Such an amazing experience! We took our 9 and 14 year olds for the first time and they left with such a smile! They loved it! Our crew was fun and knowledgeable!

Owner/tour guide was outstanding- was so patient with my 8 year old daughter and worked her through her fears! Highly recommend! Bay was beautiful experience- lots of fish!

Picked up on time, nice driver,gave us good tips on snorkeling. Would recommend to friends.

This trip to Hawaii was a three-generation adventure. The kids (ages 6 and 7) and my parents (both over 60) experienced snorkeling for the first time. Initially, I planned to go out to the reef alone, but after hearing Chieko's encouragement, we all decided to give it a try! In the end, only my sister, my nephew, and I made it out to the reef, but Chieko's heartfelt desire to show us something special really came through (tears). The group that went out to the reef was with Dan. Dan was incredibly kind and held my nephew's hand the whole way. Fortunately, we were able to see two large turtles. The only disappointing part was that my GoPro froze halfway through, so I couldn't capture the moments (tears). I really wanted to film us swimming together!!! I'll save that for next time. Thank you, Chieko and Dan, for all your help this time. I definitely want to ask for your assistance again. Thank you very much.

今回のハワイ旅行は三世代。子供（６歳と７歳）と両親（二人とも６０過ぎ）はシュノーケルが初体験。はじめは私だけが沖までいく予定でしたがチエコさんのお話を聞いて全員でトライすることに！結果、沖までいけたのは私と姉と甥っ子のみでしたが、チエコさんの「どうにか見せてあげたい！」というお気持ちがかなり伝わりました（泣）沖へ行く組はダンさんと一緒に。ダンさんもものすごく優しくて甥っ子の手をずっと引いて行ってくれました。ラッキーなことに大きな亀さんが二匹も見ることが出来ました。私のGOPROが途中でフリーズしてしまい撮影出来なかったことだけが残念です（泣）一緒に泳いだところを撮りたかった！！！それはまた次回のお楽しみにとっておきます。チエコさん、ダンさん今回はお世話になりました。また絶対にお願いしたいと思います。ありがとうございました。

I spent a lovely morning at Hanauma Bay with this tour. The driver was super friendly and the pick up from the hotel was easy. Recommend this to anyone.

I think our guides name was AC... he was amazing, had so much interesting information, made the drive to the north shore very entertaining.

First stop was Haleiwa Town on the north shore where we could have a look around and even got to try the famous shave ice. Next a drive along the shore to see all the amazing beaches and even some celebrity houses, then had a stop at the pipeline for some photos, and then he took us to see all the activities so we knew what they all were.

My friend and I chose the waterfall hike/swim, then AC took us the Waimea Bay for a swim, then the kayaking in the afternoon, and a great burger from Haleiwa Town. On the way back to Waikiki we stopped at a beach famous for turtles and we saw one on the beach. AC then dropped us off at the dole plantation - a complete surprise - so we could have a look around and try the dole whip. On the drive back AC played some stand up comedy on the tv so we could all relax and have a laugh.

Overall an incredible day!

We participated as a couple.
There were two other Japanese couples and one Chinese couple besides us.
The staff were locals, but they explained things in English and broken Japanese.

The weather was great that day, and the view of Waikiki was really nice!
It was 110 meters high, but I thought it could have been even higher.
Also, we were lucky enough to see whales, which was moving!

While waiting for the other participants, the boat was rocking quite a bit, so I think it would be better for those who get seasick to take motion sickness medication before joining!

私達以外は日本人が2組と中国人が1組でした。
スタッフは現地の方ですが、英語とカタコトの日本語でも説明してくれました。

当日は天気も良くワイキキが見渡せて本当に気持ちが良かったです！
110メートルでしたが、私はもっと高くてもいいかなーと思いました。
また、運良くクジラも見ることが出来て感動しまし
た！

他の参加者を待っている間、結構船が揺れていたので、酔いやすい方は酔い止めを飲んでから参加された方がいいかと思います！

Do not be afraid of this activity. First, the tour directors could not have been more friendly and helpful. Second, they could not have made it any easier. They picked us up at the lobby of the hotel, drove us to the bay, got us through the required orientation film and down to the water so efficiently. They have been doing this so long that they anticipated all of our needs (even before we realized that we had the need). Then, guided us into the water and instructed everyone on how to use the shorkle and made us all feel very comfortable. Even the 8 year old twins who are normally a handful. We were slowly guided around the bay and shown fish, eels and turtles. We stopped for pictures occasionally. And, told that we could download them from Facebook later that night.
When we were done, they gave us much needed water and snacks. Much needed because this was a good work out ( for a fat old guy). We got back to the van and were taken right back to our hotel and were the. Already trying to figure out when we could do the excursion again.
So, you don't have to worry about whether or not this is worth doing. And, it couldn't be easier or more enjoyable..

