One tour had five different activities mixed together, which caused the return time to be delayed by one hour.

I think it's better to stop the practice of forcing tips with signs.

I would like the horseback riding staff to be positioned at the front and back of the line, not just one person at the front.

I chose the 7:30 AM departure. I was worried that I might have too much time to kill since the shops wouldn't be open yet, and I considered the 11:00 AM departure, but I'm glad I went with the 7:30 AM option in the end.

The driver was considerate and took us to the North Shore beach for surfing since it was early in the morning. It was winter, so the waves were high, and we got to see surfers riding the tube waves. They even took some photos for us, which became the best memory of this tour.

In Haleiwa, we visited NALU, famous for its acai bowls, and Island Vintage Coffee. Unlike in Honolulu, where you have to wait in long lines, it was not crowded, and we were able to enjoy acai bowls and coffee while leisurely waiting for the shops to open.

On Sunday, we also enjoyed the Huli Huli chicken without any wait, and it was delicious. At Matsumoto Shave Ice, I had the chance to talk with the owner, Mr. Matsumoto, and we were able to get our treats smoothly without waiting in line.

Shopping was also relaxed and enjoyable. On the day I participated, there were only four Japanese participants, so we returned to Waikiki smoothly and quickly before 3 PM, allowing us to make the most of the rest of our time.

7時30分発をチョイスしました。着いてもお店がオープンしていなから時間を持て余すかと、11時出発と迷いましたが、７時30分発にして結果良かったです。
ドライバーさんが、朝早いので、気を利かせてくれてサーフィンの本番のノースショアのビーチに連れて行っていただきました。冬だったので、波高くチューブの波中、サーフィンしている所を見る方ができました。写真も撮っていただき、今回のツアーで一番良い思い出になりました。
ハレイワでは、アサイボールで有名なNALU、アイランドヴィンテージコーヒーはホノルルでは長蛇の列に並ばないといけないのが、空いていて、アサイボールやカフェをして、ゆったりお店のオープンまで過ごすことが出来ました。
日曜日でフリフリチキンも並ばず美味しくいただきました。
マツモトシェーブドアイスでは、オーナーの松本さんとお話しが出来きましたし、ここでも、並ばずスムーズにいただけました。
お買い物も、ゆったりと出来ました。
参加した日は、参加者、日本人４人だけだったので、ワイキキへもスムーズに早く３時前には戻れ、その後の時間を有効に過ごすことができました。

I booked a day when I arrived in Waikiki. It was good for alleviating jet lag since I was active. A guide who spoke Japanese came to pick us up at the hotel, and we strolled around the park near Ala Moana. Since there were just two of us, we had a bit of freedom to stop and buy drinks from a café wagon, which allowed us to fully enjoy the Segway experience. We got caught in a little rain, but we managed to play for the entire time and even saw a beautiful rainbow, which was great.

On the way back, we were dropped off at Ala Moana Shopping Center, but it took a bit of time to get back to the hotel because it was crowded when we took the trolley after shopping.

ワイキキに着いた日を予約しました。体を動かすので時差ボケ解消に良かったです。
ホテルまでお迎えに来てくれて日本語が話せるガイドさんとアラモアナのほうの公園などを散策しました。2人だったので途中カフェワゴンで飲み物を買わせてもらったり少し自由がきいたのでセグウェイを満喫できました。少し雨に降られましたがなんとか時間いっぱい遊べて綺麗な虹も見れて良かったです。
帰りはアラモアナショッピングセンターに送ってもらったのですが、買い物してからトロリーに乗ってホテルの方まで戻るのが混んでいて少し時間がかかりました。

I visited Haleiwa Town on the North Shore for the first time. I was able to enjoy the Huli Huli chicken and garlic shrimp without much wait. The atmosphere made it feel like time moved slowly, which helped me relax. I had a total of five hours there, but if I had one more hour, I would have liked to walk to Ali'i Beach Park.

