Both instructors were friendly and I was able to warm up to them quickly. They provided a summary of the video content in Japanese before we entered the ocean, and it was clear that they genuinely love the nature of Hanauma Bay. It seemed like they were well-acquainted with the reception and traffic management staff, which added to my sense of security.

I have visited Hanauma Bay twice before as an individual, not for activities, but I think first-timers should definitely take advantage of this activity, and even those returning for a second time or more will find it enjoyable.

インストラクターのお二人とも親しみやすくて、すぐに打ち解けられました。海に入る前に観る映像の内容を事前に日本語で要約してくださって、またハナウマ湾の自然を心から愛していることが伝わってきました。受付や交通整理の人にも顔がきくようで、安心感もありました。
これまでハナウマ湾には2回アクティビティではなく個人で来たことがありましたが、初めての方はこちらのアクティビティを利用された方がいいと思いますし、2回目以降の方も楽しめると思います。

Even though I was overseas, time seemed to move on as usual here. Before getting on the boat at Kaneohe Bay, we encountered a heavy rainstorm, and I thought the trip might be canceled. However, we went ahead despite the rain. My umbrella, which was meant to be a sunshade, ended up being used mainly as a rain umbrella. It was so cold that I felt the chill was more overwhelming than the rain season itself.

It was really fun to have the tour guide take pictures of us at the movie filming locations!

I was able to see incredibly beautiful scenery from the sky! On the day of the flight, the wind was very strong, which was quite scary, but it was a great experience. The staff at the reception spoke a little Japanese, but the crew on the boat did not speak any, so I didn't understand a single word of the explanation before the flight.

It was written in Japanese at the reception that you should tell the crew about the photo service once you get on the boat, but there wasn't really a good timing to mention it, and the group that didn't communicate anything missed out on getting their photos taken. We were giving off a strong "please take our photo" vibe, and just before we took off, the crew asked us, "Photo?" so we were able to request it somehow.

とっても綺麗な景色を空から見ることが出来ました！
当日は風がとても強く、かなり怖かったですがとてもいい体験ができました。
受付の方は少しだけ日本語が通じましたが船の添乗員さんは全くだったので、飛ぶ前の説明は一言も分かりませんでした。
写真のサービスは船に乗ったら添乗員さんに言ってくださいと受付に日本語で書いてありましたが、言うタイミングは特になく、何も伝えていなかったグループは撮ってもらえてなかったです。
私たちは撮って欲しいオーラをすごく出していたら飛ぶ直前に添乗員さんに"フォト？"と聞かれたのでなんとかお願いすることができました。

I waited for over 30 minutes at a very crowded meeting point without any announcements. However, once we got on the bus, it was the usual fun tour. Thanks to the crew's support, my 80-year-old grandmother had a great time!

すごく混み合っている集合場所でアナウンスもないまま30分以上待たされました。でも、バスに乗ってからはいつもの楽しいツアー。80歳のおばあちゃんもクルーのサポートのおかげでたっぷり楽しめました！

This was so amazing and fun. The crew was top notch! We will definitely do this on all return trips to the island.

We loved our snorkeling experience, our guides were always friendly and helpful. I had my two children with me with varying abilities and the guides were easily able to accommodate for them. We had a fantastic experience.

The staff at the loading and unloading facility were great. They greeted us with a smile, were very courteous, instructed and helped load the kayaks and answered all the questions we had. This tour was a very enjoyable self-guided tour. We were even able to save a sea turtle that became trapped between some rock on Chinaman's Hat. AAA+ to the staff and experience.

Since we participated as a family of four, this is my second post, but we enjoyed the thrill and excitement in a freedom that can't be experienced in Japan! It is somewhat pricey, but I think it was worth it! If I have the chance to visit Hawaii again, I would like to participate again♪

It wasn't bad. However, I wonder about being asked for a tip for the conductor at the end of the tour. It would be more acceptable for someone like me, who is Japanese and not accustomed to tipping, if the tip was included in the total price from the beginning.

