I participated on the last night in Hawaii.
The hotel transfer was very smooth, which was great.
The sunset was very beautiful.
There were announcements in both English and Japanese on the ship, which is appreciated by Japanese guests.
Peeling the lobster was quite challenging, but it was delicious.
I tried ordering a rum and coke that wasn't on the menu, and the waiter took my order with a smile.
Just to be safe, I took some motion sickness medication before boarding.
The boat swayed a bit, so I recommend the medication for those who are prone to seasickness.
The photos taken as part of the service are displayed in my room along with good memories.

Our tour guide Keoki (George) was amazing. He took us throughout the land and showed us all around the area. We didn't know what to expect when we went on this tour and this tour blew our minds. We rode for hours and the scenery was amazing. Keoki went above and beyond and took pictures and videos for us. We learned about the history, plantation and so much more. I love the fact that it's a private tour and only a few people were on the tour.
It made it so much more personal. Thank you Keoki! Looking forward to doing this tour again when we come back to visit.

I participated in the buffet style. I was satisfied with the meal. The live show was impressive and worth watching. At the end, everyone danced imitating the staff, but it was a bit disorganized since the staff didn't remember the moves well, which was a bit disappointing. The sunset was amazing.

I was able to visit various places and try a little bit of different foods, which was great. The guide provided information about the tourist spots and the surroundings, which was very helpful. The driver-guide took care of 13 people by himself, and even though I participated alone, I had a lot of fun.

Highlight was the Polynesian show. Food was ok, deserts were good. Complimentary drinks were average. Purchased drinks were pricey. Overall, did not get to see much of a sunset by being busy with the food and the show. It felt more like sitting in a restaurant since the boat was moving slow and sturdy unless you come out to grab the food.

I love Jurassic Park and have always wanted to visit this place. It all started when the theme song began to play on the bus! It was an English tour, but I always choose English tours no matter the country, and I really enjoy the friendly atmosphere with the other international guests. The guide was also proactive in taking photos, which made me, as a solo tour participant, very happy!

This tour is a must for both movie lovers and nature enthusiasts when visiting Hawaii.

I thought it was a great plan to combine Diamond Head and Makapu'u Trail, allowing us to make effective use of our time. We hiked as a couple in our 60s, and there were no dangerous areas. It wasn't crowded, and everyone was well-mannered, allowing us to navigate the narrow spots by yielding to each other. You can enjoy a sense of unity with nature while listening to the birds chirping. The last stairs at Diamond Head are a bit tough, but that’s what makes it rewarding. The view of Honolulu and the ocean from the mountain is truly beautiful. This was my second time on Makapu'u Trail, and I couldn't forget the coastal views, so I decided to join again. At first, you might think the gradual slope is boring, but once you turn the first curve, the amazing scenery begins, so please be patient and keep climbing. The paved path is easy to walk on, but there’s no place to avoid direct sunlight, so a hat, rash guard, and water are essential. Next time, I definitely want to see whales, so I hope to join in the winter.

I have experienced five tours at Kualoa Ranch. I took the movie bus twice, went horseback riding, and did zip-lining. I highly recommend it. You can enjoy the scenery and points at a more leisurely pace compared to the bus tour. If you can ride a bike, you can move around effortlessly with the electric assist, which reduces fatigue and keeps you clean. I definitely want to participate again on my next trip with my nieces and nephews, but I'm only worried about the rain.

I participated in the 5 Star experience due to a campaign. After arriving at the venue, there were many people in line, but only the 5 Star passengers were allowed to board first. The smoothness of the process meant I didn’t get to see the welcoming hula dancer…

You can enjoy dinner in a special space on the top floor. At 5 Star, couples danced gracefully in front of us to soft jazz music, creating an overall adult atmosphere. When I looked down from above, I could hear lively sounds coming from the lower floors, so I think it’s best to choose according to your preference!

I struggled a bit with the language barrier, as I couldn’t communicate well in Japanese. Also, it swayed more than I expected, so I think it's essential for those who are prone to motion sickness to take anti-nausea medication! The food was delicious, and I was satisfied with the special night I had.

The disembarkation was scheduled for 7:45 PM, and I ordered a bottle of wine around 6:45 PM. However, no matter how many times I followed up with the butler, I was told the bar was crowded, and the wine did not arrive until 7:20 PM, just as dessert was being served. Since it was a screw-top wine, there was no need for uncorking; they just needed to bring it. The drinks that came with the meal also took about 15 minutes to be served after ordering. I recommend ordering drinks well in advance. For those who want to enjoy their meal with drinks, it was a stressful experience.

We had the best time with the Star of Honolulu. The captain was very welcoming, and the staff was first rate. Our restaurant wait person Tina, was very prompt in meeting our needs. She was friendly and efficient. The entertainment was excellent, and the food was tasty and plentiful. We sat next to a couple of other travelers and thoroughly enjoyed our conversation. During our 6-night, 8-day honeymoon in Hawaii, we used this service on our last night. I was really looking forward to experiencing the cruising in Hawaii (my wife said it was the part she was most excited about for our honeymoon). I will honestly share both the good and bad points I felt during the cruise.