ノースショアのハレイワタウンには初めて行きました。フリフリチキン、ガーリックシュリンプはそんなに待たずに食べれました。地域がら時間がゆっくり進むような気がしてリラックスできました。現地の滞在時間が5時間でしたがもう1時間あれば歩いてアリ・ビーチ・パークに行きたかったです。

This was my first whale watching experience. There were also small boat tours available, but I was glad to be on a larger boat since the waves were quite high. There were a few small boats around us, and they seemed to be having a tough time with the waves. I was able to see the whales blowing water from a distance. I wished I could have seen them a bit closer, but since they are wild whales, it can't be helped.

初めてのホエールウォッチング、小さな船のツアーも有りましたが、波もそこそこ高く、大きな船で良かったです。
周りに、何隻か小さな船も来てましたが、波に揺られで、大変そうでした。
クジラは、遠くで、潮を吹いてるのが確認出来ました。
もう少し近くで見たかったですが、野生のクジラですから、仕方ないですね

I participated in a whale watching tour in Hawaii aboard the Star of Honolulu. I was excited and thrilled as I boarded the ship. Since it was a large vessel, after exploring the interior, I headed to the deck with a view of the ocean. My friends and I gazed at the blue sea; although we didn't encounter any whales, we enjoyed the distant views of Diamond Head and the cityscape of Waikiki. There was no rocking, and the pleasant breeze made me feel refreshed.

I wanted to see a jumping whale, but since they are wild creatures, it can't be helped. The pineapple cake and tea were very delicious.

　スターオブホノルルに乗ってハワイでのフォエールウォッチングに参加しました。テンションも上がりワクワクしながら乗船しました。大型船なので船内探索後、海の見える甲板へ。友達と青い海原を眺め、鯨には中々遭遇しないものの、遠くに見えるダイヤモンドヘッドやワイキキの街並みを見渡し、揺れもなく心地よい風を受け、気分は爽快でした。
　ジャンプする鯨を見たかったですが、自然界の生き物なので仕方ないですね。パイナップルケーキと紅茶はとても美味しかったです。

We have been to Hawaii several times and I kind of wanted to do a luau again, but also love getting on the water… This cruise is both… Quite a good deal! Also always fun!

I originally signed up for 7:20, but I received a message the day before the tour asking to change it to 8:20. I couldn't answer the call because I was in another activity, and I only noticed the message later when I checked my email. It might be a good idea to check your phone and email frequently while staying in Hawaii, at least until the day before the tour.

A cheerful driver picked us up. We received water after descending (I might have wanted it earlier, haha). From the bottom, the summit looked very far away, and I was worried about whether I could return in two hours with my preschooler (who is in their last year). However, we were able to climb more smoothly than I expected. After descending, we had enough time to rest on a bench and look at souvenirs.

元々7:20で申込んでいましたが、ツアーの前日に8:20に変更して欲しいとの連絡がありました。
別のアクティビティ中に着信が来ていたので電話には出られず、後からメールを見て気づくことができました。
ハワイ滞在中でもツアー前日までは念のため電話、メールをこまめに確認しておくといいかもしれません。
陽気なドライバーさんが送迎してくれました。お水は下山した後にもらいました。（先に欲しかったかも笑）
下からは頂上がとても遠くに見えたので未就学児（年長）を連れて2時間で戻って来れるかなと不安になりましたが、思ったよりサクサク登れました。下山後もベンチで休憩したりお土産を見る時間的余裕がありました。

I thought it was nice that there is a four-day course. However, as someone who knows the old trolleys, my impression is that there are significantly fewer trolleys now. Because of this, the trolleys were quite crowded. Also, there are not as many night trolleys as there used to be. The trolleys that go via Don Quijote have also decreased quite a bit, so it often ended up being a walk from Ala Moana after taking the trolley there.

4日間コースがあるのはいいなと思いました。
ただ、昔のトローリーを知っている者としては、
ずいぶんトローリーの本数が少なくなったな・・・・というのが印象です。
なので、1台当たりのトローリーが、結構、混雑が激しかったです。
また昔ほど、夜のトローリーの本数がなくなりました。
ドンキ経由のトローリーも、かなり少なくなり、結局はアラモアナまで行って、そこから歩き・・・・というのが多かったです

I have been visiting Hawaii once or twice a year, and this time, I finally managed to visit during the season when it's possible to see whales, even though it's the rainy season.