On the first day in Hawaii, I participated with my boyfriend. The driver, Yano, who was a local, was very cheerful and friendly, which helped ease my nerves and made it possible for me to go parasailing. We set off with a group of three Japanese female university students, and the guide was also kind.

I heard that for an additional $30, they would take photos with a DSLR, but I thought that was too much, so we decided to take pictures of each other with our smartphones and exchange them. The photos turned out to be quite beautiful.

I challenged myself to parasail at 150 meters, but I didn't feel scared at all. The view of Diamond Head and Waikiki was fantastic, and I had a great time. I wore a swimsuit, and there was a fun service where you could splash into the water up to your thighs when coming down, which made me very satisfied. I recommend that those participating during the day take precautions against sunburn and wear sunglasses.

彼氏と2人でハワイ初日に参加しました。
送迎の運転手のヤノさん（現地の方）がとても陽気かつ気さくに話しかけてくれて、
緊張もほぐれてパラセイリングができました。
日本人の女子大生3人組と一緒に出発し、ガイドの方も親切でした。
写真は30ドル追加すると、一眼レフで撮ってくれるそうですが、もったいないので、女子大生とお互いの写真を撮って交換することに。
スマホで撮影したのですが、十分綺麗でした。

150mのパラセイリングに挑戦したのですが、高すぎて怖いという感覚はありませんでした。
ダイヤモンドヘッドとワイキキを一望でき、大変楽しかったです。
水着を着用していきましたが、降りてくるときに太ももくらいまで海ポチャというサービスもあり、大満足です。
日中参加される方は、日焼け対策とサングラスの着用をお勧めします。

I never knew that parasailing is such a peaceful activity. Before you know it you are hundreds of feet up in the air and nothing but the big blue Pacific Ocean underneath.
If you look at it from land it looks like it as though it is going at a fast speed but once you are up there, it's so calm that it takes you to a different world. The kids were so excited that they wanted to go back up but we will save that for next time.

We were looking for something the kids can do in Waikiki and found this fishing activity online. It is conveiniently
located right at the entrance of the Ala Wai Harbor and three hours out in the ocean was just enough for the kids to try their first
fishing experience-not too short and not too long. The crew member was friendly in assisting us when our rod got stuck and he said that its all about making the squid bait look delicious but
no luck! The person behind us was lucky and caught three fishes but because they were small they got released back into the ocean.
The big green sea turtle and the dolphin pod we saw on our way back to the harbor lifted our spirits at the end of the trip. We will definitely try again!

While 1000 ft high up in the air, I felt so at peace with the world and myself. There was no noise at all! I loved this para-sail and would highly recommend it. The captain and crew really take care of you!

I was a nervous first Time parasailer, but these guys and their set up was so good and confidence building, I was able to do it easily. And I loved it. I would recommend these operators and parasailing to everyone!

I've never been to a fishing cruise so this was a great excursion for a first timer like myself. The boat actually departed from right behind the Hilton Waikiki Hotel where we stayed, so we could just walk over to the check-in. The crew was super friendly and helpful. It did take a few tries to get a hang of it, and the fish kept taking our bait. After my 4th or 5th try, I caught my first fish! They did change the fishing spot a few times and one of the passengers got an edible fish so they cooked it right there and served everyone. Highly recommended for the entire family!

Went with my 11 year old and had a wonderful time! We flew over a sea turtle! Capt Kevin and his assistant Dylan were great!

I had previously experienced parasailing, so I chose this tour, which is more expensive than others.

The meeting place was in front of Quiksilver in the city center. It's easy to find since there aren't many people, but the road isn't very wide and there's no shade, so it was hot while waiting. The pickup vehicle was described as a "colorful trolley bus with the logos of 'Honolulu Screamer' and 'X-Treme Parasail'," but it was just a regular van. Since there were no logos and the staff didn't call out names when they arrived, it's better to ask if a vehicle that looks like it has come.

After checking in at the port, we were assigned to a boat and set off immediately. The boat I was on had 10 people in 5 pairs. The boat goes quite fast, so it rocks a bit. We didn't ride for a long time, but if you're worried about motion sickness, it might be a good idea to take some medication beforehand.

The staff efficiently explained everything and prepared the equipment, and we took turns flying. The actual time in the air was about 5 to 6 minutes, which is quite short. I chose 110 meters, but it didn't feel very high, so I thought I could have gone for 150 meters instead. I'm not great with heights, but I didn't feel scared at all, so I think anyone can enjoy it. Hawaii always has a breeze, but it was very stable in the air, so I could relax and enjoy it.

