First parasailing! 初パラセイル！

My husband and I participated together. In our group, there were both Japanese and foreign participants.

Basically, the explanations were given in English, but the important points were communicated in broken Japanese, which made it enjoyable without any anxiety. The guide was very cheerful and really knew how to liven things up and make us laugh, regardless of whether we were Japanese or foreign. By the way, the guide was handsome (laughs).

During the parasailing, it wasn't just about being flown; they also playfully shook the rope and made it fun. The safety gear while flying didn’t dig into my thighs, and it felt stable, like riding on a swing, allowing me to truly enjoy the scenery, the wind, and the color of the sea.

An older couple seemed a bit nervous before flying, but when they returned, they were all smiles, so I think people of all ages can enjoy it. However, it was disappointing that we were supposed to get a photo during parasailing for $15, but due to a camera malfunction, we didn’t get any.

Since things like that can happen, I think it's a good idea to bring your own camera and ask someone in the same group to take pictures for you. As long as you don’t drop a digital camera in the sea, I don’t think you’ll get soaked, so it should be fine.

だんなと二人で参加しました。私たちと同じ組には日本人と外国人がいました。
基本的に説明などは英語で行われますが、重要なポイントはカタコトの日本語で話してくれ、不安なく楽しめました。それにガイドはとても陽気な方でとにかく盛り上げてくれるし笑わせてくれて、日本人・外国人関係なく笑っていました。
ちなみにガイドの方はイケメンでした（笑）
パラセイル中は、ただ飛ばしてくれるだけでなくロープを軽く揺らしたり、たわませたりとお茶目なこともされたりして楽しかったです。
飛んでいる時の安全具？は股に食い込むことはなく、ブランコにでも乗っているように安定しているので本当に気持ちよく景色や風や海の色を楽しめましたよ。
少し年配のご夫婦が、飛ぶ前は緊張されていたようでしたが帰ってきた時には笑顔でしたしどの年代の方でも楽しめると思います。
ただ今回は１５＄でフィルム１本ぶんのパラセイル中の写真を撮ってくれるはずが、カメラの故障で撮ってもらえなかったのが残念でした。
そんなこともありますので、自分たちでカメラを持って行って同じ組の方に写真を撮ってもらうようお願いすると良いと思います。デジカメでも海に落とすことさえなければ、ずぶ濡れになることはありませんし問題ないと思います。

Recently, I participated in a catamaran cruise during my first trip to Hawaii. First of all, it was a super cheap tour at $7.77, but it didn't include transportation, so I used THE BUS (which costs $2 one way). I had some sense of direction since I had been to the Ward Center the day before, but it might be a bit confusing if you go there for the first time. (I took the bus from Kuhio Avenue since my hotel was Sheraton Waikiki.)

Overall, the cruise was a fun experience. However, I was feeling a bit seasick, so I couldn't fully enjoy it, which was disappointing. There were staff members who spoke Japanese, so I didn't have any language issues. They were friendly and made an effort to engage with us, so if you try to enjoy yourself, I definitely recommend this cruise over others that have larger groups. If you're prone to seasickness, I suggest taking motion sickness medication in advance.

先日、初めてのハワイ旅行でカタマラン号のクルーズに参加してきました。まず、７．７７ドルの激安ツアーで送迎つきではなかったので、ＴＨＥ　ＢＵＳ（片道２ドル）を利用しました。ただ、前日にワードセンターに行っていたので方向感覚がありましたが、いきなり行くと分かりづらいかも。。（宿泊ホテルはシェラトンワイキキだったので、クヒオ通りからバスにのりました。）
クルーズ全体は、楽しい印象です。ただ、私自身が船酔いをしかかっていたため、十分に満喫できなかったのが残念です。日本語を話せるスタッフもいたので、言葉の問題は特に感じませんでした。フレンドリーですし、気を遣って話しかけてくれるので、自分から楽しもうとすれば、他の団体が参加するクルーズよりも断然お勧めかと思います。船に弱い方は、ぜひ事前に酔い止めを飲んでおくとよいと思います。

