Driving through Jurassic Valley with stunning views and iconic movie backdrops was unforgettable!!!

The 90-minute tour was a blast—bumpy, exciting, and full of stunning views.

I experienced the buggy ride! The scenery was amazing, whether it was the filming locations of Jurassic Park, the mountains, or the ocean! I felt reassured because there was staff who spoke Japanese during the initial explanation! It would be nice to have something to wipe off the dust, though. I didn't get wet at all.

There was almost no lecture, but the instructor casually explained the basic positions and breathing techniques, which made it not scary at all. They took fun photos and videos, and I was very satisfied with the results! Even though the wind pressure was strong and the audio didn't come through in the video, I was shouting "Awesome!!!" and they joined in with "saiko----!!!" in Japanese＾＾
From the moment I jumped, my ears hurt a lot, so let's take measures for that. It was the best experience!

On the day of the event, I arrived at the designated location mentioned on the voucher 20 minutes early, but no one was there. From past experiences, I had heard that they tend to be a bit loose with time, so I decided to enjoy a morning meal at a nearby café! Even after 10 minutes past the meeting time, no one showed up, so I started to worry. When I looked at what seemed to be the reception booth, I saw a notice! It said the NEW location is here! I hurriedly took a taxi and arrived just in time for the departure!

Seeing the green boat docked was a relief! However, when I tried to check in, I was told there was an oil leak and that the boat wouldn't be departing today... What?! I ended up just paying for the taxi and taking a walk along the coast! It was such a shame since it was a beautiful sunny day with no wind or waves, perfect for fishing! I really wished they had contacted us in advance if the meeting place had changed!

当日は集合20分前にバウチャー記載の指定場所へ行くも誰もいない。過去の体験談から時間にルーズ気味という情報があったので、優雅に目の前にあるお店でモーニング！集合時間10分過ぎても誰もこないので、心配になって受付らしき小屋を見ると何やら張り紙が！NEW ロケーションはここ！だと！！急いでタクシーで向かい出船時間ギリギリに到着！
緑の船が停泊しているのをみて一安心！受付を済ませようとしたところ、どうやらオイル漏れがあり今日は出船できないと言われました。。。何だと〜〜！！ただただタクシー代払って海岸を散歩しただけでした！
快晴で風も波もなく釣り日和だっただけに非常に残念です！まずは集合場所が変わったのなら事前に連絡が欲しかった！

It was so much fun to ride buggies through the great outdoors with my family! It felt like we were on a safari, with cows and birds walking nearby. The staff kindly took family photos at the shooting spots. I wanted to drive the buggy myself, but since the brakes were stiff, my husband drove the whole time. The area was larger than I expected, and we were able to explore for a long time, which made me very satisfied. While waiting, we also enjoyed the recommended hamburger at the restaurant. It was very large and delicious.

家族ごとにバギーに乗って大自然を巡れてとても楽しかったです♪牛や鳥が近くで歩いていたりしてサファリにいるようでした。スタッフの方が撮影スポットでは家族写真も撮ってくださったり親切にしてくれました😃バギーは私も運転したかったのですがブレーキが硬いので主人がずっと運転しました。思ったよりも広い敷地で長時間回れて大満足でした。待ち時間にレストランでのおすすめハンバーガーも食べました。とても量が多く美味しかったです。

I've been to Kualoa Ranch a few times, but this was my first time doing the zipline! We were picked up at 8:30, and since our zipline session was around 11:30, we spent some time looking at souvenirs.

The zipline staff were very friendly and kind, and they helped us put on the harness quickly when we were a bit confused! The zipline was incredibly exhilarating when I let go of my hands, and I highly recommend it! At first, I was scared, but once I let go, the feeling of freedom was amazing, and the views were absolutely beautiful!

The staff spoke entirely in English, so I couldn't understand everything, but their charm came through, and I had a great time! Even after finishing all the courses, I enjoyed it so much that I wanted to do it again! I definitely want to participate again!

