The underwater scooter experience was very valuable and fun. When we went to the sandbar, someone there said they would take pictures and send them to us later, but we received nothing! When I inquired, they said they didn't take any pictures, making it seem like I was lying. That was the worst. Even after they dropped us off at the place to return by boat, we weren't given any instructions on what to do next, and everyone was confused. I understand they want tips, but I wish they had been more thorough until the end. It's really disappointing, especially since the underwater scooter was so enjoyable.

水中スクーターはとても貴重な体験で楽しかったです。サンドバーに行った時そこにいた人が写真を撮ってくれて後で送ってあげると言われたのに何も無し！！問い合わせてもそんな写真撮ってないと言われあたしが嘘ついているかのような対応。最低です。船で帰る場所に下ろしてもらえたあともどうするか指示されず皆さん困っていました。チップ欲しいのはわかるが最後までしっかりして欲しかったです。水中スクーターが楽しかっただけにとても残念です

I was so excited! When Julie signaled us to "look down!", I put my face in the water with the snorkel and saw a school of about 50 dolphins swimming slowly by. Hello! There were even some smaller dolphins. While I was watching, I didn’t realize I was being swept away, and when I lifted my head, I thought, "Oh no, where did everyone go?" Since I’m not confident in my swimming, I was able to borrow a floating ring to hold onto, which made me feel safe entering the ocean. It was very early in the morning, so I got hungry, and I was really grateful for the bread, drinks, and fruit provided by the staff. Thank you very much! The water in Hawaii is said to have different minerals, and even after getting out of the ocean, it felt strangely refreshing and not sticky. I could ride the bus back without needing a shower, just drying off with a towel.

Actually, I went dolphin watching on the Big Island four years ago. I couldn’t forget how much fun it was, so I wanted to try it on Oahu this time, and it was just as I expected. I’m happy to have had my picture taken; it became a wonderful memory.

もう大興奮です。ジュリさんの【下を見て～！】の合図でシュノーケルで水面に顔を付けると５０頭くらいはいる群れで、ゆっくり泳いできます。こんにちわ！少し小さい子供のイルカもいました。見ているうちに自分が流されていることに気が付かなくて、顔あげたらあれ～みんなは何処？ってことにもなります。泳ぎに自信が無いので、つかまるタイプの浮き輪も借りれますので、安心して海に入れます。朝がとても早かったのでお腹が空いてしまって、スタッフからのパンや、飲み物・果物大変ありがたかったです。ありがとうございました。ハワイの海はミネラルが違うとかで海から上がっても不思議とサラリとしていてべとつきません。シャワーを浴びなくてもタオルドライだけでバスに乗って帰ってこれます。
実は４年前にハワイ島でイルカウォッチングしました。その時の楽しさが忘れられなくて、オアフ島でもやってみたくて今回申し込みしました。期待通りのツアーでした。写真撮ってもらってうれしいです。大変良い記念になりました。

I was looking forward to it, but... I decided to go because I heard that the makeup wouldn't come off (considering taking photos), but due to a malfunction with the machine, I ended up soaking wet... This is unacceptable.

I arrived about an hour after low tide, but the water depth was around 20 centimeters, and there were no sandy areas visible as shown in the photos. As mentioned in other reviews, it seems that the area where boats can dock is determined by the company, and larger boats were parked in the areas where the sand was visible. Still, the scenery was beautiful, and I was able to see sea turtles, which was really fun. I almost didn't have enough time!

干潮から1時間後くらいに到着しましたが、水深は20センチくらいで写真のように砂地が見えているところはありませんでした。
他の方の口コミにもありましたが、会社によって船を泊められるエリアが決まっているようで、砂地が見えているエリアには大きな船が泊まっていました。
それでも景色はきれいでしたし、ウミガメも見れて本当に楽しかったです。時間が足りないくらいでした！

From the start, just 10 minutes?! We encountered a pod of dolphins! We were able to meet a group of wild dolphins! The guide was fluent in Japanese, which made it very easy to understand and was really great!

スタート開始から、10分？！
イルカの群れに遭遇ヽ(*＾ω＾*)野生のイルカの群れと会うことができました！ガイドさんも日本語ペラペラでわかりやすくとてもよかったです！

The main event we had planned for the last day of our stay in Hawaii. We gathered at a nearby hotel at 6:20 AM. I thought I would sleep on the bus, but staff member Julie kept the atmosphere lively with stories about Hawaii and dolphins, so I couldn't sleep at all. (laughs)

On the bus, they provide information about the day's schedule and tips for swimming with dolphins, so I recommend staying awake and listening intently.

