The weather was nice, and I was able to take a walk on a beautiful sandbar. Although there wasn't a beach, it was still quite lovely! I went to Hawaii for the first time on my honeymoon. I wanted to do something that felt Hawaiian, so I chose this tour. The tour guide (being a dolphin enthusiast, he humorously called himself the class representative) was very friendly and had a great vibe, making the bus ride to our destination a lot of fun. Fortunately, the weather was clear, and we had great visibility. First, we encountered whales on the boat and were able to see them spouting water several times. We also spotted sea turtles popping their heads up to the surface. When we saw the dorsal fins of dolphins, we all jumped in at once. It was my first time snorkeling in deep water, and I was surprised by how big the waves were. However, I was thrilled to see dolphins swimming just below me! We were able to see them in relatively shallow water, and they were huge, which was so moving. To top it off, we even saw a baby dolphin swimming while nursing! This seemed to be quite a rare sighting, so we were lucky.

We then changed locations to see sea turtles and schools of fish. We were able to swim close to about four sea turtles together. When we fed the fish some cheese, they quickly gathered around us, which was adorable. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to touch any fish.

Being in the ocean was quite challenging, but I got to see so many amazing things, and we were even guided to a power spot, making it a truly wonderful experience. I highly recommend this tour!

新婚旅行で初めてハワイに行きました。何かハワイらしいことをしたいと思ってこのツアーを選びました。ツアーの添乗員さん(イルカ中学なだけに肩書きは学級委員さん)はとっても気さくなノリの良い方で、行きのバスからとても楽しい時間でした。運よく晴れて視界も良好、まずはボート上でクジラと遭遇して潮吹きを数回みれました。ウミガメもちょくちょく顔を水面に出して来たのをみれました。イルカの背びれが水面に見えたのを確認してみんなで一斉に飛び込みました。深い海の中でシュノーケリングしたのは初めてでしたが、波がかなり大きくてびっくりしました。ですがイルカがすぐに下にいて興奮！しかも結構海の浅い所でみれたのでめちゃ大きくて感動しました。しかもおっぱいを飲みながら泳ぐ赤ちゃんイルカまで！！！これはかなり珍しいことだったようでラッキーでした。場所を変えて、ウミガメと魚の群れを見に行きました。ウミガメは4匹くらい一緒になっているところを近くで泳げました。魚にはチーズをやるとどんどん寄って来て可愛かったです。残念ながら私は魚を触れませんでした。
すごく海の中にいるのは大変でしたが、こんなにいろいろ見れて、しかもパワースポットまで案内してもらえてすごくいい体験をさせて頂きました。ぜひお勧めしたいツアーです！

Our experience at the sandbar can be summed up in one word: "the best memory" for our family. The emerald green sea is vividly etched in my mind. Since it was January, there was a slight chill when the wind blew, so I think it would be good to have something to wear over. The staff were also very kind, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the day I participated didn't coincide with low tide, so the sandbar wasn't that impressive. This was my second time in Hawaii. The first time, I only did the typical sightseeing around Waikiki and shopping malls, so this time I really wanted to get on a boat and go out to sea. I applied for this tour that was looking for monitors and participated with a friend. There were no issues during the pickup, and on the way to the location, we listened to the tour guide's stories, and since it was early in the morning, we took a nap for the remaining time. On the bus, we were lucky enough to spot a whale! Once we arrived, it was cold, so we put on wetsuits. At that time, all participants paid an additional fee of $10 for the option. It was advertised as a BBQ lunch, but it was just a hamburger patty grilled on the BBQ (^_^;) Still, the patty was very delicious, and since drinks were all-you-can-drink, I was satisfied. Seeing dolphins up close like this was a first for me, and it's a memory that stands out from my trip to Hawaii. The sandy beach was incredibly pleasant. Walking barefoot on the fine sand felt wonderful, and I just kept walking along the endless stretch of beach. The ocean was, of course, also great. On the day I went, there were moderate waves, and while I was riding the waves on a boogie board, time flew by. The pizza for lunch was also very delicious. Everything was fantastic. I had planned to go to Kailua Town if I got bored of the beach, but I didn't have time to go to town with all the time spent at the beach.