クアロアランチには数回行っているのですが、今回初めてジップラインをしました！
8時半ピックアップしてもらい、私たちは11時半ころからのジップラインだったので、それまでお土産を見たりして時間をつぶしていました。

ジップラインのスタッフの人たちはとってもフレンドリーで親切で、装着のハーネス（？）も戸惑いっていると手際よく付けていただけました！
ジップライン、手を離すのめちゃめちゃ気持ちよくてオススメです！
最初は怖かったのですが、思い切って手を離すと開放感がすごく、景色もとっても綺麗でした！
スタッフの人たちは全部英語で話してくれるので、全部は理解できないですがチャーミングさが伝わってきて楽しく過ごすことができました！
全部のコースが終わった後も、まだやりたいくらいとっても楽しかったです！
また参加したいと思います！

It takes about an hour by shuttle bus from Waikiki! Plan for at least half a day.

While flying, the scenery was beautiful, and I was looking down the whole time, but before I knew it, we had climbed to a height where I could see about half of the island. If you are sensitive to changes in pressure or have issues with your inner ear, please be careful. My companion was affected and felt groggy afterward.

But it's definitely worth experiencing at least once in a lifetime!

注意点はワイキキからシャトルバスで1時間かかります！半日はかかる予定です

飛行機で移動中景色が良くずっと下を見ていましたが、気付いたら島の半分くらい見える高さまで上がっていました。三半規管、気圧に弱い方は充分に注意しましょう。同伴の者が弱く、終わった後はグロッキーでした、、

でも一生に一度、体験する価値は大いにあります！

Honestly, the weather was not favorable, and my dream of seeing the sparkling island of Oahu did not come true.

However, it was still “the best”! It was the best experience for me, but I can only imagine how wonderful it would have been if the weather had been nice.

I definitely want to come back. It was an experience that made me feel that way!

The staff treated us with a heartfelt hospitality, and it was a very pleasant experience. Thank you!

正直、天候には恵まれず
「キラキラとしたオアフ島を見る」という夢は叶いませんでした。

しかし、それでも尚“最高”と思えました！
僕の中での最高の体験でしたが、天気が良ければ　どのくらい素晴らしいのか。

また必ず戻って来たい。
そう思える体験でした！

I've always wanted to try skydiving at least once in my life, so I signed up for an optional tour during my trip to Hawaii. (From the moment I signed up until the moment I jumped, a slight sense of anxiety kept bubbling up.) I was looking for places to do it in Japan, but I thought it would be better to have a beautiful view and an authentic experience, so I decided to do it in Hawaii.

Now that I've finished the experience, I truly feel, "I really jumped, I really did it." I thought I might be able to manage a little in Japanese, but it was all in English communication. However, they taught me everything well with gestures, so it was fine.

Since it was tandem, I think it's good to just trust the pilot and embrace the fear and excitement as you jump. I'm really glad I had the experience! I feel like I might want to do it again... which is a bit scary, haha.

人生で一度はスカイダイビングをやってみたいと思い、ハワイ旅行のオプショナルツアーで申し込んでみました。（申し込んでから飛ぶその瞬間まで、うっすらと不安心配が湧き出てきました。）
日本でもできるところを探していましたが、どうせなら綺麗な風景と本格的な体験と思い、ハワイでの実際を決めました。
体験し終わった今、「本当に飛んだんだなぁ、できたんだなぁ」としみじみ感じます。
少しくらいは日本語でいけるかな、と思いましたが完全な英語コミュニケーションでした。でも大体のことはジェスチャー交えてしっかり教えて貰えるので大丈夫でした。
タンデムなので、とにかくパイロットに任せて怖さもドキドキも素直に抱えて飛べると良いと思います。
体験できて本当に良かったです！またやりたい…と思いそうで怖い笑

Clothes, shoes, and bags that can get dirty are essential. Since we were in a car, we could place the bags on the seat, but sand flew in while driving, so they got dirty. The reception and facility explanations were in Japanese, but during the buggy ride, the guide's explanations were in English. I didn't translate, but I understood the guide's explanations to some extent, and they asked if I wanted to take photos, so I was able to take a lot of pictures.

汚れてもいい服、靴、カバンは必須です。
車なのでカバンはシートの上に置けますが、走行中に砂が飛んでくるので汚れます。
受付や施設の説明は日本語でしたが、バギーの最中にガイドさんの説明は英語でした。
翻訳はしませんでしたが、ガイドさんの説明は何となく分かり、写真撮ろうか？と声をかけてくれるので、写真もたくさん撮っていただきました。

It was fun! The service was great and I was excited! I want to improve my English skills and try again! There were surprises along the way! The scenery was amazing, and the guide was kind. I definitely recommend experiencing this when you go to Hawaii.