悪くは無かったです。但し、ツアーの最後にコンダクターへのチップを請求されるのは、如何なものかと思います。それなら、最初からチップ代金込みで代金を組成した方が、チップ習慣が無い日本人としては納得できると思います。

It was really fun. the staff were very nice and the live band was so fun! 10/10 experience! Everyone was so friendly

This was an excellent experience from start to finish! Dan promptly picked us up from our hotel and took us to Hanauma Bay. He took care of collecting all of our gear needed for snorkeling and had wet suits to rent if needed. Dan gave great instructions/tips to the group on how to snorkel. Dan and his partner then took us throughout the bay to the best sites to see the tropical fish. He even took pictures for us! I highly recommend this tour! It is an experience we won’t forget!

If you get motion sickness, taking anti-nausea medication is a must! I took some, but I still ended up feeling really nauseous. I think the fatigue from traveling and lack of sleep contributed to it. However, the instructor welcomed us warmly, even with the nausea, which made it a lot of fun.

乗り物酔いする方は酔い止め必須です！
酔い止めを飲みましたがそれでもゲロ酔いしました。旅の疲れと寝不足もあったと思いますが。でもインストラクターがゲロ酔いも含め明るく迎えてくれたのでとても楽しかったです。

One of the best experience of my life! Amazing views accompanied by an amazing staff! This activity can be what you make of it! A nice family time, relaxing time, party animal time or the adventurer!

Hanauma Bay was a really great and fun experience. It's an early activity but the water isn't too bad, as it's quite easy to warmup in the ocean. The ride to Hanauma Bay from our pick-up location was prompt and comfortable and that genuinely enhanced the experience. The driver, Orlando, was very kind and informative.

I could barely speak English, but the staff seemed used to it and communicated in broken Japanese. We participated in three groups (none of which had Japanese members), and the cheerful staff engaged with each group, making the boat ride very enjoyable! When I mentioned we were on our honeymoon, they playfully suggested we kiss while parasailing, and they told the other groups about our honeymoon, which made us happy to receive their congratulations.

During the boat ride, we were able to see the whales spouting water, making the journey even more enjoyable! This group didn't experience any seasickness, but there were instructions to vomit outside the boat if needed, which was amusing. Parasailing offered a stunning view of all of Hawaii, and both my husband and I were thrilled! It was fine to wear sunglasses while bringing a GoPro. We went up to 120 meters, but I wonder how different it would have been at 150 meters, which leaves me a bit regretful.

We were dropped into the water just enough to not submerge our faces, and the excitement from the calls of "Kiss!" from below added to the fun, creating a level of energy that was unlike anything in Japan for our honeymoon! There are photos capturing the moment we took off, so some of them clearly show our faces! I initially planned not to buy any photos, but I would regret it if I didn't! We really enjoyed our honeymoon! Thank you! ♡

ほぼ英語喋れませんでしたが、向こうも慣れてるのか指示出しはカタコトの日本語でした。
3グループ(日本人なし)で参加して、それぞれのグループに陽気にスタッフさんが話しかけて、船の時間もとても楽しかったです！
ハネムーンできてることを伝えるとパラセーリング中キスしなよ！と陽気にいじってきたり、他のグループにもハネムーンできてるんだよ！と伝え皆さんにおめでとうといってもらえて嬉しかったです
船の移動中にはクジラの潮吹きをみれて、船の旅も楽しめます！今回のグループは船酔いみなさん一切しませんでしたが、酔った場合は船の外に吐いてねと指示も予めありました笑
パラセーリングはハワイ全貌が見えて、夫婦ともに大興奮でした！GoProの持ち込みサングラスを掛けたままでも問題なかったです。120mでしたが、150mだとどれほど違かったのか少し心残りです。
顔がつかない程度に海に落とされたり、下からキース！コールで盛り上がられたりハネムーンとしては日本でないぐらいのテンション感を味わえたのがとても楽しかったです！笑
写真も飛び立つ瞬間とか含まれてるので顔がよく分かるものもあります！写真をはじめ買わない想定でしたが、買わないと後悔します！笑
ハネムーンを楽しめました！ありがとうございます♡

Overall, beautiful and the service made our life so much easier. We would recommend these guys again.