At the end, it's standard to dip your feet and lower body in the water when landing, but we weren't able to do that since we wore clothes over our swimsuits. I was a bit disappointed because I thought I was prepared to get wet. Those who were only in swimsuits were able to get wet, so if you want to do that, it's better to take off your clothes.

The weather was great, and I enjoyed the beautiful views of Waikiki, Diamond Head, and the stunning ocean below from the air. Overall, the experience was short, so even those with limited time can easily enjoy Hawaii's beautiful scenery, and I highly recommend it!

パラセイリングは以前体験したことがあったので、他のツアーより高いこちらを選びました。

集合場所は街中のクイックシルバー前でした。人がたくさんいるわけではないので分かりやすいですが、道がそんなに広くない上に日陰がない場所なので、待っている間暑かったです。
迎えの車は、案内では「「Honolulu Screamer」「X-Treme Parasail」のロゴが入った、カラフルなトロリーバス」となっていましたが、普通のバンでした。ロゴが入っているわけでもなく、来てもスタッフの方が名前を呼んでくれるわけでもないので、それっぽい車がきたら自分から聞きに行った方がよいです。

港についてから受付後、ボートを割り振られてすぐに出港しました。私が乗ったボートは2人ずつ5組の10人でした。
ボートはかなりスピードを出すので結構揺れます。そんなに長い時間は乗りませんが、心配な方は酔い止めを飲んどいたほうがいいかも。

スタッフの方がてきぱきと説明、装備の準備をしてくれて順番に飛んでいきました。
実際に空中にいる時間は5,6分くらい。結構短いです。私は110mにしましたが、全然高いという感じはせずちょっと物足りなかったので150mにしてもよかったかなと思いました。
私は高いところが苦手なほうですが、怖いということは全くなかったのでどんな方でも楽しめると思います。ハワイは常に風が吹いていますが、空中でも特に揺れることもなくとても安定していたので安心して楽しむことができました。

最後降りるときに、足や下半身を水につけるのが定番ですが、私たちは水着の上に服を着ていたせいかやってもらえませんでした。濡れてもいい服で行ったつもりだったのでちょっと残念でした。水着のみになっていた方は水につけられていたので、やってもらいたい人は服を脱いだほうがいいです。

天気もよく空中からワイキキの街やダイヤモンドヘッド、足元に広がるキレイな海を堪能できて、とても気持ち良かったです。
ツアー全体を通しても短い時間で体験できるので、滞在時間が短い方でも気軽にハワイの綺麗な景色を楽しむことができおすすめです！

We had a great time with our surfing lesson. The instructors were very helpful and encouraging. Would highly recommend as a fun morning activity.

Last year, I used "The Bus" to get to Kailua on my own. Initially, I had planned to include a visit to Lanikai Beach, but things started to go awry when I had to wait for a "bicycle rental." I ended up getting lost and wasted quite a bit of time. As a result, I had to give up on Lanikai Beach. My town exploration was also unsatisfactory, so I returned to Waikiki... Then the tragedy continued, as I was stuck for over an hour on the way back to Waikiki due to unclear bus operations. I returned to Ala Moana Shopping Center completely exhausted.

Reflecting on that experience, I signed up for this tour. Without worrying about transportation, I was able to rent a bicycle for just $10, which allowed easy access to Kailua Beach and, of course, Lanikai Beach. I was able to enjoy the beautiful scenery of the blue sky and clear ocean.

Not only the beach but also the lunch pizza was very delicious, and there were proper changing facilities, so I could enjoy exploring the town with peace of mind. However, after the initial briefing from the staff upon arrival, the tour had a style where you are “free” in a good way, but “left to your own devices” in a bad way. If you don’t check the places you want to visit in advance, time can slip away quickly.

I highly recommend this tour for those who find using "The Bus" or renting a car cumbersome like I do. If you participate, renting a bicycle and heading from Lanikai Beach to town is the best option! There are many unique shopping options in town that you won't find in Waikiki or Kahala, which I also recommend!

One disappointing aspect was that the pickup location for the voucher issued upon completing the tour reservation was incorrect. I had arrived early at a location across the street from my hotel, but it turned out that the bus was picking up at my hotel, which caused delays for other participants. Of course, the driver and staff from the tour company apologized, but since I provided an emergency contact at the time of booking, I would have appreciated a prior notification regarding this issue.

