Due to a rare weather disruption that occurs once every few decades, it was difficult to carry out the originally scheduled date, but they proposed an alternative date, making it possible for us to participate. We booked this charter primarily for snorkeling, with sightseeing and fishing as secondary goals. Despite calling twice before the trip to express concerns about a 30 mph wind forecast, we were repeatedly told it was fine to proceed.
On the day of the trip, the conditions were so poor that other local companies canceled their snorkeling tours. Our captain even explicitly stated that snorkeling was unsafe. We pivoted to whale watching, but saw nothing due to the weather; the conditions were so miserable we had to cut the trip short.
Most disappointing was the company’s response. When I reached out, they claimed snorkeling was still possible "for strong swimmers"—a reckless statement considering we had children with us and the waves were objectively dangerous. It’s clear this business prioritizes keeping your money over customer safety and satisfaction. Avoid this company; they do not have their customers' best interests in mind.

Safety is our priority, and non swimmers are often advised not to snorkel. This trip involved a non guided snorkel, with a second, safer spot chosen based on conditions. We acknowledge the experience wasn’t ideal for young children, including the 3 year old, and appreciate your concerns. In response, we offered 12 complimentary bottom fishing spots, though we recognize you received this after your trip and were off island to utilize it. The crew worked to maximize the arrangements given the weather, and future guests can expect clearer guidance on weather variability. Wildlife sightings included a manta ray and monk seal. Thank you again for helping us improve! We’re committed to safer, more predictable experiences for all guests.

Kevin and Sabrina took really good care of us. The boat was clean, explanations/safety rules were well covered, and everything was catered to how we wanted our ride to go! Whale watching together with our friends was such a precious experience and we would recommend it for everyone. They even gave us local recommendations for restaurants and more whale watching locations. We highly recommend it! (And by we, I mean party of 9 girls to celebrate our bride to be!)

Unfortunately, we couldn't see any whales, but I was satisfied to watch sea turtles and 5-6 F22s taking off and climbing rapidly in their training. The zodiac was very fast, more thrilling than a roller coaster, and my family was overjoyed! I would love to ride it again.

Crew was amazing and made the very best of weather conditions to make the snorkel tour a truly enjoyable experience. They made every effort to find marine life and find an area to snorkel that would provide the best chance to see fish and sea life. We saw a few sea turtle, sting ray, flying fish, tropical fish and a pod of spinner dolphin! Food and drinks were very good. The crew made sure we all had a great time! The photographer was so fun and his picture pack value is unbelievable - no brainer of a purchase. Highly recommended 🤙
Gorgeous day! Captain Jeff and crew made our trip comfortable. Stop at Natatorium made the ash release so special. Great views of Diamond Head, Waikiki, and Ala Moana. Special treat when a very large pod of dolphins escorted us back to the pier.

We took the family for a day of cruising, snorkeling, and relaxing. We saw dolphins, flying fish, sea turtles and beautiful coral and fish. The crew was amazing and took care of our every need. From keeping our drinks full, to sunscreen, dry towels, a delicious lunch and incredible snorkeling. We walked to the dock from Ko Olina, very easy. We cruised up the coast, so we did not go far but got a nice view of the resort from the ocean.

Rearranged trip to bypass hurricane Kiko. Flew my Dads ceremonial US flag at half mast.
The Captain and his first mate Loren were handsome and Beautiful.
The ship was extremely comfortable even with the big swells from Kiko. We felt safe all the way past 3 miles for our ceremony.
Access to the marina was easy with lots of parking. Can’t say enough about this boat and crew members who made our ceremony extraordinary.
Morning traffic on Oahu is bad, give yourself time.

We were able to fully enjoy the ocean activities such as snorkeling, canoeing, and stand-up paddleboarding at our leisure. During snorkeling with the guide, we had a relaxed and private time, and we encountered sea turtles multiple times. My grandmother didn't go into the water, but she was happy to relax on the boat. Our whole family was very satisfied, and choosing a private cruise was definitely the right decision.

great way to see Waikiki and diamond head from the water. Being able to bring your own beverage is another plus. Boat isn't huge so you don't feel like you can't move around due to a mass of people. Wonderful short adventure.

Francesco and Ella were phenomenal. We had kids aged 9,5, and 3 with us. The two youngest were freaked out and didn’t want to go in the water. Francesco stayed with them while myself, my wife, and the 9 year old went snorkeling. Ella was very knowledgeable and patient. Thank you both for your hospitality and putting up with the kids. I recommend anyone try this out, it’s so much better than being on crowded boat, especially if you have kids.
Captain Jack, yes, his real name, and his crew, made our celebration, perfect! The beautiful day didn't hurt either, but they were informative, helpful, patient, and they made the day a fun time.

We thoroughly enjoyed our private north shore sunset cruise. Captains Nick and Ricky were very friendly and went out of there way to make sure we had the best experience. Our party had 3 different cars coming from far outside Honolulu and some of us got caught in terrible morning traffic. The boat and office allowed us to wait and even helped on phone to one of the lost parties.
The boat crew were calm and pleasant despite a very late start. They were also respectful and thoughtful.
