It would have been perfect if there was a plan that included relaxing on the beach, as walking on a beautiful beach was not part of the plan.

The most impressive part was when they sang Christmas songs live on the boat with a guitar. This was an unexpected service.

Additionally, the staff provided perfect service, so I think Japanese guests would be very satisfied.

My partner didn't swim because it was too cold, so having a self-service hot drink option during the cruise would have been better for those who were cold. Also, it would be nice if they could lend out knee blankets or half blankets.

In short, it was just cold, but I'm glad the cruise didn't get canceled due to bad weather.

The commentary was provided in Japanese by Japanese staff, so I recommend it for Japanese guests.

I regret not requesting the Christmas song "O Come" during the guitar performance; they were really good at singing.

一番印象にのこったのは、クリスマスソングをギターで生で船の上で歌ってくれたこと。これは想定外のｻｰﾋﾞｽでした。

あとはスタッフはすべて完璧なサービスでしたので、日本人には満足度が高いかと。

相棒が寒すぎて泳がなかったので、クルーズ中はホットドリンクのセルフｻｰﾋﾞｽがあれば寒い人にはもっとよかったかな。
あと、ひざ掛けブランケットやハーフ毛布みたいなものが貸し出し可能であれば、うれしい。

要は、寒かっただけのことですが、悪天候中止にならなくてよかったです。

解説も日本人が日本語でしてくれるために、日本人にはオススメです。

ギター演奏でO～comeのクリスマスソングリクエストすればよかったのが唯一の心残りでしょうか？歌上手かった。

It's a popular tour. You arrive at the port, which is about an hour away by bus from Waikiki. Everyone was Japanese... especially the older ladies, who were quite noisy and sat in other people's seats without asking, and used beach towels without permission, which was the worst.

Unfortunately, the weather was cloudy, so we couldn't see the beautiful ocean. The sandbar was shallow, about knee-deep, and there were no fish swimming around. While you can indeed see sea turtles, it's only from the boat.

At the snorkeling point, there are fish, but not many. It felt like there were few beautiful fish as well...

Overall, it was neither good nor bad, but considering the cost, it was a bit disappointing.

Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with this tour. Even though they said we would see sea turtles, we only saw a turtle briefly poke its head out from the boat, so we couldn't take any photos. The cruise was just a short trip around the bay. The meals were simple. The staff also left an impression of being rough around the edges. I thought $60 was too expensive for this experience.

I participated with my mother and sister. Since it was their first time in Hawaii, I thought my sister would want to go snorkeling and my mother would enjoy the beautiful scenery, so we joined this tour. We were picked up at the Ambassador Hotel and transferred to a large bus at the Sheraton Hotel to set off! The bus was freezing cold, and my sister, who was wearing short sleeves, was feeling chilly. We arrived at the port on time. The waves were calm, and thankfully, there was no seasickness, thanks to the fun staff, and we quickly reached the turtle watching point! We saw sea turtles, but just for a moment! Their heads popped up briefly. We saw a few, but I think it would be difficult to take pictures. My mother, who expected to see the turtles up close, was a bit disappointed. Next, we went to the sandbar! We had 40 minutes there. First, we took photos! It felt very free, as everyone could do their own thing. The staff took pictures, so couples and groups could get photos together. I thought about wearing clothes, but since the water was up to my waist, I went in my swimsuit. Standing in the middle of the ocean was truly magical! Next was snorkeling. On the bus, I fell into a deep sleep, probably from waking up early and swimming. It was a great tour that ended on time in the morning, allowing us to use our time meaningfully. However, there were really a lot of newlywed couples! If you want to snorkel a lot, a full-day tour might be better. The bus driver on the way back was a native speaker with excellent pronunciation and was somehow very high-energy! We laughed again! On the return bus, we had to raise our hands to indicate where to get off. I think the Sheraton will stop properly, but we almost missed the Ambassador stop because of the excellent pronunciation! Since we got back on the bus wet, I recommend bringing a long-sleeve cover-up and a bath towel. This tour was well-organized, and we had a meaningful time; it was truly enjoyable. It became a wonderful memory.

