It was fun! The staff was lively, and not only was the parasailing itself enjoyable, but the journey there was fun too! Even getting seasick is a good memory, haha!

I stayed at Twin Fin, and it was really great that the hotel provided transportation from Waikiki to Haleiwa, as it's quite far to go on your own!

First, we did a little sightseeing in the city, and then they took us to the Dole Plantation. The driver acted as a guide throughout the journey, which really deepened my knowledge, and he was humorous, making it a lot of fun.

In Haleiwa, we had free time to try the famous garlic shrimp, but personally, I was really happy to be able to drink a latte made with coffee beans that can only be found on the North Shore!

ツインフィンに宿泊していたのですが、ワイキキからハレイワまで個人で行くととても遠いのを、ホテルから連れて行ってくれるので、とてもありがたいツアーでした！
まず、市内観光を少しして、Doleプランテーションに連れて行ってくれるのですが、始終運転手の方が移動中ガイドをしてくれるので、知識もとても深まりましたし、ユーモアのあるガイドで楽しかったです。
ハレイワではかの有名なガーリックシュリンプもフリータイムで食べに行くことも出来るのですが、個人的にはノースショアでしか獲ることのできないコーヒー豆を使ったラテを飲めたのがとても嬉しかったです♪

I was looking forward to the Polynesian dance, but aside from the last performer who used fire, the atmosphere was greatly diminished by the presence of mostly Western and Chinese-Japanese performers. After all, Polynesian dance should be performed by those who embody the Polynesian spirit... Other than that, I was satisfied.

ポリネシアのダンスを楽しみにしていたのに、最後の火を使った演技者以外は欧米系、中華日系で雰囲気が大きく損なわれた。
やはりポリネシアダンスはポリネシアンの雰囲気を持った方が踊らないと…
それ以外は満足です

The instructors were all kind and many of them were interesting. The sea, mountains, and islands looked beautiful from above, and I was truly moved.

インストラクターさんもみんな優しく、面白い方が多い印象でした。上空から見る海、山、島どれも綺麗で感動しかなかったです。

It was interesting. The audience joined in for a fun entertainment experience. It was great to watch from a good seat. I was able to enjoy it without getting bored.

Joshua was great at setting up everything and communicating. The charcuterie plate was good too. We had a lot of fun during the photoshoot. I only wish we had access to all the photos taken (we only received a selection of them).

It was a tour on a day with a bit of strong wind, but I had a great time!

I got to see sea turtles, and the tour captain and staff were all very kind, which made me very satisfied! On this tour, there were two staff members who spoke Japanese, and they carefully explained the safety instructions on the boat, how to play at the sandbar, and how to snorkel! (They provided explanations in Japanese after the English ones.)

I was able to see sea turtles while at the sandbar and during snorkeling, so it was a very valuable experience!

The bus driver who took us to the port was also a friendly and nice person!

I had a wonderful experience until the end, and it was really fun!

少々風が強い日のツアーでしたがとても楽しかったです！

ウミガメも見れたし、ツアーのキャプテンやスタッフの方も優しい方ばかりで大満足でした！
今回のツアーでは日本語を話してくれるスタッフが2名おり、船上での注意事項やサンドバーでの遊び方、シュノーケリングのやり方など丁寧に教えてくれました！(英語での説明の後に日本語で改めて説明してくれました)

サンドバーやシュノーケリング中もウミガメが見れたので、とても貴重な体験ができました！

港までの送迎バスの運転手さんも気さくな良い方でした！

The water was cold, so we couldn't play for long, but we had a great time snorkeling and seeing lots of fish, as well as enjoying stand-up paddleboarding.

水が冷たくてのんびり長くあそべませんでしたが、シュノーケリングで沢山の魚を見たり、サップを楽しんだり楽しかったです。

At first, I was worried, but it was easy to understand because they taught me with gestures and hand signals. Driving the buggy was also simple, and the scenery was amazing.

最初は心配でしたが、身振り､手振りで教えてくれるのでわかりやすかったです。バギーの運転も簡単だったし、景色も最高でした。

I went to the show on the evening of the first day of my trip to Hawaii. It was my first time seeing a show, and from start to finish, it was a wonderful performance that kept my eyes glued to the stage. Every time the scene changed, incredible feats were displayed, and I was excited the entire time. I felt like I could have watched Cirque du Soleil every day!

