Having zip lined before, I highly recommend this tour. The transportation to the ranch and a well organized. At the ranch we drove with Stone who gave us a tour of the ranch on the way to the zip line base camp, pointing out filming sites, was a nice add on that I didn’t expect. The zip lining itself was with JT, Ethan, and Aiden and the guys were awesome, specially JT, made us all feel at ease, cracking jokes and making the atmosphere fun, relaxing everyone. Safety is top notch and Ethan and Aiden were awesome helping everyone land at the platforms safely. The little handrail bar that you can hold onto as you zip make it great for a first time experience and the zip lines are also organized in a way that it starts easy and gets more fun, which is a lot better than other zip lines I did that start with the big one right off the bat and then you just get small ones at the end. The overall tour is a couple of hours and lots of fun from beginning to end, can’t recommend enough. And and JT I’m only mentioning you 3 times, if you just landed the shot it would be 6 ;)

We seniors received hands-on support and were able to enjoy the experience without any injuries. It was my first time, and the first step was scary, but once I took it, it was exhilarating. I was able to enjoy the zip line against the backdrop of the majestic mountains and the beauty of the sea.

Unfortunately, I couldn't communicate well with the instructor and other participants, but we managed to have fun using simple gestures and a few words.

I highly recommend everyone to give it a try!

The excitement of taking off from Daniel K. Inouye International Airport on my own was exceptional! The view from above was of otherworldly beauty, and I was able to witness the unique features of the volcanic terrain; everything was wonderful.

It was an experience that is rarely possible in Japan, and I had a truly unique and precious experience. I requested a Japanese pilot, and the explanations from the pilot were easy to understand, and the conversation was entertaining (we had a great time with local talk, haha), and above all, I felt a sense of security.

I will definitely participate again when I visit Hawaii. I think I might become addicted to it.

私はまっすぐな道でなければ景色どころではなかったし、写真スポットまで止まってくれないので夫に変わることもできず大変でした😭💦

I only understood about half of what was said, but it seemed like most of it was jokes. Everyone except me seemed to be native English speakers. However, it was no problem at all if you couldn't speak. The entrance fee and reservation for Diamond Head were handled by Veltra, so you can get in without doing anything. I was dropped off at the entrance of Diamond Head around 8:40, received a bottle of water, and was told to be back by 10:30.

The hike to Diamond Head takes about 30 to 40 minutes one way. There are many bumpy areas and stairs, so I recommend wearing sneakers. It can be quite windy and relatively cold at the top, so having a light jacket might be a good idea.

After coming down, I relaxed on a bench and looked at souvenirs. I was a bit anxious when the return pickup didn't arrive on time, but I thought, "This is America, so it’s probably normal." I participated in a buggy tour! We stopped at about 3-4 highlights where the guide provided explanations, but since the guide spoke only in English, I had to pick up the nuances. As for the buggy ride, I wondered if it was really necessary to do it in Hawaii. There were also horseback riders enjoying the vast nature, and I thought that might have been more fun... so I felt a bit of regret.

親族を含めた６人で参加しました。子供達は大学生、高校生を含めた中学生以上で、普通に自転車は乗れるので参加しました。マウンテンバイクは未経験でしたが、初心者のコースだったので大丈夫だと思いましたが、電動アシストが初めてということもあり、途中で加速する感覚や普通の自転車とコントロールがやや違うので、最初の練習から不安でした。なんとかスタートしたと思いきや、その５分も経たないうちに子供2人が退場宣告を受け、異国の地で未成年を2人で待機させる事ができず、親も退場せざるしかなく、残り3人で進んで行きましたが、結局その15分程で、中学生の息子も退場させられ、主人と大学生だけが完走しました。代替えプランなし、一部でも返金なし、体験施設のみで成り立ってる観光施設で、ただ、他のメンバーの終わりを待つのみ。見たかった映画の見所を見れず…それで１人2万円近く。
料金はサービスに対する対価であることを認識して欲しいです。キャンセルポリシーを提示しておけば、コンプレを押さえれると思ってること事が残念すぎます。参加基準が低い割に、求める乗車基準が高いです。

The weather was clear and perfect for horseback riding on the day of the experience. I had tried horseback riding a few times in Japan, but this was my first long ride, and it was an incredibly enjoyable experience. It seems there has been a lot of rain recently, and due to some paths being washed out, the 2-hour plan was shortened to 1.5 hours, but it was still more than enough of an experience. They also offered a refund for the shortened time. I think being able to ride horses along the coast is something unique to Hawaii, so I decided to participate. All the explanations were in English, but during the drive, our driver, Kaz, kindly provided information in Japanese, which made me feel at ease and allowed me to enjoy the experience! The horses seemed well-trained; they moved forward on their own when the horse in front did. In Haleiwa, I was dropped off at my desired location, so I could easily go to the shops I wanted to visit!

Kualoa Ranch, famous for being a filming location for Jurassic Park, is truly breathtaking when you see the scenery right in front of you. The horseback riding lasts a solid two hours. You ride in a line of six, navigating some pretty tough paths, including narrow trails and cliffs. However, the horses are very smart and know the way, so there are no issues.

One instructor accompanies you and explains the locations in English. Occasionally, if a horse doesn't move or if a rider's posture is poor, they will give you a reminder. My legs were shaking after the two hours, but it was truly a valuable experience, and I'm glad I did it! Since it's a tour, you might have some free time afterward, but the burgers at the café are incredibly delicious, and since the ocean is right next to it, you can relax by the sea if you return within the time limit. I think it's an experience you can't have in Japan!

たまに、お馬さんが動かなかったり、乗る人の姿勢が悪かったりすると声をかけてくれます。２時間終わった後の足はガクガクになりましたが、本当に貴重な体験ができてやって良かったです！ツアーなので、終わった後に時間を持て余しますがカフェのハンバーガーがめちゃくちゃ美味しいのと横が海なので時間内に戻れば海に行ってのんびりも出来ます。日本では出来ない体験だと思います！

I participated in the E-bike tour again this time. This is a repeat from last year. The guide was very kind and attentive. One slight disappointment was that it was crowded, and the spots often overlapped with jeep tours and bus tours. Last time it was less crowded, so it was more comfortable. I recommend Kualoa Ranch to others as well. I have experienced bus tours and horseback riding multiple times, but the E-bike tour offers the best scenery and photography opportunities.

I participated despite my anxiety from the lack of Japanese support and reviews, but I was able to watch a video with explanations in Japanese, so I could join without worrying about the language. The horses were very gentle and cute, and I'm glad I had this experience. It became my favorite memory from this trip.
