The crew on the boat was humorous, and we had a very enjoyable time. They took photos for us, and the service was excellent. The length of the sunset cruise was just right. Since you can swim in the sea at the points along the way, I think having snorkeling gear would make it even more enjoyable. I also recommend bringing a jacket as it can get cold. If I have the opportunity to go to Waikiki again, I would definitely like to use this service.

The lobster looked like a giant crayfish, and although there were tools provided, it was difficult to eat. It got lively after the woman in the bridal gown appeared.

Booked a sunset cruise for Valentines Day 2023 with my sweetie. We had a blast! Saw whales and dolphins and had lots of laughs with the friendly and engaging crew. The drinks were great and the appetizer platter they present to each person was delicious! Shrimp, fresh fruit, hummus and crackers, cheese...yum! Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, and they gave us roses and champagne as a special VDay treat. Thanks everyone!

We were served delicious food, even though it was only a one-star experience.

However, perhaps due to the strong wind, the waves were rough, and the cruiser was quite shaky, resulting in three out of four family members getting sick. I also spent an hour and a half in the restroom vomiting.

Since cancellations are not allowed due to weather conditions, those who are prone to seasickness should think carefully before participating. I also saw some foreign guests vomiting on the deck.

I had a great time.
The food was luxurious and had a good portion size.
Unfortunately, the sunset was cloudy on the day I participated, so I couldn't see it. That was disappointing. Also, when I went to the upper observation area, the wind was strong, and my drink's paper cup flew away, which was shocking.
In the end, we watched a traditional performance, and I was moved by the stunning dance.

As for access, it was quite a distance from where I was staying in Waikiki, so I took the bus. It cost $6 for a round trip.

I participated in a whale watching tour on March 4th. I was torn between a large cruise ship and a smaller one, but I decided to go with the smaller cruise ship, thinking it might get closer to the whales when we spotted them.

At the meeting point, there was no reception, and the staff who were on the returning cruise ship handled the check-in, which left me a bit confused about whether I was in the right place while waiting.

They did move a bit closer, getting within about 100 meters, and I was able to take great videos and photos with my smartphone's 2x zoom.

There were options not just for the five mountains, but also for morning, late morning, and early afternoon, allowing for flexibility in scheduling with other options and making effective use of my time.

I participated in this tour in early February 2023. One of the things I wanted to do in winter Hawaii was whale watching, and since my hotel was Aulani, I joined this tour departing from Ko Olina Marina.

It takes about 25 minutes to walk from Aulani to Ko Olina Marina, and about 5 minutes by car. The tour included four alcoholic drinks, so I walked there instead of driving, but I was a bit tired on the way back (^_^;).

Upon arriving at the marina, the check-in area was easy to find. I signed in on the list, received a wristband, used the restroom, and boarded the boat. There were about 15 to 20 guests at that time, but we were the only Japanese group. All the explanations were in English, but a young Japanese male staff member came later to explain in Japanese, and he also supported us during snorkeling, which was very helpful!

After the boat headed out to sea, we encountered a mother and baby whale! I was incredibly excited to see the whales spouting water and their tails coming up to the surface with my own eyes! Since it was an evening tour, we didn’t see any dolphins, but I was very satisfied to have encountered the whales.

After that, we went to the snorkeling point and enjoyed snorkeling. During this time, we encountered a sea turtle. I was moved to see it coming up from the bottom of the ocean for air, floating on the surface, and then returning to the ocean floor, all from a very close distance! The water was a bit cold during this season, but I was glad I participated in snorkeling! After snorkeling, it was chilly, so I changed from my swimsuit to regular clothes in the boat's restroom. The restroom was a bit spacious with shelves, making it suitable for changing. There were two restrooms, one on each side at the back.

After snorkeling, we enjoyed dinner and the sunset. The dinner was served on a single plate, but it was piled high, so I was full! The taste was also delicious. The sunset from the boat was absolutely beautiful.

I think this is a highly recommended activity for those staying around Ko Olina!