昨年、自力で「The Bus」を利用して行ったカイルア。当初は、ラニカイビーチまで含めた観光を予定していましたが、「自転車レンタル」の空き待ちあたりから、雲行きが怪しくなり、道に迷ったりして相当な時間をロス。結果、ラニカイビーチは断念。タウン散策も消化不良にワイキキに戻ることに･･･。そして悲劇（？！）は続き、ワイキキまでの復路で、バスの運行状況が良くわからず、カイルアで１時間以上も足止め。へとへとになってアラモアナＳＣまで戻ってくるというものでした。

という前回を反省し、申し込みをした今ツアー。
往復の“足”の心配もなく、１人１０ドルで自転車もレンタルできたため、カイルアビーチは勿論、ラニカイビーチにも簡単にアクセスができ、青い空と透明な海･･･と素晴らしい景色を満喫することできました。

ビーチだけでなく、ランチもピザがとても美味しく、着替えの場所もちゃんと確保されているので、安心してタウン散策も楽しむことができました。ただ、現地到着後、スタッフからの一通りの説明の後は、いい意味で“自由に”そして、悪い意味で“放っておかれる”スタイルのツアーですので、事前に行きたい所をチェックしてツアーに臨まないと、あっという間に時間が過ぎてしまう感じでした。

私のように「The Bus」の利用やレンタカーが面倒と考える方に、ぜひお勧めしたいツアーです。そして参加されるなら、自転車をレンタルして、ラニカイビーチからタウンまで繰り出すのがベスト！タウンでの買い物もワイキキやカハラでは無いような物も沢山ありお勧めです！

ただ一つ残念だったのは、ツアー予約完了時に発行されたバウチャーのピックアップ場所が、間違えていたこと。宿泊ホテルの通りをはさんだ場所に早めにスタンバイしていたのに、結局、宿泊ホテルにバスは迎えに来ていたようで、他の参加者の方々をお待たせする形になってしまいました。勿論、運転手やツアー催行会社のスタッフの方からの謝罪はありましたが、予約時には緊急連絡先を記載しておりますので、その旨事前にご連絡をいただければと思いました。

I went on a 5-night, 7-day honeymoon. I had a packed schedule, and I had to change the itinerary after arriving. I couldn't make copies at the hotel, so I got it done at the JCB Center, which worked out fine.
The person who picked us up was very entertaining. If you want to take photos, I recommend asking before getting on the boat. I asked others as well, but it's definitely worth it to buy them. I didn't experience any seasickness.
Above all, the view was amazing. It became a wonderful memory. I would love to do it again if I have the chance.

ハネムーンで5泊7日で行ってきました。予定いっぱい埋め込んでて着いてから日程変更してもらいました。紙はホテルでコピーできなかったのでJCBセンターでやってもらい大丈夫でした。
迎えはとても面白い方でした。写真をお願いしたい場合は船に乗る前にお願いしました。他の方へお願いもしましたが絶対買った方がいいです。船酔いはなかったです。
なにより眺め最高。いい思い出になりました。また機会があったらやりたいです。

This time, I participated in a honeymoon trip. The pickup was supposed to be in front of the Sheraton Princess Kaiulani, but I got anxious when the car didn't arrive even after the meeting time had passed. After that, I spotted someone calling out "Kailua," and when I said my name, it turned out to be the tour guide. Following the guide, I was relieved to find the bus parked near the Hyatt Regency Hotel.

After getting on the bus, we arrived at the Kailua Beach Center after about an hour. Once we got off the bus, we were first guided in English, and I was confused about what was happening. Following the guide, I ended up in a room where we had to sign a consent form, but everyone around me was a foreigner, and I felt very anxious because I couldn't understand anything. After I mentioned that I was Japanese, I was taken to a different room where there were other Japanese people, and it seemed like I had gone to the wrong room. The Japanese people were on the same bus and had been guided ahead of me, so I would have appreciated it if they had confirmed everything until the end.

After the explanation, I rented a bicycle and went for a stroll around the town of Kailua. Since I hadn't had breakfast yet, I planned to eat pancakes at Boots & Kimo's, but it turned out to be closed! I should have checked before going. I gave up on the pancakes and had an acai bowl in the area instead. The center of Kailua is full of shops like gift stores and supermarkets, making it perfect for wandering around. I walked around for about two hours, and then for lunch, I chose pizza since the tour included meal vouchers. The pizza was hearty, and I was satisfied!

After that, we went to Kailua and Lanikai Beach, where we went snorkeling and relaxed. The ocean is beautiful! Compared to Waikiki Beach, there were fewer people, which was nice.

This was a one-day tour, but I was glad that I could stroll around the town of Kailua by bicycle and swim at the beautiful beach, making efficient use of my time.