Honestly, the chances were fifty-fifty, but we were blessed with good weather, making for a decent cruising day. However, the whales were not making an appearance for quite some time, and I thought we might have missed out this time as I was just enjoying the beautiful views of Honolulu and Diamond Head.

Then, just like something out of a TV drama's ending, we had an incredible encounter. We saw spouts, double diving, and even dolphins joining the show—it was fantastic! My wife was so moved that she was inexplicably praying. 😆

　毎年1〜2回　ハワイを訪れていましたが今回ようやく、雨季ではありますが鯨と対面可能な時期に訪れる事が出来ました。
　正直可能性は五分五分だったのですがお天気にも恵まれまずまずのクルージング日和でした、
　ただ肝心の鯨さんは中々お出ましが無く、ただただホノルルの街並みとダイアモンドヘッドの素晴らしい景色を眺めていて今回はハズレかと思ってましたら、
まさにテレビドラマのエンディングかと思うくらいの出会いがありました、
潮吹きやダブルでのダイビングやおまけにイルカまで出てきて素晴らしいショーでした。
　私の妻は感激で何故か拝んでました　😆

They provided various little bits of information! The time spent in the car was comfortable. I had a lot of fun! I also felt reassured that the person in charge was Japanese.

I traveled to Hawaii alone, and I felt that it was a great tour that allowed me to efficiently visit various spots. The guide's Japanese was excellent, and the conversation was enjoyable. I was blessed with good weather, and the blue sky and sea were amazing!

一人旅でハワイに来ましたので、効率よく色々なスポットに行けて、お得なツアーだと感じました。
ガイドさんの日本語も上手でお話し楽しかったです。

The pickup was smooth, we could see the whales well, and the coffee and pineapple cake were delicious! It wasn't as cold as I expected.

During our second family trip to Hawaii, we were looking for activities that could be enjoyed by three generations in January and found whale watching, which we signed up for. We participated with my grandparents, who are over 60, and three children (ages 3, 1, and 0). On the day of the trip, the weather was nice, with no wind, and we departed on time. After boarding, we enjoyed self-service banana cake and coffee as a light snack.

About 15 minutes after departure, there was an announcement that we could go up to the rooftop (4th floor). The main way to get up there was by stairs, but there was also an elevator. I carried the 1-year-old and 0-year-old up to the rooftop, where we could see the hotels in Waikiki from a distance, and we spotted some boats enjoying marine activities in the morning.

After a while on the rooftop, there was an announcement indicating the direction of the whales, which was easy to understand even for those who don't speak much English. We were able to see a pod of about four whales for about an hour, and we also saw dolphins along the way. Since the sun was a bit strong on the rooftop, it might be better for the kids to wait in the shade until the whales are visible before moving around.

At first, we could see the whales from a distance, but later on, it seemed like the boat chased after them, allowing us to see them up close. Honestly, it was easier to see from the sofa on the first floor than from above, and stepping outside from there allowed us to see the whales in the shade and up close! There were staff members on the first floor who pointed out where to look, which was fantastic.

We noticed several other tour boats around us, and they seemed to be rocking quite a bit, which might be tough for those not used to being on boats. We went as far as the front of Diamond Head before turning back, and we returned to the port a bit earlier than scheduled, around 11:20, making disembarkation smooth. If we hadn't spotted any whales, it might have taken longer, but since we saw them well, it might have been quicker.

Overall, we had a very satisfying half-day experience, and I highly recommend this activity! Lastly, there was no validation (discount) for parking, so we paid $18 for 30 minutes at $3 each.

