Best dive company on Oahu without a doubt! I wish I could dive everyday with these guys. Incredibly friendly and knowledgeable crew, top-notch gear, a luxurious dive boat and they are on the west side where the best diving on the island is! They really go above and beyond to ensure you have an excellent experience both above and below water. Our guide, Drew, was awesome. He was extremely attentive and pointed out countless different types of marine life that most divers would pass right by without even noticing. After diving, the crew cut up a fresh pineapple and sprinkled li hing powder on it, which was a perfect post-dive snack. I will definitely be back!

Loved going snorkeling with Trident Adventures! We ended up doing a last minute upgrade from the snorkel package to the PADI Skindiver Program and it was so worth it. The main thing the upgrade got for us was the use of one of their DPVs, which is an Diver Propulsion Vehicle. Its basically an underwater scooter that you hold on to and cruise around. It was a little awkward at first, but with some tips and pointers from the instructor I was able to get the hang of it and had so much fun cruising around the reef! Apparently these things are very expensive, so it's very unique for a dive shop to have them available to non-SCUBA divers.

This is one of the most epic things I have ever done! Steve (the owner) really does an amazing job getting you ready to make the jump and making the whole experience something you will never forget! The helicopter flight was awesome and the diving was perfect. I couldn't possibly recommend anyone other than Trident Adventures for an incredible, one of a kind dive experience! Also, The dive gear they provide is top end, brand new SCUBAPRO equipement. No sketchy, under-maintained gear with these guys. It doesnt matter how deep or shallow you go, that new, quality gear makes a huge difference in comfort and safety.

Even though Waikiki is crowded with tourists, it can be quite challenging to move around with large luggage, so I really appreciated this service. I participated in the movie location tour, jungle experience tour, and Taste of Farm tour. I signed up mainly for the movie location tour, so I learned about the other tours and details on the day, but there was no confusion, and I was able to participate with explanations in Japanese for everything.

I recommend sitting on the right side of the bus for the movie location tour, as most of the sights are concentrated on that side. I joined to see the filming locations of Jurassic Park and Jurassic World, and in that regard, I found the jungle tour to be more fulfilling and enjoyable than the location tour. The jungle tour was exciting, and I think those with strong hearts will really enjoy it.

The lunch buffet was included, but honestly, the quality was lacking, and I was concerned about hygiene. There were a lot of flies in the dining area, so I think it's better to eat on the terrace. However, aside from the buffet, there were only places like a café terrace for dining, so it seems better to include the buffet to enjoy a longer meal.

ランチバイキングがついていましたが、正直内容はイマイチで衛生面も気になりました。食堂内は物凄くハエがうるさいので、テラスで食事された方がいいと思います。ただ、バイキング以外はカフェテラス？？的なところしか食事場所がないので、バイキングをつけておいた方が長く楽しむには良いように思いました。
午後のテイスト〜ツアーは、あまり面白くなかったですが、全体を通して、とても充実したツアーだったと思います。
今回は乗馬やバギー、ジップラインに参加しませんでしたが、乗馬やバギーは見ていて本当に楽しそうでした。次行く機会があればそちらを体験したいです。
今回はアラモアナセンター付近で送迎してもらい、とても便利でした。行ってみて初めて、これは自力で行くのはあまりに難儀、と思いました。ツアーに参加されるのが間違いないですし、到着後も日本人スタッフさんが丁寧に日程説明してくださり安心です。

Since the trolley doesn't operate at the start time in the morning, we took a taxi from our hotel in Waikiki. We arrived in about 20 minutes. After checking in at the counter, a Japanese staff member named Miho gave us a 30-minute tour of the museum. From the garden plants to the history of Hawaii, it was a short time, but I learned a lot. Both the building and the garden were wonderful.

The hula lesson started at 10 AM. Since my daughter and I were the only students that day, it was a private lesson. We began with some basics, and the teacher's husband played the ipu heke, making it a luxurious lesson for beginners. The song was "Hale Maumau." I had done a little hula in Japan, but it might be a bit difficult for complete beginners. However, it felt like the lesson was tailored to the students. By the end of the one-hour lesson, we were able to dance one song, and we received a certificate at the end of the hula lesson. After that, we learned how to make a lei using ti leaves, which took about 30 minutes to complete. I wore the lei until the evening, and I received compliments while shopping.

After the program ended, we explored the museum, looking at things like the bird capes that Miho had shown us, and we returned by trolley.

そのあとティーリーフを使ってレイの作り方を教えてもらえるのですが、30分ほとで完成、その日は夕方までレイをかけていましたが、買い物先などで褒めてもらえました。

プログラム終了後は、ミホさんに教えて頂いた鳥のマントなど、館内を見て回り、帰りはトロリーで戻りました。

ワイキキからは距離があり、開始時間にトロリーがないので、タクシーなどで行かなければなりませんが、行く価値のある場所だと思います。
次の機会があれば、またぜひ行きたいです。

We wanted to see other parts of the island without having to rent a car ourselves and this was a good option. Our guide who has done surfing knew of the various beaches and pointed out the various ones. We stopped and had time at various stops including the Dole plantation and the Banyan trees from Lost. It seemed we covered things to see in a one day car trip around the island. The Jeep was comfortable though could have been any car—no four wheel driving for instance. We were able to see what there was to see to help decide where we would come back to another time to experience in more detail. Of course it helps immensely that Oahu is a beautiful place.

It was a shuttle service to the airport, but even after the scheduled pickup time, the shuttle did not arrive. After waiting for 10 minutes past the scheduled time, I called the local office. After explaining the situation, I was put on hold for nearly 10 minutes, and when they finally got back to me, they said, "We're on our way, so please wait a little longer," and I had to wait again. However, even after waiting, the shuttle still did not arrive, so I called again 10 minutes later. They said they would check again, and this time I was on hold for over 15 minutes (which was frustrating). Ultimately, they informed me that the shuttle would not make it, and I would need to arrange a taxi separately, so I ended up taking a taxi to the airport (of course, I didn't have to pay for it). This was a 50-minute delay from the original pickup time. I used the hotel phone, so I didn't incur any financial burden from the 25 minutes on hold, but standing there and listening to Hawaiian music on hold for so long was very stressful. 当初のピックアップ時間から50分の遅延です。私はホテルの電話を使わせてもらったので、計25分の保留でも金銭的な負担はなかったですが、立ちっぱなしで、保留中のハワイアンミュージックを延々と聞いているのは、とてもストレスでした。
ロバーツハワイを使うのは初めてでしたが、遅延もさることながら、対応の手際の悪さに本当にガッカリしました。もう使いません。