ハワイ旅行初日の夕方に行きました。初めてのショーでしたが開演から終わりまで、目が離せない素敵なショーでした。物語の場面が変わるごとに超人技が繰り広げられ、ずーっと興奮してました。
毎日シルクドソレイユでもよかったなぁという感想です。

I had some trouble with the initial input process, but there was someone at the reception who spoke Japanese, so I was able to complete the procedures somehow.

27 years ago, when I went skydiving in Hawaii, it was really exhilarating, but this time, both my spouse and I started to feel dizzy during the freefall and experienced a bit of motion sickness. My buddy was very kind and made me feel safe during the dive, but the spinning in the air was quite tough.

We felt our age a bit and couldn't enjoy it as much, but it turned out to be a good experience for the second time.

始めの入力作業に手間取ってしまったのですが、受付に日本語ができる方がいてなんとか手続きできました。
27年前にハワイでスカイダイビングした時は、とってもだの覚めたのですが、今回は、夫婦共にダイブ後の空中遊泳中に目が回り始めてしまい、やや乗り物酔いをしてしまいました。バディは、とっても親切で安心してダイブできたのですが、くるくる空中遊泳は、辛かったでした。
私たちは、老いを感じ少し楽しめませんでしたが、2度目の良い重艶になりました。

Last time I participated in a whale watch was in March 2018, but I didn't see any whales then. This time, I was able to see them several times, and I was moved to see whales for the first time. Although I didn't get to see them jump high, I did see them surface and blow water.

The waves were calm, so I was able to participate without getting seasick. As sunset approached, we enjoyed a cruise up to Diamond Head and were able to see a beautiful sunset.

前回2018年3月に来た際にもホエールウォッチに参加しましたが、その時は見れずでした。
今回は数回に渡り見る事ができ、初めて見るクジラに感動です。
大きくジャンプする姿は見れませんでしたが、背中を出して潮を吹く姿は見れました。

波も穏やかで船酔いもせずに参加できました。
日没が近づくとダイヤモンドヘッド手前まで遊覧も楽しめて綺麗な夕日を見る事もできました。

We gathered at 7:30 AM and departed for Haleiwa five minutes before the scheduled time. On that day, there were four families participating, including ours. The driver provided explanations in both Japanese and English, which made us feel secure during the ride.

We arrived in less than an hour from Waikiki and had some free time. We took a walk towards the ocean until the shops opened. Once the shops opened, we enjoyed some Huli Huli chicken, ate acai bowls, and bought T-shirts and coffee. It was great because it was cheaper than in Waikiki.

朝7:30集合で定刻5分前にハレイワに向かって出発。当日は、我々含め４家族参加でした。ドライバーの方は、日本語と英語で説明して下さり運転も安心でした。
ワイキキから1時間弱で到着し、自由行動。
お店が開くまで海の方へ散歩して、
お店が開いたら、フリフリチキンを食べたり
アサイーボール食べてTシャツ、コーヒーを買いました。ワイキキより安くて良かったです、、。

Our tour guide Jonah was really nice and super flexible with the schedule so you don’t feel rushed at all. The route is ideal and recommended by locals I talked to. It was a great tour and we really appreciated the tour guide answering all our curious questions happily!

The cheerful staff keeps you entertained. Although it's in English, they are accustomed to Japanese people and explain things with gestures, so there are no problems. The parasailing itself is fantastic. If I have the chance, I would like to do it again next time.

It's fine to bring bags like backpacks. You can store your belongings and sandals in the space under the seats, so they won't get wet. Of course, managing valuables is each person's responsibility. I think the photo option will be added unless you decline it. This time, I participated with three people, and one stayed on the boat, so taking photos with my smartphone was sufficient. With a smartphone, you can also take videos, and if one person is staying on the boat, I think the photo option isn't necessary. However, if there isn't anyone to take photos from the boat, it would be better to opt for it.

The boat rocked, but I didn't get seasick. It might have been influenced by the fact that there were only two groups participating and it was a short time.