As we approached the ocean, we were asked about renting wetsuits. The rental fee was $10, and all the women borrowed one. I had a desire to get a tan, so I didn't rent a wetsuit, but surprisingly, the sea breeze on the boat was strong, and the seawater wasn't that warm offshore, so I thought it might have been better to rent one.

Once we arrived at the port and changed into our swimsuits, we set off! We departed with about 25 participants and a crew of four, including the captain. Cruising with the wild mountains of Hawaii in the background while feeling the wind was incredibly pleasant—pure bliss. Just this alone was refreshing.

There seem to be various routes, but we first headed north to search for dolphins. After about 15 minutes of searching without success, we decided to head south. With information from other tour boats, we searched for about 40 minutes... and finally encountered a large pod of dolphins!

The atmosphere on the boat became frantic! I quickly put on my life jacket and snorkel. At the captain's signal of "GO!", all participants dove into the sea. At that moment, a group of about 30 dolphins approached us, swimming right beneath us. I couldn't help but shout "Wow!" underwater.

After that, we tried to predict the dolphins' path while swimming hard to get ahead of them. Even for someone like me who exercises regularly, it was quite intense, but if we didn't get ahead, we wouldn't see the dolphins, so everyone was swimming with great determination.

Fortunately, we were able to swim with the dolphins several times and returned to the boat feeling completely satisfied both physically and mentally. The thrill of encountering wild dolphins in the ocean is something you can't experience often, so I was really glad to have participated in the tour.

After returning to the port and changing, we headed back, but everyone was sound asleep in the car, likely due to exhaustion. (laughs) The car was a bit chilly, so please dress warmly on your way back.

With the cruising experience, the dolphin encounter, and the fun staff, it was a very satisfying last day in Hawaii. Thank you to all the staff!

ハワイ滞在の最終日に予定していたメインイベント。
朝早く6時20分に近くのホテルに集合です。バスの中で寝ようと思っていたのですが、スタッフのジュリーさんがハワイやイルカのお話で車内を盛り上げまくるので、一切寝られず。（笑）
バスの中で、1日のスケジュールやイルカと泳ぐ際のポイントを教えてもらえるので、寝ずに一生懸命聞くことをお勧めします。
海に近づくと、ウェットスーツの貸し出しを聞かれます。貸出料は10ドルでしたが、女性の方々は全員借りていました。私は日焼けをしたいという願望もあり、ウェットスーツは借りませんでしたが、案外と船上では海風が強く、海水も沖合ではそこまで温かくないので、借りても良かったかな〜と思いました。
港に着き、水着になったらいざ出発！25名ほどの参加者と、キャプテンをはじめとするクルー4名と共に出航です。
ハワイの野性味あふれる山々をバックに風を感じながらのクルージング。すごく気持ちよく、至福の一言。これだけでも、爽快です。
様々なコースがあるようですが、まずは北上し、イルカを全員で探します。15分ほど探しましたが、見つからない為、南下してみることに。他のツアー船からの情報も参考に、探すこと40分ほど、、、ついにイルカの大群とご対面！
慌ただしくなる船上！私も急いでライフジャケットとシュノーケルをセット。キャプテンのGO!という合図に参加者全員が海へダイブ。その瞬間、30頭位のイルカの群れが私たちに近づき、真下を通過していきました。
思わず、うぉ〜！と水中で叫んでしまいました。
その後は旋回するイルカの進路を予想しながら、先回りを試み、ハードに泳ぎます。普段運動している私でもかなりハードでしたが、先回りしないとイルカには会えないので、皆さん一心不乱に泳いでいました。
幸いにも、何度かイルカの大群と泳ぐことができ、心身ともに大満足で船に戻りました。
野生のイルカと海の中で出会った感動はなかなか味わうことが出来ないので、ツアーに参加出来て本当に良かったです。
港に戻り、着替えて帰路に着いたのですが、帰りの車内は、疲労困憊のせいもあり皆さん爆睡でした。（笑）
車内は少し冷えるので、暖かい格好でおかえりください。
クルージング気分あり、イルカとのご対面あり、楽しいスタッフの皆さんあり、大満足のハワイ最終日となりました。スタッフの皆さんありがとうございました！

I experienced snorkeling for the first time at Hanauma Bay. While there are cheaper tours available, I was glad I opted for a guided tour. The ocean was beautiful, the weather was great, and I was taken out further, which made for a wonderful experience. It seemed to be a rare day, but I was able to encounter many turtles, making it a precious day.