I participated in a fishing tour six years ago and joined again after a long time. Unlike six years ago, services such as transportation, light snacks (I can't say for sure if drinks were provided, but I feel like there were some), and grilling the caught fish on-site to enjoy together have disappeared. Because of that, I thought I would be happy if I could catch even one fish. In the end, I didn't catch a single fish, but it didn't seem like the people around me were catching many either, so it might have just been a bad day. It felt more like a pleasant cruise with a view of Diamond Head. 😂

６年前にも参加して、久しぶりにまたフィッシングツアーに参加しました。
６年前と違い、送迎、軽食（ドリンクはあったか定かではないですがあったような気がします）、釣れたお魚をその場で焼いてみんなでいただく、などのサービスはなくなっていて、だからこそ、１匹でも釣れたらうれしいなと思いました。
結果は１匹も釣れずに終わりましたが、なかなか、周りの方もどんどん釣れている感じはなかったので、日が悪かったのかもしれません。
ダイヤモンドヘッドを見ながらの景色のよいクルージングという感じでした😂

I signed up with my grandparents in their 70s. One great point was that the admission fee for Diamond Head was included. It took about 20 minutes to get from the hotel to the Diamond Head parking lot, and it took about an hour to hike up and around 30 minutes to come back down, giving us plenty of time to look at souvenirs. We also enjoyed the driver explaining the sightseeing spots during the ride!

70代の祖父母と申し込みました。
ダイヤモンドヘッドの入場料込みなのも良い点でした。ホテルからダイヤモンドヘッドの駐車場まで20分程度で到着し、行きは1時間程度、帰りは30分程度で下山することができ、お土産を見る時間も十分ありました。
車中では、ドライバーの方が観光スポットの説明をしてくれたのも楽しめました！

One of the things I wanted to do before I die since I was young was to experience flying a Cessna, and I was able to achieve that in Hawaii after turning 60!

Initially, I was considering the east coast over Diamond Head, but based on the advice that "you can see the west coast when entering landing mode, and you can enjoy circling over the west coast," I decided on the west coast, which turned out to be the right choice for me!

During the one-hour flight, I was able to pilot the plane for more time than I expected, and when I wanted to take photos, I could leave the flying to the instructor, allowing me to enjoy both piloting and photography.

Due to the weak yen, the cost was quite high, but I'm glad I took the plunge and signed up. Thank you for your assistance!

若い頃から「死ぬまでにやりたいこと」の一つに「セスナ操縦体験」があったのですが、還暦過ぎてハワイで達成できました！
コースは、当初ダイヤモンドヘッド上空の東海岸を考えていましたが、「西海岸も着陸態勢に入った時に見えるし、西海岸なら旋回が楽しめる」とのアドバイスにより西海岸にして、私としては正解でした！
1時間のフライト中、思った以上の時間で操縦できるし、写真を撮りたい時は操縦をインストラクターに任せられるので、操縦と撮影の両方を楽しめました。
円安もあって結構な料金にはなりましたが、思い切って申し込んで良かったです。お世話になりました！

During my first flying experience, I felt quite anxious when I received the initial explanation, as it seemed rather complicated. However, the experienced Japanese staff provided full support, allowing me to fly with confidence.

The staff were truly wonderful! I definitely want to visit again when I go to Hawaii.

初めての操縦体験で、最初に操縦説明を受けた際はかなり複雑そうな印象を受け不安感を覚えましたが、経験豊富な日本人スタッフがフルサポートしてくださり、安心して操縦することができました。

It was a wonderful experience completely different from the scenery in Japan. I was able to see historical sites such as Diamond Head, Waikiki Beach, and Pearl Harbor from the air, which was very educational. I would like to thank all the staff.

We used this service for our family's first trip to Hawaii. We enjoyed a full hour of horseback riding, and the location was amazing. The horses were well-behaved, with gentle eyes that were just too cute! It was a sunny day, but there were plenty of shaded areas, so it wasn't as hot as I expected, and we had a great time! I don't understand English at all, but they showed us a Japanese version of the explanation video, which made me feel at ease. I definitely recommend this experience!

Since it was a plan with shuttle service from the hotel, we took a large bus for about an hour to get to the location. The instructor during the horseback riding spoke in English, but there was also an explanation provided by a Japanese staff member beforehand, so I think it’s fine even if you don’t understand English. There were mostly Japanese participants, but there were also quite a few Chinese, Korean, and Westerners. There was about an hour of free time before and after the activity, so we spent it buying snacks at the shop and taking a leisurely walk. It was really nice to feel nature in a different atmosphere from the Waikiki area.

