Casey was awesome and we had an amazing time. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time.

The whole experience was awesome! The sandbar and the snorkeling were really cool. The banana boat and bumper tube was super fun! At one point while on the banana boat we had stopped and just watched a turtle pop its cute head up and swim by. I would definitely do this again.

It was a pleasant experience. The guide was cute and amazing! I highly recommend it. You can really feel the essence of Hawaii. You should definitely visit Kualoa Ranch.

気持ちの良い体験でした。ガイドさんが可愛くて最高ですね～。お勧めですね～。ハワイらしさを感じます。クアロアランチは行くべきです。

Initially, the tour was canceled due to rain and thunder before our scheduled departure. We were able to reschedule for the next day, but it was cloudy, the tide was bad, and the water was deep enough that I couldn't stand. 💦 However, all the staff were very friendly, and their effort to entertain the guests was clearly felt. They also paid attention to safety management; they checked how my daughter and I were wearing our life jackets and made adjustments because it was important, which made us feel safe and allowed us to enjoy ourselves. Having staff who can speak Japanese is definitely reassuring. During snorkeling, we were able to see a school of fish, and the staff helped us spot a sea turtle, even if just for a moment. It's natural that the weather can be unpredictable, but I would love to try again on a nicer day and would definitely want to book this tour again.

当初予約の日時に、出発前に雨と雷でツアーが欠航になりました。翌日に変更できたのですが、曇っていて潮が悪く背が立たないくらい深かった💦
でも、スタッフさんたちは皆さんフレンドリーで、ゲストを楽しませようという感じがとても伝わりました。安全管理も気を配っていて、私と娘のライフジャケットのつけ方を見て、大事なことだからと直してくださったり、安心して楽しく過ごせました。やはり、日本語可能スタッフさんがいてくれると安心ですね。シュノーケリングではお魚の群れを見ることができ、スタッフさんが教えてくれてウミガメもちょっとだけ見ることができました。
自然なので仕方がないですが、もうちょっとお天気のいい時に再チャレンジしたいし、またこのツアーにお願いしたいと思いました。

The difference from the past is that there are many participants and various ways to enjoy it (in the past, it was only snorkeling), so people of all ages can have fun. However, on this day, we were affected by half rain and cold.

昔との違いは、多くの参加者、いろいろな楽しみ方（昔はシュノーケリングのみ）があるので、年齢層に関係なく楽しめます。ただこの日は半分移行雨と寒さにやられました。

This is my fourth visit, but I brought my family for the first time. Everyone was excited and voiced their joy while enjoying the beautiful scenery during the drive. We had a great time exploring the magnificent views and filming locations. However, all the guidance after departure is in English.

私は4回目の訪問ですが、初めての家族を連れて行きました。運転しながらい凛な景色を見て全員が声を出して喜んでいました。壮大な景色やロケ地を見て回りとても楽しい時間を過ごせました。ただ出発後は案内はすべて英語です。

I had a lot of fun.
I think it's better to wear clothes that can get dirty.
If I have the chance to go again, I would like to try horseback riding as well.

I received detailed information about various characteristics of different places! Even during the travel, I was provided with trivia and guidance, which made the travel time enjoyable and not boring!

移動中も豆知識など案内頂き移動時間も飽きずに過ごせました！

Great time for the whole family. I have two young child who were able to snorkel and kayak.

Great experience. Crew was awesome and very friendly. Very good picnic cooked up by the captain. Unfortunately there were showers and lightning around, but still had the opportunity to walk the sandbar. Will definitely go again and get the snorkeling in the next time. Worth the price including the transportation from Waikiki area.

Came out to Hawaii for vacation & of course the weather is u predictable . Just so happens the day we plan on going it was high of 73 super windy and raining . They told us there was inside seating on the boat that we can not reschedule or get a refund . I’m sorry I’m not sitting on a boat for 4 hrs inside . So we ended up loosing 500$ rude people do not do it !!

First, I got out of the water after about 40 minutes due to bad weather. My body was completely cold, and the only drinks available were cold ones. I really wished there had been at least some hot coffee. Also, it was quite a bit of water (about waist-high), which is also a matter of luck. Well, I won't be coming back.