母と姉と3人で参加しました。母と姉は初のハワイだったのでシュノーケルがしたい姉、母には綺麗な景色を見てもらいたいと思いこちらに参加しました。アンバサダーホテルでピックアップしてもらい、シェラトンホテルで大型バスに乗り換えて出発！バスは冷房ガンガンで半袖の姉は寒がってました(^^;時間通りに港に到着。波も穏やかで心配していた船酔いもなく、楽しいスタッフのおかげであっという間にタートルウォチングポイントへ!!ウミガメは見れたけど…一瞬！顔がピョコっと出る程度。何匹かみれたけど写真に撮るのは難しいと思います(-_-;)ウミガメがガッツリ見れると思っていた母はちょっと残念がってました(^-^;次にサンドバーへ!!滞在時間は40分。まず写真撮影～♪おのおので自由にという感じです。スタッフが撮ってくれるのでカップルやグループでもみんなで写った写真が撮れます。洋服を着ていこうと思いましたが、水が腰ぐらいまであったので水着で行きました。海のど真ん中に立てるっていうのはとにかく神秘的！次にシュノーケル。海流を乱さないためにロープに沿って泳ぎます。初めての方は救命着を着た方がいいと思います。呼吸の仕方などは説明のみで実際に練習はなしです。姉は「二度目だから～♪」と調子に乗って上手く呼吸ができず溺れかけていました。これに母と私は爆笑！シュノーケルは本当に気持ちよくて、小さな魚がいっぱい見れました。楽しかったのでもっとしたかったです。帰りの船でサンドウィッチと暖かい紅茶でお腹を満たし、ユキコさんの話で爆笑し、港に到着。バスでは早起き&泳いだ疲れか爆睡でした。時間通り午前中のうちに終わるツアーで時間を有意義に使えるツアーで本当に良かったです。ただ、ほんっっとに新婚カップルばっかりでした(^_^;)シュノーケルをたくさんしたい方は1日ツアーの方がいいかもしれません。帰りのバスの運転手はまぢのネイティブで発音がめっちゃ良い英語&なぜかハイテンション!これにまた爆笑！帰りのバスは降りる所が挙手制で、シェラトンはちゃんと停まると思いますが、アンバサダーは危うく乗り過ごすところでした。なにせ発音がめっちゃ良いので(笑)帰りは濡れたままバスに乗るので、長袖の羽織りとバスタオルは持参した方がいいと思います。こちらのツアーは段取りもよく有意義な時間を過ごせ、本当に楽しかったです。いい思い出になりました。ワイ

Sandbar is a place I always wanted to visit. I was aware that the height of the water varies depending on the season and time. When I actually went, the water was about knee to waist deep. Even so, it was incredibly beautiful and felt great.

The staff were kind, and I had a lot of fun. The burgers were delicious too.

Playing beach volleyball while being submerged up to my waist was quite tough, but I was able to enjoy playing with other guests I met for the first time.

Also, if you're going during this season (winter), it can get cold when the wind blows over the water, so it's definitely a good idea to bring clothes to wear over your swimsuit and a large beach towel.

It was cold, perhaps because of the season in November or the cloudy weather. I didn't expect it since we were walking on sand, but there were broken corals scattered around, which hurt my feet. I think it would be better to have water sandals. The sea had poor visibility, and there were no fish, which was disappointing! However, it was nice that the honu came close to us. I participated in the Heaven's Sea tour! I actually wanted to join in the morning, but the afternoon tour was perfectly fine, and I thoroughly enjoyed Heaven's Sea! A sea turtle came really close to me, and it was my first time experiencing something like that; it was so much fun! The afternoon tour included lunch, and the lunch menu was incredibly delicious. I was worried about getting seasick, but I didn't feel it at all and had a great time! I would love to join this tour again if I have the chance!

Capt Mike and his deckhand Travis were awesome. We saw plenty of sea turtles and a baby dolphin even did a flip for us! The sailing after the snorkeling was so relaxing as we cruised by diamond head. It's like an adventure that comes from a movie. The catamaran was big and comfortable. I miss Hawaii just reminiscing on this adventure. This is a must go cruise and snorkel trip.

The timing is very important as it greatly relates to the tides. I wanted to walk on a sandbar like in the photo, but when I went, the shallowest part was only about ankle-deep.

When I went snorkeling, a turtle suddenly appeared right at our feet, and my excitement shot up!

After snorkeling, the boat took us around to where the turtles were. I was really happy when I saw multiple turtle heads popping up from the waves. While we were doing that, the sun came out, and we enjoyed a very pleasant cruise.

I would like to participate again at the right time.

