This was an awesome experience Michael and Myah made our time so unforgettable! They were fun, encouraging and engaging. They really knew how to make sure everyone was having a good time. The equipment was light weight and very secure. I felt safe the whole time, even as a first time zip-liner. I would suggest bringing sun screen and cash. They have bottled water for sale so it’s a good idea to bring your own, if possible. Also, invest in the transportation if not utilizing rental car services during your vacation. The amount of an Uber or Lyft will cost the same if not more than the transportation that Crater Coral offers. Overall it was awesome and I will definitely be returning and recommending to all our friends!

The ride was too short. the advertisement said it was one hour to one and a half hours but actually only lasted 45 minutes. The price was too expensive and should be a maximum of $5o dollars each for this zip line. The staff was very friendly and nice.

It is a good experience for novice individuals who has not had any climbing experience. I believe the description on the website should be more specific of the tower features, and exactly what the activity includes. My 12 year old son got so scared before they all even started that he did not want to continue so it was a loss only part ( I mean of what I paid for ). It was unexpected but I am sure it is inevitable that someone gets scared and cannot continue with the activity at all and I heard from the staff that it happens often where kids end up not continuing with the activity. It would b nice to have an alternative activity or form of refund or waived fee or transferrable to another ride or activity at Coral crate. We did other activities at Coral crate including Ziplining and ATVs so I really did hope we could have at least had some refund or waived fee/ transferred to another activity.
Also, there were a lot of bugs so be prepared. Part of the nature adventure )-)

Ziplining is not scary as I thought. The 2 guides were amazing. Standing on the platform was scarier for me than the biplane itself. We did the 3 lines. Plan and reserve ahead to get the 6 lines.
Veltra helped us book the event over, thankfully.

The Tropical Rainforest Trail and waterfall swim custom hiking tour was well worth the cost. The guide was knowledgeable about everything we encountered on the tour and the locations we visited. This was an experience we will never forget. Thank you.

My sister and I had a great time at Coral Crater and our guides (Madelyn and Kory (might've spelled their names wrong)) were terrific!! They made the experience so much fun and were so conversational that it made the time fly by. I would recommend this place for anyone of all ages and to whoever wants to have a fun time!

I think I came to Hawaii for this. This made me like Hawaii! The first thing I did after iClouding every video of dolphins was buying a shirts that says i love hawaii. I saw so many dolphins and knew that they are much more adorable than i have thought of. They are very curious that they circle around humans, and come really close to boat.

Our first time doing zip lining with my 7 and 11 years old kids. As first time participants we had some fears about the height and the whole thing but with the guides and their approach no any fears.

We are a family of 7 and it was our very 1st time zip lining we purchased the 3 lines since it was something we were unfamiliar with. Our guides Hunter and Michelle were fabulous. They made the whole experience unforgettable. Mind you, 1 of my daughters lost her phone on the last line and fell in the trees and bushes below Hunter along with my husband took the time to try their best to find it. Cellphone was recuperated with minor scratches Yay! I highly recommend them. Next time we visit we will definitely be back.

This was my favorite part of our vacation. The staff were very friendly and professional. I loved that they really emphasized how important it is to respect the ocean wildlife. We got to see the spinner dolphins, turtles, and fish. I highly recommend it!

This was an amazing experience for our girls trip. If you are looking for fun activities that are self guided this is the tour for you. We did the snorkeling and paddle boarding both were extremely fun and we had plenty of time to do both. The price was great and included everything we needed. We got to see 2/3 of Oahu, which was beautiful. Our tour guide was Sam he was helpful and funny. Would recommend this tour/activity day to anyone!!

The guides were so nice and helpful it made the experience a lot better. It really felt like the whole group was a family. And they were really clear with instructions so newcomers don’t have to worry about it if they don’t know how to zip line. I would totally recommend to anyone traveling here.

We enjoy this tour each time we take it. We brought our mom and wanted her to experience the sites of the island. Chelsie was very knowledgeable with details about the different stops, as well as along the route. I would recommend this tour to anyone with plans on visiting Oahu.

While the tour itself was great- we did see dolphins and turtles- this company has no regard for covid protocols. They pick you up and I asked prior to see if they enforced masks on the bus- as that is the law. They assured me they were. When we got picked up the driver wasn’t wearing a mask! When I asked him he basically ignored me. Half the passengers weren’t. My family double masked but with no windows open it was very unsafe. If you want a safe experience- I would not pick this company.

Great crew - swam with a big pod of dolphins a couple of times. Totally worth it! Also, snacks, slide, snorkel and jumping off the top of the boat was fun!

Cousin G was a wonderful driver and guide. He provided great local information and the activities were so fun that everyone was exhausted! This is a great addition to any first timer and well worth it!

Civitas Tours

We were late to book long trips and reserved this one. Staff was nice, easy to deal with but you get very little to ride. I was happy anyways since it was my first time but ride does not show you much scenery. Positive review anyway as it was my fault to wait till the last minute.

Best experience in my trip to Hawaii for my family and I.

Cap/Papa and his crew were amazing. Highly recommended.

Team was great and it was a super fun experience, just felt a little redundant going around the track multiple times still would recommend this activity!

A bit pricey but my family really enjoyed it. Prepare to get extremely dusty Hopefully you don't have more than two people who wants to drive because they were strict about drivers. Overall very fun and the course was ran several times which gave us enough time to enjoy

Disappointed not to see the spinner dolphins. Should have spent more time trying to locate them rather than just giving up and heading out to deeper water for the bottle nose. Our whole purpose was to see the spinners.

First time taking the Surf Bus. Driver was on time. He was knowledgeable. Didn't like his attitude at first because he had a way of making you feel foolish but at the end, he turned out to be a nice guide. My family and I did the waterfall hike and kayaking. The waterfall hike was timed for three hours. It was a beautiful hike through Waimea Valley seeing tropical plants and birds. To my surprise, the waterfall was smaller than I thought. There were too many people swimming already and it was only 10am. My kids did not want to swim because of the amount of people in the water. Even after the hike, and the waterfall and even ate lunch at the cafe, three hours was too much. It could've been spent doing other activities. We went kayaking in the afternoon. My family enjoyed that even though we didn't see any turtles. We were disappointed that we couldn't walk to town and get shaved ice because the line was too long. All in all, my family had a decent time.

It was really fun and our guide, Sydney, was amazing. She was a lot of fun and really nice.

This was the most memorable experience for our group of 10, the crew was amazing, drinks were on point and the sights were fantastic. I grew up on the islands and they brought the Kama Aina experience to a group of first time visitors.

It started out with the driver arriving more than an hour late. He had to use the bathroom upon arrival which delayed us by another 15 mins. We had to rush through everything g. There was no swimming at the waterfall. We walked up to it turned around and walked back. Got to Dole in time for whip to jump back in the van to air in traffic for 1.5+ hours. There was no air conditioning and the speakers didn’t work. We were HOT with no tour/history lesson. HORRIBLE!!

we did this as a family and all of us had fun! We got so dirty at the end of the activity but it was all good , we had the best experience ! Our tour guide was very nice.

Everyone in the boat are amazing and professional peoples, they have a lot of knowledge, a spectacular adventure and especially because we swim with dolphins in their habitat without causing them stress. thank you for your incredible work

This was so much fun! We got to see part of the island. I got to SUP for the first time. Learned a lot while on the bus. The driver was telling us about the scenery and where certain movies were filmed.

We had an amazing time! Don’t sleep on this opportunity! You won’t find a better crew.
