I used the round-trip service. When I arrived at the airport and went to the Roberts Hawaii booth, there was a Japanese-speaking staff member who quickly guided me to the shuttle bus. The female driver didn't seem to speak Japanese, so she remained silent all the way to the hotel, but I felt there was no waiting time and the driving was smooth and safe.

For the return trip, I only waited about 7 minutes for the pickup at the hotel. There was said to be traffic, but I felt reassured as we arrived at the airport with plenty of time to spare. The air conditioning in the vehicle was effective, so I felt it was necessary to have a light jacket.

On the outbound trip, I was even given a shell necklace, and I think there are no issues at all if you're simply requesting transportation between the airport and Waikiki. If I have the chance again, I would consider using this service.

One thing to be careful about is that since I used Hawaiian Airlines this time, I was dropped off at their entrance for the return trip. 1点だけ気をつけるとしたら、今回ハワイアン航空を利用したので復路ではそちらの入口で降ろして貰ったのですが、ハワイ諸島やアメリカ本土行きの手荷物預かり所が正面にあり、日本含む諸外国の手荷物預かり所は降ろして貰った所より若干奥(左側)に進まないといけませんでした。結局ウロウロしたあげく係員に英語で質問するハメになったので、最初から一声かけてくれれば分かりやすかったのに〜と思わないでもないです。

チップは込みとのことなので特段払いませんでした。