I am convinced that this was the most meaningful and memorable tour among all the tours in Hawaii! I have experienced various ocean activities, but swimming with wild dolphins was truly an emotional moment.

On a still chilly early morning, as we boarded the boat for the tour, we were able to see a sea turtle right before departure! Our guide, Sue, told us that "seeing a sea turtle in Hawaii brings happiness," which heightened everyone's anticipation for the tour.

However, due to an engine failure, we were unable to depart for an hour, and just as I was starting to give up thinking it might be canceled, the issue was resolved and we were able to set sail safely.

As soon as we departed, we encountered a mother and baby whale, and everyone was filled with emotion. Furthermore, we were able to see the heart-shaped tail of a whale, which is said to be a rare sight, and it was so moving that I felt like crying.

On that day, our guide was also able to see a bottlenose dolphin for the first time in Hawaii! It seemed we wouldn't have seen it an hour earlier, and thanks to the trouble, it was a series of miracles. During my first trip to Hawaii, I wanted to do some activities before heading back, and I found Dolphin School. Since we could see wild dolphins and sea turtles, we signed up without hesitation. Once we arrived in Hawaii, the hotel contacted us, and we received a confirmation call on the morning of the tour, with reliable pick-up and drop-off services. Since this was a personally booked activity rather than a tour option, I was a bit anxious about what to expect, but I was honestly surprised by the exceptional service provided by the Japanese staff.

On the day of the activity, it was a bit windy, but relatively warm and sunny, allowing us to proceed with our planned activities. Thanks to the instructors' careful guidance and the warm consideration of the boat staff, even as complete beginners, we felt safe entering the water and swimming with fins and masks. At first, the dolphins were elusive, and we searched around by boat. (However, because of that, we were able to see whales multiple times!) We changed locations and discovered some adorable sea turtles. During this time, the captain communicated with other boats, and when information about dolphins came in, we moved to that location. As the end time approached and everyone was starting to lose hope, we received information that dolphins were nearby, so we moved the boat and entered the water to search. Then… while swimming underwater with the instructor leading us, we spotted a pod of dolphins below us!!! We swam alongside them, watched dolphins approaching us, and observed them up close as they surfaced—an experience we could never have in Japan!

Although finding the dolphins was challenging that day, they extended our time on the boat by about 15 minutes, allowing us to experience such emotions in nature, resulting in the best activity ever. I am truly grateful to everyone at Dolphin School. They also ensured we were safely returned to our hotel and sent us photos and emails the same day, making me feel throughout the experience that "choosing Dolphin School was the right decision." Thank you for a lifetime of memories! I believe it made for a wonderful trip to Hawaii!! I want to swim with dolphins again!!!

初めてのハワイで何かアクティビティをして帰りたいと思い、探していたところイルカ中学を見つけました。野生のイルカ＆ウミガメを見られるということで、私たちは迷わず申し込みました。ハワイに着いたらホテルに連絡があり、当日の朝も確認の電話が入り、送り迎えもしっかりしてくれました。ツアーのオプションでなく、個人的に申し込んだアクティビティだったので、どんなものなのか少し不安もありましたが、日本人スタッフによる期待以上のサービスに正直驚きました。
当日は少し風が強かったものの、比較的暖かく晴れており、予定通りの活動が出来ました。そして、インストラクターの丁寧な指導や乗船スタッフのあたたかい心遣いで、足ヒレをつけるのもマスク・シュノーケルを装着するのも全く初心者であった私たちでも安心して海に入り泳ぐことができました！！最初はイルカがなかなか出てきてくれず、ボートで探し回りました。（しかしそのおかげでクジラは何回も見ることが出来ましたが♪）場所を変え、かわいいウミガメは発見できました。その間も船長さんが他の船と連絡を取り合い、イルカの情報が入るとそこへ移動してくれました。終了の時間も迫り、みんな諦めモードになっていたそのとき、イルカがいるという情報が入ったので近くの場所までボートを動かし、海に入って探しました。すると…インストラクターの先生にリードしてもらいながら海の中を泳いでいたら、下のほうにイルカの群れを見つけることが出来たのです！！！一緒に泳いで、群れをはずれて近づいてくるイルカを見たり、水面から出るイルカたちを間近で見たり、日本では経験できないような体験をさせてもらいました！
この日は、イルカ探しが難航しましたが、予定より乗船時間を15分ほど延長してくれて、自然の中でこんな感動を味わわせてくれて、結果的に最高のアクティビティでした。イルカ中学の皆さんには本当に感謝です。帰りもホテルまでしっかり送り届けてもらい、その日のうちに写真やメールを届けてくれ、最初から最後まで「イルカ中学にして良かった」という気持ちにさせてくれる内容でした☆★一生の思い出をありがとうございました。おかげで素晴らしいハワイ旅行になったと思います！！またイルカと泳ぎたいです！！！

