Will be doing this again next year for sure! Crew and the band were awesome

The friendly staff makes it easy for beginners to enjoy surfing right away, so you can feel at ease. After just 10 minutes of practice, we were able to try it in the ocean! Half of us were able to stand up on the first wave! The waves were great, and we participated in both private and group lessons with five people, and everyone was satisfied!

Every member of the staff was phenomenal. The live music was perfect, and they had a great (DJ style) song list that played while we were out on the water. It was convenient to be able to grab hot food or snacks and beverages at the dock. There was plenty of room on the boat and we didn't feel overcrowded. The one thing I would improve is the size of the activity area. I specifically signed up to kayak, and found that the only option was to just row in a big circle (the area was identified by bouyies). My friend also snorkeled, but there wasn't much to see at that time of day. I think the best part of the trip was when one of the staff members offered to take a few of us out on a small speed boat around the reef. We found that it was affordable and convenient to pay extra for pick-up and drop off.

It was very beautiful. There weren't too many people, so it felt relaxing. The sea was incredibly clear, and the waves were calm. I put on my goggles and had fun snorkeling.

とても綺麗でした。人も余り多くなくゆっくりしている感じです。海がとにかく綺麗で波も穏やかでした。ゴーグルを付けて潜って遊びました。

I had some anxiety on my first trip to Hawaii, but the presence of Japanese staff made me feel at ease. Instead of breakfast, we enjoyed an all-you-can-eat donut feast on the moving boat! The ride was smoother than I expected, and we arrived in no time. The water level was higher than I thought, but the beautiful, clear sea was amazing. We had fun with SUP and snorkeling, and we even got some photos taken along the way. It gets quite cold after coming out of the water, so extra towels and a jacket are essential. Please be careful as the return bus can also be quite chilly.

初めてのハワイで不安もありましたが日本人スタッフもいて安心した環境でした。
朝ごはんは食べずに移動の船で食べ放題のドーナツ！
思ったより揺れずにあっという間に到着。
思ったより水位がありましたが綺麗な海で透き通っていて最高でした。
SUPやシュノーケリングで楽しみ途中で写真も撮ってもらえました。
海から上がるとかなり寒いので余分なタオルや上着は必須です。
帰りのバスもかなり寒いので注意して下さい。

Everything was so well organized and every member of the crew gave such great service. Will definitely be doing this again! They were on time and took the initiative to explain the different activities and provided everyone the opportunity to be involved.

The wind was a bit strong and there were waves, but the weather was good and we had a great time. The initial explanation was easy to understand, which eased my worries and allowed me to smoothly confirm any questions I had. I left the kayaking to my husband, which made it very easy for me. When we went out to sea, I thought the waves were strong and it would be difficult, but with the assistance of the staff who were there, we were able to smoothly get out to the ocean. Although the wind was present and the waves were somewhat high, it was still enjoyable.

In the morning, we kayaked, and after working up an appetite, for lunch my husband had pizza and I had loco moco. Both were hearty and delicious, exceeding our expectations. The pizza is served warm, so I recommend eating it right away.

In the afternoon, we rented bicycles and enjoyed Lanikai Beach as well. It was a luxurious day.

As a couple celebrating our 60th birthday, we were able to enjoy the beach in swimsuits, and we are grateful for the friendly assistance from the staff, who were accommodating even though we don't speak English. Thank you very much.

風がやや強く波があったのですが天気は良く充分楽しめました。
初めの説明が分かりやすく不安がなくなり聞きたいこともスムーズに確認できました。カヤックの移動は主人に任せ私はとても楽でした。海に出るときは波が強く困ったと思っていたらそこへ居てたスタッフの介助でスムーズに海に出ることができました。風がありやや波も高く理想的な環境ではなっかたと思うのですが気持ちよく楽しめました。
午前がカヤックでお腹のすいた後の昼食は主人はピザで私わロコモコ。どちらもボリューム満点でおいしくて予想以上の満足。ピザは温めて提供してくれるためすぐ食べることをお勧めします。
昼からは自転車をレンタルしてラニカイビーチも楽しめました。贅沢な１日でした。
還暦の夫婦ですがビーチでは水着で楽しめショップでは英語のできない私たちにもフレンドリーに対応していただいたスタッフの対応に感謝です。ありがとうございました。

Last year, I had a wonderful experience with Dan and Chieko, so this year I made a reservation without hesitation, and I was able to meet them again. I am truly grateful. This year, I was also moved to meet the unexpected Honu (sea turtle). Of course, for us who can't swim much, the two of them were like sea gods, providing reassurance. I definitely want to rely on them again. Thank you very much! I highly recommend them to everyone! ✨

After taking a shuttle bus from Waikiki for about 50 minutes, we arrived at Kualoa Ranch. Once everyone got off the bus, there was an announcement saying, "If you would like to hear the explanation in Japanese, please follow the Japanese staff." While we were sitting with the rest of the group, others were being called by name and receiving their tickets and schedules, but we were not called... In the end, our tickets were with the Japanese staff, and there was a bit of a delay there. It would have been clearer if they had said, "Those with Japanese names, please go over there."