I participated in the campaign. Since there was no shuttle service, I took a taxi in the morning. It cost about $15 including the tip. I saw a review saying someone walked from Waikiki, but I think that distance would be quite tough to walk. There were nine participants, including us. Only two of them were Japanese women. The captain speaks Japanese well, so I don't think there will be any worries. The boat is also clean. I heard we would get wet, so I wore a swimsuit, but even though I was on the net, I didn't get wet at all (^^;). On that day, we didn't see any dolphins or flying fish... However, since I was able to participate at such a low price, I have no complaints. The wind felt really nice~☆

送迎がなかったので、朝はタクシーで行きました。
チップ込みで＄１５ほどです。
ワイキキから歩っていったというレビューをみましたが、あの距離は歩くにはつときついかと思われます。
参加者は私達を含め９人でした。
日本人は女性組２人のみです。
キャプテンは日本語が達者なので、不安はないかと思います。
舟も綺麗です。
濡れるとの事でしたので、水着で行きましたが、ネットの上にいたにもかかわらず、
全く濡れませんでした（＾＾；）
この日は、イルカも飛び魚も見れませんでした・・・
ただ、激安値段で参加出来たのですから、文句は無いです。
すっごく風が気持ちよかったですよ~☆

I was lucky to participate for the unbelievable price of $7.77. I really wanted to see dolphins, so my friend and I made a reservation over two days. However, due to the circumstances of the Makani, the second day was changed to a sunset cruise! Unfortunately, we didn't see any dolphins on the first day, but the sunset on the second day was breathtaking! It was quite fast-paced, so we got splashed with water, and it was very thrilling and fun. Above all, the crew members were all really nice, making for an enjoyable cruising experience.^^

＄7.77という信じられない料金で参加できてラッキーでした。
なんとしてもイルカが見たい！ということで、
２人で２日間かけて予約をとったのですが、
マカニ号様の都合により２日目はなんとサンセットクルーズに変更！
１日目はイルカちゃんは残念ながら見れなかったけど、
２日目のサンセットは絶景！
結構ハイスピードなので水もばっさばっさ浴びて、
かなりスリリングでおもしろかったです。
それになんといってもクルーの皆さんがとってもいい方たちばっかりで、

This time we went to Hawaii for our honeymoon. It was my second time in Hawaii and my second time parasailing. I had so much fun that I wanted to enjoy it with my partner, so I decided to participate.

What we tried this time was the deluxe option. It said it was equivalent to the height of a 40-story building, which made me a little nervous, but since we ascended slowly, it wasn't scary at all. Before I knew it, we were at the top. The view of the ocean from up there was incredibly beautiful. Plus, we were able to see the scenery side by side, which made it even more special to share that moment together. We also took a commemorative photo at the top.

It became a wonderful memory.

私はハワイ２度目でパラセイルも２度目。とても楽しかったのでぜひカレと一緒に楽しみたいと思い参加しました。
今回私たちが挑戦したのはデラックス。「ビルの高さ４０階相当」と書いてあったのでちょっとドキドキだったのですが、ゆっくり上昇するのでまったく怖くありませんでした。気がついたらてっぺんにいる、みたいな。てっぺんから見下ろす海は最高にキレイでした。おまけに横並びで景色を見る事ができたので、一緒に感動できた事が何よりもよかったと思います。そしててっぺんで二人で記念撮影。
とってもいい思い出になりました。

On September 11th, my husband and I participated in the Makani morning sailing. The weather was beautiful from the morning, and I was excited. There were a total of seven participants that day, and aside from us, everyone else was from abroad.

After boarding the boat, we moved inside, and the captain began explaining the safety instructions and the location of the restrooms. Of course, the explanation was all in English. Although I could only understand bits and pieces, when we tried to go out on deck, the captain kindly asked if we understood the instructions and explained them again in Japanese! I was so touched by his kindness and felt relieved.

As for the comfort of the boat ride, it was absolutely amazing! After a while, the boat started moving just from the strength of the wind, and it felt so good to cut through the wind. Occasionally, splashes of water would hit me, and I was thrilled the entire time! I still can't forget that excitement. It felt like I was at an amusement park.