I would love to participate again.

今回初めてのシュノーケリングをハナウマベイで体験しました。
安いツアーもありますが、ガイド付きツアーを申し込んで正解でした。
海も綺麗、天気も良く、沖の方まで連れて行ってもらい、良い体験ができました。
その日は珍しいみたいですが、多くの亀さんに遭遇することができ貴重な1日になりました。

また参加したいと思います。

It was our first time in Hawaii for our honeymoon, and our first time snorkeling as well. I was surprised at how many people participated compared to other activities, but we took a bus to the boat harbor, where we boarded the boat and were entertained by the high-energy crew from that point on.

While cruising towards the sandbar, we looked for sea turtles and managed to catch a glimpse of them a few times. However, since it was just a fleeting moment, I think those who want to fully enjoy sea turtles should consider participating in a tour that focuses on them, like those on the North Shore.

Once we arrived at the sandbar, we took a lot of photos first, and then put on our snorkeling masks and moved to a deeper area to enjoy snorkeling. It had been a while since I swam, but thanks to the life jacket, I was able to focus on and enjoy snorkeling without any worries. There were various types of fish, and even as a first-time snorkeler, I had a great time. If I could wish for anything, it would have been nice to have a bit more time to enjoy snorkeling.

I believe that snorkeling will definitely be an essential activity for our next trip to Hawaii.

ハネムーンでお互い初のハワイで、初のシュノーケリングでした。
他のアクティビティに比べて、想像以上に多くの人達が参加されていたのに最初驚きましたが、ボートハーバーにバスで向かい、そこでボートに乗り、その段階からテンションの高いクルーの方たちに楽しませてもらえました。

サンドバーに向かう間にウミガメを探しながらのクルージングでしたが、何度か一瞬見かけるウミガメを見ることが出来ました。（但し、あくまでも一瞬だったので、ウミガメを十分に堪能されたい方は、このアクティビティではなく、ノースショアの観光のコースなどでウミガメを見ることが出来そうなものに参加されたほうが良いと思います。）

サンドバーに到着したら、そこでまずはひとしきり写真を撮り、その後シュノーケルのマスクなどを付けて、深い場所に移動しシュノーケリングを楽しみました。
随分と水泳も久々でしたが、ライフジャケットのおかげで全く心配なくシュノーケリングに集中して楽しめました。
色々な種類のお魚さんが居て、初めてのシュノーケリングでも十分楽しめました。
欲を言えばもうちょっとシュノーケリングを楽しむ時間があったら良かったなぁと思いました。

次回ハワイに行ったらシュノーケリングはまず欠かせないアクティビティになったと思います。

The sandbar only appears during low tide, and when I went, it was high tide, with the water up to my waist. However, during the sunny moments, both the sea and the scenery were amazing. It rained partway through, and the water got murky, so snorkeling was... But I would love to participate again when it's sunny!

サンドバーは干潮の時間にしか砂浜が現れず、私が行った時には満潮で、水面は腰のあたりまでありました。それでも晴れていた時間帯は海も景色も最高でした。途中に雨が降り、水が濁ったのでシュノーケルは・・。だったのですが、晴れているときにもう一度参加したいです！

It was disappointing that it was cloudy, but the sandbar and snorkeling were just as good as I expected. The meals on the boat had a variety of options and were satisfactory. I also got to see a turtle.

曇りだったのが残念でしたが、サンドバーもシュノーケリングも予想どおり良かったです。
船上での食事も、いろいろ種類があって満足水準でした。カメさんも見れました。

I was able to see both dolphins and sea turtles clearly with my own eyes! I was especially thrilled to see the sea turtles up close and even swim with them. I also encountered a pod of dolphins several times, but they were too fast for me to get close… However, I could always hear their "kyu kyu" sounds, which was very soothing even when I got tired from swimming. I definitely want to participate again the next time I go to Hawaii.

イルカもウミガメも肉眼でしっかり見れました！
特にウミガメはかなり近くで見て、一緒に泳げたので、めちゃくちゃうれしかったです。
イルカも何度か群れに曹禺できたのですが、泳ぐのが早いため、近づく事はできませんでした…
ただ、「キュキュ」という鳴き声が常に聞こえてきてたので、泳ぎ疲れた時でもかなり癒されます♡
次にハワイに行く時も、必ず参加したいです。

On the fourth day in Hawaii, we gathered at 6:25 AM.