Thanks to our cheerful driver guide, we enjoyed visiting filming locations from Jurassic World and LOST, but just before the afternoon Ocean Voyage Tour, there was a sudden downpour! Everyone else had ponchos and umbrellas ready, but we were left unprotected and got completely soaked from head to toe. There was a poncho vending machine at the meeting point... I should have bought one without hesitation. Well, it's a good memory now.

ワイキキから送迎バスに乗って約50分ほどでクアロアランチに到着。全員バスから降りたところで、「事前説明を日本語で聞きたい人は日本人スタッフについて行って下さい」と案内があり、そのままその他大勢と一緒に座っていたところ、他の人はどんどん名前を呼ばれ、チケットとスケジュール表をもらっているのに呼ばれず・・・結局私たちのチケットは日本人スタッフさんが持って行っていて、そこで少し手間取りました。「日本の名前の人はあちらへ」と言ってもらったほうがわかりやすかったです。
明るいドライバーガイドさんのお陰でジュラシック・ワールド、LOSTなどの撮影場所を楽しく見学、まではよかったのですが、午後オーシャンボヤージツアー直前に突然の大雨！！皆さんポンチョや傘などを用意されていましたが、私たちだけ無防備で頭から足まで全身びしょ濡れになりました。集合場所にポンチョ自販機があったのに・・・迷わず買っておくべきでした。ま、いまではいい思い出です。

A first-time experience. My 6-year-old grandchild was very satisfied! My 70-year-old grandfather was also very satisfied! The boat staff were hospitable and full of humor! The experience of viewing Waikiki from the sky was amazing!

It's helpful that there is a plan with transportation included. So, it's better to wear a cover-up over your swimsuit before going. The voucher mentions that you need to download and bring a consent form, but it will be provided on-site, so you don't need to bring it.

On the boat ride to the location, they will perform and sing for you.

You can enjoy snorkeling, stand-up paddleboarding, and kayaking!

For snorkeling, you can go near the coral reefs and observe the fish! The water is clear, so you can see well! I thought there would only be small fish, but there were also large fish and eels. However, be really careful as there are stones and coral fragments on the bottom, and the coral is spiky, which can easily cut your feet.

You can also do stand-up paddleboarding and kayaking, but there are limited numbers available, so you can't go until someone returns one. I wish they had a few more stand-up paddleboards available.

By the way, there are light snacks (only donuts), but I didn't have an appetite before playing, and when I went to get some afterward, they were all gone. It's a shame they didn't prepare enough.

Also, the bus drivers for the outbound and return trips are the same, so it's a good idea to remember their faces! (laughs)

バウチャーには同意書をダウンロードして持って来てって書いてますが、現地で渡されるので持って行かなくても良いです。

船で現地まで行く道中、演奏しながら歌を歌ってくれます。

シュノーケリング、サップ、カヤックが楽しめます！

シュノーケリングはサンゴ礁の近くに行って、魚を観察できます！
海が澄んでいるので良く見えます！小魚だけかなと思っていたら、大きな魚やウツボのような魚もいました。
ただし、石？やサンゴの破片？などが落ちている上に、サンゴもトゲトゲしているので足を切りやすいのでマジで注意です。

サップやカサックも出来ますが、台数に限りがあるので、誰かが返すまで乗れません・・。特にサップはもう少し用意して欲しいです。

また、軽食（ドーナツのみ）があるのですが、遊ぶ前は食欲無かったので、遊び終えた後に取りに行ったらもう無くなってました。十分な数を用意してないのが残念でした。

ちなみに行きと帰りのバスは運転手の顔が一緒なので、顔は覚えておいた方がいいです！(笑)

The pickup at the hotel was painless. The trip there was good. When we arrived we were greeted and they made sure we knew where to do, and answered all of our silly questions. The people at the ranch were awesome. Racheal our tour driver was awesome. She was funny, entertaining, and she knew all kind of fun movie location info. We watched 50 First Dates when we got back to the hotel and got to see a lot of the locations used. We did the bus tour and the cruise with the buffet. The food was great, and they honestly didn't care how much you ate. They had cookies and lemon bars for a quick dessert. Their on site restaurant had amazing looking burgers, will need to try if we ever go back. We also tried to the local chocolate bars with coffee beans and the banana bread. It was a bit pricey but we devoured all of it. The ride back to hotel was comfortable. Using Veltra was an awesome way to do the trip, to have nothing to worry about except where to show up, was excellent. We even used them to book our Luao after our trip because of how well they took care of us.