We were blessed with great weather and were able to see a beautiful sandbar. Additionally, during the snorkeling, we had the rare experience of seeing turtles and corals up close. In the free time that followed, we enjoyed activities like kayaking and paddleboarding, making for a fulfilling time.

Previously, when I went snorkeling in Ko Olina with a major travel agency's optional tour, I was very disappointed because I hardly saw any sea turtles or fish. However, on this Heaven's Ocean tour, I was really happy to see many sea turtles and beautiful fish. It seemed like we arrived at the sandbar a little early, but we were able to sit together as a family on the water and take photos.

I thought the guide, Izumi, did a great job explaining the dangers of snorkeling clearly. It was lucky that I could enjoy Leonard's malasadas without having to go buy them myself. Most importantly, my father-in-law, who has visited Hawaii multiple times and dined at many high-end restaurants, praised this BBQ lunch on the boat as the best he has ever had.

Although there were many clouds on the day, when the sun came out, the sandbar became a beautiful color. The hamburger for lunch was very delicious, and we were able to see many sea turtles during the watch, as well as tropical fish while snorkeling, making for a fulfilling time. Since it’s cold during this season, it’s best to bring a jacket. After snorkeling, your body gets quite cold. (You can also get warm drinks on the boat.)

The bus ride to the boat harbor was enjoyable. (It's in English, but I can understand the simple parts, so I get the humor.) Once on the boat, everything is in Japanese. It was windy and cold on the day, but the sandbar was lively and fun. Needless to say, it was beautiful. The hamburgers were delicious, and seeing the sea turtles up close afterward was the best. I initially thought about booking with another tour company, but they were fully booked, so I made a reservation here instead, and I don't think there would be much difference. The sandbar is also close enough to dock, and the staff on the boat were very considerate, taking family photos for us and chatting casually.

This was our first trip to Hawaii with our sixth grader and preschooler. We signed up for Dolphin School because we wanted to give them a wonderful experience. At first, I hesitated because it seemed expensive for the whole family, but in the end, I felt it was a fantastic experience for the price! It took just over an hour by shuttle bus from the Waikiki area to West Oahu. From there, we took a banana boat-style speedboat out to sea to look for dolphins! Amazingly, we encountered a pod of dolphins just one minute after setting sail! We all jumped into the water, and as we looked underwater, about 20 dolphins swam right beneath us. There were baby dolphins too! It was an incredible experience! We encountered dolphin pods several more times! Along the way, we were thrilled to see a manta ray, which gracefully swam right below us! Since it was such a special day, the captain confidently said that we might also see whales and took the boat further out! I thought seeing a whale was a long shot, but...

We actually encountered a humpback whale! And it was close! Plus, it was a mother and calf! The boat was filled with excitement and happiness. Right after hearing that seeing a whale's tail brings good luck, we were lucky enough to see one jump right in front of us, and we all got to see its tail! They said this might be a once-in-a-lifetime experience, and I certainly agreed (＾ω＾). To see dolphins, manta rays, and whales all in one day was amazing! The kids were so moved, their eyes wide with wonder! However, when the whale appeared, it seemed like they were too seasick to enjoy it. Even the adults were excited at Dolphin School. All the staff were friendly and fun to talk to, and I’m really glad we chose Dolphin School! Next time we go to Hawaii, I’ll try the university program!