ホテルからの送迎付きプランだったので、大型バスで1時間ほどかけて現地まで行きました。乗馬中のインストラクターさんからの声掛けは英語ですが、事前に日本人のスタッフの方からの説明もあったので、英語がわからなくても大丈夫だと思います。参加者は日本人が多めで中国人、韓国人、欧米の方も結構いました。アクティビティの前後にそれぞれ1時間弱自由時間があったので、売店で軽食を買ったりのんびり散歩したりして過ごしました。ワイキキエリアとはまた違った雰囲気の中で自然を感じることができてとても良かったです。

Yet again another excellent tour from VELTRA and Operators. Bus driver Tommy was funny and more importantly on time, he gave us all the information we needed. We climbed at 9am and did it in 20mins as we wanted a workout. Spent some time at the top, taking in the views. Made our way down slowly, sat under the trees in the park and waited to be collected by Tommy. All done by 1130am. Perfect!

I experienced a 2-hour horseback riding session at Kualoa Ranch. The activity itself was fantastic. If I remember correctly, it’s quite popular, so when I applied, I wasn’t sure what time slot I would be able to join. It was confirmed in the reservation email when I opened the voucher. I didn’t quite understand how Kualoa Ranch operated, and since it was the weekend, there were more people than on weekdays. After arriving, I realized I had about 2 hours of free time before the horseback riding, so I lined up at the ticket center, but all the other morning activities were sold out. I spent the time at the cafeteria, grabbing a light snack and browsing for souvenirs. Considering efficiency, I would have liked to combine another tour with the 2 hours, but the horseback riding experience was truly wonderful. The horses are well-trained, so they move along without needing much direction. During the 2-hour wait, I bought lunch at the cafeteria, which felt like a food court, so there was no obligation to buy a meal for each person. To avoid overeating before the activity, sharing was also possible. It seems that bringing in sandwiches or rice balls wouldn’t be a problem. By the way, it takes about an hour to get from the Sheraton to Kualoa Ranch. The bus is large and comfortable. The driver provided information about Hawaii’s attractions in English along the way, which added to the pleasant atmosphere. Overall, I’m glad I participated!

アクティビティ自体、最高でした。
確か、記憶によると人気なんで、申込時には何時の回に参加できるかは判らず、予約確定のメールでバウチャーを開くと確定されてる感じでした。クアロアランチの仕組みが分からなかったのと、土日だったんで平日より人が多かったせいか、着いたのち、乗馬まで2時間くらい空き時間がある事がわかって、そこからチケットセンターに並んだが、午前中の他のアクティビティはどれも完売との事で、カフェテリアで小腹を満たしたり、お土産見たりして過ごしました。効率から考えると2時間あれば何か1つツアーを組み合わせたかったが、乗馬体験はとても素晴らしく、馬が慣れてるので、あまり指示を出さずとも合わせて動いてくれます。2時間の待ち時間はカフェテリアで昼食を購入し食べたがフードコートのような感じなんで1人1食購入する義務感も無く、アクティビティ前の食べ過ぎを避ける為にシェアも可能でした。おそらく、サンドイッチやおにぎりの持込みも問題なさそう。ちなみに、シェラトンからクアロアランチまで約1時間。バスは大きく快適です。行きがけのドライバーは道中、ハワイの見どころを英語ですが紹介してくれて、雰囲気も良かった。トータル、参加して良かったです！

I have done horseback trekking for about two hours several times in Hokkaido, and the horses in Hawaii respond to the same cues for moving forward, stopping, and turning. It's universal.

At first, we went through the forest, then we reached the scenic spot in the photo, and from there, we turned back to the starting point. After riding for two hours, my butt started to hurt (laughs), but the weather was nice, and I thoroughly enjoyed horseback riding!

On uphill slopes, the horses seemed to struggle, and on downhill slopes, they moved slowly and cautiously to avoid slipping. You really feel the difference from riding a bicycle or motorcycle; it's a "living creature."

After the ride, you can receive photos taken during the ride via AirDrop as a complimentary service. There are commemorative photos for sale in front of the visitor center (restaurant? gift shop?), but they are expensive ($20 each), so you might not need to buy them.