Perhaps because there were some waves that day, we didn't see any dolphins or turtles, but we did see flying fish. While you can see them in the waters of Japan, the flying fish against that blue sky and blue sea felt different somehow.

The view of Waikiki from the boat was fantastic! It felt like I was looking at a postcard scene. Along the way, I chatted with an elderly man who said he was traveling with his wife from Sweden, and that time spent communicating in broken English felt so happy.

After being on the boat for a while, I got a bit chilly from the splashes of water, so I think it's a good idea to bring a swimsuit and a light jacket. We took the bus to the ticket booth. I was worried about transportation until we got to Hawaii, but the bus was perfectly fine!

　９月１１日、マカニ号モーニングセーリングに主人と二人で参加しました。
朝からとても天気が良く、私はワクワクしていました。この日の参加者は全部で７人、私達意外は皆さん外国の方達でした。
船に乗ってしばらくすると、船内に移動し、注意事項やトイレの場所などの説明が始まりました。もちろん説明は全て英語。ところどころしか理解できないまま船は出向したのですが、私達がデッキに出ようとしたときに、マカニ号の船長さんが、説明わかった？？と話しかけてくれ、再度日本語で説明してくれたんです！！なんて優しいの！と感激し、安心もしました。
さて、船の乗り心地ですが、これはもうサイコー！！しばらく進むと風の強さだけで船が走り始め、風を切って進むので、それはそれは気持ちが良く、時折、波しぶきが体にかかるので、私は終始大興奮！！今でもその興奮が忘れられません。遊園地に来たような気分でした。
この日は少し波があったからか、イルカや亀は見れませんでしたが、トビウオを見ることが出来ました。日本の海でも見れるけど、あの青い空と、青い海で見るトビウオはなんだか雰囲気が違って見えました。
そして、船から見るワイキキの景色がすごくいい！！絵はがきの風景を見ているようでした。
途中、スウェーデンから夫婦で旅行に来たと言うおじいさんと話をし、片言の英語で触れ合うそんな時間がなんだか幸せでした。
　ずっと乗っていると、水しぶきを浴びたりで少し肌寒くなるので、水着＆上着を持参されるといいと思います。
　チケットブースまでは、バスで行きました。ハワイに行くまでは交通手段を心配していましたが、バスで全然大丈夫でしたよ。

For this trip, I decided to participate in activities where as few Japanese people as possible would join. I took part in the luxurious catamaran Makani Sunset Sailing. On the day of the event, there were no other Japanese participants besides us, and the rest were all foreigners. The number of participants was small, just 10 people including us, which allowed us to spend our time elegantly.

There was an English briefing once we boarded, but the captain also explained in Japanese, so there was no need to worry.

We enjoyed the sea breeze while watching the sunset, and we could eat our meals wherever we liked. We even saw a rainbow, making it a very satisfying activity.

I highly recommend this activity and would love to participate again next time.

We participated in the morning sailing campaign with my 12-year-old son. The other participants included couples in their 40s and 20s, and one older man, making a total of seven people, with the others likely being Americans. Although the conversation was somewhat limited, we had a great time. There was quite a bit of wind that day, and the captain warned us, "It will be rocky today," but in the end, this turned out to be a blessing. The speed was exhilarating, and the moderate rocking made it incredibly refreshing. Fortunately, we didn't get seasick and took our positions at the bow (since it was a catamaran, there are two) and enjoyed getting splashed by the waves together. However, everyone on the deck ended up soaked, not just us... There was quite a bit of up-and-down movement when we crossed the waves, adding a bit of thrill to the experience.