Following reviews, it was a great decision to have breakfast beforehand. The weather was wonderful, and the breeze was pleasant, allowing us to participate without getting seasick.

On the bus ride there, there was so much explanation until we arrived that I couldn't sleep! (laughs) I participated in May, and it was a bit chilly, so I rented a wetsuit. The sea was quite cold, and even with the wetsuit, I felt cold.

About 20 minutes after departure, we spotted wild dolphins near Aulani! There were nearly 50 in the pod. When we signaled to dive, I could hear their squeaks underwater. From that point on, it was a dolphin parade! Every time I heard a squeak, I looked around, and there was a dolphin right below me! It was so moving! I even saw a baby dolphin, and I could clearly see the color of their skin!

After that, we headed to a turtle spot, but unfortunately, we didn't see any... Instead, we encountered dolphins again. (laughs)

I made one basic mistake… (T_T) Before diving into the sea, the battery of my waterproof camera died… What a shock!!

It seems that swimming with dolphins is already banned on some islands in Hawaii, and it's only a matter of time for Oahu as well. It's a very valuable experience, so I highly recommend it! And when I go to Hawaii again, I will go back to graduate from middle school once more! Thank you very much.

ハワイ４日目、朝６:２５集合でした。

口コミを参考に、朝食をとっておいて大正解。
お天気には恵まれ風も気持ちよく、船酔いすること無く参加することが出来まし
た。

行きのバスでは、到着の時間まで、ほとんど説明がありましたので寝れません！笑
５月に参加しましたが、肌寒かったのでウェットスーツをレンタル。海は結構冷た
いので、ウェットスーツを着ていても寒かったです。

出発して２０分程、アウラニ方面で野生のイルカ達を発見！５０頭近い群れだそ
う。合図で潜ると、海の中でキューキュー鳴く声が聞こえました。
そこからはもう、イルカのオンパレードでした。キューキュー聞こえる度にキョロ
キョロしていると、イルカが真下に！とても感動です！
イルカの赤ちゃんも見れ、イルカの肌の色までクッキリ見えましたよ♪

その後はウミガメ スポットへ向かいましたが、残念ながら会えず・・・
代わりにまたまたイルカに会えました。笑

1つ、初歩的なミスを…(T_T)海に潜る前に、防水デジカメの充電が切れました…ショック！！

ハワイでは既にイルカと泳ぐ行為が禁止の島もあるようで、オアフ島も時間の問題
だそうです。
とても貴重な体験が出来るので、とてもオススメです！
そして、またハワイに行った際はもう１度中学を卒業しに行きます♪

It was a good sailing and snorkeling activity.
It could be better with some more time snorkeling and maybe in different places with more fish variety.

I had always dreamed of swimming in a sea with dolphins, so I decided to enroll in Dolphin University, which offers many activities.

The meeting time was early, just past 6 AM, and while I felt a bit sleepy, I was excited.

On the bus, the Japanese staff provided explanations in Japanese about safety precautions in case of emergencies and how to use the snorkeling masks, which was reassuring.

I also learned how to deal with seasickness, and then we set sail! The sea breeze was cold during the ride, so I recommend bringing a jacket. Also, since the boat gets quite wet, it's essential to either bring a bag that can get wet or waterproof gear.

The sea was truly beautiful, with incredibly high visibility underwater! We set off on the boat and performed a ceremony to pray for the safety of E Ho Mai, releasing plumeria flowers into the sea. It was a blessed day with perfect weather. We encountered a lot of dolphins unexpectedly. I had heard that seeing wild dolphins depends on luck, but I was fortunate. I am grateful for such a wonderful day, and I even got to see a sea turtle.

Snorkeling was thrilling as I saw many beautiful fish.

The staff entertained us by diving and making bubble rings. On the way back to the boat harbor, we enjoyed hamburgers, snacks, and drinks. It seemed that the equipment was malfunctioning that day, so we didn't have hula, but it was still very fulfilling.

I received a bag as a substitute for a diploma and headed home. It was truly a fun time. Ahalo!