Everything is in English, but the instructions for filling out the agreement and how to use the lockers are clearly posted on the counter. The agreement can be accessed via a QR code on the web. I don't remember if there was Japanese, but you can manage with the translation feature in various browsers.

The instructor speaks only English, but they make an effort to communicate effectively.

During the surfing experience, the instructor will guide you on when to catch the waves, and if you trust their timing, you'll find it surprisingly easy to stand up.

Regarding the standing pose, if you pay an additional $65 on-site, there will be drone footage taken, which will be sent to you after the experience. It was a worthwhile investment for my future surfing progress and as a memorable video.

全て英語でますが、規約書記入やロッカーの預け方はカウンターの上に記載がありわかりやすです。
規約書はQRコード読み取りweb からとなります。
日本語があったか覚えてませんが、各ブラウザの翻訳でなんとかなります。
インストラクターは英語のみですが、頑張って伝えようと努力してくれます。

サーフィン体験中は、波に乗るタイミングをインストラクターの人が指示してくれるので信じて乗れば意外と簡単に立てます。

この立っている姿ですが、現地で追加65ドル払えばドローン撮影があり、体験後に送られ来ます。
今後のサーフィン成長や記念動画に価値ある支払いでした。

The boat ride to the fishing spot took nearly an hour, and we only fished for one hour, followed by another hour back, which felt unsatisfactory. We participated as a group of three, including a child, but they only provided us with two fishing rods. I wish I could get back the precious time and money spent in Hawaii.

釣り場までの船の移動で1時間近くかかり、釣りは1時間、また帰りに1時間で物足りない感じでした。

We had a great time with Jake and Brewski! They were a blast to hang with and we each came home with a fish. They answered all of our questions and gave us a lot of insight into fishing around the island. Highly reccomend going on this charter!

I felt it was a bit expensive due to the strong yen, but I had a great time. Since my three children are now over 20, I thought this might be our last trip together as a family of four, so it became a wonderful memory. However, perhaps because we went in the afternoon, we didn't see any islands.

円高の影響で、少し高く感じましたが楽しかったです。
3人の子供達も、20歳を超え4人で旅行ができるのも最後かなぁ〜っと思うので良い思い出になりました。
ただ、午後からだったからなのか島は無かったです。

Our first kayaking experience as a mature couple! Contrary to our initial worries, it was incredibly fun! Tomo's guidance was entertaining and provided excellent advice! Tomo, Natsue, and all the staff were kind and helpful!

The cruise and the breathtaking views from above were amazing! The weather was nice and the waves were calm, but motion sickness medication is a must! I brought my GoPro, but when I was asked if I wanted to take pictures on the boat, it cost $40, and it was worth it. During our time, 3 out of 4 groups ended up buying it! You can check the photos after getting off the boat before making your final decision. They also provide the data on an SD card and your smartphone, so not buying it would be a waste!

I would like to first start off make sure you leave with plenty of time! We unfortunately got stuck in traffic. And I was so upset thinking we would lose our trip. I ran to see if there was any hope and I received a call from the pleasant captain Sandy asking if we were still joining them. She was sooo nice and eased me letting me know they are still there no problem. We got on and they were so nice to us. I was so embarrassed and flustered we were so late and they were just soooo nice to us. Honestly I wouldn’t have blamed them if they were annoyed but they weren’t (or at least didn’t show it). The whole ride was smooth, the music was amazing and the activities were so fun. I truly believe the service makes an experience and they totally made ours!! It was so fun! Also pro tip bring some adult beverages to relax even more :) maholo to the crew for an amazing time!

I enjoyed sailing, an experience that I can't have in my daily life, feeling the pouring sun, refreshing wind, and swaying waves. Although we were the only ones who couldn't speak English among people from America, the UK, and Denmark, we still had a great time sharing the same experience.

日常では体験できないセーリングに乗船して、降り注ぐ太陽・爽やかな風・揺れる波を体に感じ満喫しました。アメリカ・イギリス・デンマークなど日本人は英語が全くできない我々だけでしたがが、それはそれで同じ体験の中楽しく過ごすことができました。

It was my first time parasailing, and the exhilaration was incredible—it was truly the best! The guy was also handsome, and the photos he took captured some great reactions, making for some amazing memories!

初のパラセーリングでしたが、爽快感半端なくほんまに最高でした！お兄さんもカッコよくて、撮って頂いた写真もいいリアクションのところを撮って下さっていて、すごい思い出のショットとなりました！

Good guides but didn't allow us any unsupervised snorkel time. Actual time in the water was about 1 hour and got us back to Waikiki much earlier than we needed.

