I participated with my family and my 2-year-old nephew. I was nervous that there might be a height check since he was just barely 92 cm, but there was no check, and we were able to board without any issues.

The boat from the beach to the submarine sways quite a bit. We had to wait about 10 minutes for the submarine, and during that time, people who are prone to motion sickness felt quite nauseous on the swaying boat. Once we boarded the submarine, it was calm and steady once submerged.

Underwater, the visibility was poor, and we couldn't see many fish. There were fish around the artificially sunk feeding area. I was a bit disappointed because the photos on the website looked too beautiful, and I had that image in mind. Additionally, inside the submarine, we only listened to explanations through headphones, and there was hardly any interaction from the crew, which was a bit disappointing. However, the elementary school-aged children seemed to enjoy it.

浜辺から潜水艦までの船が揺れます。また潜水艦を待ってる時間が10分くらいあり、その間も揺れる船上で待機のため酔いやすい人はかなり気持ち悪くなってました。潜水艦に乗船し、沈んでしまえば揺れもなく穏やかです。

沈むと海の中は濁っておりあまり魚が見えませんでした。人工的に沈められた餌場の周りには魚がいます。ホームページなどの写真が綺麗すぎるのでそのイメージでいたのでがっかりです。また、潜水艦の中はヘッドホンで説明を聞くだけで乗務員さんからの話はほとんど無いのでそれも少し残念です。小学生くらいの子供は楽しんでいました。

We participated as a family of four. The weather was great. From the bus ride, the staff provided detailed explanations about life jackets and safety points for the sea, which gave us a sense of security. As soon as we arrived at the port, we boarded a two-story boat. It had a restroom and was a splendid vessel. The fins and equipment were relatively new and clean. The captain took us to the right spot, and with the encouragement of the staff, we jumped into the sea. Unfortunately, during the first jump, the dolphins swam away in the distance, but on the second try, we encountered a wonderful pod and swam so close to the dolphins that it felt like we could reach out and touch them, losing track of time in the moment. We also danced hula together and during snorkeling time, we even saw turtles. It was a day of great satisfaction.

家族4人で参加しました。お天気は良好。行きのバスからスタッフの方が、ライフジャケットや海での注意点を細かく説明して下さり、安心感がありました。港に着いてすぐに2階建てのボートに乗りました。トイレもあり、立派な船でした。フィンや道具は新しめで綺麗でした。船長さんがここというポイントに連れて行って下さり、スタッフの方々の掛け声で海に飛び込みます。初めの一回は残念ながらイルカは遠くに泳いで行ってしまいましたが、2回目にすばらしい群れに会えて、イルカと手が届きそうな近さで泳ぎ時間を忘れるひと時でした。
フラダンスをみんなで踊ったり、シュノーケリングタイムには亀にも会えました。大満足の一日でした。

Our experience from start to finish was exceptional! The shuttle ride started with a wonderful ride from Emanual- she was friendly and conversational, making our time feel like it was spent with a friend. She was knowledgeable about the Island and told us interesting things. She suggested we rent a car and we did- the next day! Thanks Em so worth it! On the boat Em and Captain Jenna were wonderful. Our teenager got a little sick but they didn't give up on her, with their words of encouragement and support we set sail. Our 8 year old was afraid and because of you two ladies she got in and snorkeled with an 80year old turltle. Words can express that magic of that experience! We are eagerly anticipating the pictures photographer Paul took. Your attention to detail and obvious dedication to your craft is remarkable. Thank you team dolphin excursion for loving what you do and sharing that with my family. Mahalo!

I was very disappointed with the restaurant; it was quite poor. Moreover, there was only that one place, leaving no options. If they want to cater to Japanese tourists, they need to improve the food, or else the tour guests will leave. I don't think I will go there again.

