Captain Walter and our Japanese guide, Emi, were wonderful!

This tour is highly recommended for families. It was a completely private charter. We rented a boat that can accommodate 38 people, but it was just our family of five. Although it wasn't mentioned in the inclusions, we received a cooler bag from Sea Hawaii filled with lots of snacks.

We encountered a pod of dolphins! At the "Turtle House" they took us to, there were several large sea turtles. Thank you for a fun time! I would like to use Sea Hawaii's wild dolphin snorkeling cruise and private charter again next time.

Loved this trip! Kaneohe sandbar is one of the most beautiful spots on the island. Our captain was friendly and gave us a bit of history of the area on the boat ride to the sandbar. We loved the private option, just the Captain & 6 of us total. It was great to have our own space. We brought some floats and had a relaxing afternoon.

Great experience for the whole family

We booked the trip for 4 people age 22-67. While the younger ones went on a private guided snorkeling tour and saw a lot of turtles the seniors could wander around the sand bar, take a floatie or hang out on the boat. Small snacks, soft drinks and water were provided. As well as snorkeling gear, floaties and a SUP. We had an amazing time time on the sandbar!

Amazing views and service!! Would definitely do it again

We booked a 2 hour sail for a bachelorette. When we got there, they mentioned the 2 hour option didn't allow swimming (the 3 hour did!). However, when they saw that we had come prepared with floaties, they accommodated us to ensure we could go swimming and use what we brought for our 2 hour sail! We never felt pressured to extend our sailing time at all - in the end, we ended up extending it to 3 hours anyways with no regrets at all.

The crew took such great care of us - they made sure our cups were never empty and took all the group photos we wanted, even from multiple angles unprompted! Some of us went diving with the crew members, and they happily pointed out all the sea creatures so we wouldn't miss it! They even took beautiful drone photos and sent them our way afterwards.

It became one of the highlights of our trip, and we would absolutely book again.

Excellent job by the crew. Service and facilities were great. They paid attention to the youngsters (4-10) and the old folks.... Saw lots of fish snorkeling, but also a mother and baby whale, spinner dolphins, turtles and they also provided interesting info. The seas were a little rough the day we went out but the crew made it quite comfortable. Will not hesitate to use the Royal Hawaiian Catamaran crew again!!!!!!!!

This boat is stunning and absolutely perfect. We did a private charter and basically could customize our experience. They had a beautiful charcuterie board for us, a cooler full of ice, a speaker ready to be connected to our bluetooth, they were an amazing crew - so friendly. Really loved everything about this experience and will absolutely book a tour with this catamaran again.

We are so glad that we booked this during our trip to Oahu. With so much to do, we weren't sure if we were making a mistake committing an entire morning to one activity, but we would absolutely do this over again. Doug, Natalie, and Nicole were an awesome crew, striking the perfect balance of fun and informative. We saw quite a few whales while still getting to enjoy the beautiful morning on the catamaran.

Perfect family vacation day!

This was the perfect way for our family to spend a vacation afternoon. We stopped and got sandwiches and drinks before. There was a cooler on the boat. The water at the sandbar was shallow and the kids had the best time swimming. No waves so very safe. Snorkeling and paddle boarding were included as well as other water toys. While snorkeling we swam with turtles! Our captain was great, and we are happy we selected the private tour and had our own space.

This private snorkel tour was 100% worth the money. A private pontoon boat with many amenities, including snacks, drinking water, water sport toys and others were all provided. Captain Kokua could not have been friendlier and showed us a lot to see in the area. The sandbar of course was beautiful and a huge highlight of the trip.

Took 5 friends out with me to experience the sandbar for the first time! We had such a blast! Yuko was our captain and she was the absolute best! Some snacks and drinks were provided, you can BYOB. Floaties, snorkel gear, and a paddleboard were offered. The sandbar was beautiful! Highly recommend this to anyone!

The Royal Hawaiian Catamaran boat charter is now my absolute favorite activity on Oahu. This charter will satisfy so many different goals for island experience - sailing, snorkeling, swimming, relaxing in the shade, and learning about Hawaii. One thing that sets this tour above others is their commitment to the reef and water. They don't overcrowd the boat and there is no plastic used onboard. I really appreciated the balance between hosting tourists and stewarding their natural resources. Captain Shane, Cassidy and Gio went above and beyond to make our experience one to be remembered forever. They listened to us and provided excellent options to allow us to make the most of our charter. I liked it so much that I booked my second trip for later in the year already.

Turtles and Dolphins

We had a really great time on board the Moana! We saw turtles and dolphins right at the beginning of the 3 hour cruise. We then continued, passing Waikiki and Diamond Head in the search for whales. These days are the last days of the whale migration we learned and so unfortunately we didn't spot any. However, the boot trip was still very very nice and nature has its own ways right so no disappointment from our site. The view on Oahu was incredible and the crew was super nice!

Fun morning cruise!

The staff was amazing, personable and hilarious! Overall we saw 2 babies and 2 adults but they were at a distance.
If you are looking for up close this is not the cruise but this is very family friendly and a relaxing sail with great views of Honolulu .

Great View, Great Crew, Humpbacks and Sea turtles

Feb 2020, Booked Online, Good directions and communication, easy free parking. Only about 12 on the boat due to covid restrictions. My family and two other families. Crew was awesome. Crew was talking and helping all the customers, taking pics of the groups and really taking care of the customers. Very attentive serving drinks, etc and helping spot whales and turtles. Great hospitality. We saw 10 or so Humpbacks , 2 very close, and a few turtles which were also very close. Views of Waikiki and Diamondhead were amazing. Had a great time.

This is a great cruise. The boat was spotless and the Captain and crew were awesome. They were very interactive and made sure they took care of us in the drink and snack area. They were very knowledgeable and fun to interact with. We were able to see quite a few whales which was so fun. Booking was easy as well as check in.

I cannot recommend the Royal Hawaiian Catamaran enough! We chose the 2 hour sunset cruise and it was phenomenal! Captain Shane and his crew made our experience so special. My group of 6 felt very safe, the crew wore masks, and they asked us before sailing what we'd like to do. We were able to snorkel with the gear they provided, saw a lot of fish and a couple turtles, and also had the best view of the sunset. We played our own music, they poured us drinks that we brought on board, and the Mediterranean spread was perfect for snacking. Book this catamaran, you will not regret it!!

We participated as a family, but the sea was rough, and seasickness peaked, plus we were disappointed that the whales didn't show up. The kids enjoyed the scenery from the boat.
