I didn't think getting a refund would be possible, but I was truly impressed by their attentive responses and the numerous emails I received. I definitely want to participate in the tour again. The weather was perfect, and we had an amazing experience. We enjoyed a 1 hour and 30 minute dinner at Hyatt, and then the show started right after. It was truly a precious time to experience a real show up close! (I felt the show was longer than scheduled.) Our 6 and 10-year-old children were also completely satisfied with everything. The staff provided pleasant service as well. On our way back, we were lucky to see fireworks right in front of us at Waikiki Beach.