One slight disappointment was that since we had gone out to sea, I wished we could have gone for a swim, even for a short time. The color of the sea was a deep navy blue, quite different from what you see from the beach, and it felt quite substantial. Well, since it was a yacht, it might be difficult to anchor out there. Additionally, one of the young couples' women (who seemed to be pregnant) got seasick as soon as we left the harbor and spent the entire cruise lying down in the cabin. キャンペーンを利用して、モーニングセーリングに中２の息子と二人で参加しました。ほかの参加者はカップル(４０代、２０代)と初老の男性一人で、我々を入れて計７名、我々以外は(恐らく)アメリカ人でした。会話は若干不自由でしたが十分楽しめました。当日は結構風があったので、キャプテン(船長～)から｢今日はゆれるよ｣と注意があったのですが、結果的にはこれが幸い。スピードも出て適度の揺れもあり、めちゃくちゃ爽快でした。我々は幸い酔うこともなく、船の舳先(双胴船ですから２つあります)に陣取って、二人で頭から波をかぶって楽しみました。もっとも舳先でなくても甲板にいた全員がずぶぬれになりましたけど･･･　波を超えるときの上下動も結構あって、ちょっとしたスリルも味わえます。
少し残念だったのは、せっかく沖に出たので短時間でも海に入ってみたかったって事でしょうか。ビーチで見る海の色とは違い、まさにネイビーブルー。何か重厚な感じさえしました。まあ、ヨットですから、沖で停泊するのは難しいかな。あと若いカップルの女性(ちなみに妊娠されていたようですが)は港から出たとたんに酔ってしまったらしく、クルーズの間中船室で横になっていました。風のあるときは船に弱い人は酔い止めとか飲んでおいたほうがいいかも。それと同じく風のあるときには小さな子供はきついかな。大人でも手すりをしっかり握っていないと不安でしたから。
２時間のクルーズでワイキキ沖を何回か往復するのですが、沖から見るホテル群やダイヤモンドヘッドの眺めもすばらしく、二人とも大満足でした。

We participated as a family. I used to ride on a yacht when I was younger, so I was really happy to be on one again after a long time. Just a little offshore, there were plenty of fish and dolphins swimming around, and my one-year-old daughter was very excited, saying, "Look, there are dolphins!" and "Fish!" I was a bit worried since my child is small, but there was nothing particularly dangerous, and we had fun even going up to the net area in front. I think it would have been interesting if the wind had picked up and we could sail, but on the other hand, it was somewhat reassuring for us with a small child, as there might have been issues like hats flying off due to strong winds. In any case, I recommend it.

I previously went on a large dinner cruise, but this experience felt completely different, with the ocean feeling very close. Since it's a catamaran, it's stable, but it really gives you that refreshing feeling of sailing! The view of Waikiki and Diamond Head from the ocean was calm and beautiful. The location is right across from Ward, and there's a booth just as you enter from the road. If you're driving, there’s parking available at the harbor, and if you have time, you might also consider parking at Ward or the nearby Ala Moana Park and walking over. The boat was very new and clean, and when I boarded, there were only six of us, so it felt like a private experience. Along the way, we encountered another similar boat at a dolphin spot, but that one was old and crowded, making our elegant experience feel even better. The fruit was also delicious, not the sour kind you often find at buffets.

以前、大きな船のディナークルーズをしたことがあるが、そのときの船とはまったく違う感じで、海がとても近く感じられる。カタマランなので安定しているが、いかにもセーリングをしている！という感じが爽快だ。沖から見るワイキキやダイヤモンドヘッドも穏やかできれいだった。場所はワードの道路を隔てた向かいで、道路から入るとすぐのところにブースがある。車で来る場合、駐車場はハーバーにもあるし、時間があればワードや隣のアラモアナ公園の駐車場に置いて歩いてきてもいいかもしれない。船はとても新しくきれいで、乗ったときは全部で６人と貸しきり状態だった。途中、イルカのいるスポットに別の似たような船が来たが、そちらは古く、満員で、こちらの優雅さが気分よかった。フルーツもビュッフェにありがちなすっぱいものでなく、とてもおいしかった。

The $7.77 campaign was a great deal. It was really enjoyable and fun. The crew was friendly, and I was able to relax and enjoy the sea. There were dolphins and fish, and even though I usually don't participate in tours like this, I'm glad I did. I didn't have any issues with seasickness at all. The day I went, there was hardly any wind, so we traveled by engine the whole time, but it was comfortable nonetheless. There were many surfers right by the dock, and passing by them was quite enjoyable too.