冬のハワイでやりたい事がホェールウォッチングで、宿泊ホテルがアウラニだったのでコオリナマリーナから出発するこちらのツアーに参加しました。

アウラニからコオリナマリーナまでは歩いて片道25分くらい、車だと片道5分くらいです。ツアーにアルコールが4本かな？含まれていたので車は使わずに歩いて行きましたが帰りはちょっと疲れました(^_^;)

マリーナに到着して受付の場所はわかりやすかったです。名簿に記帳してリストバンドを付けて、御手洗を済ませてボートに乗り込みます。
この時は15名？20名？？くらいお客さんが居ましたが日本人は私たちのグループだけでした。
色々な説明は全て英語でしたが、若い日本人男性のスタッフさんがあとから日本語で説明しに来てくださって、その後のシュノーケルもサポートしてもらえたのでとても助かりました！

ボートが沖に出て少しするとクジラの親子に遭遇出来ました！肉眼でクジラの潮吹きや海面の上に出てきた尾びれを見られてものすごく興奮しました！夕方のツアーなので時間的にイルカは見られませんでしたがクジラに遭遇出来たので大満足でした。

その後シュノーケルポイントに行って、シュノーケルを楽しみました。この時に海亀に遭遇出来ました。海の底から息をにし浮上してくる様子や海面をぷかぷかしている様子、また海の底に帰って行く様子を近づくことが出来るギリギリの距離で見られて感動しました！
この時期の海はちょっと寒かったですが、でもシュノーケル参加して良かったです！
シュノーケルの後は寒かったのでボートのおトイレで水着から私服に着替えました。おトイレは少しだけ広めで棚とかがあったので着替えスペースも兼ねている感じでした。おトイレは後方左右に1つずつ計2つありました。

シュノーケルが終わるとディナーとサンセットを楽しみます。ディナーはワンプレートですがモリモリに盛ってもらえたのでお腹いっぱいになりました！味も美味しかったです。ボートからのサンセットもすごく素敵でした。

コオリナ周辺で宿泊されている方にはとてもおすすめのアクティビティだと思います～。

The dining area on the boat had a low ceiling and felt very cramped, which was overwhelming at first, but I quickly got used to it. You can enjoy a beautiful night view. The floor is divided into three sections, and since we had young children and couldn't eat much, we opted for the buffet. It was incredibly lively, which surprised us, but the menu included salads, yakisoba, and roast beef. The taste was just okay. There was quite a long line. The desserts were very sweet. The other floors seemed to have a more relaxed atmosphere with French course meals. The post-dinner live concert was full of singing and dancing, creating a lively atmosphere. We waited on the rooftop deck for the fireworks, which started an hour earlier while being blown by the wind, but there were fewer launches than we expected. It felt like many people were there more for the party and the night view than for the fireworks. It gets a bit chilly at night, so having a cardigan or jacket would be good.

I made a reservation as a gift for my parents.

The flow of the experience was as follows:
- Welcome dance at the boarding area
- Buffet (you can only take food once)
- Dance show
- Fireworks viewing at Hilton (only on Fridays)
- Show (audience participation)

The buffet was quite delicious, much better than it looked, and I think it would appeal to Japanese tastes.

Additionally, the boat has three floors for seating, but during the dance show, you remain seated while dancers come to each floor to perform. I believe they danced Polynesian and hula dances.

The second-floor seating (for those who chose the buffet) did not have air conditioning, and it felt breezy from the windows, so it wasn't freezing. However, the first-floor seating (for those who chose a better course than the buffet) looked very cold.

Since I boarded after sightseeing at Iolani Palace, I didn't request transportation for the tour and used Uber to return, which cost about $15 including the tip. If you're participating with 3 or 4 people, you might not need to request transportation.

If you use the bus, you can return for $3 one way on the local bus.

By the way, because there are many passengers using Uber, it can be hard to catch one after disembarking, so it's smoother to call for one while on board or make a reservation.

ビュッフェはどの料理も見た目よりもかなり美味しく、日本人の口にも合うと思います。

また、船には客席用に3フロアありますが、ダンスショーは席に座ったままで、各フロアにダンサーが来て踊ってくれるような感じでした。
ポリネシアンダンス的なものと、フラダンスを踊っていたと思います。

私が乗った2階席(ビュッフェを選択した人)は、クーラーはなく、窓から風が吹き込んでくる感じだったので極寒ではありませんでしたが、1階席(ビュッフェよりも良いコースを選択した人)はとても寒そうでした。
