Beautiful sights all throughout the tour! I would do this again and recommend
Absolutely incredible experience! Every crew member was friendly, knowledgeable, and joy to be around. We saw two large pods of dolphins (crew estimated each pod to be about 100 spotted dolphins) - it was awe inspiring to see these beautiful animals in their natural environment. After two separate snorkel tours for dolphins, we moved to shallower water for various activities - the crew members were so helpful and great with kids wanting to try everything! Splurge and purchase the professional photos! We highly recommend this tour to everyone and will definitely go again the next time we visit.

This was our first activity in Hawaii and I am so happy it was. Cousin G was knowledgeable, fun and funny! Great tour and highly recommend!

The tour of the North Shore was a wonderful way to see this iconic area. Our guide, Kevin, was a wealth of knowledge as he was born and raised in the area. We stopped at several locations to allow for sightseeing, shopping, eating and various activities. It was a day well spent.
Colins was very knowledgeable and friendly with our group. Always offering answers to any question that came his way.
The tour was in a mini-bus rather than the larger motorcoach buses. The tour guide was very knowledgeable. I really liked the stop at Waimea Valley the best. It was nice to get out and go on a nature walk. The entire route is fully paved. If you want to swim, there's time to swim too. Lunch was at Fumi's and I'd recommend their garlic shrimp (yum!). Overall, the day was a full day so make sure you get plenty of rest the night before and wear comfortable shoes.
WOW! This doors-off flight was AMAZING. You start at Turtle Bay's heliport (conveniently in the parking lot, only a quick 5-min golf cart ride from the hotel). Then, we flew around the island with an amazing helicopter pilot. She landed us at Kualoa Ranch and we had the best views around us. The helicopter ride was amazing...but the landing..wow! I can't say enough good things about this tour.
Keep in mind, with the doors off it's very windy. I'd recommend wearing a windbreaker jacket to be comfortable.
Paid boat ride is non-refundable when dock is damaged. This policy should be modified to go right by the customer and website need to stop bookings. I could just easily drove there with my rental car and just check out the sites. The money I spent for the boat could have been used to pay for the submarine tour!

Yes, unfortunately the dock was temporarily closed. The National Park Service does not provide us with refunds as the Pearl Harbor Visitor Center has so much to offer with its monuments, exhibits, attack film and museums. You are also able to pay your respects to the fallen from the dockside, which is always open.
We regret that you did not feel the tour guide's knowledgeable narration to/from Waikiki and Pearl Harbor, nor the hassle of driving/parking was worth it. Please accept our apologies and thank you for your valuable feedback. We hope your overall stay in Hawaii was a safe and enjoyable one. Stay well.
Since it was the season, I was able to see whales. That said, they were quite far away, and I only saw their spouts and tails... Unfortunately, during the dolphin swim, I didn't encounter any dolphins, but on the way back, I was able to see some resting dolphins from the boat in the shallow waters where they make their beds. There was also time for snorkeling, but since a large group was chasing the turtles all at once, both the fish and turtles got scared, and I only got to see them properly for about five minutes. Depending on luck, it does feel a bit overpriced, especially since I paid over 20,000 yen, but considering the transportation and lunch included, I guess this is what you get with the high prices in Hawaii and the impact of COVID-19 on the tourism industry. However, the staff were truly kind and reliable; even though I participated alone, they were always considerate, and I had a great time. Due to the holiday season, the boat was fully booked with people from Europe, America, and China, but the waves were high, and the boat was rocking, leading to many people getting seasick. After the middle of the trip, it turned into a scene from hell. It might be better to aim for the off-season for various reasons.
シーズンということで、クジラも見れました。と言ってもかなり遠くで、潮吹きと尾っぽのみでしたが…肝心のドルフィンスイムではイルカに出会えず、帰り際にイルカたちが寝床にしている浅瀬で、お休み中のイルカを船上から見ることができました。シュノーケリングの時間もありますが、大人数で一斉にカメを追いかけるため、魚もカメも怖がってしまい、まともに見れたのは5分程度です。運次第ではありますが、2万円以上払っただけに全体的には割高感は否めませんが、送迎とランチ付きでハワイの物価の高さ&コロナ禍の観光業となるとこうなってしまうのかとしれません。ただ本当にスタッフの皆さんは優しくて頼もしく、1人参加でしたが常に気遣ってもらい楽しく過ごせました。なおホリデーシーズンのため欧米や中国の方で満席状態でしたが、とにかく波が高くて船が揺れるため船酔いする人が続出。中盤以降は地獄絵図と化していました。色々な意味でシーズンオフを狙った方が良いかもしれません。

I had the best time!!! The staff was so friendly and nice and we even got a little special guitar performance on the way back to the island. The lunch was spectacular and if there are any leftovers, they will be given! But it is very filling! I can’t imagine what I’d do if I came to Hawaii and missed this tour! From start to finish, the instructors were very professional and had humor while we were doing the activities. I regret not purchasing the 6 lines because it was so much fun, we all wanted to more. 10/10 I’ll do this again once I come back to Oahu!
Our driver, Chelsie, was fabulous! I am giving this tour 4 stars because she deserves the stars! Very interesting and informative tour of the Island. As for the transportation…you definitely need to invest & updated the buses with better air conditioning. It was fully packed, not one spare seat on the bus…and the air conditioning was inadequate to keep the bus at a comfortable temperature.