北海道で数回，2時間ほどの乗馬トレッキングをしたことがあり，ハワイの馬も同じ足や手綱での指示で，進む・止まる・曲がる，をしてくれます。万国共通。
最初，林を進み，その後，写真の風景の場所に行き，そこから引き返してスタート地点に戻ります。
やはり2時間も乗っていると尻が痛くなります(笑)
が，天気も良く，乗馬を満喫しました！！
上り坂では，馬が苦しそうになり，下り坂では，馬が滑らないように慎重にゆっくりになります。自転車やオートバイじゃない，「生き物」を実感します。
乗馬後，乗馬中にサービスで撮ってくれる写真をAir Dropでもらえます。ビジターセンター（レストラン？ ギフトショップ？）前に，記念写真を売ってますが，高い（1枚 $20）から買わなくても良いかも・・。

The Viking was a bit tiring, but it was worth the climb! The view was spectacular. The guide was also very kind. I'm glad I participated.

I had a great time surrounded by beautiful seas. I only caught small fish, but I think it's good for families and beginners. If you're prone to seasickness, taking motion sickness medication is a must.

綺麗な海に囲まれて楽しかったです。
小魚しか釣れなかったですがファミリーや初心者向けに良いと思います。
船酔いが気になる人は、酔い止め必須ですよ。

Horseback riding was my first experience, and I thoroughly enjoyed it for two full hours in nature. I think riding through the scenery used in Jurassic Park was a fun experience. The staff spoke English and were very kind in their assistance.

I received lessons through videos, but the horse was smart and moved forward, stopped, and turned on its own.

乗馬は初めての体験てしたが自然の中で2時間たっぷり堪能できました。ジュラシック・パークなどで使われた景色のなかを馬に揺られて進むのは楽しい体験と思います。スタッフのかたは英語でしたが優しく対応いただけました。
乗馬のレッスンはビデオなどで受けますが馬が賢くて進んだり、止まったり、曲がったりは自らやってくれました。

This was my first time participating after visiting Hawaii more than ten times. I had some fear, like the possibility of falling off a horse, but I was completely captivated during the two-hour ride with well-trained horses, even though it was my and my spouse's first experience riding. The experienced female guide provided thorough instructions along the way, and most importantly, there was a Japanese guide named Sanae on-site who kindly explained how to use the lockers and tips in Japanese from the moment we arrived on the shuttle bus, which made us feel at ease. Exploring the great nature of the Kualoa area with the smart horses at a leisurely pace is the best way to enjoy it. You can rely almost entirely on the horses while just holding the reins throughout the entire journey.

落馬など多少の恐怖心がありましたが、しっかりと調教された馬さん達に、夫婦共乗馬初体験でしたが、約2時間すっかり魅力されました
手慣れたガイド女子も道中しっかり案内してくれますし、何よりも現地に日本人ガイドのサナエさんが居てくれて、送迎バス到着時から日本語で丁寧にロッカーの使い方やらチップのことやら教えてくれますので安心です
クアロアエリアの大自然はお利口な馬さん達とゆっくり廻るのがベストです
ほぼ馬さん任せで人間は手綱を持っているだけで全行程が回れます

I had a valuable experience horseback riding in a wonderful landscape.

However, if the horse you ride is spirited, it might turn into a nerve-wracking two hours instead of enjoying the scenery.

My companion said they couldn't enjoy the view at all!

素晴らしい景色の中で乗馬、貴重な体験ができました。

ただ、乗った馬が気性が荒かったりすると景色をたのしむどころかはらはらした2時間になるかも。笑

同行者は全然景色楽しめなかった！って言っていました。

The bus driver was informative and punctual, the bus was very clean. The Ranch was very well organised and impressive. The 3hr Bike Tour looked great, the bikes well suited and Safety Video succinct....However, for us that's when it all went down hill.
TIP - Read the fine print. Elite 3hr Bike Tour is for Intermediate+ mountain bike riders familiar with E-bikes. We are a couple of middle aged Australian tourists and failed the obstacle test. Ive ridden Road Bikes for 30yrs and a strong rider, my wife is a strong runner and has limited cycling skills. This meant we couldn't participate in the 3hr Tour and there was no refund and the bus departed at 1300. Would I book again - YES. But we would do the Novice 2hr ride (-:

This ATV tour was an absolute blast. It most definitely lived up to its reputation.