イルカのいる海で泳ぐのが憧れでしたのでアクティビティが多いイルカ大学に入学を決めました。

集合時間が６時過ぎと早く、眠いな～と思いつつも楽しみでした。

バスの中では日本人スタッフから非常時の際の注意事項や、シュノーケルマスクの使い方などを日本語で説明を受けるので安心でした。

船酔いの対処方法も聞きいざ出港！！移動中海風が寒いので上着をオススメですね。後は、船の中は水びたしになるので、濡れてもいいバックでいくか、防水グッズは必須です。

海は本当にキレイでした。海の中も透明度がものすごく高い！ボートで出発してE Ho Maiの安全を祈る儀式でプルメリアを海に。
この日は本当に恵まれた日で、天気は最高。
イルカもいきなり沢山遭遇しました。
野生のイルカなのでその辺は運次第ときいていましたが幸運でした。
恵まれた日で感謝です。海カメまで見れました。
シュノーケルはたくさんのキレイな魚が見れて興奮。

スタッフさんが潜ってバブルリング作って見せてくれたりと、盛り上げてくれます。
ボートハーバーに戻る間にハンバーガーとスナック＆ドリンクを頂き、この日は機械の調子が悪かったようでフラはなくなりましたが、とても充実していました。

卒業証書かわりのバッグを頂いて帰路へ。
本当に楽しい時間になりました。ahalo!

The 8:00 pickup was delayed, so when I called, they answered in English. The voucher stated that both English and Japanese support were available, but when I asked for a Japanese speaker, I was told there wasn't one. After waiting for a while, I was picked up, but upon arriving at the information center, I was told, "Let's go on the boat!" within a minute, without any instructions on how to operate the Sea Bob. I was left feeling anxious and confused.

The weather was rainy and extremely cold, and despite the voucher stating that warm coffee and tea would be provided, we were given ice-cold water. While the weather is no one's fault, it was freezing, and the pickup vehicle had the air conditioning on full blast, making me shiver the entire time.

Since I was the first to finish, I had to wait for the last group to finish while enduring terrible boat swaying. I was told that snorkeling was an option, but that was the least of my concerns. Although it was stated that we would have 15 minutes on the Sea Bob, it was less than 10 minutes.

I believe it was a valuable experience, and the underwater scenery was beautiful, and I even saw a sea turtle. However, since the experience was heavily affected by the weather, I discussed with other Japanese participants that the price was too high for what we received, especially considering the additional cost for photos.

8:00ピックアップが遅れたので電話をすると英語で出ました。バウチャーには英語、日本語対応と書いてありJapanese speaker pleaseと言ったところいないと言われた。
しばらく待ってピックアップされたが案内所について1分でさあ、船で行こう！とシーボブについての操作方法をなにも聞かされていないのにも関わらず君たち1番に行ってと言われて何もわからず不安しかなかった。
天気は雨でものすごく寒かったしこちらもバウチャーに暖かいコーヒー紅茶用意してあると書かれていたにも関わらずキンキンに冷えた水。
天気はだれのせいでもないのだが極寒で、ピックアップの車も冷房がすごく、終始震えていました。
1番に終わったのでその後最後の方々が終わるまで酷い船揺れの中ひたすら待っていた。
シュノーケリングもできるよと言われたがそれどころではない。
シーボブも15分回れると書いてあったにもかかわらず10分もなかった。
貴重な体験を出来たと思うし海の中は綺麗で海亀も会えました。
しかし天気に左右されまくったので写真代別でこの値段は高すぎると同じ日本人参加者と話していました。

Enjoyed it very much. Saw several sea turtles and were given a nice catamaran cruise. Well organized and led.

Whether the sand appears on land depends on the timing and the state of the low tide that day, so whether you can see a scene like the one in the photo is a matter of luck. During our visit, it was after the peak of low tide in the afternoon, and the water was up to our shins, so it wasn't the sandbar like in the photo, but it was still very beautiful and satisfying.

I recommend seeing a sandbar at least once when you come to Hawaii.

砂が陸に出てくるかどうかは時期やその日の引き潮の状態次第なので、写真のような光景が見れるかどうかは運次第です。私たちの時は、引き潮のピークが過ぎた午後からで、スネあたりまでは水に浸かり、写真のようなサンドバーではなかったですが、それでも大変綺麗で満足しました。
ハワイに来たらサンドバーは一度は見ることをお勧めします。

First time doing this. Thoroughly enjoyed it between the dolphins and turtle. I found a turtle by my lonesome, shared with everyone, but I guess there was more action somewhere else. I swam with the turtle as it slowly rose up to surface to get a breathe of air that took no more than one second. Then it went on its way. I don't have pictures of that experience to share, but I did have a go pro recording the whole time. So I have that to take with me the rest of my life.
Needs to said, there is a catch. If you want more interaction with mammal sea life, there is another activity that gets your first hand, up close and personal. However you are in a control environment. Whereas this activity is in the ocean; wildlife, so more than dolphins and turtles to experience(depending on the time of year too).

