I was surprised at how easy it was to ride a Segway during my first experience.

It felt like I could go anywhere, even to places that seemed a bit far for a walk, just by leaning my weight in the direction I wanted to go.

It's perfect for walking!

In the end, I just followed the guide and covered quite a distance while seeing various sights.

Segways are the best!!!

We had a party of 6 so did private charter. Only way to do the fireworks.

Boat was perfect and the crew was fantastic. Very timely and thoughtful. Right before dusk, captain saw a whale surface and we got to see it and the flute. Appreciated him catching it.

We got lucky and they texted day of to see if we wanted to go out early for the sunset. Got message late and they still made it work. Only a minimal extra charge.

Whale, sunset and fireworks. Doesn’t get any better. Highly recommend this tour.

Let's join this tour with an open mind, haha!

First, the staff arrived about 20 minutes late from the meeting time! Well, since the other participants didn't complain, I'll take it as a good sign.

Also, once we got on the boat, there was a long explanation, but it was all in English! (By the way, the email we received right before also came in English, so I used a translation app to understand the content.)

Anyway, after listening to the explanation, we dove in! We saw so many turtles, it was amazing!

On the way back, we even encountered dolphins. It would have been perfect if I understood English, but I still had a great time!

I participated because I wanted to experience something that I can't enjoy in Japan during my first trip to Hawaii. It rained from the morning of the reserved day, and I received a call first thing in the morning from Genie, who suggested, "Since the weather is bad today, let's change it to tomorrow afternoon!" The change turned out to be a great decision, as the next day was clear and sunny! The staff were very polite and taught us well, and even though I was nervous, I was able to ride smoothly and had a very enjoyable two hours! It was fun to feel the wind. Snorkeling spot is great, saw sea turtles and of course a lot of fishes.
We were very lucky to see 4 spots of dolphins swimming just around us and jumping and spinning.
Great crew, very friendly and helpful.
We brought 2 babies (18 months) with us, they also had a great time, could tell from their face :)

Attending a private tour allowed us to set out immediately for the dolphins when spotted them. Will def. choose to do private tour again next time.

As someone who scours reviews making sure to pick the right one, I definitely recommend this sail!!!

The crew was fantastic and extremely helpful the entirety of the trip. The boat fits a good amount of people but is still small enough to feel like you are not lost in a crowd. When leaving the dock, we saw a big group of surfers and then sailed along the entire coast up to Diamond Head. We saw a beautiful sunset, and even a pod of Hawaiian Spinner dolphins on our way out! After the sun sets, you get a great view of the city lit up at night and a beautiful view of the moon as well.

Great selection of drinks, first one is free (additional alcohol for only $6), and it’s not your usual cheap beer/wine but actually a full bar with great spirit choices!!

The price of the tour is extremely fair and we definitely would recommend this specific charter to any friends and family!!!! Thanks Moana Catamaran for a great evening!

Both my wife and I are in our late 50s, while the other two couples are younger. Although we both ride motorcycles, we were a bit worried about keeping up with the younger crowd. After a brief 10-minute lecture, we were ready to ride. I think the Japanese guide was very good at teaching.

Since we ride standing up, the view is great, and we moved at a jogging pace, which allowed us to look around leisurely. At Ala Moana Beach Park, we were allowed to go onto the grass, and it was a fun experience being waved at by people sunbathing on benches while also being chased away by park rangers.

The weather was nice, but the sun was strong, so I put on a UV-cut parka. The feeling of riding was indescribably strange; the sound of the motor just echoed with a whoosh. Without hard tires and suspension, the bumps in the road were transmitted directly to us.

We even had someone take a video of us while riding, and with a break in between, the roughly two hours flew by. Including tips, it was quite an expense, but it turned out to be a unique experience. I would love to ride again.

I struggled to get used to putting on the snorkel and couldn't get into the water for a while. The guide mentioned that they couldn't take responsibility for those who couldn't swim, so they advised us not to swim. Once we set sail, everything went smoothly, and we were able to see sea turtles coming up to the surface multiple times, which was amazing.

This cruise was so much fun. The crew was really friendly and there were about 3-4 crew in the water with us which made novice snorkelers more comfortable. Overall, loved this cruise.

Tips:
-This boat departs from Kewalo Basin Harbor. The parking lot was crowded so Uber/Lyft or taxi is best.
-Bring sunscreen, towel, change of clothes for after

After we finished the snorkel sail, we headed over to Kakaako to grab lunch!

Absolutely LOVED this trip!! We did the 11am-3pm time block and it was perfect. The inside cabin was also air-conditioned. And, yes, the hot tub was perfect too!

We brought our own snacks and drinks since we knew it was a longer 4-hour trip. Snorkel equipment was included for those of us that wanted to snorkel.

The boat was HUGE (74ft!) so we had plenty of space. We brought our own smaller speaker which was great for lounging on the bow of the boat.
