The vow renewal package is 100% worth it!! What an amazing experience! Captain Mike renewed our vows on the deck. The staff was amazing enough to not just capture photos but also a video which is so memorable! The food was delicious.... a 5 course meal served to us. Way to much for me to eat but totally fresh and delicious food! The staff was amazingly nice and helpful. The Polynesian show was super cool! Overall absolutely worth every cent!!!! A must do!

It exceeded my expectations. I participated in two activities, snorkeling and kayaking, in the morning and afternoon. During the bus ride, the driver provided fun explanations and conversations, making the journey enjoyable without getting bored (the driver was incredibly funny and friendly). They were busy giving us sightseeing information, pointing out things to the right and left.

However, there was one issue: at the snorkeling site, the tour description stated that "life jackets are available for free," but I was told that this was not included in the tour price. Even when I mentioned it was written on the voucher, they insisted it was different. Originally, it would have been $10, but since we came on the tour bus, they said it would be $7. There were only my husband and me as Japanese participants; the others were foreigners, and since no one else seemed to say anything, I wondered if they had booked through a different company.

A Japanese staff member was in charge and kindly said, "I'm Japanese, so please let me know if you need anything," which felt a bit strange. I was left wondering if what was written on Veltra was incorrect or if there was a communication issue... It left me feeling uncomfortable.

As for the snorkeling itself, I was able to see turtles and various fish, which was enjoyable. For lunch, I had garlic shrimp from the snorkeling side, and they were huge and delicious! However, there were many chickens running around nearby, and as someone who isn't fond of them, I couldn't fully enjoy my meal. The chickens seemed accustomed to humans and appeared from all over.

The afternoon activity was kayaking, which I had never done before, but I had a lot of fun. At a break during the morning, we stopped by a macadamia nut shop that had Kona coffee, which I couldn't find even in Waikiki. I tasted it and bought some immediately. We also briefly stopped at a place selling fresh fruit in Ziploc bags, where everyone was buying and eating papayas.

Aside from the issue with the life jackets, it was a very enjoyable tour.

午前と午後のアクティビティ、計２つ、スノーケリングとカヤックに参加しました。
バスで移動する間もドライバーさんの楽しい説明と会話で、飽きることなく楽しめました（すごい面白くてフレンドリーなドライバーさんでした）。
右に左に忙しいくらい、観光案内してくれました。
ただひとつ、スノーケリングのところで、ツアー説明には「ライフジャケットは無料で貸し出しします」と書いてあったのに、ツアー代金にそれは含まれていない、と言われ、バウチャーに書いてあると言っても違うと言われ、本来なら10ドルのところ、ツアーバスで来てるから7ドルでOKと言われました。
日本人の参加者は私たち夫婦だけで、他は外国人で、他の人は特に何も言ってなかったので、申し込んだ会社が違うのかなと思いましたが…。
日本人の人が担当で、「私は日本人なので、何かあれば言ってください」とフレンドリーに声かけてきたのですご、なんだかね、って感じでした。
ベルトラに書かれていることが間違っていたのか、あるいは、連絡がうまく伝わっていないのか…不快な気持ちになりました。
スノーケリング自体は、タートルも見られたし魚も色々見られて楽しめました。
スノーケリングの側のガーリックシュリンプをお昼に食べましたが、すごく大きいシュリンプで美味しかったです！
ただ、そばには鶏がたくさん走り回っていて、苦手な私は食事を楽しむことはできませんでしたが。
鶏は人間に慣れているのか、あちこちから神出鬼没でした。
午後のアクティビティはカヤック、初めてでしたがとても楽しめました。
午前中途中の休憩で寄ったマカデミアナッツのお店にはワイキキで探してもなかったコナコーヒーをまぶしたのがあり、味見して、即購入しました。
途中で、ジップロックに入ったフレッシュフルーツを売ってるところにもちょっとだけ立ち寄ってくれ、みなさん、パパイヤを買って食べてました。
ライフジャケットの件を除いては、とても楽しめたツアーでした。

I secured a window seat. On the day of the trip, it was raining on and off from the morning, which made me a bit worried as we boarded. I enjoyed singing and dining, but as it got closer to sunset, we moved to the deck. The view of Diamond Head on the east side was beautiful with good weather, but on the west side where the sunset was, there were dark clouds. We managed to see the sun peeking out, so we did get to see the sunset, but it wasn't the scene I had hoped for. It's a natural phenomenon, so it's all about luck at that moment.

This is my fourth cruise since my first trip to Hawaii 20 years ago. This time, I also chose the 3-star option.

Every time, I am completely satisfied with the amazing views, music, delicious food, and drinks. This time, there were fewer Japanese people compared to before, and there were many people from various countries, which was also enjoyable. I would recommend this course to others.