If I am allowed to edit this post, and also allow to post a hyperlink to a YouTube video, I will post that turtle swim.

The crew (Captain Ryan, Philippe, and Erica) were awesome! Super FUN tribe of professionals. The excursion itself was amazing, even for a short trip to see the turtles. I was very impressed with how the crew worked with people who weren't strong swimmers-- very gentle and encouraging. An overall awesome excursion-- I highly recommend!

Swimming with dolphins in the ocean has always been my dream, so I enrolled in a university with many activities after debating between middle school and university. The meeting time is early at 6 AM. I've heard that dolphins are still sleepy at that time!

They say Hawaiians are laid-back with time, but the tour bus is punctual, so I think it's best to gather at least 10 minutes before the meeting time. On the bus, we watch an English DVD about safety precautions and how to use the snorkeling mask, but we receive explanations in Japanese later, which is reassuring.

Follow the rules and enjoy the activities! For ocean activities, I recommend wearing a jacket because it can get chilly with the sea breeze while moving on the boat. Also, the boat can get wet, so bring a bag that you don’t mind getting wet or waterproof gear.

The coastline to Waianae is truly beautiful, and the water is very clear! We set off on the boat and performed a ceremony for safety, offering plumeria flowers to the sea. It was a blessed day with perfect weather. We saw so many dolphins on our second try. After being in the water for a while, we watched excited dolphins swimming around us repeatedly. Since they are wild dolphins, it’s all about luck. I’m grateful for such a fortunate day, and we even saw a turtle.

While snorkeling, I saw many beautiful fish. I took off my life jacket and swam among the fish! The staff dove in and made bubble rings, adding to the excitement. I chose this university because of the long duration and the opportunity to do SUP. I managed to stand up!

On the way back to the boat harbor, we had hamburgers and drinks. It seemed like the equipment was having some issues that day, but there was still hula. Upon arriving at the port, we wanted to do some sightseeing on the west coast, so we disbanded locally. We received eco-bags as a substitute for diplomas and, with permission, disbanded locally. After that, we took The Bus to Mermaid Cave.

The staff advised us to be careful due to safety concerns. Thank you for your consideration! This university is the best! I would love to participate again when I come back to Hawaii. It was the best activity I participated in! Mahalo!

イルカのいる海で泳ぐのが夢でしたので、中学と大学迷ってアクティビティが多い大学に入学。
集合時間が６時と早いです。イルカが寝ぼけてるうちに、と何かで聞いたことがあります！
Hawaiianは時間にルーズだと言いますが、ツアーバスは時間厳守で迎えに来て頂けるので、集合時間10分前には集まっていた方が良いと思います。

Waianaeまでの海岸線は本当にキレイです。海の中も透明度が高い！ボートで出発してE Ho Maiの安全を祈る儀式でプルメリアを海に。
この日は本当に恵まれた日で、天気は最高。
イルカも２回目のトライにはたーくさん。しばらく海に入って何回も私たちの下を泳いでいくのを見て、興奮したイルカ達が回りを何回もグルグル泳いでいてくれました。
野生のイルカなのでその辺は運次第。
恵まれた日で感謝です。カメまで見れました。
シュノーケルはたくさんのキレイな魚が見れました。
ライフジャケットを脱いで潜って魚の中を泳ぐ！
スタッフさんが潜ってバブルリング作って見せてくれたりと、盛り上げてくれます。
大学を選んだのは時間が長いのと、SUPができるから。
なんとか立てました！
ボートハーバーに戻る間にハンバーガーとドリンク頂き、この日は機械の調子が悪かったようですがフラがあります。
港につき、私たちは西海岸観光がしたかったので現地解散。卒業証書かわりのエコバッグを頂いて、許可を得た上で私たちだけ現地解散。その後THe BusでMermaid Cave に。
スタッフの方には治安が悪いので気をつけるようによく言われました。

I borrowed a bike and rode south to the farthest part of the beach. It was secluded from everyone which made time more enjoyable. Less noise, more ocean. I snorkeled most of the day and relaxed. Again, very enjoyable.
However, the business and its employees is different story. They were wonderful, helpful, attentive, whatever other synonym out there that reflects on how a business should be.