It is often featured in guidebooks, and I had always wanted to visit it when I went to Hawaii. There were some waves, but I was able to see the clear ocean. This was my eighth trip to Hawaii, but it was my first experience at the sandbar. The knee-deep water in the middle of the ocean was very mysterious, and the contrast between the sand and the sea was beautiful. When we went, it was not the season for the sand to be exposed, but I would like to visit again during low tide. I thought the staff was friendly and their service was good, but I wish they would refrain from smoking at the sandbar. Even though there are no legal restrictions, I wonder why anyone would smoke in such a beautiful natural place. There were even comments encouraging smoking among participants, and I saw people walking around the sandbar with cigarettes in their mouths. It was uncomfortable on the water.

I've been on a few excursions. . .all have been fun, but this was my favorite. I highly recommend it! The staff was great fun and very knowledgeable. We saw so many dolphins, a sea turtle, and a sting ray. We were able to snorkel along side and enjoy! It was a bonus they had a photographer on board that took underwater pictures so we have our memories in pictures of all we enjoyed that day. You won't be disappointed!!

I was skeptical about whether I could really see wild dolphins, but I was moved to see them for sure! I was asked about wearing a wetsuit, but since none of the other participants raised their hands, our group also participated without suits. However, the seawater was colder than I expected, and it was very chilly with the wind when we got back on the boat. I recommend participating with a wetsuit.

Due to my schedule, I couldn't participate for long and joined the morning session. I only caught a glimpse of the sea turtles from the boat, but I was impressed by the beauty of the sandbar! When getting off the boat, the water was up to my stomach, and in the shallow areas, it was up to my knees. I'm so glad I bought a waterproof camera!

The weather was a bit gloomy during the cruise, with some light rain, but we were able to see a rainbow, and by the time we arrived, it was sunny! It must be even more sparkling and beautiful on a clear day.

Since I was at the back during snorkeling, the visibility was poor, but I really wanted to go to the sandbar, so I was happy about that. The early finish allowed me to spend the afternoon meaningfully. The warm tea and sandwiches served on the way back were delicious!

I hope I can take my time a bit more next time.

I had to cancel dolphin watching twice in Kyushu due to typhoons, even though the probability of seeing them was over 90%. This time, I learned that in Hawaii, not only can you see them, but you can also swim with them, so I confidently signed up!

On the day of the event, we had an early morning meeting at 6 AM, but my excitement kept me awake and ready to go☆

As soon as we arrived, I put on a wetsuit ($10), hopped on the boat, and off we went! I was a bit anxious about the early start, but as soon as we reached the bay, we spotted dolphins right away! 当日は朝も早く６時集合でしたが、ワクワクする気持ちが大きくてしっかり起きれました☆

到着するやいなやウエットスーツ（＄１０）を着て、ボートへ乗り込み、いざ出発！なんて早いスタートなんだと焦りましたが、湾にでるとすぐイルカ発見！！数時間の間に何頭もイルカや子供イルカにも逢うことが出来ました♪他のチームも来られていましたが、イルカは私たちのチームへ何回も寄ってきてくれボートに上がるに上がれない状態でした（笑）

場所を変えてウミガメは２匹も泳いている姿を見ることができました。旦那はウミガメの悠々を泳ぐ姿が神秘的に感じたと言っていました。

We went on a morning tour as a couple. We took three large buses to the port. I think almost everyone was Japanese.

Upon arriving at the port, we split into three groups and took a boat to our destination. I believe we were on the boat for about 20 to 30 minutes. Along the way, we had a brief sea turtle watching experience, but we could only catch a glimpse.

Once we arrived at the sandbar, we started with photo sessions. In deeper areas, the water was about waist-deep, while in shallower areas, it was around knee-deep. We asked a Japanese female guide named Yukiko to take various photos for us. It seemed like other participants were taking photos among themselves. However, if you ask the guide, she will give you pose instructions and take several shots, so I think it's better to ask her! Just be aware that there might be a wait, so it's best to stay close to the guide once you get into the water! (laughs)