陽気なスタッフが楽しませてくれます。英語ですけど、日本人に慣れていて身振り手振りで説明をしてくれるので問題ありません。パラセーリング自体は最高です。機会があれば次回もやりたいと思っています。

リュックなど荷物を持ち込んでも大丈夫です。腰掛け下のスペースに荷物やサンダルなどを入れて保管しますので水には濡れません。もちろん貴重品は各自の責任での管理となります。写真撮影のオプションは断らない限りつけられてしまうと思います。今回、私は3人名での参加で1名が船に残っている状況でしたので、スマホでの撮影で事足りました。スマホだと動画も撮れるし1名が船に残っているのであれば、写真オプションはなくても良いと思います。もし船から撮影してくれる人がいないのであれば、オプションつけた方が良いです。
船は揺れましたが船酔いはしなかったです。2組の参加で短時間であったということも影響したかもしれませんが。

We were able to see dolphins shortly after the boat departed. It rained occasionally, and thanks to that, we also saw a rainbow. Miraculously, we were able to see whales about three times. The sea and Diamond Head from the ocean were both very beautiful, and I was extremely satisfied.

船が出発して早々にイルカを見ることが出来ました。
雨が時折降ってきて、そのおかげで虹も見れました。
奇跡的にクジラも3回程見る事が出来ました。
海も海から見るダイヤモンドヘッドもとても綺麗で大満足です。

I participated in this tour on February 28th. The weather was clear, and the water was very clear, making for the best conditions. The snorkeling gear is available for rent on-site, which is reassuring. All the explanations are in English, but there is generally a Japanese guide on the voucher, so I was able to understand everything without any issues. Although I didn't encounter any sea turtles, I was able to see a variety of colorful fish, both large and small, which was very moving. I think even beginners can participate with confidence. There are also facilities for restrooms and changing spaces. It was a wonderful tour where I could fully enjoy the nature-rich Hanauma Bay, and I definitely want to participate again.

2/28に本ツアーを利用しました。当日は晴天で海の透明度も高く、最高のコンディションでした。シュノーケリングセットは現地でレンタル可能で安心。説明はすべて英語ですが、バウチャーに概ね日本語の案内があるため問題なく理解できました。ホヌには出会えなかったものの、大小さまざまな色とりどりの魚に出会うことができ、とても感動しました。初心者でも安心して参加できると思います。トイレや着替えスペースも整っています。自然豊かなハナウマベイを満喫できる素敵なツアーで、ぜひまた参加したいです。

At the ticket counter, I was able to easily exchange my voucher for tickets. Since I took the first train, they also properly informed me about the boarding area, allowing for a smooth boarding experience. On the route from Waikiki, we were able to stop along the way for photo opportunities! The explanations were in English, so I couldn't understand everything, but it was relaxed, and they provided various explanations, making the ride enjoyable. Since it runs along the coast, I think it's the best trolley for enjoying the scenery.

チケットカウンターにバウチャーを見せれば簡単にチケット交換してもらえました。始発から乗ったので乗り場もちゃんと教えてもらえてスムーズに乗車出来ました。ワイキキからのルートでは途中降りて写真撮影させてもらえます!英語での説明なので全ては理解できませんでしたがのんびりしていて、色々説明してくれるので楽しみながら乗車することができました。海岸沿いに走って行くので景色を楽しむには最高のトロリーだと思います。

My wife wanted to try it, so even though I have a fear of heights, I decided to participate. There were about ten other participants at the same time. We flew in pairs or threes, but since we were last in line, we had time to mentally prepare ourselves. I think each group flew for about seven minutes. When we actually took off, it was scary, but the view of Hawaii from the sky was breathtaking.

You can bring your phone while flying, but I didn't have much opportunity to take pictures. You can also purchase photos taken from the boat, or ask other participants to take pictures for you. The photos you buy are often taken with professional cameras, and they turned out well, so I recommend purchasing some as a keepsake.

一緒に行った妻がやってみたいとのことで、私は高所恐怖症でしたが参加することに。参加した時間は他にも参加者が多く10人くらいとなりました。2人もしくは3人で飛んでいましたが、自分達は順番が最後だったので心の準備をする時間がありました。1グループ7分程度空を飛んでいたと思います。実際に飛ぶと怖いのは怖いですが、空からのみたハワイの景色は絶景でした。
携帯も持って飛べますが、自分はあまり写真を撮る余裕はありませんでした。船からの写真は購入もできますし、他の参加者にお願いして撮ってもらうこともできます。購入した写真は本格的なカメラで撮ってもらえることもあり、写りはよかったので思い出に写真購入することをおすすめします。

I participated in this activity during my honeymoon trip to Hawaii, hoping to have a Hawaiian experience. The weather had been bad until the day before, but on the day of the activity, the weather cleared up, and we were able to proceed without any issues.

