I usually avoid these typical places, but this one was quite entertaining.
Honestly, I didn't expect much from the food, but the crab was delicious.
I was pretty much silent while eating, and there was unlimited refills.
Since I was eating crab, I completely ignored the show and the scenery.
Actually, the sunset only lasts about 20-30 minutes, so I wasn't sure which was the main attraction, but I did manage to get some nice photos of the sunset.
There were fewer Japanese people, and it was a mix of people from various countries, so I enjoyed the overseas vibe in Hawaii more than in Waikiki.

They take you quite far out, and the Mai Tais are all-you-can-drink. The scenery is beautiful, and there's nothing to complain about. We were supposed to meet at 5 PM, but the actual check-in started around 5:30 PM.

As mentioned in other reviews, the cruise turned out to be the worst due to troubles with the shuttle service, ruining what was supposed to be a wonderful trip. I arrived at the designated location 15 minutes early and showed my voucher to the staff in cruise uniforms near the bus that was parked at the bus stop, but I was told to wait in the waiting room and was left unattended even after the scheduled time had passed. I showed my voucher again since other tour guests from different travel agencies were being picked up, but I received the same response that the driver would come in and call me, so I should just sit and wait in the waiting room. I complied quietly, but there was no announcement or call, and after 10 minutes past the scheduled time, I became extremely anxious. I called the Japanese support line for VELTRA, but was told that there was no one who could speak Japanese at the moment and that my name was not on the reservation. I persisted, and it seemed they called the staff at the pickup point, and finally, my name was called, allowing me to board somehow. Meanwhile, I received a follow-up email from VELTRA stating, "We received a notification from the cruise company that we would depart if we couldn't meet you on time, and refunds are not possible in case of cancellation," which only added to my anger. It was a cruise experience that left me feeling utterly frustrated.

I wanted to ride the Star of Honolulu, but after seeing reviews about the buffet being overcrowded, I chose this one instead. It was a good decision as we were shown to our reserved seats and it wasn't cramped at all!

The Atlantis is three stories tall. There was a photo opportunity before the cruise, and you can purchase the photos later. (You can choose between just photos or photos & data, and I recommend the photos & data option. You can check the data via email right away.)

I made a reservation for the dinner buffet instead of just appetizers. We were seated on the second floor, which is recommended because there are hula shows and live performances. Plus, our seats were close to the show! I was able to dance with the dancers, which made for a great memory.

Although the selection of the buffet was limited, I still ended up quite full. Additionally, each table has a designated server, so you can order drinks from them, but the drinks do take a little while to arrive. When ordering drinks, you have to leave your credit card with them until the check is settled, which was a bit nerve-wracking... I think there might have been other options, but I can't remember. Fortunately, nothing went wrong.

Before the fireworks, we went out to the deck to watch, and after the fireworks, we returned to the second floor for a finale interactive dance show with the staff.

In the end, everyone got excited, and it was a lot of fun! It became a wonderful memory!

通されたのは2階席でした。
2階席は、フラショーや生演奏があるのでオススメです。しかも、ショーに近い席でした！
ダンサーさんと一緒に踊ることができ、いい思い出となりました。

ビュッフェの数は少ないですが、けっこうお腹いっぱいになります。
また、テーブルごとに担当者がつくので、ドリンクはその方に頼めばいいのですが、ドリンクが出てくるのは若干遅いです。
ドリンクを注文する時は、クレジットカードを最初からチェックするまでずっと預けるのですが、これが少し怖かったです…他にも方法があったと思うのですが、覚えておりません。
一応、何事もなかったです。

花火の前にはデッキへ出て鑑賞し、花火鑑賞後に、また2階席に戻ると、スタッフの方々とフィナーレの参加型ダンスショーがありました。

最後はみんなで盛り上がって、とても楽しかったです！いい思い出になりました！

Choosing this tour was the right decision. Thanks to the bright and friendly crew, I made wonderful memories in a short time. There were nearly 30 passengers, many of whom were foreigners, and everyone sat in their preferred spots enjoying the cruise. The "Mai Tai" drinks were all-you-can-drink (my husband, who can't handle alcohol, had soft drinks) along with snacks, and the music playing from the boat added to the fun. It was one of our to-do list for a while, and I'm glad I did. I was with a group of friends, and it was a nice way to end the day. The crew was friendly and attentive, and their Mai Tai was delicious (not too strong so it was smooth). I don't know their relationship with Corona, but they only had corona for the beer choice, which I didn't mind at all (who doesn't love corona on the tropical water?).

We also witnessed a couple who had their proposal done on board during the sunset time. Fortunately, she said "yes" and everyone cheered (it would have been an awkward trip if she had said "no"). Good luck to them!

