The sunset view was absolutely stunning, just as I expected. The lobster was particularly delicious. However, while it was nice to have a private table by the window, the table was small and the spacing between tables was tight, which made it difficult to relax during the meal. The hula dance and other shows were enjoyable, and the highlight was when the staff joined in for a lively dance to YMCA, creating wonderful memories of Hawaii. I would love to join with my family and kids next time.

We used this for a family trip of three. The atmosphere and view were excellent (we were by the window). Here are the downsides: the meat was too tough and didn't suit Japanese tastes. The most disappointing part was that the white wine we ordered was lukewarm and undrinkable, and the service was lacking. Considering the cost of about ¥35,000 per person, I would rate it 1 out of 5 overall. However, if it were a course around ¥10,000, I don't think there would be many complaints.

I participated in the Star of Honolulu dinner show during my first trip to Hawaii, and it was quite enjoyable.

Upon boarding the cruise ship, the luxurious dinner and the interior of the ship were the first things that caught my eye. Just this alone made me feel it was worth it to be on board. I was particularly surprised by the size of the lobster.

The sunset viewed from the cruise during dinner was absolutely beautiful. It was a joy to dine while watching the sun set and seeing the neon lights of the hotels along Waikiki Beach. Diamond Head stood majestically, adding to the stunning scenery.

As we approached the end of the evening, the Hawaiian show began, and it was a lot of fun to sing and dance along with the other participants, creating a sense of unity. I was also very satisfied to experience the cultural dances of Hawaii.

I was with my 9-month-old child.
It was fun from the bus ride to getting off the boat!
The bus driver entertained us, and the crew on the boat was wonderful. The dinner was delicious, and after watching the sunset, the show started and continued until we returned to port, so it felt like no time at all!
I think the cost performance is fantastic!

I'm glad I was able to see the Hawaiian dance up close after the meal. The weather was nice, so I got to see the setting sun as well. The cruise ship was smaller than I imagined. Next time, I definitely want to have dinner while watching the fireworks on a Friday night.

I appreciated that the lobster from the course meal was cut into easy-to-eat pieces right there. The meat was also softer and more delicious than it looked. The performances, including the hula dance, were very enjoyable and created great memories. I would love to participate again when I come back to Hawaii. Thank you!

I participated in the buffet. I was able to eat plenty of fresh salad, and the thick roast beef was tender and delicious. They seated us Japanese together at the same table, and exchanging information and having enjoyable conversations during the trip became one of my memorable experiences.

Since this is my second time participating, the content was similar to the last time, so it was good and bad at the same time.

I got the impression that many people were on their honeymoon, and I think this tour has a lot of Japanese customers, but most of them couldn't speak any Japanese at all. I think it would be good to increase the number of staff who can speak Japanese.

When they said something like, "I'll take your picture," most of the other customers looked confused, as if they were thinking, "Huh?"

Also, some of the waitstaff lacked a welcoming attitude and seemed unfriendly. I've visited Hawaii several times, but it's quite rare to encounter such unfriendly service.

Going once is enough to create lasting memories, so I don't think it's worth going a second time.

The ferry was crowded, making it difficult to enjoy a meal, and if you don't choose the window seat option, you'll be seated with strangers at the same table. Even if you do choose the window seat option, the seats are too close together, so you can overhear conversations.

For those who are lucky enough to go to Hawaii for their honeymoon, I recommend having a meal at a more scenic and relaxing restaurant for a better atmosphere.

ハネムーンで来られてる方が多い印象で、日本のお客様も多いツアーだと思うのですが、全く日本語が喋れない方がほとんどなので、日本語が喋れるスタッフも増やすといいと思います。

写真を撮りますよ？みたいな声掛けも周りのお客様も、みんな『?』となってる方がほとんどでした。

あとは少しウエイターのスタッフが、ウェルカム感が無いので、無愛想です。ハワイに何回か訪れてますが、これほど無愛想なのも逆に珍しいです。

一回行けば、十分思い出として成立しますので、2回目は行く価値は無いです。

フェリー内も、人だらけで落ち着いて食事も出来ないし、窓際席のオプションを付けなければ、知らない人と相席、同席テーブル。
窓際席のオプションを付けたとしても隣との席が近すぎるので、会話も丸聞こえ。

せっかくハワイまでハネムーンで行かれる方は、もっと景色の良い、落ち着いたレストランで2人でお食事された方が雰囲気も良くオススメだと思います。

To begin- we loved that they offered complimentary pictures at entry, they sent them directly to our phone for FREE, other tourist areas always charge for pictures.
The food buffet had a variety of options from chicken, fish, and pork. The food was tasty. Our tickets came with a drink ticket and we enjoyed a mai tai.
The performances were we'll coordinate, we loved the fire show, the hula dances, everything! I would definitely come back for another show. Employees were helpful, informative, and very kind!

It was much better than I expected. The food was delicious, and the seating arrangements took into account the countries and ages of the guests, allowing us to have enjoyable conversations even with strangers. The night view was beautiful, and we had a great time. However, since I arrived by car, I didn't understand the explanation for the first drink and ended up with a Mai Tai. I wanted to exchange it for a non-alcoholic drink, but since I had already sipped from the glass, I couldn't ask for an exchange. Still, it was great overall.

If you want to see the sunset and the Hilton fireworks, the seats on the left side are the best. Guaranteed private seating! Many of the guests were Japanese, and it was fun to toast and have enjoyable conversations while dining with the people next to us.
