I felt quite restricted due to my lack of English skills. There were no Japanese participants. As for the whales, I was able to spot them surfacing about three times, but they were only the size of my fingernail for a brief moment, and they were too far away to take any pictures, which was disappointing. I suppose it's just luck, so there's nothing to be done about it.

As everyone mentioned in their reviews, the sea breeze was cold, and during the sunset tour in March, wearing an ultra-light down jacket was just right. There was no place inside the boat to shield from the wind. The strong swaying and cold, along with the surprisingly long duration of the trip, caused my mother, who is in her 70s, to feel unwell.

I would recommend this for those who want to "enjoy a leisurely cruise while feeling the sea breeze" rather than for whale watching! There were small children moving around the boat, but I was quite worried they might fall through the gaps in the handrails due to the significant rocking.

鯨目的より、「のんびり海の風を感じながらクルーズしたい」という方にはオススメです！小さなお子さんが船上を行き来していましたが、かなり上下左右に揺れるので手すりの隙間から落ちてしまわないか心配でした。

I had always dreamed of having my wedding at the beautiful Kahala! One of the reasons for this was the Dolphin Lagoon. While there are other places in Japan and Hawaii where you can interact with dolphins, it meant a lot to me to connect with the dolphins at Kahala, so I was very satisfied.

Due to a mistake in my arrangements, I ended up participating alone, but before the quest, I enjoyed a morning buffet at the Plumeria House and took a lovely walk along the beautiful beach, creating very elegant and wonderful memories.

I spent about two hours exploring the lagoon, but there were no other Japanese people there. Everyone else was participating in the tour that involved entering the lagoon, but I felt that the mini quest was enough for me! It seemed that as long as you were dressed appropriately for getting wet, you didn't necessarily have to wear a swimsuit.

Since everything was in English, having some English skills would help you learn a lot about the dolphins, but even with none, I managed to get by.

２時間ほどラグーンを見学していましたが、日本人はいませんでした。皆さん全員ラグーンに入水するツアーに参加されていましたが、私にはミニクエストで十分だと感じました！こちらは濡れても良い格好であれば、水着でなくても大丈夫そうでした。
英語オンリーなので英語力はあった方がイルカの話もたくさん教えてもらえますが、皆無でもなんとかはなりました＾＾;

It was a wonderful experience to see mother and baby whales multiple times! My 3-year-old child enjoyed it very much. The crew only speaks English, but they use pictures for explanations and simplify their language (like using words such as "baby") when talking to us, so we could understand somewhat. Additionally, the menu and explanation sheet on the table, as well as the announcements and explanations, are available in Japanese. When there was an announcement about the whales appearing, everyone moved quickly, so even if I couldn't catch everything, I understood what was happening, haha.

The banana bread was very delicious! Tea, coffee, and water are free, while alcohol and juice are available for a fee. They also provide coloring books and workbooks for toddlers.

The restroom on the boat is spacious enough for wheelchair access, so it was no problem for parents to assist their toddlers inside. I had a preconceived notion that a boat restroom might be dirty like a public restroom, but it turned out to be a stylish and clean restroom with nice tile walls.

船内にあるトイレは車椅子でも入れるように広いので、親が入って幼児の介助をするのも問題ありませんでした。船のトイレというと公衆トイレみたいに汚いかなとなんとなく思っていましたが、壁のタイルがおしゃれな綺麗なトイレでした。

I'm not very good at snorkeling, so I watched the dolphins from above the water, and my snorkeling experience was only about 15 minutes, but I was very satisfied. However, the boat was really rocky, and since I tend to get seasick, I took motion sickness medication the night before and in the morning, which helped me manage. Unfortunately, another group of Japanese tourists was vomiting the whole time. Also, the boat ride and the bus back were cold after snorkeling, so it's essential to have something to wear.

While being blown by the pleasant winds of Hawaii, we went whale watching. Since it was a large boat, I didn't feel much rocking. Upon boarding, we had the opportunity for a commemorative photo, which we could purchase if we liked. The photo was so lovely that I decided to buy it as a memory of this stay. ハレクラニあたりから片道チップ込みで25ドルほどでした。
行きはかなり遠くに降ろされてしまい15分も歩きました。必ず「ピア8」とお伝えしてください。
帰りは港へ到着してからタクシー会社へ電話して20分ほどで来てくれました。
お土産屋さんがありましたのでいい時間つぶしになりました。
配車の際「アロハタワーの近くのピア8」とお伝えしたらきちんと目の前まで来てくれました。
過去、もっと小さな船でドルフィンウォッチングに参加した際全滅した我が家でも酔い止めなしで全員楽しめました。こちらの船を選んで正解でした。
船内でいただいたパイナップルケーキが美味しかったです。
ドリンクは冷たいお水やコーヒー、紅茶もありました。
有料ドリンクもありましたが無料サービスのドリンクで十分でした。

The wonderful staff, including the handsome captain Jason, Minako, Koa, and the photographer Brian, were amazing! 😃 The captain's speech on board was also enjoyable. After turning back, we ended up spending over two hours on board without seeing any whales this time. However, it was a fun time.