I have been to Hawaii several times, but this was my first time participating in a sandbar tour. It was a morning-only tour, but I didn't feel that the time was too short. In fact, it was great to have a focused experience and make good use of the afternoon. The guide was entertaining, and the crew members were very kind.

The sandbar itself appeared up to my ankles, so I was very satisfied with that. I was able to take some great photos. The snorkeling gear was in good condition, and the life jacket was easy to use. I also brought a rash guard and a beach towel for warmth.

If I had known how good this was, I would have experienced a sandbar tour much earlier. I definitely want to participate again next time.

数回ハワイに行っていますが、サンドバーのツアーには初めて参加しました。
午前中のみのツアーでしたが特に時間が短いとは感じませんでした。むしろ短期集中で午後を有効活用できて良かったです。
ガイドさんのしゃべりも面白くクルーの皆さんも大変親切でした。
肝心のサンドバーはくるぶしくらいまで出現してくれましたので、こちらも大満足です。
良い写真も撮れました。
シュノーケリングセットも状態が良く、ライフジャケットも使いやすかったです。
寒さ対策でラッシュガードとビーチタオルも持参しました。
こんなに良いものならもっと早くサンドバーのツアーを経験しておけば良かったです。
次回も是非参加したいと思います。

great time and great fun. one of the best things to do in hawaii. saw sea turtles and even was allowed to hold an octopus. the workers had our safety in mind the entire time. great fun. a must do on hawaii. thanks for the memories.

We went on a 5-night, 7-day trip to Hawaii for our honeymoon, and the day we used the service was the third day of our entire itinerary. I had previously done snorkeling in Okinawa and its islands, so I was really looking forward to it.

However, due to the extremely low tide during a big tide, the population density was very high, there were few entry points, and the variety of marine life we could see was somewhat limited, so I apologize for my somewhat harsh evaluation, but I will say I was "satisfied."

That said, the hospitality of the two staff members was wonderful, and I would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting to enjoy marine leisure with family or friends. When we visited, we were paired with a couple from America and a Japanese family (three generations), and everyone seemed to be having a great time.

Next time, I would like to visit when the tide conditions are better! Thank you very much for your service!

ハネムーンで５泊７日でハワイ旅行に行き、利用させて頂いた当日は全行程の3日目でした。
以前に沖縄本島や離島でシュノーケリングをしたことがあり、非常に楽しみにしていました。
当日は大潮？のド干潮で人口密度が非常に高かったこと、エントリー出来るところが少なかったこと、見れた生き物の種類がやや少なかったため評価が辛めで申し訳ないですが『満足』とさせて頂きました。
ただ、スタッフお二方のホスピタリティは素晴らしく、家族や友達とマリンレジャーを楽しみたい方には是非おすすめしたいです。お邪魔した際はアメリカから来たご夫妻と日本人のご家族（３世代）と組合せでしたが、皆さんとても楽しそうでした
次回は潮まわりが良いときに伺ってみたいです！

This was my first time participating in the tour. I checked the weather and tide conditions in advance to choose the date, but I was too optimistic. On the day, it was cloudy and quite cold for mid-May! For those deciding on a date in the future, it's definitely better to check the forecast specifically for Kaneohe, as the weather can be quite different from Honolulu.

To be strict, I think the tour organizers should limit the dates to sunny days and when the sandbar is accessible (knee-deep) to ensure higher satisfaction. As it stands now, the photos and reality are too different, and I believe participants may feel dissatisfied. Even if it's difficult to limit the dates, it would be good to include photos from cloudy days and provide clearer information about what to expect on days with bad weather.

● Customer Service
Everyone was very good. They were friendly and approachable.

● Sandbar
It doesn't look beautiful when it's cloudy, and it appears murky. It's also cold even in May.

● Snorkeling
It was cold, but once I got used to it, it was fun.

● Food
We had hamburgers, fries, stewed beans, pineapple, and drinks. The taste was just okay. The lemonade I chose honestly wasn't very good! I thought the hot drink after coming out of the sea was a very nice service!

● Restrooms
There were two on the boat.