今回は新婚旅行で参加しました。送迎付きで集合場所はシュラトンプリンセスカイウラニ前でしたが、集合時間過ぎても車は来なく焦りました。その後、カイルアと呼びながらこちらに来る方を見つけ、名前を言うと、ツアーのガイドさんでした。ガイドさんについていくとバスは、ハイアット・リージェンシーホテルのほうに停まっており、安心しました。
そしてバスに乗り１時間ぐらいして、カイルアのビーチセンターに着きました。バスを降りたら、まず英語で案内され、何がなんだか分からずガイドさんについていくと、同意書を書く部屋でも周りは外国人だけで英語で案内され、さっぱり分からず大変不安に思いました。その後、日本人だということを伝えると、別な部屋に案内され、そこには日本人の方もいて、部屋を間違いたみたいでした。日本人の方もバスも一緒に乗っていて、先に案内されていた感じみたいだったので、最後まで確認をしていただきかったです。
説明後、自転車を借りて、カイルアの街に散歩しに行きました。朝食はまだだったので、ブーツ&キモズのパンケーキを食べようと思い、行ったら定休日！行く前に確認しておけば良かったです。パンケーキは諦めて、その周辺でアサイーボウルを食べました。カイルアの中心地は、雑貨屋やスーパーなど、お店がいっぱいあるので、ぶらぶらするには最適でした。２時間ぐらい歩きまわり、その後、昼食で、ツアーに食事券がついていたのでピザを選びました。ピザはボリュームがあって、満足しました！
その後は、カイルア、ラニカイビーチにいき、シュノーケリングをして、ゆっくり過ごしました。とにかく海は綺麗です！ワイキキビーチと比べると人も少ないので、良かったです。
今回は１日コースでしたが、カイルアの街に自転車で散歩して、綺麗なビーチでも泳ぐことができ、時間を効率よく使うことができるツアーで良かったです。

Before I got to Oahu i was wondering what to do for my short trip. It was my fist trip to Hawaii and i had no idea where to start. But booking a snorkel session with them was a good choice. They picked us up at Waikiki, and the pick up location just happened to be across the street of our hotel. Made a call to our hotel to remind us the day before our session. Even though I never done snorkel before it was easy to learn. As long as you can swim you can snorkel, just remember to keep your breathing tube above water. Kailua beach had clear water and lots of fish, and it's one of the reason I got hooked to snorkeling. We were going to do it again but our trip was too short, but if we had time we would.

This is a honest review from someone who visited to those that are still hesitating. BOOK IT. Your won't regret.

PS: remember to put on sunscreen, water base resist would be best.

You can visit Kailua Beach on a tour even without a car. I definitely recommend renting a bicycle. I first headed to Lanikai Beach by bike, then picked up pancakes to-go from Boots & Kimo's in Kailua Town, had lunch with my lunch ticket, and finally went to Kailua Beach in that order. Lanikai Beach is amazing! It was the most beautiful beach I've ever seen. It's also interesting to ride through the upscale residential areas along the way. For lunch, I had spare ribs, which were hearty and delicious. Boots & Kimo's was decent, but I thought it might not have been worth the time to go there. Since time was limited, I hardly had any time at Kailua Beach. If you want to focus on the beach, I recommend skipping Kailua Town and planning to go to Lanikai Beach in the morning, pick up lunch to-go, and then relax at Kailua Beach in the afternoon. Also, there was a handsome half-Japanese staff member who looked like Ryo Nishikido at the shop! Haha.

車がなくてもツアーでカイルアビーチに行くことができます。
自転車は絶対レンタルした方がいいと思います。
私は最初に自転車でラニカイビーチへ向かい、その後カイルアタウンのブーツ＆キモズでパンケーキをテイクアウトし、昼食チケットで昼食を取り、最後にカイルアビーチという順で回りました。
ラニカイビーチは最高です！今まで見たビーチの中で一番綺麗でした。サイクリングの途中で高級住宅街を通るのでそれを見て回るのも面白いです。
昼食はスペアリブを食べましたがボリュームもあって美味しかったです。
ブーツ＆キモズはそこそこ美味しかったけど、時間を割いてまで行く必要はなかったかも？と思いました。時間が限られているので、カイルアビーチでの時間がほとんど取れなかったです。
ビーチ中心に回りたいならカイルアタウンを省略して午前中ラニカイビーチ→昼食をテイクアウト→午後はカイルアビーチでまったり、というプランがオススメです。
あとショップに錦戸亮似のイケメンハーフ店員さんがいました！笑

I joined the snorkeling tour because I wanted to snorkel in a beautiful location. They picked me up near the hotel, which was convenient. After picking up various groups, the air conditioning on the way was too cold, but we arrived safely (laughs).

There was a changing room at the office, and a Japanese staff member gave us an explanation before we dispersed. I was given a paper wristband with a colored tag indicating the meeting time and course, but that part turned white while the rest got sunburned, so be careful (laughs).

After changing, we walked for about 7 minutes to reach the beach. The scenery was lovely. I could only see sand underwater (sweat), and since I didn't have an anti-fog solution for my goggles, they started to fog up (sweat). The sea in early March was still cold around 10 AM.