The crew members were locals, but they spoke Japanese fluently, so there were no communication problems at all. They encouraged us to take lots of photos, which made for great memories.

I would love to participate again the next time I visit Hawaii!

新婚旅行でハワイに行った際にハワイらしい体験をと思い参加しました。前日までは天気も崩れていましたが、参加日は天候も回復し無事にアクティビティが実施されました。
クルーの方も現地のかたですが、日本語ペラペラでコミュニケーション等は全く問題ありませんでした。写真等も声をかけてもらいたくさん撮ってもらい良い思い出になりました。
またハワイに行った際には参加したいと思います！

Capt Jamie and the crew were amazing and very knowledgable! We got to see a pod of whales pop up 4 times or more, we saw flying fish, and a pid of dolphins with babies! Great cruise!

My boyfriend and I had the BEST time on this experience. Firstly the bus that picked us up was LUSH and so comfortable (more comfortable than the flight to get to Hawaii!). The tour guide and bus driver were so nice and very informative. Took us through the most scenic route to get to the bay so it was really nice to see the beautiful coastline before we even arrived. The bay itself is just INCREDIBLE. So so beautiful. They have a great service to drive you down to the bay to save your leggies (although we did walk back up and it was fine - short and sharp lol). We got ourselves a great spot on the beach, then got straight in to the water. The water was crystal clear, and beautiful temperature and we saw SO many fish from the get-go. It was a really love few hours snorkelling and then just relaxing in the sun, would absolutely recommend doing this experience to anyone and everyone!

I participated in the morning tour. There were a lot of participants, and I think all the seats were full. I was looking forward to seeing whales since February is said to be a good season for it, but unfortunately, I didn't see any. They announced that we can reattempt for free at any time. The boat was larger than I expected, but it swayed a lot. I think having motion sickness medication would help. Also, since the wind was strong, it's better to have a light jacket or something to wear.

朝イチのツアーに参加しました。参加者はとても多く、椅子は満席だったと思います。
２月はクジラが見やすいシーズンとの事で期待してましたが、見れなかったです。
再チャレンジをいつでも無料でできるとアナウンスありました。
船は予測より大きいものでしたが、めちゃくちゃ揺れます。酔い止めあれば大丈夫かと思います。
あと、風が強いので薄手羽織ものある方がいいです

The Polynesian show was impressive, with authentic impersonations and a perfect balance that kept us entertained without getting bored until the very end. We attended with three generations, and everyone, young and old, enjoyed it.

ポリネシアンのショーも迫力があり、ものまねも本格的で、バランスが丁度良く、飽きる事無く、最後まで楽しめました。3世代で参加しましたが、老若男女、楽しめました。

The buffet was very delicious. I was guided to a table with only Japanese people, so I was able to have a lively conversation with those nearby and enjoyed my meal. I think it would have been a bit tough if I had been surrounded by foreigners. I appreciated that consideration. Some people say that the time before the show was too long, but I personally didn't find it boring. With the extra time, I went back for seconds multiple times.

The show featured familiar numbers, and I enjoyed it normally. There was also hula dancing. However, while the impersonations of Elvis and Michael were amusing, there were few male backup dancers.

Since there isn't much to do at night, I think it's a good option as one of the many shows available. If you go without the buffet, it's cheaper, making it even more enjoyable.

ビュッフェはとても美味しかったです。日本人のみのテーブルに案内されたので、近くの方とお話しが弾み、食事中も楽しめました。外国人に囲まれていたら、ちょっとしんどかったとは思います。その配慮はありがたかったです。ショーまでの時間が長すぎる、という意見もありますが、私に限っては退屈はしませんでした。時間がある分、おかわりも何回もしました。
ショーも知っているナンバーばかりで、普通に楽しめます。フラダンスもありました。ただ、プレスリーやマイケルは似せていて面白いですが、男性バックダンサーが少なかったです。
夜は特にする事もないので、数あるショーの一つとして良いと思います。ブュッフェなしなら安いので、より楽しめると思います。