今回初めてツアーに参加させて頂きました。天気と潮の満ち干きは事前に調べて日を選んだのですが、甘かったです。当日、曇りで5月半ばでしたが寒かった！
これから日取りを決める方は、予報は必ずカネオヘで調べたほうがいいです。ホノルルとカネオヘでは随分と天気が違うからです。
厳しく言うなら、ツアー企画側も、天気が晴れの日とサンドバーが出る時期（膝より下）で日取りを限定すると、高い満足度になるのではないでしょうか。今のままでは写真と現実が違いすぎて参加されたお客様は不満だと思います。
日の限定は難しくても、曇りの日の写真を載せておく、もう少し、天候の悪い日の事を詳しくわかりやすく書いておくと良いかなと思います。

●接客
みなさんとてもよかったです。フレンドリーで、気さくな方ばかりでした。

●サンドバー
曇りだと綺麗に見えないし、濁って見えます。また5月頃でも寒いです。

●スノーケル
寒かったですが、慣れると楽しかったです。

●食事
ハンバーガー、ポテト、お豆の煮込んだもの、パイナップルとドリンクでした。味はまあまあでした。チョイスしたレモネードは正直あまり美味しくなかったです！海から上がった後のホットドリンクはとても良いサービスだと思いました！

●トイレ 船に二カ所ついていました。

I thought I absolutely had to join the Heaven's Sea tour, and it was definitely the right choice. I got to see turtles, and snorkeling was fun too. The BBQ was delicious!

天国の海は絶対外せないと思い参加しましたが大正解でした。亀も見れましたしシュノーケリングも楽しかったです。BBQも美味しかったですよ。

I had done the Sea Walker in Guam before, but it was my first experience with the new underwater scooter, and it was fun. It was amazing.

以前グアムでシーウォーカーをやった事はあったのですが新しい水中スクーターは初めての体験で楽しかったです。
最高でした。

I participated in this tour seeking snorkeling and beautiful seas.

The shuttle bus is quite cold, so a jacket is a must. Having a Japanese crew made me feel at ease.

First, we had free time at the sandbar. There was optional beach volleyball, and I enjoyed playing volleyball with people from various countries whom I had just met. Those who couldn't join in could just take photos, so there might be some extra time.

During lunchtime, we had cheese burgers made with grilled meat by the crew on the boat (while docked). Enjoying lunch while listening to the crew's casual guitar and singing created a uniquely Hawaiian atmosphere!

I almost got seasick during the sea turtle watching.

For snorkeling, they took care to ensure that even beginners would be fine. They provided plenty of time, and those who were satisfied could wait on the boat. It was quite cold from this point on, so I think having a T-shirt or long sleeves that you don't mind getting wet would be good.

シュノーケリングと綺麗な海を求めて参加しました。

送迎バスはかなり寒いので上着必須です。
日本語クルーが付いてくれ、安心できます。

まずサンドバーでフリータイム。自由参加のビーチバレーがあり、多国籍・初対面の方々とバレーボールを楽しみました。自分から参加できない方は写真を撮るだけなので時間が余りそうです。

ランチタイムは船(停泊中)の上でクルーの焼いたお肉のチーズバーガー。クルーの気ままなギター&歌を聴きながらのランチはハワイならでは！という雰囲気で楽しめます。

海ガメウォッチングが一番船酔いしかけました。

シュノーケリングは、初心者でも大丈夫なように配慮してくれてます。時間はたっぷり取ってくれており、途中で満足した方は船で待機もできます。
ここからが基本寒かったので、濡れても良いTシャツや長袖があると良いと思います。

I had a great time. However, due to the nearby mountains, we encountered unstable weather, and the trade winds were strong, making it too cold after being in the water. On the return bus, I had to wipe my body and lay a wet towel on the seat, and the air conditioning was too strong, making me feel very cold. Even though I couldn't change, I should have brought a towel jacket or socks to keep my ankles warm.

It seems better to check the shallow times before deciding on the sandbar. We encountered a day where the water was about ankle-deep, but the staff mentioned that it’s rare for it to become completely island-like.

As a side note, the staff were cheerful and kindly took photos for us, which was very helpful. I recommend it. Mahalo!

とても楽しめました。
ただ、山が近い事もありお天気が不安定な日に当たってしまい、貿易風も強く海に浸かった後が寒過ぎました。
帰りのバスでは身体を拭いて濡れたタオルを座席に敷いて帰らざるを得ないところに来て、エアコンが効き過ぎ身体が冷えまくりました。
着替えられなくとも、タオル地の上着や足首を温められる様に、靴下などを持ち込むべきでした。

サンドバー自体は、浅い時間を調べてから決めた方が良い様です。
私たちはくるぶし程度の場所もある様な日に当たりましたが、全くの島状態になる事は珍しいのだとスタッフの方も話してられました。

ついでの様になってしまいましたが、スタッフのみなさんもにこやかで、気さくに写真も撮ってくれたり助かりました。