Good points:
1. The food, including lobster and tenderloin, was truly delicious.
2. Each person received 2 drink tickets, which was great, especially with the yen's depreciation, allowing us to order drinks without hesitation.
3. The scenery was amazing. We could see Waikiki and Diamond Head, which we enjoyed, all from the sea.
4. The friendly crew members chatted with us while we were enjoying the view from the deck and even took photos for us.
5. The jazz performance, which is not something we usually get to hear, made the venue even more stylish and was perfect for the last night of our honeymoon.

Points that differed from expectations:
1. We had reserved a shuttle service, but on the day of the cruise, there was significant traffic due to another event, the Spam Jam Festival, causing us to arrive late and miss the welcome show, which was a hula dance.
2. Similarly, because of the late arrival, the optional commemorative photo was taken as soon as we sat down, and it was disappointing that the background was still the port.
3. Due to the late arrival, the course meal was served quickly, and we couldn't take our time enjoying the scenery on the boat.
→ To avoid issues 1-3, it seems that going to the port individually during events that might cause traffic could be a solution.
4. The cruise was scheduled to depart at 5:30 PM and return at 7:30 PM, but it actually departed at 5:45 PM and returned around 7:20 PM, which was disappointing. The jazz performance continued until the end after we returned!

That's all. I’ve shared quite a bit, but personally, I would like to use this service again if I have the opportunity to visit Hawaii.

6泊8日のハワイ新婚旅行の際、最後の夜に利用させていただきました。
ハワイでのクルージングでどんな体験ができるのか、とても楽しみにしていました。(妻は新婚旅行で1番楽しみと言ってくれていました)
そんな期待大で望んだクルージングで感じた良いことも悪いことも率直に記載します。

良かった点
1.ロブスターにテンダーロインなど料理が本当に美味しかったです。
2.ドリンクチケットが2枚/人あり、とくに円安の中だったので気兼ねなくドリンクを頼むことができました。
3.景色が最高です。自分たちが楽しんだワイキキやダイヤモンドヘッドなどが海から一望できます。
4.フレンドリーな船員さんがデッキで海を眺めていると話しかけてくれて、写真も撮ってくれました。
5.普段はなかなか聞く機会がないジャズ演奏があると会場がさらにお洒落で新婚旅行の最後の夜にぴったりでした。

予想と違った点
1.オプションで送迎を予約していましたが、当日はスパムジャムフェスという他のイベントで道がかなり渋滞しており、港着が遅れ、ウェルカムショーであるフラダンスを見ることができませんでした。
2.上記1.同様に送迎の港着が遅れたためなのか、オプションの記念写真が席に着いてすぐでした。背景が港のままなのが残念です。
3.上記1,2.同様に送迎の港着が遅れたため、コース料理がどんどん出てきて、船上で景色をゆっくり見ることができませんでした。
→イベント等で渋滞が起きそうな時は個人で港まで行くことで1〜3の問題が回避できそうです。
4.クルージングは17:30発〜19:30帰港の予定でしたが、実際には17:45〜19:20頃帰港と短くなっており残念でした。ジャズ演奏は帰港後も最後まで続いていました！

以上になります。
いろいろと記載しましたが、個人的にはまたハワイに行く機会があれば利用させていただきたいと思っています。

On the day of the tour, the pickup arrived on time. I shared the ride with people from Japan and likely the United States, and we listened to the explanations from our guide, who spoke fluent Japanese. We were taken to various places, including the beautiful sea that seemed to stretch endlessly, a villa owned by a celebrity, sea turtles and seals that came close to the sandy beach, and, most importantly, the food that I tried for the first time. It was a long tour of about nine hours, but it was an enjoyable experience without feeling tired.

We participated to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. The rich-tasting lobster and tender steak were gentle on the stomach and quite good. Since it was Friday, there were fireworks after sunset, hula dancing, and the staff performed the classic YMCA, which was a lot of fun. We are especially grateful to the female crew who took special care of us since we don't speak English. Lastly, we even received a commemorative cake, making it a wonderful memory.

We enjoyed Toa Luau so much! Our children, 2 & 4, had a wonderful time as well. The cast/crew are the same people running the activities before the meal, and serving the meal, then putting on a great show - their hard work and enthusiasm is inspiring <3 I noticed their attention to detail in how smoothly the check-in, meal, and all the transitions went. Highly recommend!

Even though I was overseas, time seemed to move on as usual here. Before getting on the boat at Kaneohe Bay, we encountered a heavy rainstorm, and I thought the trip might be canceled. However, we went ahead despite the rain. My umbrella, which was meant to be a sunshade, ended up being used mainly as a rain umbrella. It was so cold that I felt the chill was more overwhelming than the rain season itself.

It was really fun to have the tour guide take pictures of us at the movie filming locations!