まず、悪天候で40分ぐらいで海から上がった。身体も冷えきっていて、ドリンクも冷たいものしかなくて、せめてホットコーヒーでもあればなぁと思った。
あと、これも運しだいになるが、結構水位があった（腰ぐらい）
まぁリピートは無いです。

The 2-hour horseback riding experience flew by. The instructions were given with care, allowing me to enjoy it with peace of mind. I was able to fully immerse myself in the world of Jurassic Park.

2時間の乗馬あっという間でした。丁寧に説明していただき、安心して楽しめました。ジュラシックパークの世界観を大満喫できます

Wir buchten die 2. Tagestour. Leider war zu diesem Zeitpunkt Flut. Von einer Sandbank somit weit und breit nichts zu sehen. Keine versproche Bar, kein Sandbank Feeling. Für uns vier Personen verlorene wertvolle Zeit und verlorenes Geld. Snacks: ein Minisandwich, Auswahl der im Preis inbegriffene Getränke am Boot: Wasser und ein mit Pulver angerührtes aromatisiertes orangen Getränk, das wohl einen Orangensaft darstellen sollte. Nur Schwimmen möglich, SUP, Kajakpaddeln, - alles lediglich an einem mini eingeschränktem Platz. Wir sind Sehr, sehr enttäuscht

My family said this was the best experience and they had fun! Would definatley go again!

Driving a buggy through the vast nature was refreshing and a lot of fun. There are some pretty tough off-road sections, so you can have a thrilling experience as well. Watching the movie in advance will enhance your enjoyment even more.

バギーを自分で運転しながら広大な自然の中を巡るのは爽快でとても楽しかったです。
結構オフロードがキツい所もあるのでスリリングな体験も出来ます。
映画を事前に観ておくとより楽しめます。

It's good that activities like SUP and snorkeling are available, but there's no explanation for why the sandbar doesn't appear, and everything is left up to the participants with very little staff involvement. This tour is great for those who want to play freely for about two hours.

サンドバーが出現しないことの説明がない中で、SUPやシュノーケルなどのアクティビティが用意されているのは良いが、すべて参加者任せで、スタッフの介入がほとんどない。
自由に、2時間程度遊びたい人には良いツアーです。

It was our family's first time horseback riding, and since the pre-ride instructions were in Japanese, even beginners could ride without any issues. Riding in such a wonderful location was fantastic. I would love to participate again next time.

家族で初めての乗馬でしたが、乗馬前のレクも日本語だったので素人でも問題なく乗馬できました。素晴らしいロケーションでの乗馬最高でした。次回もまた参加してみたいです。

This was the highlight of our trip to Oahu. We had such an amazing time. My daughter who is six made friends with one of the staff and helped them clean all of the masks. We loved the snorkeling and the kayaking.. we were invited to join the speedboat, pulling the bananas out into the ocean and got to see some sea turtles! Everybody we spoke to was warm and inviting. The owner of the Boat even took time to explain to my son how the engines worked. Absolutely phenomenal experience. Thank you for everything.

We had a wonderful time with the entire crew! The bbq was great as well! Would recommend doing this when in Hawaii! They took us to see turtles and I got some great pictures and video of turtles swimming!

I checked the tide and participated in the morning. The knee-deep water was decent, but I was surprised that it was cold even in May, probably due to the strong wind. My daughter was feeling cold the whole time and ended up wanting to get back on the boat early.

I didn't want to rent snorkeling gear, so I bought my own in Japan. I thought I saw something that mentioned we might encounter sea turtles, so I asked the guide if they could take us to a place where we could see them. They coldly replied that there are no sea turtles and that they wouldn't go to such a place. It seems that what I saw might have been a tour authorized by the state government.

The snorkeling set wasn't necessary; just a pair of goggles for the pool would have sufficed. The area enclosed by the buoys felt quite small.

Because of the strong wind, the stand-up paddleboard was easily swept outside the buoys, making it hard to enjoy. The donuts looked like they came in various types in the photos, but there was only one kind available.

The live music was lovely, but although it appeared to be a duet in the photos, there was only one performer. Next time I go, I think I will avoid this tour based on this experience.