$7.77のキャンペーンで、すごくお得でした。ほんっとに気持ちいいし、楽しかったです。クルーも感じがよかったし、のんびりと海が楽しめました。イルカも魚もいたし、普段こういうツアーに参加しないのですが、してよかったと思います。船酔いとか、ぜんぜん問題ありませんでした。乗った日は風が殆どなく、最後までエンジン航行でしたが、それはそれで快適でした。船着場からすぐのところにたくさんサーファーがいて、その横を通り抜けていくのもなかなか楽しかったです。

The boat was new and clean, and they served snacks and drinks. Above all, sailing itself felt great! I was very satisfied to see many dolphins and fish! Since it was a catamaran, there was a netted area between the two hulls, and at first, I thought it would be scary to go up there. However, as I got used to it, I enjoyed lying down there and soaking up the resort vibe on the sea. I think the sunlight is quite strong, so it's a good idea to take precautions like sunscreen and a hat.

船も新しくきれいで、軽食や飲み物も出され、何しろセーリング自体気持ちいい！イルカも魚もたくさん見れて大満足！双胴船なので、二つの船の間に網で張った部分があるのですが、最初はそこに上がるなんて怖いと思っていましたが、慣れてくるとそこで寝転がったりして、海の上のリゾート気分を満喫しました。日差しはかなり強いと思います。日焼け止めや帽子等、対策はしたほうがいいと思います。

Since we arrived in Hawaii on a Friday, we planned to watch the Hilton fireworks from the beach. Just before our departure, I found out about this cruise and made a reservation secretly! Although I've been to Hawaii over 30 times, I had never seen fireworks from the sea, so I was really looking forward to that day. After relaxing at BREW MOON in Word Centre, I said, "I have a place I want to go," and took him to the port. We were the only Japanese there!! That was nice too. We enjoyed the scenery with a glass of wine, letting the refreshing breeze wash over us. Unfortunately, there were many clouds, so we didn't get a beautiful sunset, but unlike the sea in Japan, it was really refreshing and not sticky at all. Actually, I get really motion sick. But since my companion loves boats, I decided to join them. The location is right across from Ward Warehouse. We took the bus, and if you get off at the bus stop just past Ward Warehouse, there's a traffic light that allows you to cross to Kewalo Bay. It's easy to find. If you're feeling anxious, taking a taxi might be a good idea.

On the day, there were about 15 participants. Aside from us, who were not Japanese or Caucasian, everyone else was. The catamaran started moving, and everyone began enjoying pastries and fruits all at once. As people started moving to different spots, I sat in a place where I could feel the wind.

However, it rocked more than I expected. I thought to myself, "Hawaii's ocean really is a place where waves from all over the world gather." About 20 to 30 minutes in, I suddenly felt nauseous!

This part gets a bit messy, but as soon as I stood up to head to the restroom, a female crew member quickly said, "Come this way," and guided me to the back of the yacht. She took out a bucket from under the seat and handed it to me, saying, "Use this." Then she immediately placed a cold, wet paper towel on the back of my neck.

A male crew member came over and washed the bucket for me. Even after I felt better, the crew checked on me multiple times, asking, "Are you okay?" トイレに向かって立ちあがるや否や、サッとクルーの女性が「こっちに来て」とヨットの後ろ側にと促しました。
座席の下からバケツを取り出し「これを使って」と言って渡されました。そしてすぐに氷水と冷たい水に浸した紙タオルを首筋をにあててくれました。
男性クルーがやってきて、バケツを洗ってくれました。
治まった後も何度も何度もクルーは様子を見に来てくれて、その度に「大丈夫？」と声をかけてくれました。
1度ケロったあとは回復も早く、その後は海から見るワイキキ、ダイヤモンドヘッドなどセイリングを満喫しました。下船後「あーもう1回乗りたい」と言って連れを驚かせてしまったほど気持ち良かったのです。ハワイの海はベタベタしないし、臭くない。もー最高でした。
ちなみに私のあとにも2人気分の悪くなった人がいました。クルーも慣れているようです。
クルーはその他、必ず乗客を見ていて安全を図っていましたよ。
あと、ヨットの帆の操作は必見です！

直接関係はありませんが、私達の参加は日曜だったのでその後ワードでフリフリチキンを食べました。おいしかったです~。

I went on the Makani Morning Sailing! I was a bit worried because the boarding location was far from my hotel in Waikiki, but I had the hotel call a taxi for me. I tried to convey my destination in broken English, but once I showed the voucher, they understood right away, and I arrived 30 minutes before the scheduled meeting time.

