがとても美味しかったです！
同乗していたご夫婦は、サンドイッチなども持参されていて、
船上で気持ちがいいし、ホテルで食べずにそれもアリだったな〜！と思いました。

日本語を話せるスタッフさんが、
救命具のこと、遊び方、周辺で撮影された映画のことなど優しく説明してくれました。

一応潮の満ち引きはネットで調べて予約をしましたが、
私が参加した回は潮の高さはちょうど腰ほどでした！
SUPは初挑戦でしたが、落ちても潮が腰の高さなので
リトライしやすく、とても楽しかったです。

防水ケースにスマホを入れて遊んでいたら、
気さくなスタッフの方が「写真撮りますよ」と声をかけてくださって、
ボードの上に立っている姿を撮影してくれました！(バランス崩して落ちる瞬間も笑)

シュノーケリングでは、ウミガメ、魚にバッチリ逢えました。

海から上がったあとは寒くて、隣の青年がめちゃくちゃ震えていました。
Tシャツだけでなく、バス内同様 羽織りの持参がオススメです…！
また、バスタオルを貸し出してくれるホテルもあるので聞いてみると良いかと思います。

船を降りた後、すぐ近くのお手洗いで着替えができました。
とっても楽しい体験ができて満足です。

It was a wonderful experience for beginners. Our instructor was patient and explained everything thoroughly. I liked that we snorkeled in a cove making the waters calm.

The highlight of this trip for me was definitely the sandbar. Unfortunately, the weather was rainy, but I was still able to enjoy myself thoroughly.
While snorkeling, you can take underwater photos with your iPhone using a waterproof case. I even managed to capture a photo of a sea turtle.
Depending on the weather, it can get quite cold, so I recommend bringing a bath towel. As for other essentials, just cash for tips, your iPhone, and a waterproof case should be enough. I also brought a change of clothes, but there isn't a designated place to change, so we ended up wrapping ourselves in bath towels on the way back.
They also provide some light snacks, spam musubi, and soft drinks, so I think a light breakfast will suffice.
There was also a Japanese guide who was very kind and helpful.
I definitely think you won't regret participating!!!

今回の旅行で1番楽しみにしていたのが、このサンドバーでした。天気は残念ながら雨でしたが、十分楽しむことができました。
シュノーケリング中、防水ケースを使えば自分のiPhoneで水中の写真も撮れます。ウミガメの写真も撮れました。
天気によってはかなり体が冷えるので、バスタオルを持って行ったほうがいいと思います。他の持ち物はチップ用の現金、iPhone、防水ケースさえあればどうにかなります。着替えも持って行きましたが、着替える場所が用意されているわけではないので私達はバスタオルにくるまったまま帰りました。
ちょっとしたスナック菓子、スパムむすび、ソフトドリンクも準備していただけるので朝ご飯は軽く済ませるくらいで平気だと思います。
日本人のガイドさんもいらっしゃって、とても親切にしていただきました。
絶対に参加して後悔はしないと思います！！！

My husband and I participated together. I was worried since it was my husband's first time snorkeling, but the captain and the crew helped us by pulling the boat, allowing us to see the fish and corals clearly while swimming.

We also saw turtles. The snacks on the boat were delicious. Everyone spoke Japanese well and provided great support, making it an enjoyable experience. Thank you!

旦那はシュノーケル初めてだったので心配でしたが、キャプテン達がボートで引っ張ってくださり、泳ぎながら魚やサンゴをしっかり見ることができました。

亀も見えました。船の上の軽食も美味しかったです。

I went stand-up paddleboarding at the sandbar. It was a lot of fun. After that, I went snorkeling. The last time I participated, we moved a bit further by boat, but this time we walked from the sandbar to a slightly deeper area. Unfortunately, there weren't many fish, which was disappointing. I preferred the previous location.

サンドバーでサップをしました。とても楽しかったです。その後、スノーケリングでした。以前参加したときは、船でもう少し移動したのですが、今回はサンドバーから歩いて少し深いところまで行きました。あまり魚はいなくて残念でした。前の場所の方が良かったなぁ。

I checked the low tide in Hawaii and participated in a tour at the time it was at its lowest during my stay. The tide goes out around 8:30, so I was picked up at 5:45. After picking up other participants in the city, we arrived at the sea before 8:00.

After boarding, we headed to the sandbar. The captain provided explanations in English, which were quite fast and hard to understand, but a female staff member explained in Japanese for the Japanese participants.

At the sandbar, we spent the first 45 minutes playing in the water on stand-up paddleboards. The water depth that day was about 20 cm. After that, we put on well-floated life jackets and went snorkeling along the coral reef. There weren't many brightly colored fish, but a turtle came close, although we were told not to touch it.