After enjoying it for about an hour, we returned for lunch. I received something like a lunch ticket, so I had rice dishes, pizza, and I think something else (sweat). I chose Bob's pizza. The one with just salami was crisp and gooey, and it was very delicious (happy). I want to eat it again!

After that, I went to the Whole Foods Market I was aiming for, which was about a 20-minute walk. The organic John Masters Organics shampoo was inexpensive, and BURT'S BEES lip balm was cheap for two. There was also affordable honey from a small bear. There were many other interesting shops, but unfortunately, I didn't have enough time, so I returned to the meeting place.

景色の綺麗なところでシュノーケリングしたくて参加しました。
ホテルの近くまでピックアップにきてくれて楽でした。
それからいろんなグループをピックアップして、道中のエアコンが寒すぎましたが無事到着（笑）
事務所に更衣室があって日本人のスタッフの方から説明があり、そのあと解散。腕に集合時間、コース別の色の付いた紙製のリストバンドを巻いてもらったのですが、そこだけ白くなって他が日に焼けてしまったのでご注意（笑）。
着替えてから歩いて7分程でビーチに到着。素敵な景色です。
海の中は砂しか見れませんでしたが（汗）
そして曇り取りがゴーグルにしていないのでくもってきて（汗）
3月初めの海は朝10時位でしたがまだ冷たいですね。
一時間位堪能したあと、ランチしに戻りました。
ランチ券みたいなのをいただいたので、ご飯系とピザと、あとなんかあったような（汗）
ボブさんのピザにしました。
ボブスペシャルよりサラミのみのほうが、カリっトロっとしてとても美味しかったです(幸)また食べたいな
そのあとはお目当のwhole foods marketに行きました。
歩いて20分程。
オーガニックのジョンマスターオーガニクスのシャンプーがお安かったり、BURT'S BEESのリップも二本で安かったり、小さいクマのハチミツもお安かったです。
他にも色々面白そうなお店がありましたが、残念ながら時間がなかったので集合場所に戻りました。

In the morning, the shuttle bus arrived at the hotel a little late, and we reached the town of Kailua in about an hour. When we arrived, a staff member who spoke Japanese kindly explained everything to us. There were a few small lockers and restrooms nearby. At the beach, we saw many people surfing, cycling, and running. That day, the wind was strong, so we decided not to go into the water. Since we could borrow bicycles for free, we took some and headed into town. We visited a poke shop that the staff recommended as delicious, and we also had sandwiches and pizza. The pizza is quite large, so I think you'll get very full. We were able to buy souvenirs in a shopping area. Unlike in Japan, the bicycles require you to brake with the pedals instead of the handlebars, so we practiced a bit in the parking lot at first. When we went out onto the road, there were bike lanes, but since I wasn't used to it, I think it's better to ride slowly. Cars don't necessarily yield like they do in Japan. Although it was a bit daunting, I think I enjoyed it overall, especially since I wouldn't have gone to Kailua without this tour.

朝少し時間に遅れて送迎バスがホテルに到着し一時間ほどでカイルアの街に到着しました。ついたら日本語の話せるスタッフが丁寧に説明してくれました。周りには少し小さなロッカーがあったりお手洗いなどがありました。海に足を運ぶとサーフィンをしているひとやサイクリング、ランニングをしている人が多く見受けられました。その日は風が強く海を入るのを断念し、無料で自転車を借りられるということなので借りて街に出ました。スタッフがおいしいと勧めていたポキのお店に行ったり、サンドウィッチ、ピザを食べました。ピザはかなり大きいのでかなりお腹いっぱいになると思います。商店街みたいなところでお土産も買えました。自転は日本みたいにブレーキがハンドルではなくペダルを後ろにこがなくてはならないので最初は駐車場で少し練習をしました。車道に出るときには自転車専用の道があるのですが慣れていないのでゆっくり走ったほうがいいと思います。日本みたいに車がよけてくれるわけではないので。放り出されるのですが、このツアーがなければカイルアに行くことはなかったとおもうのでそれなりに楽しめたと思います。

We were blessed with great weather on the day, making it perfect for parasailing. The pickup was supposed to be in the lobby of our hotel, but the car didn't arrive even after the scheduled time. When I called the contact number listed on the voucher, a Japanese staff member explained that they were running about 20 minutes late due to traffic. After about 20 minutes, the pickup car finally arrived. Once we arrived at the location and completed the procedures, we were taken by boat to the relay point offshore, and from there, we headed further out on another boat. The staff were very friendly, and my boyfriend was invited by one of the staff to dive into the sea, which became a fun memory for us. There were three groups on our boat, and we took turns enjoying the parasailing. It was a promise to splash into the sea on the way up, which was also a fun part. After that, we went even higher, with a breathtaking view of Diamond Head and the vast ocean below. It was truly a wonderful sight. The boat rocked quite a bit during the transfers and while other groups were up in the air, so I think it would be wise for those prone to seasickness to take some medication beforehand. After disembarking, we had the option to purchase photos taken from the boat during parasailing and videos captured by a camera mounted above us. At $50 for both types, it felt a bit pricey, but the photos were really lovely, so I definitely recommend purchasing them. Additionally, we were lucky enough to see whales while on the moving boat. We were able to see their tails and spouts, making for a very satisfying day combined with parasailing. Next time, I plan to participate in other activities as well, in addition to parasailing.