We traveled to the dock by large bus and after hearing some simple instructions from the Japanese staff, we boarded the boat. The boat has changing rooms, but it's more comfortable to wear your swimsuit. We arrived at the sandbar in about 30-40 minutes. Since we had also reserved the banana boat activity, we started with that. The banana boat ride itself lasts about 5 minutes. The boat was relatively stable, so I wasn't thrown off. After that, we spent about 2 hours kayaking, paddleboarding, and playing with a ball. Due to the rain from the previous day, the sea was murky, so there was no snorkeling. After finishing, we relaxed on the way back while enjoying live music and snacking on donuts. One thing to note is that the air conditioning on the return bus was too strong, making it cold for our half-dry bodies, so I recommend bringing a jacket or an extra towel. Overall, I had a great time.

大型バスで船着場まで移動し、日本人スタッフの方から簡単な注意事項等を聞いた後、船に乗り込みました。船には更衣室がありますが、水着は着て行った方が楽です。30-40分でサンドバーに到着しました。バナナボードのアクティビティも予約していたので、バナナボートからスタートしました。バナナボード自体の所要時間は5分くらいです。ボートが比較的安定しているので、振り落とされませんでした。その後は、2時間くらいカヤックやsupやボール遊びをして過ごしました。この日は前日の雨の影響で海が濁っていた為、シュノーケリングはありませんでした。終了後は、軽食のドーナッツを食べつつ生演奏を聴きながらゆったりと戻りました。注意点としては、帰りのバスが冷房効きすぎて半乾きの身体には寒いので、上着や予備のバスタオル等を持っていくことをオススメします。
総じて、楽しめました。

The long-awaited snorkeling at Hanauma Bay was amazing! Although it was rainy in the early morning, by the time we arrived at the site, the rain had stopped, and the sky gradually brightened. By the second half of the snorkeling, we were greeted with beautiful blue skies!

Light was shining through the water, and I was thrilled to see a variety of colorful fish of all sizes! Unfortunately, I couldn't find any turtles, but I was surprised to see a large seal lounging on the beach! I thought it was wonderful that both the fish and the seals were completely unafraid of people. This must be due to the strong spirit of animal protection among the people of Hawaii!

The two guides were also very kind, which made for a reassuring experience. Thank you!

念願のハナウマ湾シュノーケルが出来て最高でした❗️早朝は雨模様だったのですが、現場に到着する頃には雨もやみ、だんだん明るい空になってきて、シュノーケルの後半には綺麗な青空が‼️
水の中にも光がさしてきて、色とりどりの、大小さまざまな魚がたくさん見れて大満足でした！
亀は残念ながら探し出せませんでしたが、大きなアザラシがビーチの上にドーンと寝転んでいたのにはびっくり‼️魚もそうですが、アザラシも全く人を警戒していないのは素晴らしいことだと思いました。
日頃からハワイの方々の動物愛護の精神が徹底されているからこそでしょう！
ガイドのお二人もとても親切で安心して過ごすことが出来ました！ありがとうございました。

This was a unique and fun activity! It was just the right amount of time and no big crowd. We would definitely do it again!

I found it difficult to make a reservation myself, so I joined a tour. The guide spoke English and worked hard to translate, which made me feel at ease. This was my fifth time at Hanauma Bay, and I was able to enjoy plenty of time playing with the tropical fish in the shallow waters among the coral reefs.

自分では、予約が難しいのでツアーに参加。ガイドさんが　英語でしたが、
一生懸命　翻訳してくれて　安心できました。ハナウマ湾は、５回目でしたが
浅瀬がサンゴ礁のため　熱帯魚とたっぷり遊べました。

The weather is awesome! I got to see a group of honu (sea turtles) and dolphins, which was amazing! I enjoyed plenty of Waikiki and also got to see Diamond Head, which was fantastic!

This was an amazing experience! My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed this activity. They provided beautiful live music and some ono doughnuts + beverages! The sandbar was absolutely beautiful!

We recommend to bring water shoes if you want to snorkel…or in general, they come in handy! And don’t forget sunscreen! Also another tip is if you plan to use an Uber/Lyft as transportation that you pre book prior for pick-up especially! Because we were told that people sometimes waited hours to be picked up from that location. We pre-booked and waited probably 15mins.

I participated on Tuesday, and I had heard it was the most beautiful day, but the waves were high and the water was murky. There's nothing that can be done about luck, so it's unfortunate.

火曜日の参加だったので、一番きれいだと聞いていましたが、波が立っていて海中が濁ってしまいました。
こればっかりは運なので仕方ないですが残念でした。

The boat and crew were great. The snorkeling, not so much. Make sure you check the tide before you book! It's a sand bar and reef, so if the tide is out it will be too shallow to snorkel. We lost an hour of our two hours snorkel time waiting for the tide to come in, and when it did, it was still too shallow to snorkel over the reefs. And with all the ppl walking around stirring up the bottom, it was too murkey to see much anyway. Pretty mush a loss.
But did I mention the crew? Great music, helpful crew saved the day