We returned to Waikiki before noon, allowing us to enjoy more activities like meals and the pool for half a day. On the boat, there was one spam onigiri, chips, and drinks available.

ハワイの干潮を確かめて、今回のハワイ滞在中で一番下がる時間を確認してツアーに参加しました。8時半頃に引くので、5時45分のピックアップでした。
市内の他の参加客のピックアップして8時前に海に到着しました。
乗船後、サンドバーに向かいました。キャプテンは英語の説明で、結構早口で理解しづらかったですが、女性のスタッフが日本語で日本人参加客に説明してくれました。
サンドバーについて、最初の45分はスタンドアップパドルボートでの水遊びでした。この日は20cmほどの水深でした。
その後、しっかりしたよく浮くライフジャケットを着けて、珊瑚礁に沿ってシュノーケリングしました。明るい色の魚は少ない状態でしたが、カメは触ってはいけないのですが、当たりそうなところに上がってきてくれました。
お昼前にはワイキキに帰るれるので、さらに半日食事やプールなども楽しめました。なお、船上ではスパムおにぎり1個とチップスとドリンクなどがありました。

The weather was unfortunately cloudy, but I was able to fully enjoy ocean activities like snorkeling, floating with a ring, and stand-up paddleboarding! During snorkeling, the captain pointed out a sea turtle hiding and sleeping among the rocks, and I was moved to see the turtle up close.
This was my mistake, but I didn't check the time for when the sandbar would appear, so I couldn't walk on the beach. Next time, I want to make sure to check the low tide time before participating!
Also, the staff's service was wonderful!! The spam onigiri and coffee they prepared were delicious!
However, we departed with two boats, one exclusively for Japanese guests and the other for non-Japanese guests. Personally, I believe that spending time with people from various countries is one of the great pleasures of traveling abroad, so it was disappointing that all the passengers were Japanese. That said, I think some passengers felt reassured to be among all Japanese guests, and on the Japanese boat, there was a staff member who was very fluent in Japanese, creating a comfortable environment for many! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

天気はあいにくの曇りでしたが、シュノーケリング、浮き輪、SUPで海のアクティビティを満喫できました！また、シュノーケリングではキャプテンの方がウミガメが岩間に隠れて寝ているところを教えてくださり、間近でウミガメを見られて感動しました。
これはわたしのミスですが、サンドバーが現れる時間を調べていなかったため、砂浜を歩くことはできませんでした。今度はきちんと干潮の時間を調べてから参加したいです！
また、スタッフの方々のご対応は素晴らしかったです！！用意してくださっていたスパムおにぎりやコーヒーも美味しかったです！
ただ、2隻の船で出発したのですが、片方が日本人のお客さんオンリー、もう片方は日本人以外のお客さんといった形で振り分けられており、個人的には様々な国の方々と同じ空間で過ごせることも海外旅行の大きな醍醐味だと思っているため、乗客が全員日本人の方だったのは残念でした。とはいえ、乗客が全員日本人で安心した方もいると思いますし、日本人号には日本語が大変流暢なスタッフさんがおり、多くの方にとって安心できる環境だったとも思います！素敵な体験をありがとうございました！

There were Japanese staff members, and I was able to hear the explanations in Japanese beforehand, which made me feel at ease throughout the experience. The sea was beautiful, just like in the photos. I would love to participate again if I have the chance!

I went snorkeling to see fish, and I was able to swim with a considerable number of honu (sea turtles)! The crew spoke Japanese, so I was able to enjoy the activity with peace of mind! One thing I felt was that changing clothes, which was optional, is actually a must. (It's cold to return on an air-conditioned bus in a swimsuit.)

魚をみるためのシュノーケリング目的で行ったのですが、かなりの数のホヌと一緒に泳ぐことができました！
クルーの方も日本語が通じたので安心してアクティビティを楽しめました！
ひとつ感じたことは、持ち物で任意だった着替えは必須です。(水着で冷房のきいたバスで帰るのは寒いです)

I'm glad we chose this for our family's first activity in Hawaii! ☺️ First, we listened intently to the explanations in English, and then we received a little bit of explanation in Japanese, which helped us get used to the English. We were also lucky to encounter sea turtles three times, which was amazing.

I was able to enjoy everything, including the ocean, coral, fish, and the honu (sea turtle). The staff's English was very fast, making it difficult for me to understand since I'm not very good at it, but they provided support in Japanese, which was very helpful. Additionally, they kindly guided us, and thanks to them, my parents were able to enjoy themselves and come back happy.

The duration of the stay was shorter compared to other tours, but it was just right since I was with my elderly parents. I definitely want to visit this place again when I go to Hawaii!