I was worried if it would be okay since the kids are small, but the staff were all kind, and it seems the kids enjoyed themselves. It was also great that we could experience snorkeling and sea kayaking at spots where we could see not only dolphins but also fish and turtles. Everyone in my family saw the dolphins except for me σ(^_^;) I saw a lot of dorsal fins from a large group of dolphins σ(^_^;)

There are some things that can't be helped since it's nature, but I was able to encounter dolphins, although I only saw their dorsal fins. I couldn't see them swimming around in the water. I got my hopes up because the experience photos showed Masala donuts. We departed early in the morning without having time for a satisfying meal before boarding. There were no drinks or snacks during the ride, and we finally got a light meal around 11 o'clock, which included hamburgers, drinks, and snacks. Maybe I was expecting too much from the dolphins and the food.

It was truly a wonderful underwater walk where I could see sea turtles up close. The supporting divers were kind and efficient, which made me feel at ease even though I wasn't confident in my swimming skills, allowing me to complete the tour without worry.

The children also seemed to have a great time. Thank you very much.

In the morning, when the pickup was happening, I think my name was called twice, but I heard it from a different tour group. While I went to check there, the bus had already started to leave, and if I hadn't noticed, I would have been left behind. Other than that, everything was great.

The bus stop was right in front of the hotel I stayed at, yet I waited at the designated bus stop on foot. When I mentioned my name, they checked the confirmation and made a phone call. It seems there was a mistake on their part, and the guide told me, "The bus stop is different, but get on this bus," so I was able to go. But I can't help but feel frustrated thinking that if I hadn't asked, I might have been left behind. There was nothing indicating "Veltour" on the bus or the guide, making it very confusing. After that, during my stay and even after returning home, I received no apology email, just an email asking for a review of my experience. I was shocked to find that other coupons offered the same tour at a lower price than what I had booked, but the tour itself was very good, so I highly recommend it!

We participated as a family of four. Our younger child, who is six years old, was scared to get into the cage, so they watched from the boat while the other three of us went into the cage. After about 30 minutes of heading out to sea, we arrived at the point and split into two groups to take turns entering the cage, which was slightly away from the boat. There were really a lot of sharks swimming quietly around the cage. It was very exciting, but the boat was really rocking! During the trip to the point, while we were in the cage, and even while the other group was in the cage, we were constantly battling seasickness. We drove to the location in a rental car, and since I was the driver, I couldn't take any motion sickness medication (because it makes me sleepy all day), so I just stared at the distant land from the boat to get through it. 家族4人で参加しました。下の子が6歳でケージに入るのは怖いと言うのでボートから見学、ほかの3人でケージに入りました。30分程沖へ進みポイントに着くと2グループに分かれて順番にケージへ入りボートから少し離されます。サメは本当に沢山います、静かにケージの周りを泳いでいます。大興奮ですが揺れがすごいです！ポイントまでの移動中も、ケージに入っている間も、もうひとグループがケージに入っている間のボートも、ずっと船酔いとの戦いでした。私達はレンタカーで現地集合、私は運転手だった為、酔い止めの薬も飲めず(飲むと1日中眠たくなってしまうので)ボートではひたすら遠くの陸を眺めてなんとかやり過ごしました。他の参加者の方々は吐いていた人が1人、大半は酔わずに沢山写真を撮ったりボートからサメを見つけたり楽しんでいました。という事で乗り物酔いする方は要注意！でもサメが間近に見られて参加して良かったと思います。

The scooter is controlled by the guide, so you hardly have to operate it yourself. It was interesting and offered a different underwater sensation compared to scuba diving. You can see fish gathering around the bait right in front of you. Unfortunately, the crew, aside from the interpreter, didn't seem to want to interact much with the Japanese guests, which was disappointing, so I deducted one star.

Took my wife on this tour. We loved it. Awesome, knowledgeable staff. Got to experience sea life in clear water, right off Waikiki, followed by an awesome sail on the catamaran, which we didn't expect. We thought it was just to see the turtles - so for us, the sailing was an awesome bonus. Highly recommended.