I was surprised that the seats were more cramped than I expected, but the live performance made the time fly by. It's better to go with an empty stomach since the main course was served before departure! I mentioned my nut allergy twice, once when making the reservation and again on the day, but the macadamia nut gelato was served as is, so those with allergies should be careful. I boarded on Friday, and we were lucky with the weather, so we were able to see the fireworks. Although Japanese is not spoken, dancing to the YMCA with everyone was fun. There were also people who got married on that day, which was a heartwarming end to the trip. It became a wonderful travel memory!

A rainbow appeared over Diamond Head, and the view from the deck was amazing. The lobster was delicious. I wish there had been a few more dishes that were easy for kids to eat.

The food and scenery were good, but on the third floor, it was mostly Asians eating lobster while an unknown jazz-like song kept playing. Up to that point, it was okay, but the final Polynesian dance show was long, and everyone ended up dancing to YMCA, making me feel like we had traveled back in time over 30 years. I think only Japanese people over 50 who experienced the bubble era could keep up with that vibe.

I was disappointed at the end of what was supposed to be an elegant cruise. I wouldn't particularly recommend it for honeymooning couples.

Starting with a welcome drink, I ordered a non-alcoholic strawberry frozen drink, and the lobster and filet steak were delicious. The Hawaiian dance welcomed us with Hawaiian music and dance before we boarded the ship, and they entertained us with a show right up until we disembarked. The service was excellent, and the waiter was kind enough to peel the lobster for us. The captain also spoke Japanese and was very friendly, making our conversation enjoyable. I had always wanted to go on a sunset cruise when visiting Hawaii, so I was glad to participate.

However, while enjoying the meal and the show, I didn't notice the sunset and missed out on enjoying it. Additionally, it was disappointing that the cruise price was relatively high due to the strong yen.

Earnel was just amazing. We've done lots of tours all over the world, and on an all-day tour like this one, the guide can make or break the tour. Earnel was one of the best we've had.

He was fun, friendly, knowlegeable, and very personable. He treated us all as "ohana" and made sure we had everything we needed to get the most out of this amazing day.

We loved the monuments and the whole tour. We'll definitely recommend it to others!

I’m so glad we ended up choosing this package rather than trying to coordinate this trip on our own. Our tour guide, Chelsie, sent us great information ahead of time so that we knew exactly what to bring, what to expect during the trip, and where to meet. The open air bus was a fun part of the trip. She shared great information as we drove through Honolulu and to Pearl Harbor. When we arrived, she made sure we knew where to go and our timeline for the trip. Everything went smoothly and the whole family enjoyed the visit.

I participated in the sunset cruise. Unfortunately, the sunset didn't appear on the horizon, so I couldn't see it due to the timing. Since it was a Friday night cruise, I also enjoyed the Hilton fireworks (for about 5 minutes). During the cruise, we were entertained with singing and dancing. The buffet meal was also quite satisfying for us.

The staff guidance is smooth, and the food is delicious. The live show was very satisfying, conveying a sense that everyone wanted to enjoy it.

Points to note:
Regarding the boarding and disembarking location, it is near Aloha Tower, but there are almost no places to kill time in the vicinity. Additionally, it is not very popular until just before boarding time, and if you move a little away, there are hardly any restrooms (there are some at Aloha Tower, but if you go early, it feels deserted and a bit scary). In any case, it is not bustling like Kapiolani Park or Ala Moana Center; it is quite deserted. Also, there is an area nearby called Kalihi, which is known for its poor safety (it is said to be dangerous to go there by bus or on foot), so caution is needed to avoid accidentally stepping in.

(You can even see people acting erratically near Walmart around Aloha Tower.)

Disembarking around 9:00 PM when the surroundings are completely dark made searching for a bus feel dangerous. I ended up using a taxi, but I think it would be safer to arrange for a pickup in advance.

(アロハタワー周辺のウォルマート近辺でも発狂している人を目にするレベル。)

下船が夜の21：00ごろになり周囲も真っ暗な状態でバスを探すのは身の危険を感じました。私は結局タクシーを利用しましたが、あらかじめ送迎ありにするのが安全だと思います。

Our family of 4 loved the variety of this tour! We have 2 older teenage boys (17 and 19) and our family loves to travel! The hike was a great way to start the trip! It was so beautiful going up and WOW, the view at the top is spectacular! The next stop was a food truck that had malasadas….don’t miss this! Yumm, my boys LOVED them! The rest of the tour was fantastic and the guide offered so much history detail and information! All the stops were great and we especially loved the north shore!

The food was ok. The noodles were the best part. The entertainment wad better definately. Did not get to see as much sunset due to the mountains.

It was a long and tiring day, but it was absolutely worth it. There is so much history. Most people know about the USS Arizona Memorial, but there is so much more. The submarine Bowfin, battleship Missouri and the Aviation museum. With the short movies and museums at each attraction there is so much to see and do it takes a full day. Our 9 yo boy absolutely loved it. He never complained once. His favorite part was exploring the Missouri. I highly recommend this tour.
