I had a wonderful time with people from various countries. The cheerful and entertaining tour guide provided a Japanese guide, which was a great help for me since I'm not very good at English. They took many photos and the tour was filled with thoughtful gestures. Everyone who participated enjoyed a friendly atmosphere until the end. At Waimea Canyon, we arrived at the waterfall first and had it all to ourselves for a while. The schedule for the sightseeing spots and the overall timing was perfect. If I have the opportunity, I would definitely love to join other tours as well.

This was probably one of my most favorite things I did while visiting the island. Everything was so smooth and the driver/tour guide took care of us the entire time. We saw all the sites we wanted to see on one simple tour, well worth it!! A special shout-out to our tour guide, Kalani who made the experience super amazing. DRIVER OF THE YEAR FOR SURE. Also stopping at the city was a great idea as it gives everyone a chance to do something different and have a different meal should they so choose. Overall I would definitely do this again.

It was a beginner course, so I thought it would be easy, but there were some challenging parts that made it very interesting. Our guide was a man named Luis, and he spoke English slowly, which made it easy for the children to understand, and they were happy about that. He also showed a lot of consideration, and I think it’s a tour that can be enjoyed by a wide range of generations along with the magnificent scenery.

The only area for improvement is the amount of downtime. We departed from Waikiki at 7:45 AM and arrived around 9:00, but the tour didn’t start until 11:30. After the two-hour tour, the return to the hotel was initially scheduled for 5:30 PM. It would have been nice to have some events to participate in, but everything was popular and sold out, so we ended up with quite a bit of free time. I asked the local staff to change to the 3:30 PM bus, but even then, we still had a lot of time to spare. I felt it would be great if there could be an improvement where we could choose the pickup time during the reservation stage.

初心者コースですので、楽々かな、と思っていたら、そこそこハードな部分もあってとても面白かったです。ルイスさんというガイドでしたが、英語をゆっくりと話してくれるので、子供たちも分かりやすかったと喜んでいました。また、いろいろ心配りもしてくれて、雄大な景色とともに、幅広い世代で楽しめるツアーだと思います。
唯一改善点は、ロスタイムの多さです。朝7:45ワイキキ出発で、９時ぐらいに到着ですが、ツアー開始は11:30。また、２時間のツアー後、ホテルへの送りは、当初17:30出発となっていました。何か参加できるイベントがあればいいのですが、どれも人気があってSold Outなので、かなり時間を持て余してしまいます。現地のスタッフにお願いして、15:30 のバスに変更してもらいましたが、それでもまだかなり余裕がありました。予約段階で、送迎時間を選択できるような改善ができるといいのにな、と感じた次第です。

Unfortunately, it rained lightly during my visit, but I was able to fully enjoy the magnificent nature. Riding the electric bike was a breeze! The guide spoke English and provided thorough explanations, which made me feel comfortable participating. As mentioned in other comments, if you're concerned about mud (which may include natural animal waste and horse manure), it's best to wear clothes that you don't mind getting dirty. I brought disposable plastic shoe covers that I purchased from a 100 yen shop in Japan, and they turned out to be better than I expected, so I recommend them. Please refer to the photos for information about coin lockers and raincoats.

残念ながら小雨の日にかかってしまいましたが、壮大な自然を満喫できました。電動自転車でラクラクでした！ガイドさんは英語ですが丁寧に説明いただいたので安心して参加できました。他の方のコメントにもありますが、泥ハネ（自然動物や馬の糞を含む）を気にされる方は、汚れても良い格好でいくのがいいです。日本から100均で購入したビニールの使い捨て靴カバーを持って行きましたが、思ったより良かったのでおすすめです。

I was a beginner at mountain biking, but I had no problems thanks to the pre-ride video viewing and practice sessions. I had the best experience in the wonderful nature of Kualoa, which is also a famous filming location for movies. I highly recommend it!!

The crab was really tasty. Overall, really liked this menu. There's also entertainment on-board. We really liked walking around the boat and the observation deck on the top floor of the boat was my favorite. There were lounge chairs on the top deck so it was the perfect place to catch sunset.

-You can do menu substitutions (ex. vegan, fish instead of steak, etc.) if you request it 24-hours prior

Absolutely LOVED this dinner menu. We opted for the Friday Fireworks cruise with window seating. And it was worth it! I had done the other menus before (Buffet, Casual, & Deluxe) so I was looking forward to try out the fine dining menu.