当日は好天に恵まれ、絶好のパラセーリング日和でした。ピックアップは宿泊先のホテルのロビーとなっていましたが、時間になっても迎えの車は来ず。。バウチャーに記載された連絡先に電話すると、日本人スタッフの方が交通渋滞で20分ほど遅れている旨を説明して下さりました。その後ちょうど20分ほど遅れて迎えの車が到着しました。現地に着き、手続きを済ませると、船で沖の中継地点まで送ってもらい、そこから別の船でさらに沖に向かいました。スタッフの方たちはとてもフレンドリーで、同行した彼氏はスタッフの方に誘われて海にダイブしていました。これも楽しい思い出です。私たちの船は3組で、順番にパラセイリングを楽しみました。上空に上がる途中に海にジャボンはお約束♪これも楽しいところですね。その後さらに高いところまで上がり、眼下にはダイヤモンドヘッドや大海原。本当に素晴らしい景色でした。移動中や他のグループの方が上空にいる間の船内はかなり揺れるので、船酔いが不安な方は酔い止めを飲んでおいた方が良いように思いました。下船後、パラセイリング中に船から撮ってもらった写真と、頭上に取り付けてあったカメラで撮った動画を購入することができます。2種類で50ドルとやや高い気もしますが、とっても素敵な写真なので是非購入されることをオススメします。また、今回は運良く移動中の船でクジラを見ることができました。尾びれや潮を吹く姿を見ることができ、パラセイリングと合わせて大満足の1日になりました。次回はパラセイリングはもちろん、他のアクティビティにも参加してみようと思います。

My husband and I really enjoyed this underwater adventure. I don't know how to swim well, so I never go snorkeling or scuba diving and miss all the underwater fun. This activity allowed us to see the underwater world, feed fish in their natural habitat, spy on turtles and spend time together doing something fun and different. If you're prone to motion sickness, definitely take something for that before going because some people seemed a little sea sick. This activity impressed both of us. The divers were very helpful and took great photos. Thank you to the whole crew!

The friendly pick-up service was very convenient. Although the time went by in a flash, it became a wonderful memory. We entered the sea once during the descent, but it was just a little, so there were no problems at all. Waikiki from the sky was even more beautiful.

Both of us guys were extremely satisfied.

It was my first time in Hawaii. I think Waikiki Beach generally gives a strong impression of Hawaii's ocean, but Kailua Beach was amazing! Our hotel didn't have a shuttle, so we went to a nearby hotel and got a ride from there. It was only a two-minute walk to that hotel. Since the hotels are clustered together, it's not a problem if your hotel doesn't have a shuttle! We were able to depart almost on time. It took about 40 minutes to get to Kailua Beach. It was about a five-minute walk from the shop to Kailua Beach. The changing rooms and lockers were secure, and the restrooms were clean. There were staff members who spoke Japanese, and everyone was friendly. You can rent snorkeling gear and bodyboards. By around 9:40, we were already at Kailua Beach and enjoyed our time there. Since it was early in the morning, there weren't many people, and there were a lot of locals, so we could interact with them. For lunch, we had pizza. It was right next to the shop, and we were very satisfied with the drink and large pizza. After lunch, we rented a bicycle for $10 at the shop and went shopping at Whole Foods and Kailua's downtown, and we also visited Lanikai Beach. The staff at the shop gave us a map and explained how to get around in detail. You can reach anywhere in about 15 minutes by bike!! With about five hours of free time, you can do quite a lot! Even if you don't know anything, there are many Japanese people, and the staff at the shop will teach you various things. I felt very secure! It was a lot of fun, and I was able to relax and shop, so I was very satisfied.