With the bay...
Fish weren't as plentiful as the pictures...by a long shot.

Perhaps planning on being there at high tide would help with making the space easier to snorkel.

Food and drink options there are slim and no where to sit and eat them as you wait for transport back.

The tour guide on the drive out was great, very friendly. Gear worked well and was clean. We got chairs and an umbrella which was really nice since we were there a while. I didn’t love the actual bay, however. The snorkeling was only okay and we didn’t see nearly as many types of fish as I would have expected for a place boosting great snorkeling. I have been to better. The reef was also super shallow so hard to navigate around the sections safely without touching the coral. It also was very sandy so the view wasn’t clear. Overall I would not pick this activity again just since the snorkeling wasn’t great. However, the driver and equipment was great so I didn’t want to knock their rating down just because the experience wasn’t amazing.

Easy going staff! Amazing views for the price. It’s really close to everything too! 10/10 recommend!! Me and my boyfriend loved the patio. We had a front porch too which was so nice!

We were caught in a heavy rainstorm on the way there, and by the time we arrived, it was sunny, but due to strong winds, the waves were fast and quite dangerous, so we could hardly go into the sea.

The staff only provided basic explanations (half of which was just showing a video), and overall, they were careless and not very friendly, so if you have high expectations, you might be disappointed.

Considering the content, it was an overpriced tour.

行きの車で豪雨に見舞われ、到着した頃には晴れましたが、強風のため波が早くかなり危険で海にはほぼ出ることができませんでした。
スタッフさんは基本説明をするだけして（説明の半分はムービーを見せるだけ）全体的に雑で親切ではないので、期待をするとがっかりします。

内容からすると割高なツアーでした。

My husband and I did the half-day tour which included; the movie set tour on Kualoa Ranch and the boat ride. I thought we were actually going to stay at secret Beach for a little bit, but we did not. The movie tour was made, especially memorable by our awesome tour guide. She was hilarious and made the whole experience that much better. It’s an absolutely beautiful place and we enjoyed learning about the working ranch, and the Hawaiian culture. The buffet lunch in between both tours was also very enjoyable. I highly recommend this tour.

Just kind of boring. Better suited for families with little kids. Food was gross. No booze to order. There’s nowhere to shower or change afterwards either.

This was such a a fun time! The crew and musicians are what made it so good. They all exude the aloha spirit. The live music was such a a treat, they had really good rapport with our group and were so fun, and talented too. The crew was so wonderful and so nice.
The bay itself is a treasure, so so beautiful. The water is gorgeous, the mountains are stunning. They provide paddle boards, kayaks, snorkel gear, and volleyballs.
And the crew is very helpful with all of the gear and how to.use.it. I would recommend it!

The blue sea and blue sky. I was healed by the wonderful scenery. It was great to walk in the water and enjoy feeding the many fish. The live music on the boat was also fantastic. It became a very nice memory.

青い海、青い空。素晴らしい景色に癒されました。海の中を歩いて楽しんだり、沢山のお魚に餌を揚げて楽しんだりいろいろ遊べて良かったです。船の中での生演奏の歌も素晴らしかったです。とてもいい思い出になりました。

It was a windy day, so when we went out to sea, the people at the bow of the boat were tossed up and down enough to get splashed by the waves, but it felt like a thrilling attraction. It was a great boat trip with a wonderful view of Waikiki and Diamond Head.

風が強い日だったので、沖に出ると船先に居る人は波をかぶる位上下に揺れましたが、まるでアトラクション並みのスリル。ワイキキやダイアモンドヘッドを一望して良い船旅でした。

enjoy this tour. I got a chance to try all the activities. All the crews are enthusiastic and nice, supportive. Life guards paid attention to our safety all the time.

We participated in a honeymoon trip in early April. There was a note that we needed to check in 30 minutes before the 13:30 start time, so we arrived as planned at 13:00. However, we were told to wait on the beach until 14:00, possibly because the previous group was late. There were about 8 participants in total, and we were the only Japanese. Everyone wore swimsuits with light clothing over them.

