I don't know the reason for the cancellation. The weather was nice. For some reason, when it was time to check in, there was only one couple, my husband and I, at the port. Then a staff member came from the boat and told us about the cancellation, and that staff member went somewhere. We did receive a refund, but it was quite disappointing to have a cancellation on the day! I found other reviews of this tour on different sites when I searched, so I should have looked more carefully before making a decision.

We participated at the request of my son, who is in the first year of junior high school.

There were about 20 participants, and we were the only Japanese. First, we headed to Diamond Head and fished at about four different spots. We were able to catch some fish, which made for great memories. We caught a magnificent fish about 40 centimeters long, and the staff grilled it for us, and it was delicious♪

I was worried about the lack of transportation, but it wasn't a problem. It took about 15 minutes by taxi from our hotel (Waikiki) to get there. On the way back, we walked to the nearby Ward Center to do some shopping, played at the arcade in the Ward Entertainment Center, and also stopped by the Whole Foods Market next door. I called Hanataxi (they speak Japanese) to pick us up from Whole Foods and take us back to the hotel.

I'm really glad we decided to participate. Thank you!

I went without much expectation because I had read reviews saying they couldn't see anything, but I was able to see whales spouting and diving about 5 or 6 times! Their tails were huge, and it was truly moving! I tend to get motion sickness easily, but I didn't feel sick at all without taking any medication. However, since the wind can be strong, it's better to bring a jacket. Inside the boat, you go barefoot, and some people spill drinks due to the wind, so wearing something that can get wet is recommended! Also, the shuttle bus for pick-up only stops on the street and doesn't come to call you. Since there's no company name written on it, it doesn't stand out, and it might depend on the driver, but they don't call out names either, so I think it's best to check when a larger van stops. Additionally, those with a pick-up plan arrive in front of the boat 30 minutes early, so you might have some time to kill. (There's an ice cream shop nearby, so you can pass the time there!)

尾鰭だけですがとっても大きくて感動しました！
自分は乗り物酔いしやすいですが、酔い止めなしでも全く酔いませんでした。
ただ風が強いので上着は持って行ったほうがいいです。
船内は裸足ですし、風でドリンクをこぼしたりする方もいるので濡れてもいい格好がおすすめです！
あと、送迎のシャトルバスは通りに止まるだけで呼びにきてはくれません。
会社名が書いてあるわけでもないので目立ちませんし、ドライバーさんによるかもですが名前を呼ばれたりもしないので大きめのバンが止まったら確認しに行くのが良いと思います。
あと送迎付きのプランの方は30分前に船の前に着くので、少々暇です。
（近くにアイス屋さんがあるので時間は潰せると思います！）

My wife, my nephew, and I participated together. We drove to the store with a rental car, and there was parking available right in front of the store. As soon as we started practicing, my wife and I, having done this six times before, got the hang of it quickly, and then it was my nephew's turn, who was riding a Segway for the first time! Thanks to the guide's precise advice and thorough explanations, he was riding smoothly in just a few minutes. After that, some older participants were practicing as well, and they managed to ride quite quickly too. Once the practice was over, we started the ride in the order of the guide leading, followed by the older participants, my nephew, my wife, and then me! Riding the Segway felt amazing with the wind in our faces! The guide also took photos at key points, which made my nephew very happy. Finally, we had some free riding time at Kaka'ako Waterfront Park, which was also a lot of fun! However, I was worried because rain clouds were approaching from the Manoa area, and eventually, it started to rain. It wasn't heavy enough to need ponchos, but it looked like it might pour, and with the strong wind, it got cold, so we decided to retreat. It was a bit disappointing that we couldn't take our time returning, but even so, riding the Segway was fantastic! My nephew, who usually doesn't show much emotion, said he wanted to ride again next time!! He seemed to have a lot of fun. In addition to the joy of riding the Segway, we enjoyed the guide's sightseeing information and friendly, attentive service throughout the ride. とかなり楽しかったようです。

So much fun!! I was a little nervous at first to bring my daughter because it is a bar and she is only 16 (although very mature for her age), but it was our last day in Hawaii and we had already checked out of the hotel, and she wanted to go, so I thought what the heck. She had a great time hanging out on the lounging splash nets and “jumping” the waves. The crew and other passengers were great too, kept her entertained and sipping on POG juice while her mama had a few mai tais. What a wonderful way to end our vacation in Hawaii! Highly recommend it.

I thought it was a little expensive at first for a 90-minute cruise but when I heard there was an open bar included, I couldn’t believe it. I had sooo many drinks lol. The music was great and the sunset was just too pretty. I also made a few local friends who said they do this cruise all the time. We kept hanging out after and they took me to their favorite bar in SALT in Kaka’ako so we could keep the party going. Mahalo!

I wasn’t totally sold on this tour since clubbing/partying and loud music isn’t usually my scene. But I do love fireworks, and sailing, so I figured why not, it’s only one hour…and I’m so glad I did! The music was kinda loud, but the vibe was so chill and laid-back that it didn’t feel overwhelming at all. I guess that’s what Hawaii is all about! Everyone was so friendly, I had no problem talking to anyone and enjoying the fireworks. And the cocktail (I only had one, haha) was tasty too! If you are on the fence about this tour, I say just take it!