For those planning to participate! The staff suggested leaving cameras at the port, so we did, but I think you can bring them as long as you’re careful not to drop them on the boat! Unfortunately, we have no photos of such a wonderful experience. They do sell a DVD with photos taken by the staff, but since it included other people and was a bit pricey, we decided against it. Also, make sure to eat a little breakfast beforehand, or you’ll get hungry! Light snacks are served at the end.

なんと！ザトウ鯨に遭遇！しかも近い！しかも親子！船上は興奮と幸せに包まれました。鯨の尾をみると幸せになれるという説明を聞いた直後にはなんと間近てジャンプまでしてくれてみんなで尾を見ることができました！こんな事はたぶんみなさんの人生で2度とないかもしれませんと言われて、確かにそうだなぁと思いました(＾ω＾)イルカも群れ、マンタ、鯨、全て見られるなんて！子供たちも感動して目を丸くしてました！でも鯨が現れたときは船酔いでそれどころではなかったみたいです。大人も興奮したイルカ中学。スタッフみなさんフレンドリーで話も楽しく、ほんとーにイルカ中学にしてよかった！またハワイに行ったら次は大学にチャレンジしてみます！
これから参加予定の方に！
スタッフの方にカメラは港においていった方がいいと言われたので置いて行きましたが船上では落とさないようにすれば撮れるので持っていってもいいと思います！私たちはそんなすてきや体験をしたの1枚も写真がなく、ちよっと残念。スタッフが撮った写真をDVDにして販売もしてくれますが、他の方も写っているものだし、ちょっと高かったのでやめました。あと朝ごはんは少し食べていかないとお腹すきます！軽食は最後に出るので。

Since it was the end of December, the water was a bit cold, but you get used to it after a little while. The kids seemed to be cold, so I think it's better to wear warmer jackets or outfits during the winter season.

I checked the low tide times and participated in the afternoon plan. I'm glad I researched in advance because the sandbar was out! It's definitely better to check ahead of time!

The meal started with malasadas, and the BBQ lunch was delicious, leaving me very satisfied.

The snorkeling was also incredibly beautiful and fun. I can't say enough good things—5 stars!!!

The tour conductor was very nice! Since it was just my mother and me on the day, we received plenty of snorkeling instruction before heading into the sea! The beautiful waters of Hanauma Bay are stunning to look at, but being in the water is amazing!! There were so many adorable tropical fish that I had never seen before. Occasionally, we also spotted larger fish. And guess what! We encountered a small sea turtle. We were able to see it just as it was coming up for air, which was a rare experience. After that, the guide pointed out a small, cute shark (not a man-eater) hiding in the rocks, which is apparently quite uncommon, so we were lucky! The guide took a lot of photos for us and shared how much they love the waters of Hawaii, making them a truly trustworthy and wonderful person. If I go again, I would definitely want to book with them. I highly recommend this experience!

ツアーコンダクターの方がとても、良い方でした！当日は母と私の二人だけだったので、たっぷりシュノーケルのレクチャーを受け、いざ海へ！ハナウマベイの美しい海は眺めるのももちろんですが、入ってからがすばらしい！！初めて見るような熱帯魚たちがいっぱいでかわいくて。大きな魚も時々います。そしてなんと！海がめ（小さい）と遭遇できました。ちょうど息継ぎをする瞬間まで見られて、貴重な体験。その後、岩の陰に小さなかわいいサメ（人食いではない）がいることを、ガイドさんが教えてくれてみれました。これはなかなかないことらしく、ラッキーです！たくさん写真も撮ってくれて、ハワイの海が大好きとお話してくれるガイドさんは、本当に信頼できる素敵な方です。次も行くなら、絶対こちらで頼みたいと思うくらいです。本当にオススメです。

On December 30th, I went on a tour to Hanauma Bay in the afternoon. I was worried that there might not be any fish or sea turtles in the afternoon, but our expert guide took us to points where we could encounter them. Although the waves were high and the conditions were not great this time, I was able to see two sea turtles up close. It was an emotional experience to see them in the water right next to me, unlike viewing them through glass at an aquarium.