2回目の家族でのハワイ旅行で3世代で楽しめる1月のアクティビティを探していたところ、ホエールウォッチングを見つけて申し込みました。60オーバーの祖父母と子供3人（3歳、1歳、0歳）で参加しましたが、当日は天気も良く、風もない中で定刻通り出航して、乗船後に軽食のバナナケーキとコーヒーをセルフサービスでいただきました。
出航して15分ぐらいすると船の屋上（4F）に上がれるアナウンスがあり、基本は階段で上がりますがエレベーターもありました。
1歳と0歳は抱っこして屋上まで上がると、遠目にワイキキのホテルが見えて来て朝からマリンアクティビティを楽しむ人の船もちらほら見かけました。
屋上でしばらくすると時計の方向でクジラの位置を教えてくれるアナウンスがあり、英語があまりわからない方でもわかるようになっています。
肝心のクジラは4頭ぐらいの群れを1時間ぐらい見ることが出来て、途中イルカも見れました。屋上で見ていると日差しが少し強いので子供は日陰で待機してクジラが見えてから、動く方がいいかもしれません。
最初は遠目で見れていましたが、後半は船がクジラを追いかけたのか、すごく近くで見ることができました。
正直、上から見るより最初に座った1階のソファーから見る方が良く見えるし、そこから外に出て見る方が日陰でクジラを近くで見れます！
1階にはスタッフがいて、あっちに見える、こっちに見えると教えてもらえて最高です。
周りに何隻か他のツアーの船も見かけたのですが、結構揺れているのが見え、船に慣れていない方には厳しいかもしれません。
ダイヤモンドヘッドの正面？あたりまで行って折り返して帰って来たのですが、予定より少し早く11時20分ぐらいに帰港して下船もスムーズでした。クジラを発見できない場合はもう少し長くかかるのかもしれませんが、しっかり見れたので早かったのかもしれません。
全体的には大満足の半日を過ごせて、このアクティビティはおすすめです！
最後に駐車場はバリデーション（割引）がないので、30分3ドルで18ドルを支払いました。

There were many courses available, which was great. I used it every day for sightseeing, so it was a good deal. It was especially convenient because I could also ride the pink bus to get to Ala Moana.

コースが沢山あって良かった。観光に毎日利用したのでお得でした。特にピンクバスにも乗れるのでアラモアナ行くには便利です。

Tour guide was the best so much fun can’t wait to go again

I had a great time being able to visit various spots all at once! Giovanni's shrimp was exquisite! However, it was a bit disappointing that we couldn't go to the last coffee plantation due to traffic conditions.

いろいろなスポットに一度にいけて楽しかったです！ジョバンニのエビは絶品でした！ただ交通事情により最後のコーヒー農園に行くことができませんでしたのでそこだけ残念でした。

Since it's a large ship, there was no seasickness! The pineapple banana bread was delicious, and we saw plenty of dolphins and whales, which was amazing!

大きい船なので、船酔い無し！

I really enjoyed the explanations provided by Jonah at every place we visited. As we moved along while listening to his commentary, it felt like we arrived at our destinations on Oahu in no time, even though we traveled from one end to the other. Additionally, his recommendations for dishes were spot on, and everything was delicious.

ジョナさんが通る場所至る所の解説を日本語でしてくれるので、とても楽しめました。
解説を聞きながら進んでいたので、オアフ島を端から端まで移動したのに、すぐ着いた感覚になりました。
また、おすすめの料理などが的確で全てが美味しかったです。

We are a couple who are both 60 years old. We tried riding a Segway for the first time. Since we were concerned that operating it might be difficult, we decided to start with a 60-minute session, but after just 10 minutes of practice, we became quite skilled at it.

The instructions were very clear and easy to understand in Japanese. When we actually went outside, it was fun, the scenery was beautiful, and riding through it felt really great. Next time, we plan to participate in a longer session that focuses more on the scenery.

We had a wonderful time.

60歳の同い年夫婦です。セグウェイを初めてやってみました。もし操作が難しいと困るのでとりあえず60分にしてみましたが10分も練習するとかなり上手になっていました。
操作説明も日本語でとてもわかりやすかったです。
実際に外へ出てみたところ、楽しくて景色も良くて、そこを走り抜けるのはとても気持ち良かったです。次回はもっと景色重視でもっと時間たっぷりのものに参加する予定です。
とても良い時間でした。

Positive Points
- I was able to see many whales, and I was more satisfied than I had expected.
- Even during the times when whales were not visible, I enjoyed a comfortable cruise while taking in the scenery.
- Important announcements were made in Japanese, which made me feel secure participating in the tour.
- I had the unexpected and delightful experience of encountering a honu (sea turtle) at the time of departure.
- The banana cake provided was very delicious and left a lasting impression.