The boat ride to the site was quite fast and bumpy, which felt like an attraction in itself! I tend to get motion sickness easily, so I took motion sickness medication (Aneron) and tried to manage my hunger, but I still got seasick. We jumped in pairs, and since we were the last to go, I thought it might be better for those who get motion sickness to jump first.

The height was 150 meters, and the view while flying was breathtaking, but with the seasickness and the swaying, I felt even more nauseous while trying to enjoy the scenery. While we were returning, other participants were getting sick and vomiting into the sea. After the experience, those who wanted could purchase the photos taken during the jump.

I think I could have enjoyed it more if I hadn't gotten sick, but it was a valuable experience! If you are prone to motion sickness, please make sure to take motion sickness medication!

4月上旬にハネムーン、夫婦で参加しました。
13:30〜で30分前に受付との注意事項があったので、13:00に予定通り到着しましたが、前の組が遅れていたのか分かりませんが45分までビーチで時間潰してきてと言われ、ツアー開始は14:00頃だったと思います。
参加者は、全員で8名程。日本人は私たちだけでした。皆さん、水着を着用して上から薄手の服を着て参加していました。
沖までの船がスピードがそこそこありかなり揺れもありそれが既にアトラクションのようでした笑
私は車でもすぐに酔うので、酔い止め（アネロン）を飲んでいき、空腹にも満腹にもしないようにも気をつけていきましたが船酔いしました…笑
2人1組で順番に飛びましたが、1番最後だったので酔いやすい方は最初に飛ぶ方がいいのかなと思いました。
高さは150mで飛んでいる時の景色は圧巻なのですが、船酔いしてる上でまたフワフワ揺れるのでまたさらに酔ってなんとか吐かないように景色を見てた感じです笑
全員終わって帰る間に、他の参加者の方は酔って海に吐いてました。終わった後に、撮ってもらった写真も希望する人は購入できます。
酔わなければもっと楽しめたかなと思いますし、貴重な経験になりました！
酔いやすい人は必ず酔い止め飲んで下さい！！！

It was my first time parasailing, and I had a great time! The height was sufficient, and it felt wonderful!

The communication was mostly in English, but it was very easy to understand, so I was able to communicate smoothly. Just before flying, they asked if I wanted photos, and I answered YES. They took pictures for $40! Payment was made after disembarking, so I could decide to purchase after seeing the photos, which was great! They took nearly 80 pictures, and they were all beautiful, so I decided to buy them!

One thing to note is that the boat rocked quite a bit to keep everyone entertained while on board. If you're prone to motion sickness, it's essential to take motion sickness medication.

初めてのパラセーリングでしたが、とても楽しめました！高さも十分でとても気持ちよかったです！
基本的には英語でしたが、とてもわかりやすい英語だったので、スムーズにコミュニケーションが取れました。
また飛ぶ直前に写真必要？って聞かれたため、YESと答えて$40で写真を撮ってくれました！支払いは下船後で、写真を見た上で購入を決められるのでとてもよかったです！80枚近く撮ってくれており、とても素敵な写真ばかりだったので、購入しました！

注意点としては、船に乗っている間も楽しんでもらうためか、とても揺らしてくれました。
船酔いはするので、弱い方は酔い止め必須です。

We had a great time at sandbar. We went with three small children and they had a great time despite not being interested in snorkeling/kayaking. One of the staff had a speed boat and took our family out for a cruise to look for sea turtles. We got to see a huge turtle swimming out in the ocean and it was definitely a highlight for our trip.

The weather was nice, and the scenery was amazing. The staff spoke English and were very kind and friendly. I had made a reservation without a photo shoot, but I paid in cash and requested a photo shoot on the spot. They took a lot of pictures, and I think having a photo shoot makes for better memories. It was a great experience.

天気も良く、景色も最高でした。
スタッフも英語ですが、とても親切でフレンドリーでした。
写真撮影なしで予約していましたが、現金を払ってその場で写真撮影を頼みました。
たくさん撮ってくれて撮影はあったほうが思い出に残ると思います。
とてもいい経験ができました。