潮位は調べて午前中に参加しました。
膝位でまずまずでしたが、風が強いせいか5月でも寒いのにびっくりです。娘はずっと寒がっていて早々に船に引き上げてしまいました。
シュノーケリング をレンタルするのが嫌で日本で購入して行きました。海亀に遭遇できるかもって文言を見た気がしたので、日本対応のガイドさんに海亀が見えるところに連れて行ってもらえるのですかと聞いた所、海亀なんていません。そんな所には行きませんと冷たく言い放たれてしまいました。どうも私が見たのは州政府公認許可を得ているツアーだったのかもです。
シュノーケリング のセットは必要なくただプールで使うゴーグルで事足りる感じでした。ブイで囲まれている面積も狭い感じでした。
風が強いのでSUPが流されてブイの外にすぐ出る感じであまり楽しめなかったです。
ドーナツも写真ではいろいろな種類が写ってますが1種類だけでした。
生演奏は素敵でしたが、写真では2人で演奏ですがお1人でした。
今度行くときは今回の事を踏まえてこのツアーにはしないかと思います。

Since it was a solo trip to Hawaii, I participated alone, but I enjoyed snorkeling and kayaking. Being an older lady, it was challenging to get into the kayak, but thanks to the kind staff, I was able to get on safely, which was great. All the staff were very friendly, and I had a wonderful time.

ひとりでのハワイ旅だったのでひとりで参加したがシュノーケリングやカヤックを楽しんだ。おばちゃんなのでカヤックに乗るのが大変だったが親切なスタッフのおかげで無事に乗れたのはよかった。スタッフのみんながとてもフレンドリーで楽しい時間を過ごせた。

The morning tour was fully booked, so I joined the afternoon tour. The afternoon was perfect for snorkeling, and I had a great time. The atmosphere on the boat and the staff were kind, and I truly made wonderful memories.

午前のツアーは空きが無く、午後のツアーに参加しました。
午後はシュノーケリングするのには最適で、ずっと楽しめました。
船の中の雰囲気やスタッフの方も優しくて、本当にいい思い出が出来ました。

The 4-wheel buggy rides over some pretty bumpy roads, so there is quite a bit of vibration, but it was fun. It takes you through various courses on a wide ranch. However, the explanations are only in English, so I couldn't understand what they were saying at all, which was disappointing.

4輪バギーはかなり凸凹な道も走るのでかなり振動がありますが、面白かったです。
広い牧場のなかをいろいろなコースに連れて行ってくれます。
ただせっかくの説明が英語のみなので、何を言っているのかさっぱりわからないので、そこが残念でした。

It was great to enjoy the powerful scenery along with the buggy. The guide was very good at getting everyone excited, took a lot of photos, and created many fun moments. We visited many filming locations, which was a wonderful experience. I wish I could have enjoyed it even more if I understood English better.

迫力のある景色をバギーとともに楽しめるのがとても良かったです。
ガイドさんもとても盛り上げ上手で、写真もたくさんとってくださり、楽しい時間をたくさん作ってくれました。
映画の撮影地をたくさん巡ってくださり、とても良い経験でした
英語がわかればもっと楽しめたなぁと思います。

This is my second time participating. The singing voices of the two performers on the boat are simply amazing!! While I had fun snorkeling and playing with the fish, I can't forget the live singing. I invited my friends who came with me this time so they could hear this beautiful singing too. The staff members were also kind, and I plan to go to Hawaii again in October this year for a solo trip, so I definitely want to participate even if I'm alone.

船の中で歌ってくれるお2人の歌声がとにかく最高！！シュノーケルでお魚と戯れるのも楽しかったですが　私は生歌がとにかく忘れられなくて　今回一緒に行った友人達にもこの歌声を聞いてもらいたくて誘いました。スタッフの方々も親切で　今年　10月にもまた一人旅でハワイに行くつもりなので　これは1人でも参加したいです。

This is a must if you go to Hawaii, the ranch was awesome and I highly recommend it to all. Don’t miss it you will be disappointed! Once in a lifetime experience.

We traveled on a cruise ship while listening to live music. We stopped in water that was about waist-deep, enjoyed snorkeling and feeding the fish, and then explored by riding kayaks and canoes. After that, we were taken by motorboat to see sea turtles. There were far more tropical fish than at Hanauma, and the sea was beautiful, which was great.

クルーズ船で生演奏聴きながら移動。腰くらいの深さのところで停泊し、シュノーケリング、魚に餌やりなどで楽しみ、カヤックやカヌーに乗って周遊。その後、モーターボートです海亀を見に連れてってくれます。
ハナウマのよりもはるかに熱帯魚多くて海も綺麗で良かったです。

Great staff, great views and great experience!!!!

It was nice they gave us bread to give to the fish :)