Points for Improvement
- Although there were announcements when whales were spotted, the sound from the microphone was muffled and hard to hear.
- The observation deck on the third floor did not allow for easy movement between the left and right sides, which meant that the view was biased either to the right or left rather than being 360 degrees. While it was possible to move in the back, it took time to get to the opposite side when at the front.
- Due to legal regulations requiring a certain distance from the whales, this is understandable, but if you are imagining seeing the whales up close with great intensity, you might feel a bit unsatisfied. In reality, the whales appeared somewhat small.
- Although there were restrooms available, the amount of toilet paper was limited from the start, and there was no replenishment during the trip.

良かった点
- 多くのクジラを見ることができ、期待以上に満足感があった。
- クジラが見えない時間帯も、景色を楽しみながら快適にクルージングを満喫できた。
- 重要な案内については日本語でのアナウンスもあり、安心して参加できた。
- 出航時にホヌ（ウミガメ）に出会えるという、思いがけない嬉しい体験があった。
- 提供されたバナナケーキがとても美味しく、印象に残った。

惜しかった点
- クジラ発見時のアナウンスはあったものの、マイクの音がこもっていて聞き取りづらかった。
- 3階デッキの展望台先頭部分は左右の行き来ができず、360度見渡せるというよりも、右側か左側のどちらかに視界が偏ってしまった。後方では移動可能だが、先頭にいると反対側へ移動するのに時間がかかる。
- 法律上の規制によりクジラとの距離を保つ必要があるため、仕方のない点ではあるが、間近で見る大迫力のクジラを想像していると、やや物足りなく感じる可能性がある。実際にはクジラはやや小さく見えた。
- お手洗いは完備されていたものの、トイレットペーパーの量が最初から少なく、途中での補充もなかった。

From Diamond Head to Haleiwa, there's so much to see. The ocean I want to visit on my trip to Hawaii, the gourmet food in Kahuku, and exploring Haleiwa Town—all of this for a price that's unmatched. Our guide, Jonathan, was very clear and helpful, which made the experience even better.

The fireworks and dinner created wonderful memories. I was expecting a course meal with each dish served separately, but aside from the salad and dessert, everything was served on one plate, which was disappointing. When the dessert was served, coffee and tea cups were prepared, but they were served to the table next to us. Unfortunately, due to time constraints, they never made it to us before the disembarkation time, which was a letdown.

花火にディナー良い思い出となりました。
料理は一品ずつコースを期待していましたが、サラダとデザート以外、ワンプレートでがっかりしました。デザート提供時に、コーヒー紅茶のカップは用意されていたが隣までサーブされて来たのですが、時間の関係なのか私達まで周ってこないで下船時刻となり終了したのが残念でした。

In conclusion, I was able to see the whales spouting only a few times. I wish I could have seen them a bit closer. However, the boat was large and stable, so I was quite satisfied to sit in a deck chair and enjoy the leisurely feeling of a boat trip. While sitting in the deck chair and looking at the views of Diamond Head and Waikiki from the sea, I was able to listen to various information about whales in Japanese through the onboard announcements, which was very educational!

結論から言うと、クジラの潮吹きは数回だけ見ることが出来ました。もう少し近くで見えると良かったかなと思います。ただ、船も大きくて揺れも少ないので、デッキチェアに座ってゆったり船旅気分を味わえたのはかなり満足でした。海から眺めるダイヤモンドヘッドやワイキキの風景を見ながらデッキチェアに座り、日本語でクジラについての様々な事を船内放送で聞けて勉強になりました！

I participated on January 21st. We visited various tourist spots on the East Coast in order, and we were able to take photos at each location. At Kualoa Beach, we saw a honu (sea turtle) come close to the shore to eat seaweed. At the Tropical Farm, which my wife was looking forward to, we had the experience of cracking macadamia nuts and tasting all the different varieties. For lunch, we enjoyed a large Instagram-worthy burger at the Seven Brothers at Kahuku Sugar Mill. In the afternoon, we had an hour and a half of free time in Haleiwa, and we returned to Waikiki around 5 PM.