海も、サンゴも、魚も、ホヌもすべて楽しく体験することができました。
スタッフさんの英語はめちゃ早くて、あまり得意でない私には聞き取りが困難でしたが、日本語でのフォローもしてくれて、とても助かりました。
また、親切にガイドしてくれて、おかげで父母も楽しんで帰ることができました。

滞在時間がほかのツアーに比べて短めでしたが、高齢の父母を連れてでしたので、ちょうど良かったです。
ぜひ、ハワイに行った際には再度訪れたい場所です！！

In the first half, we played with SUP boards and floaties in shallow water. In the second half, those who could swim put on life jackets and went snorkeling. Since we couldn't swim, we were pulled by the staff to explore underwater. We were very lucky to see four sea turtles. It was a great experience. However, since we couldn't swim, we couldn't move around freely. So, I think it would be more enjoyable for those who can swim, but of course, even non-swimmers can have fun.

前半は浅場でSUPや浮き輪で遊びました。
後半は、泳げる人は救命具を付けてシュノーケリングです。
私達は泳げないので、スタッフさんに引っ張ってもらって海中を散策。
ウミガメも4匹も見られて、とてもラッキーでした。
いい体験ができました。ただ私達は泳げないので自由に動き回れませんでした。なので泳げる方はもっと楽しいとおもいますので泳げる方におすすめです。もちろん泳げなくても楽しめます。

The spam onigiri on the boat was delicious, and I was happy to try various snacks! There was plenty of free time, and I had a great time. During snorkeling, many fish came close, and I was able to take lots of great photos☆ I even saw three sea turtles, which was so lucky! Everyone leading the tour was kind, and it was a lot of fun. I want to go again!!

自由時間もたくさんあって、楽しめたし、シュノーケリングも魚たくさんよってきてくれて、いい写真がたくさん撮れました☆

引率のかたみんなやさしくてとても楽しかったですまたいきたい！！

On the day of the visit, there was a sandbar, so we could walk. However, because the tide was low, the paddle boat was too shallow and got stuck, making it difficult to ride. Snorkeling was great as we were able to see two turtles. It was allowed to bring in beer, so we brought two bottles and chilled them. It seemed that people from Taiwan brought a case of six. Enjoying beer while snacking was the best!

当日はサンドバーが出ていて歩けました　逆に潮が引いていたためパドルボートが浅すぎて引っかかって上手く乗れなかった　シュノーケリングは亀が2匹も見れて良かったです　ビール持ち込みOKとなっていたので2本持っていって冷やしていただきました　台湾からの人は6本ケースで持ってきていたようです　スナックを食べながらのビール最高でした

My wife can't swim, but the staff member Jenny warmly supported us until the end. Mahalo! I want to go to the sandbar again!

The staff spoke Japanese and were very kind, which made for a wonderful experience. I got to see sea turtles in the beautiful ocean, and it was the best experience. I would love to participate again.

綺麗な海でウミガメにも会えましたし、最高の体験が出来ました。また参加したいです。

A bus will pick you up near the hotel and take you to the port where the boat is located. From there, you can board the boat and head out to sea! When we went, it was raining a bit and the weather was bad, and it was quite cold, but we were still very satisfied because we got to see sea turtles! The boat provides drinks and snacks. It was really cold, so having warm hot chocolate was a lifesaver!

We also had our children (11 and 6 years old) with us, and it was helpful that we could borrow child-sized floaties and snorkeling gear. There was one guide who spoke both English and Japanese. Since we live in the United States, we didn't necessarily need a Japanese tour, but this tour was cheaper compared to local tours, and having Japanese staff made us feel more at ease. It also seemed like many of the participants were quite reasonable people.

ホテルの近くまでバスが迎えに来てくれます。バスに乗って船がある港まで連れて行ってくれます。それから、船に乗って海へ！私たちの時は雨が少し降っており天候が悪く、かなり寒かったですが、それでもウミガメさんを見れたので大満足でした！船では飲み物やスナックを提供してくれます。かなり寒かったので、温かいホットチョコレートがあって助かりました！

私たちは子供たち（11歳と6歳）も一緒だったのですが、子供サイズの浮き輪やスノーケリングのグッズを借してもらえたので助かりました。ガイドの方々は英語・日本語どっちも話せる方が１名いました。私たちはアメリカ在住なので、日本語ツアーじゃなくても良かったのですが、現地のツアーに比べてもこのツアーは安かったですし、やっぱり日本人の方が安心できますし、参加される方々も常識がある方が多い気がします。

We were blessed with good weather and had a wonderful tour. Our kind guide provided various pieces of advice in Japanese. Snorkeling was a fun experience, as we got to see a honu right in front of us. Next time, I will be bringing my grandchild in July. Thank you!

It was good well explained with saftey and what the plan was. The experience was o.k however there wasn't alot of sea life to see like turtles or alot of fish. The time wasn't as long as it is mentioned in the advertisement. It's great that they offer pics and vids I just wish there would of been more than just 6.
