Had a great time! Played volleyball on the sandbar for about an hour while the water was about 2.5 feet deep. Had a good hearty lunch with hamburgers, baked beans, pineapple, and a bag of chips. Boat then toured us over an area where sea turtles usually are. We saw well over 2 dozen, some were on the small side and some were massive in size. Boat moved over to the moon shaped reef where we snorkled for about an hour. Saw many tropical fish.
.Wear lots of sunblock and reapply.
Ample parking and easy to find.

This is an amazing way to spend a couple hours. The views are great, it’s fun to drive the ATV, and the tour guides are super nice! It’s an excellent way to see the area. The ATVs have good suspension, so while you are bouncing around, it doesn’t hurt. I would love to do it again!

We did the ATV excursion with 4 adults and 2 kids. The views were great! Riding the ATV felt like we were on the Indiana Jones ride at Disneyland, except we get to actually drive the vehicle. Our tour guide, Ethan, he was great and super friendly!! He took a lot of a pictures for us and made sure we had a great time! We would definitely recommend this tour and I wouldn’t mind doing it again.

Amazing views!

One of the best activities we have done! The ATV was able to easily handle any turn and bumps. We took turns driving and got some great views along the way. we a lot dirt kicked up so I would recommend goggles or a mask of some kind. Would definitely do again!

This was by far my favorite activity and our girls loved it. It was so beautiful. There are also so many different movies filmed here and that was cool to see. They also have a super reasonable cafe with excellent food. Bacon and eggs for only $10 and ACAI bowls were to die for!!! They do weigh you right before you get on the horse and are strict about the weight. Could have done this several times.

My friend and I took our kids, 5, 9, & 11 years old, on these, & we took the advice from others to go on a day it was going to rain a little. & I must say, it made the experience great. All of our pictures came out looking fabulous, our tour guide, he was the best. He even said it, so I’m sure many have told him this before. We chose the 2- hour ATV ride because we didn’t want to run out of time, & boy I am glad we did. We made several stops along the way in some historical places. Took a lot of different photos. & our tour guide, he even made panoramic photos and short movies that look amazing on our phone. I saw a few people out there zip lining, & it looked awesome. I wish I would’ve done that too now. Everything about this place was great and my kids loved it as well.

This was an amazing day, even with all the unexpected rain. Our tour guide went out of his way to ensure we had a fun-filled, informative, unusual and amazing tour of Kualoa Farms and the Jurassic Park experience. From patiently taking pictures of each group, to encouraging up to participate in cute dinosaur videos, he ensured we were safe but daring on our UTV's and talking to each group individually to give us the 'personal touch!" Paulo our guide was amazing! He made everyone laugh, very informative and knew the history of the ranch so well. He was an expert and made this trip so much more than what it was! The views were breathtaking! And Paulo always made sure we got to stop for photo ops! This was the highlight of our vacation and am very appreciative of the awesome customer service! In the morning, we were picked up at our hotel and taken by van to pick up other customers for the day. The driver and instructor was a Japanese-Brazilian man who had lived in Japan, so it was nice to chat with him during the ride. There were three of us participating, and one person was able to switch from kayaking to stand-up paddleboarding, which was helpful. Once we got out to sea, the guidance and advice about the current points and areas to be cautious of were accurate, allowing us to feel safe while riding. Carrying the boards and kayaks by ourselves was quite hard, but overall, we had a great time. For lunch, we could choose from the shop within the facility. Last time we had pizza, and this time we had a plate lunch. There was also a shop for marine goods, and during our free time, we could go shopping in Kailua.

Awesome ATV Adventure!!

My husband and I were on our honeymoon and wanted to do this atv adventure since we love Jurassic Park as well as riding in the mud.
This was SUCH a blast! You don't drive more than 15 mph and we are used to our turbo canam at home, but this was perfect because you got to enjoy all the scenery and take pictures while driving. The views are absolutely spectacular! You see all over the island. Our guide, Hayden, was awesome! He was very knowledgable and had some great dad-like jokes, so he always had us cracking up. We were able to stop three separate times. Hayden said as long as the group stays together and at the same speed, you get to make more stops throughout the tour. Gave us plenty of time to take pictures and really see the views. We recommended to everyone we met throughout our trip!
Thank you for making our honeymoon such a memorable experience!

What an amazing experience. The kayaks are great. They are sit-on-top kayaks which makes them much easier to get back on should you capsize or after you get out at the sandbar. The team shows you everything you need to know about the Kayak, how to get out to the sandbar and how to find your way back.

A short 30-45 min paddle out to the sandbar and you are in heaven. Get out in calm, waist deep, crystal clear, warm ocean water and look all around at the beauty and peacefulness nature provides. This was probably the most relaxed I was during the entire vacation. I would definitely recommend this trip to anyone.

It was an amazing day, on a great tour, wonderful site! Somewhat relieved our stress and anxieties during this pandemic.

My kids have been anticipating getting out after a couple of lockdowns in Hawaii due to COVID-19. Saturday morning, while their Dad was off for work, we decided to visit Kualoa Ranch. After reading more of their implementation of COVID-19 safety protocol, we felt safe and confident to take one of their tours, so we decided to book their Movie Sites Tour. I also love the fact that HawaiiActivities.com never fails to provide most up-to-date information which is how we found this to be available on that same day.
Upon entering the premises at Kualoa Ranch, numerous signs were displayed to remind guests and staff about wearing their masks, washing hands/ hand sanitizing, and practice social distancing. At the entrance, they checked our temperature and collected our information (first & last name for each of my party members, an email address, and a phone number for contact tracing. Staff & employees, including our tour guide, were wearing face masks. They also installed Plexiglas in every counter (information desks, check-in, ticket desks).
When we got through the gift shop, and the restaurant, hand sanitizers & disinfecting spray/ wipes were also readily available in many areas. We felt safe.
With everything that has been happening around us, it was a wonderful feeling to be out and explore again. We enjoyed our visit, and the Movie Sites Tour was fun! My son (8-year-old) really loved it and have been asking to go back and do horseback riding. My teenagers said they learned a lot! The tour guide was funny and informative, made us laugh throughout the tour! He has great sense of humor; he even brought a dinosaur toy with him for our photo taking at Jurassic Park and I loved how the photo came out!
It was a great day! We were there as a family 10 years ago and we will visit again in the future.

They accommodated my sudden reservation regarding Hawaii. The sandbar had amazing transparency. The BBQ hamburger I had for lunch was freshly made and very delicious. The boat was also clean and comfortable. It was a wonderful experience.