Me and my friends had so much fun on this tour, we can’t wait to go again. We loved watching the fireworks, and the crew was soooo much fun (shoutout to Dustin!) The cruise was only one hour which is NOT long enough to get totally wasted at the open bar lol, which actually turned out to be a good thing because we ended up chilling in Kaka’ako afterwards. So an awesome pregame lol. Very highly recommend this tour!

I went on this tour with a bunch of my friends and we had an absolute blast! We were celebrating a bachelorette party and we wanted to make sure our bride-to-be had all the mai tais she could drink! Meanwhile me and the girls enjoyed watching the Waikiki beaches go by and plotting out where we were going to go next. On the way back we sat out on the netted area and got splashed! The ocean was sooooo pretty. What a fun way to see Waikiki. I know our bride was happy (although she may not remember it lol).

The catamaran was beautiful and a lovely ride - we even got to do a little whale watching while we were out. It was fantastic to be able to include so many family members on the cruise - plenty of room. The waters were calm and clear, it was a perfect day and perfect way to say goodbye.

After deciding to go to Hawaii, I was asked to go fishing, so I made a reservation here. Although they didn't speak Japanese, we managed to communicate since it was fishing. I was worried about seasickness, but I didn't experience any at all. During our trip, we didn't catch many fish overall, but my son caught three small ones and released them. Although we couldn't eat them, my son was very satisfied to be able to fish in the beautiful sea.

We gathered in front of the marina's dock. Despite the boat being named "Sashimi II," it was a bit disappointing that no one spoke Japanese at all. I was the only Japanese participant, but if you have a little experience with fishing, you can understand how to use the equipment and the fishing techniques. I was able to grasp most of the explanations through gestures.

The bait was cut squid, and we used a simple bottom fishing setup with a two-hook rig and weights. We fished while changing points from the marina to off Waikiki and Diamond Head. The scenery was beautiful, providing double the enjoyment.

The target was the Mōngara (a type of filefish), and the crew prepared the fish we caught on board, allowing us to taste it on the way back.

I participated in whale watching. I was able to spot a whale from a distance. I wanted to see it a bit closer, but the wind was pleasant, and I enjoyed the cruise. It was quite cold, so a long-sleeved jacket is essential. I hesitated about the pickup service being more expensive than meeting on-site, but I think if I had gone to the meeting point, there would have been so many boats that I wouldn't have known where to go. I'm glad I chose the pickup service, as it allowed me to participate with peace of mind.

I participated in the afternoon tour at the beginning of January. I was torn between other tours, but I decided on this one because it was smaller and I thought we might get a bit closer to the whales. The weather was clear, but I had seen reviews mentioning that some people didn’t see any whales, so I tried not to get my hopes up too much.

We set out about 15 minutes offshore on a small cruise ship and then waited in the surrounding area to see the whales. Since we weren’t too far from the island, where the town was visible, I wondered how it would go, but within about 10 minutes, there were cheers, and we caught a glimpse of a whale's head in the distance! Over the course of a little more than an hour, we saw the whale's head and tail flukes about 6-7 times, and at one point, a whale appeared right in front of us! There weren’t too many participants, so it wasn’t crowded, and we were able to enjoy it thoroughly. The staff was kind, and it was fun for everyone to search for the whales together!

Since it’s a small boat, I think it’s a good idea to take motion sickness medication as a precaution before participating. We drifted at sea for over an hour, and once you get seasick, it becomes difficult to enjoy watching the whales.

Also, depending on where you sit, there’s a possibility of getting splashed and wet, so I recommend wearing clothes that you don’t mind getting wet.

1月頭に午後帯で参加しました。
他のツアーもあり、迷いましたが、小さめでクジラにちょっとでも近づけるかも？と思ってこちらを申し込み。
天気は晴れでしたが、口コミで観れなかったという声もあったので、あまり期待しすぎずに。
小型のクルーズ船で15分ほど沖に出て、あとはその周辺でクジラが見えるのを待ちます。島の街並みが見えるほど島からもあまり離れていない場所だったので、どうかなと思いましたが、ものの10分ほどで、歓声が上がり、少し遠くにクジラの頭がちょこっと見れました！
それからも1時間ちょっとで6-7回はクジラの頭と尾ひれが見れ、すぐ目の前に現れたときも！参加人数もそこまで多くないので、人だかりで見えないということもなく、しっかり楽しめました。
スタッフの方も優しく、みんなでクジラを探すのも楽しかったです！

小型船ですので、酔い止めは予防も兼ねて飲んでから参加された方がいいと思います。1時間以上海を漂うので、一度酔ってしまうとクジラを見るどころではなくなってしまいます。

また、座る位置にもよりますが、水しぶきで服が濡れる可能性があるので、濡れても良い服装で参加されることをおすすめします。