We visited many spots, but since it was just the two of us that day, we were able to enjoy it without rushing. Additionally, our conversations with our guide, Jonah, were lively, making for a fun day.

1/21に参加しました。東海岸の観光スポットを順番に回って、各スポットで写真も撮影してもらえます。
クアロアビーチではホヌが波打ち際近くまでやってきて、海藻を食べる姿を見れました。家内が楽しみにしていたトロピカルファームでは、マカデミアナッツを割る体験や全種類の試食も出来ました。昼食はカフクシュガーミルのセブンブラザーズで、インスタ映えする大きなバーガーを楽しみました。そして午後はハレイワで1時間半の自由時間があり、ワイキキには17時頃戻ってきました。
多くのスポットを回りましたが、この日は私たち夫婦だけだったのであくせくすることなく、またガイドのジョナさんとの会話も弾み、楽しい1日を過ごせました。

1. Arizona Memorial. Show your QR code at the Audio Tours entrance to receive a Standby Line number, borrow a Japanese guide device, and walk south to board the boat. Return the guide device after the tour.
2. Bowfin Submarine. Walk north and enter using the QR code. There is a dedicated guide device here.
3. There is a Shuttle bus stop to the northeast, so board the bus.
4. Get off at the USS Missouri and enter using the QR code; there is a Japanese guide available.
5. Board the bus again and get off at the Aviation Museum, entering with the QR code. There is a dedicated guide device here. Be sure to check out the many fighter planes displayed outdoors when you go around to the back of the building.

Since the guide was very energetic and spoke in English from the morning, I had some concerns about the mountain climbing, but my motivation to climb increased.

朝からとても元気よく英語でのガイドしてくれたので山登りに多少の心配がありましたが、登る気分が高まりました。

The amount of food is sufficient, and you can enjoy the dance show up close. They also provide goods to enjoy the countdown. For wheelchair users, they offer barrier-free guidance. You can watch the fireworks from the rooftop deck. If you don't go to the deck early, it might be difficult to find a good viewing spot.

If the wind is strong, they will put up a vinyl shield, making it hard to see the night view outside. Additionally, you will often be seated with other groups. Since there is a possibility of sharing a table with other Japanese guests, if you're expecting an overseas experience, you might be disappointed.

　食事の量も十分、ダンスショーも間近で見られる、カウントダウンを楽しむグッズも用意してくれている。車椅子の利用者でも、バリアフリーで案内してくれます。花火も屋上デッキで見られます。早めにデッキに行かないと、よく見られる場所は難しいかも。
　風が強いとビニールシールドをかけられてしまうので、外の夜景が見えにくくなってしまいます。また、座席は他のグループの相席になることが多いです。他の日本の方との相席の可能性があるので、海外体験！！を期待しているとガッカリしちゃうかもしれません。

I used this service during my stay in Waikiki, and it was more convenient than I imagined. It covers almost all the way to Ala Moana, Diamond Head, Kaka'ako, and East Oahu with just this trolley.

There was no stress waiting for buses, and I could visit tourist spots at a good pace, allowing me to fully enjoy sightseeing even with limited days of stay. The interior was clean, and the staff was very courteous.

What I particularly liked was the ability to get on and off at my preferred times. Shopping, café hopping, and visiting tourist attractions went very smoothly.

I think this is a great mode of transportation not only for first-time visitors to Hawaii but also for repeat visitors.

ワイキキ滞在中に利用しましたが、想像以上に便利でした。アラモアナ、ダイヤモンドヘッド、カカアコ、東オアフ方面まで、このトロリーだけでほぼカバーできます。

バスを待つストレスもなく、観光地をテンポよく回れるので、限られた滞在日数でもしっかり観光できます。車内は清潔で、スタッフの対応も丁寧でした。

特に良かったのは、好きなタイミングで乗り降りできる点。ショッピング、カフェ巡り、観光スポット巡りがとてもスムーズにできました。

初ハワイの方はもちろん、リピーターでもかなり使える移動手段だと思います。