The boat rocked a lot, but it was fun! Those who are prone to seasickness might struggle. There were only my husband, a girl, and me, the only Japanese people on board. Even without speaking English, we had a great time. Along the way, we saw a rainbow toward Diamond Head! It was so beautiful. The front of the boat gets splashed by the waves, so you will get wet. I was having so much fun that I lost track of what time the sunset was… I didn’t pay much attention since there were a lot of clouds. I recommend this for those who love the ocean and drinks and are okay with being on a boat.

I think it depends on the plan, but honestly, the food was about what I expected. It felt just as I imagined. However, for those who prioritize the atmosphere and scenery of the dinner cruise, even the most affordable buffet can be enjoyable! We didn't have high expectations for the food with this plan, so we finished eating in less than 30 minutes and spent the rest of the time enjoying the view from above!

Although it wasn't sunny, I was very moved by the beautiful orange sky, even though we couldn't see the sunset properly. Additionally, the staff took photos for us, and they made sure to get my partner to smile, resulting in some really great pictures! Although there is a fee, the quality is professional, so I recommend purchasing them! (Of course, you can check them first, so if you like them, it's a win!)

However, depending on the weather and wind conditions, there was more rocking than I expected that day, so I recommend taking motion sickness medication just in case. Neither my partner nor I usually get motion sickness, but we both felt a bit queasy even while enjoying the breeze outside.

晴天ではなかったので夕日はしっかり見られなかったですが、綺麗なオレンジ色の空にとても感動しました(*´ω`*)
また、スタッフの方が写真を撮って下さるのですが、写真でなかなか笑わない彼が硬くならないように笑わせて下さるのでとても良い写真が撮れました！
有料にはなりますがさすがプロなのでとても綺麗な写真になりますので購入をお勧めします！
(もちろん確認ができますので、気に入れば◎)

ただ、天気や風の状況にもよりますがこの日は思ったより揺れがありましたので念の為酔い止めを飲む事をお勧めします。
なかなか乗り物酔いしない私と彼ですが、2人とも外の風を浴びていても少し酔ってしまいました(^_^;)

I participated in the same course last December and had a great experience, so I joined the same course again this time. However, the service from the staff was so terrible that it turned into a nightmare.

There were three of us, and three chairs were prepared, but four plates were set on the table, so we asked for them to be cleared. They took a long time to respond, and another staff member kindly removed them. After that, the main staff member came to our table, glaring at us, saying things like, "I'm the one in charge" and "Don't ask anyone else." They continued to complain as they walked by (unfortunately, I had no trouble with everyday English), broke a glass, and insisted we "finish, finish" while we were still eating, as if they wanted us to hurry up. The timing of the food being served was also much slower than at other tables, and when the steak was served, we had no drinks.

The person at the next table received an apology after breaking a glass, but of course, we were ignored! 3名で参加、椅子も3脚で準備されていましたが、4人分のお皿がセットされていたため片付けをお願いしました。いっこうに片付けてくれなく別の方が快く下げてくれました。その後「担当は自分だ」「自分以外の人に頼むな」などテーブルに来てに睨み付けられ、その後も通りすがりに文句を言われたり（残念なことに日常英語には困りません）、グラスを割られたり、頂いている途中の物を「finish、finish」と捲し立てられ、まるで早く終われといわんばかりの対応。食事が運ばれるタイミングも他のテーブルよりもはるかに遅くステーキの時には飲み物なしでした。隣の席の方には、グラスを割った後謝っていましたが、勿論私たちのことは無視！最後は、アンケート用紙・・一人1枚来ている用紙も私たちには1枚。持っていくときにはテーブルを叩きつけて持っていきました。アンケートも握りつぶしているのでしょうね。船上じゃなきゃ帰っていました。最終日に楽しみにしていたのでとても残念でした。

The last time I went to Hawaii, I enjoyed a dinner cruise where I could relax and savor my meal while cruising, but this sailing experience made me feel even closer to the ocean. It was truly wonderful to be splashed by the waves and to connect with nature! I could feel the ocean's blue up close, the wind on my skin, and the pleasant buzz from the Mai Tai and beer added to the sense of freedom. The sailing staff were very friendly and even danced with us, which made it so much fun! I definitely want to do this again when I go back to Hawaii!

We had a participation of four parents with two girls, aged 6 and 3.

As for my impressions, the timing was just right. We started by enjoying the food on the boat.

Regarding the meal, I had no expectations for the tour food, but it was better than I thought.

We went out on the deck to enjoy the scenery and have our meal, and by the time we finished eating, the show began.

After the show, it was sunset time, which was perfect for taking photos.

So glad we chose this fireworks dinner cruise over others. Captains Tiger and Stephanie and the staff put in so much effort to make you feel welcome and have a good time. Dinner was served as it was cooked, so it was all hot and fresh, and we had the perfect spot for a view of the fireworks show. On the way back, we were treated to hula performances and fire spinning. It was a very nice evening and we will do it again.