Until I was told "You have control," I was enjoying the scenery and taking photos. Once my piloting began, I was so nervous that I could only focus on the front and the instruments, but after about five minutes, I was able to relax and take in the surrounding views. It was my first experience, and I think this is just the beginning.
As for infection control, we both wore masks and communicated through the intercom, so there were no droplets. Additionally, the cabin is ventilated with airflow coming in from the wings on both sides. Also, there is a mount for attaching a GoPro, so bringing a GoPro or similar device is possible.

Since I mentioned it was my first time in Hawaii, they showed me guidebooks available in the lounge and provided various information and photos about Hawaii. 午前中に国際線で到着して、そのまま空港に迎えに来て頂き、操縦体験後、宿泊施設へ向かったので別で送迎手配も不要で大変スムーズでした！
操縦体験前にオフィスの待機場所でハワイのジュースやお菓子をご用意頂き、オフィスの待機場所や御手洗もどこかのラウンジみたいで高級感、清潔感があって、初めての操縦体験で緊張してましたがリラックスできました。
オーナーさん、受付ご担当の方が日本の方で、格納庫の施設案内をして下さり、飛行機の説明や写真を撮ってくれました。
【操縦体験】
その後、飛行機の点検を終えたパイロットイントラの方がオフィスへ迎えに来てくれて、今日の飛行ルートや天候の説明をしてくれました。
イントラは韓国系ハワイアンの方でゆっくりの英語で話して下さり、受付ご担当の方も通訳して下さったので分かりやすかったです。（当日はお休みでしたご日本語ができるイントラの方もいらっしゃるそうです）
説明の中で今日は離陸直後から気流が悪いという事や気流の影響も踏まえて、北側の後半辺りを操縦してみましょう。という話をしてくれたので心構えができました。
搭乗時もコクピットにスタンバイしている写真もたくさん撮って頂きました。（機長席の左側に座ります！）
いよいよ離陸ですが、プロペラがかなりの音なので、ヘッドホン＆マイクでイントラとやり取りします。
ヘッドホンからは管制塔からの指示？等の無線も聞こえてくるので、それも貴重な体験です。
離陸直後はかなり揺れて（一応、嘔吐用の袋を持たせてくれます）怖かったですが、それ以上に景色がとても綺麗で自由に写真も撮れます。
コクピット席で見るハワイの風景は格別です！
イントラから、どの辺りを飛んでいるのか随時説明もしてくれます。島や岬、ジュラシックパークの撮影場所の等、初めてのハワイだったので地理がよく分かりました。
操縦体験中はイントラから分かりやすい単語で指示をしてもらい、事前にお願いしていたので操縦している所の写真も何枚か撮ってもらいました。
操縦体験は初心者の私でもとても簡単に楽しめました。
【操縦体験後】
写真のデーター待ちの間、先程のラウンジでジュースとお菓子を頂き、ハワイが初めてである事を話していたのでラウンジにあるガイドブックを見せてもらったり、受付ご担当の方からハワイの写真やいろいろ情報を教えてもらう事ができました。
宿泊施設へ送って頂く際も通り道の随所随所でハワイ情報の説明をして頂きながら送って頂けたので、初日にこのアクティビティに参加して良かったと思いました！

Cousin G was awesome! We had a great day. The morning activity we chose snorkeling. Unfortunately for others, the falls were closing on Monday’s starting THAT day due to covid restrictions, so everyone had to do snorkeling. Had some food from shrimp truck, it was okay. We stopped at a macadamia nut and coffee tasting place, that was really cool. We did kayaking for our afternoon activity- not a lot of shade so definitely bring sunscreen or wear a long sleeve top, we roasted on the river. Then we stopped in town. Was a great day on the north shore, thanks again cousin g!
The dolphin tour was so crowded and even though the guide was friendly and the people were very friendly there were just too many. Many people didn’t actually get to see the dolphins in the water and were being kicked with fins because of how crowded it was. We will not be doing that again unless there are less people.

Saw a pod of dolpins. swam with sea turtles and we had rare sighting of a HUGE pod of pilot whales, maybe about 30-40 of them !

We will definitely do this sunset cruise every time we come to Ko Olina. TJ was an awesome host and Travis the captain snd Jake were great too. Boat been refurbished and very comfortable. Great music and potent, delicious rum concoctions that I want to recreate at home. Well done! We will be back! All ages worked well.
The crew were friendly, but the photographer was no good. Don’t purchase the pictures. They are not worth it. She basically only took pictures of u on the boat, which u can also do with your own camera. When it’s time to go under water, the photographer was too busy snorkeling herself. We had to chase her down for some pictures, but it came out super blurry. At the end when the pictures package were emailed to us, it consists many Google under water sea life images. I’d recommend u bring ur own phone with waterproof pouch, the pictures will be so much better.
The crew was professional and engaging. We were pleased with the beverage and food offerings. Even more so is that we lucked out with a spectacular sunset night and spinner dolphins that entertained us by swimming along with the catamaran. We sailed the entire time as the winds were good. Boarding and everything were simple and quick.
I'd highly recommend this activity!