The only not-so-great thing was the time it took for us to get any beverages. Our waiter passed us every time. We waited and waited - everyone else around us was being served. Finally, we flagged someone down but even they also took a long time so we had to flag a 2nd person.

The food was so delicious. Would definitely recommend the menu! This options also comes with premium drink tickets. We had mocktails which were delicious.

Fantastic show and we really enjoyed it even my kids. However pick up time should have been earlier as stated. Due to traffic we were just in time for the show and disappointed we couldn’t tried the activities provided. However it was a great experience and show. My kids enjoyed the show. Variety of foods from buffet was good however when you are the last table, whatever are left that’s it. Disappointed as the stir fry noodles was finished and when asked if there are more noodles, no answer was provided. Do hope next time you can cater for all the guest. Please advise all guest to put mosquito repellent as we were bitten by mosquitoes on our legs. Great and beautiful pictures taken by the staff and it’s digital, sent link to your phone and pictures can be downloaded for free. Thank you. Memories will treasure. Great performances and talented staff. Love the musics and dances. Highly recommended. Mahalo.

Aloha! We had a great time on the tour. Cousin Kimo was very knowledgeable and made the information on the tour interesting. It is the perfect length to get a sneak peak of Pearl Harbor and visit the Arizona memorial with a 3 year old in tow. So glad we did it. It is also a nice way to see a few of the hot spots downtown. Thank you cousin Kimo for all the information and the jokes that made it fun.

I'm glad I participated in the North Shore tour. I was the only one attending alone, but the guide, Takashi, was very considerate and made it enjoyable. He talked with us the whole way, and I learned a lot. I thought it was wonderful that people live abroad. I also received a lot of snacks, most of which I wouldn't have eaten on my own, and I was very satisfied.

I experienced a 2-hour Magic Island tour. I could feel the Hawaiian breeze, and the guides were friendly, which made me very satisfied. The Segway has a pouch, so you can carry valuables and towels. At the end, they also recommended a great lunch spot. Although it was in the morning, I was under the blazing sun for 2 hours, so my hands and arms got really sunburned. Even with sunscreen, I still burned, so I think it's better for sensitive individuals to wear long sleeves.

This time, I was able to book a cheap flight, so my travel route was a bit unconventional: Narita → Kona → Honolulu. If you arrive in Honolulu in the afternoon, only Roberts Hawaii can assist you. When I landed at the domestic terminal in Honolulu, I quickly found the large Roberts Hawaii counter right in front of baggage claim 11. The sunset dinner cruise was quite crowded. Since I had reserved a 5-star experience, there wasn't much of a feeling of congestion when I arrived on the floor, and I was able to enjoy it at a leisurely pace. The meal also progressed slowly, so many people went out to the deck to enjoy themselves along the way. While sipping on a Mai Tai and gazing at the sunset... I realized the sky was filled with stars. Fireworks erupted from Waikiki Beach, and the atmosphere on the boat reached its peak! After that, we returned to port while indulging in jazz. It turned out to be a wonderful day.

サンセットディナークルーズはかなりの混雑ぶり。5スターを予約したのでフロアに着くとそれほど混雑感は無く、ゆっくりと楽しめました。食事もかなりゆっくりと進むので、途中デッキに出て楽しんでいる方も大勢いました。サンセットを眺めながら、マイタイを飲みながら…気付くと満天の星空。ワイキキビーチから花火が上がり船内の盛り上がりも最高潮！その後、JAZZに酔いしれながら帰港。素敵な1日になりました。

Okay but way too busy and disappointing entertainment.

We booked this cor the sunset and fireworks. Seating was packed and food was okay / ordinary, what you would expect from set menu for hundreds. Staff worked hard, tried to keep things moving. Sunset was almost missed due to service. Noisy entertainment. Fireworks were short and low key, and hard to see with packed walkways. We were some what disappointed overall and regreted not going on a smaller and cheaper vessel.

My Father and Mother-in-law asked me to plan their vow renewal ceremony while we were in Honolulu. They wanted to renew their vows on the beach, but with my father having Parkinson's, I knew it would be a difficult trek through the sand. While searching, I came across the Star of Honolulu. They had everything we were looking for. My Father could have use of his mobility scooter, as the boat had an elevator. The dinner and entertainment were good, and the ceremony performed by the captain was intimate. The captain made sure that my father was comfortable and safe during the ceremony and paid special attention to both of my parents. It was a special time and one we won't forget.