初めてのハワイでした。やはりワイキキビーチは一般的にハワイの海っていう印象が強いと思いますがカイルアビーチ最高でした！私達が泊まったホテルには送迎がなかったので近くのホテルまで行き車に乗せて頂きました。そのホテルまでも徒歩2分圏内。ホテル密集してるので自分が泊まるホテルに送迎がなくても余裕ですよ！ほぼ時間通りに出発できました。40分くらいかけてカイルアビーチに行きました。ショップからカイルアビーチまでは徒歩5分くらい。更衣室もロッカーも安心だしトイレも普通に綺麗。スタッフの方も日本語できる人いるしみんな気さくな方でした。シュノーケルとかボディボードは借りれます。9:40くらいにはもうカイルアビーチに行きゆっくりすごしました。朝早かったのであまり人はいなくて地元の方も多くその方たちと交流もできました。ランチはピザにしました。ショップのすぐ隣だし、ドリンクと大きいピザ付きで大満足。ランチの後、ショップで自転車を1台10ドルで借りてフォールフーズとかカイルアのダウンタウン行って買い物したり、ルニカイビーチにも行きました。地図もショップの方がくれて、行き方も丁寧に教えてくれます。自転車で15分くらいでどこでもいけますよ！！5時間くらい自由時間なので結構いろんなことができます！全然なにも知らなくても日本人多いしショップの方も色々教えてくれるし。とても安心できました！とても楽しくてゆっくりもできてお買い物もでき大満足です。

I chose this tour because of the great reviews! This was my first time in Hawaii, and I participated to create memories the day after my wedding! The reservation process was smooth, as I made the booking from my smartphone in Japan and received quick replies and guidance! On the day of the tour, I was picked up at 8:55 at a hotel next to my accommodation, and the bus arrived at 9:05, calling out names! The bus was already quite full, with guests from places other than Japan. The bus drives pretty fast, so if you’re prone to motion sickness, it’s a good idea to have some medication!

We arrived at a shop just before Kailua Beach in about 30 minutes from Waikiki. There, a cheerful Japanese guide explained the tour and how to use the shops in detail, dividing us into groups. They were very efficient, which was great! After that, we rented bicycles for an additional $10 each and cycled to the town of Kailua! Walking can take quite a while, and you might not have enough time to go to the beach, so I recommend biking!

Once we arrived in Kailua, we first ordered takeout at Boots & Kimo's, gave our names, and received a receipt. Then we went shopping at the nearby Whole Foods Market! We filled up on salad bar items and returned to Boots & Kimo's just in time to pick up our order. After that, we biked back to the beach, where we used the lunch tickets we received earlier to order plate lunches and pizza from the shop, and rented bodyboards and beach mats to head to Kailua Beach!

We walked to Kailua Beach from the shop. There was shade, so we spread out our mats for lunch! After enjoying some swimming, when we started to get bored, we returned to the shop, borrowed snorkels, and biked to Lanikai Beach! When we dove in, we were amazed to see fish near the rocks!

On the way back, I fell into a deep sleep on the bus. We arrived at the hotel by 3 PM, and then I went shopping in Waikiki, making for a fulfilling day! The rental and explanations were all in Japanese, so it was a very reassuring tour! I highly recommend it for anyone wanting to go to Kailua!

口コミがよかったので、こちらのツアーを選びました！今回のハワイは初めてで、挙式をした次の日に思い出づくりとして、参加させていただきました！予約は、日本からスマホでの申し込みで、すぐに返信が来たり、案内が来たりとスムーズな対応でした！当日は、8:55に宿泊ホテル隣のホテルにてピックアップで、バスは9:05に到着して名前を呼んでくれました！バスには既沢山の人が乗っており、日本以外のお客さんもいました。バスは結構、飛ばすので酔いやすい方は酔い止めがあるといいです！ワイキキから、30分くらいでカイルアビーチ手前のショップに到着。そこから、日本人の明るい方がひたすらツアーや、ショップの使い方などツアーごとに別れて、丁寧に説明してくれました。テキパキとされていて良かったです！その後、私たちは自転車をこちらでプラス10ドルずつ払いレンタルして、カイルアの街までサイクリング！徒歩だと、意外と距離がありビーチ行く時間が無くなるので自転車がオススメです！カイルアの街に到着して、まずブーツ＆キモズにてテイクアウトを注文して、名前を伝えレシートを貰い、その後近くにあるホールフーズマーケットでお買い物！サラダバーなど詰め込んで、またブーツ＆キモズに戻ると丁度出来上がっており、受け取って終了。また自転車でビーチに戻って、最初に配られたランチチケットでショップにある、プレートランチとピザを注文して、ボディボードとビーチマットを借りいざカイルアビーチへ！
カイルアビーチへは、ショップから徒歩で移動。木陰があり、そこへマットを広げてランチタイム！その後は、海水浴を楽しんで飽きてきた頃にまた、ショップへ戻り、スノーケルを借りて自転車でラニカイビーチへ！すぐそこを潜ると岩に魚がいて、感動しました！
帰りはバスの中で爆睡。
15時にはホテルに到着したので、それからまたワイキキでショッピングしたりと、充実した1日になりました！
レンタルも、説明も全て日本語なのでとても安心できるツアーです！カイルアへ行きたい方はオススメです！
