When I arrived to Kewalo Basin Harbor little bit earlier than their check-in time by our self, I couldn't fin their pier. It is just couple ships next from the pirates ship.
It is just small boat. But, Captain and crew's hospitality was really good.
Small ship means can turn easy to chase whale. Unfortunately, we couldn't watch whales much closer. But, Crews tried to do their best.
During activity, when my wife wanted to lay down on storage of life jackets, Captain brought life jacket for her to use it as cushion. Other staff was very kind for our kids. It was fun and much enjoyed.
I am sure that I will try to aboard this activity once again at next time.

Our family did the private boat charter when on vacation in Oahu just a couple of weeks ago, after booking from the Internet and just hoping we would get a tour that we would not forget. We were not disappointed at all, not realizing this company catered largely for Japanese tourists we were so impressed with our charter. Our captain was just so friendly and informative and made us feel very welcome and was great fun too. We will certainly be coming back again one day and booking another charter and would highly recommend to anyone that wants to treat themselves to something special and spoil themselves on a captain Bruce charter. I participated on April 2, 2012. It was the last season for whale watching, but I was thrilled to see the whales spouting water. It was great that there were staff members who spoke Japanese. The location for boarding the boat and the check-in area were a bit difficult to find, so it would be better if that could be improved.

We participated with six people ranging from my daughter in her 20s, to those in their 30s and 50s, and my mother who is 88 years old.

At the beginning, those who wanted to hear the explanation in Japanese gathered on the deck (which is netted and allows you to see the ocean below), while the explanations inside the ship were in English, so naturally, we chose the deck. Out of the six of us, four were honestly a bit nervous sitting on the net while listening to the explanation. The Japanese explanation was enjoyable and started the time well.

Everyone took motion sickness pills just in case, but I thought being on the deck would definitely be more fun, and if you stay on the deck, you probably won't get seasick.

We caught a glimpse of a whale shortly after the cruise started, but it was hard to see more after that. However, even without seeing whales, the lively staff made it very enjoyable. We saw another whale on the return trip.

Although it wasn't extremely close, we were able to see it spouting water. We also enjoyed the view of the Waikiki hotels from the sea.

It was mentioned that two drinks were included in the ticket price, but since it was a one-hour cruise, most people probably only had one drink! I enjoyed the champagne.

I thought the cruise duration could have been a bit longer. My 88-year-old mother also had a great time, and everyone was very satisfied.

一応全員酔い止めも飲んでいましたが、デッキの方が絶対楽しいし、デッキにいれば酔うこともまずないかなと思います。
クジラはクルーズスタートから間もなくちらっと見えてあとはなかなか。でもクジラが見えなくてもノリノリのスタッフでとても楽しんでいました。復路でもう一度クジラが見えました。
ものすごく近い距離ではなかったのですが、潮を吹くところも見ることが出来ました。
海から見えるワイキキのホテル群の景色も楽しめました。
2杯までアルコールはチケット代に入っているということでしたが、1時間のクルーズなのでほとんどの人は1杯かな！？シャンパンを美味しく頂きました。
もう少し長くてもいいかなと思うくらいのクルーズ時間でした。
88歳の母もとても楽しかったと全員大満足です。
今回はキャンペーン中ということでお安く参加出来てラッキー！

I couldn't see it, but it was a good boat trip in a short amount of time, I suppose?