After that, we went snorkeling. Life jackets were available for those who wanted them, but I didn't wear one. We went surprisingly deep, and it felt like it was about 5 to 10 meters deep. We followed the guide while making a rough line, stopping occasionally. We swam in areas where our feet couldn't touch the bottom. They also provided long floatation devices, but if you can't swim well, it's better to wear a life jacket! My husband regretted not wearing one since he isn't a strong swimmer. Swimming near the guide at the front allows for a surprisingly long snorkeling experience, which can be tiring, but we got to see coral up close and even spotted some fish, making it a very valuable experience. そのあとはシュノーケリング。
救命胴衣は希望の方だけ着る流れで、私は着なかったです。
案外深いところまで行くのですが、たぶん5m～10mくらいあったように感じます。
途中止まったりしながら、ざっくりとした列を作りながらガイドさんについていく感じです。
終始足が着かないところを泳ぎます。
水に浮く細長いやつも貸してくれるのですが、泳げない方は救命胴衣を着た方がいいです！
夫がそんなに泳げないのに着なくて後悔してました。
細長いやつは2人で1つ、実際は2人で使うと沈みます（笑）

ガイドさん近く、先頭で泳ぐと案外長くシュノーケリングするので疲れますが、
サンゴを近くで見れ、魚も少し見れて、とても貴重な体験が出来ました。
列の後方にいると先に行った人が泳いだせいか濁って見にくいので、先頭を行くくらいがお勧めです。
私たち夫婦は先頭切って泳いで、堪能しました♪

終わった後は温かいお茶とサンドイッチが配られ、小腹が空いていたのでとても助かりました♪

I participated with four friends. The presence of lockers was a great help. The beach had strong winds, and the rental mat was almost blown away, so it was very convenient to be able to store valuables and anything else not absolutely necessary in the lockers.

For lunch, after some deliberation, I chose the chicken BBQ plate. It was teriyaki chicken style, came with macaroni salad, and the portion was just right and very delicious.

The beach is truly amazing!! While enjoying bodyboarding in the sea, a sea turtle appeared right in front of me!! It was just for a moment, but I was really happy to encounter a sea turtle and had a wonderful time. I want to come back again.

てりやきチキン風で、マカロニサラダ付きで量も丁度良くとても
美味しかったです。

I am not a good swimmer, almost 70 yrs and never snorkeled and had my 10 and 13 yr old granddaughters with me. The experience was great! I felt we were all take great care of, felt safe and had the first of many (I hope) snorkeling experiences. I would recommend this company to anyone. And any older people who want to try this for the first time, this is the company to use. Only comment is that I wish it were longer. Thanks a lot.

At knee-deep water level, even children could walk easily. However, I thought the beach was a continuous stretch of pure white sand, so I walked barefoot, but there were rocks and stones in some places, making it painful and difficult to walk. Most participants walked barefoot, but I think it's better to wear marine shoes or something similar.

It got cold, and my daughter started to fuss. When we took photos one group at a time, it was tough because she would fuss if we didn't take the picture. But it was beautiful and wonderful.

Sea turtles were swimming gracefully as well. I definitely want to go again!

寒いと途中から、娘が愚図り始め、１組づつ写真を撮った際、撮らないと愚図って大変でした。でも、綺麗で素でした。
海亀さんも優雅に泳いでいました。また、ぜひ行きたいです！

This was our second visit with this company and we were even more pleased this time than we were before!

This is a well run company staffed by people who know how to please! Captain Jenna and First Mate Katie were both superb! There was little wasted time looking for dolphins and turtles as Jenna knew right where to go to find them. She also ensured we had the maximum time in each area. We came away very satisfied.

Yes, we would even entertain another visit and hopefully bring friends.

Also, Jim Ward was a very personable photographer who was very prompt in send out his photos for download.

The view from the sandbar was very beautiful. I was told to practice snorkeling there, but not many people were doing it. We had a lot of fun playing beach volleyball with the participants. Although not everyone joined, about 15 people were playing. The lunch afterward was delicious, with freshly grilled meat. I wasn't a fan of the sweet bean stew.

I went snorkeling a little further from the sandbar, but there weren't many fish, so I got out quickly. It seemed like we had quite a bit of time (around an hour), and someone said, "Are we getting out already? There's still 30 minutes left." Then, I was splashed with water from a bucket over my head, which seemed to be a substitute for a shower.

I thought the Japanese staff member could have used a bit more polite language, as they were speaking casually to everyone.

そして頭からバケツで水をかけられました。それがシャワーのかわりみたいです。

日本人の係員の方はちょっとだけ「丁寧な言葉を使ったほうがいいかなと思いました。(全員にタメ口だったので…)

I had such a great time last time that I brought my in-laws along this time. The boat staff were friendly and entertaining, the BBQ was delicious, and of course, we enjoyed the best views. It's a tour I would love to do again if the opportunity arises.