There’s a bus that runs right in front of the meeting place, so I think using the bus could be an interesting option as well.

The sailing was amazing! Three nice guys from the crew (who are foreigners, but we are the foreigners in Hawaii, right? (laughs)) welcomed us. We started with the engine, but after heading out, we turned it off, raised the sails on the mast, and felt the refreshing breeze as we sped across the sea.

By the time we finished our light snacks, we found ourselves offshore, enjoying drinks on deck while taking in the comfortable views of Diamond Head, the hotels in Waikiki, the mountains of Oahu, the blue sky, and the cobalt blue sea.

The yacht was faster than I had imagined; I didn’t know it could go this fast. Since it was a catamaran, there was little rocking, and I could take plenty of memorable photos. Occasionally, flying fish would leap six meters as if racing alongside us. If we were lucky, we might even spot a honu (green sea turtle) or dolphins.

Time flies when you’re having fun, and before I knew it, it was time to return to port. I definitely want to go again the next time I visit Hawaii.

I believe tours like this are offered by Alan in other places besides Hawaii, so I’d like to create opportunities to experience them elsewhere as well.

I had a great time enjoying the sea in a way that you can’t experience at the beach.

乗船場所がワイキキのホテルから離れていたので、ちょっと心配でしたが、ホテルでタクシーを呼んでもらい、片言の英語で行き先を伝えようとしたのですが、バウチャーを見せたら一発で理解してもらえ、予定の集合時間の30分前についてしまいました。
集合場所のすぐ前の道をＴＨＥ　バス　が通っているので、バスを利用するのも面白いかと思います。

セーリングは最高でした、キャプテン以下ナイスガイの外人（ハワイでは我々ですが（笑））三人のクルーが出迎えてくれました。
出航時はエンジンですが、沖に出た後は、エンジンをとめ、マストに帆を張り気持ちいい風を受けて海の上を疾走していきました。

軽食を食べ終わった頃にはいつの間にか沖で、デッキで風を受けながらドリンク片手に、ダイアモンドヘッドとワイキキのホテル、オアフの山々と青い空、そしてコバルトブルーの海を眺めながらの快適な時間でした。

ヨットは想像していた以上に速く、こんなに早く走るとは知りませんでした、船は、双胴船なのでゆれも少なく、記念写真もバシバシ撮れました。
時々、飛魚が競争するように五、六メートルも飛んでいったりしていました。
運がいいとホヌ（アオウミガメ）やイルカにもあえそうな感じでした。

楽しい時間はすぐ済んでしまうので、いつの間にやら帰港の時間になってしまっていましたが、またハワイに行った時は是非乗りたいです。

このようなツアーはアランでハワイ以外のほかの場所でも扱っていると思うので、機会を作ってほかでも体験してみたいです。

ビーチでは味わえない楽しい海での過ごし方ができとても楽しかったです。

I participated in the campaign price on August 27. In the early morning, I took a taxi (including tip $13) from the hotel to the meeting point at the dock. The Makani was a lot bigger and cleaner than I imagined, and although I was worried about seasickness, I hardly felt any rocking and enjoyed a comfortable sailing experience. Breakfast (pastries, cut fruits, and drinks) was included, so it's okay to skip breakfast before going. The captain speaks Japanese, so even those who are not good at English will be fine! They went back up, and it was our turn next. However, since we were with a child, we gently splashed down. Other couples were soaked up to their heads. My mother, who was with us, said, "You're flying much longer than those doing parasailing next to us." I see, it was the right choice to pick this. They took photos for $15, but they handed them to us on film, which surprised me a bit. It became a very fun memory.

The most moving experience was seeing dolphins up close. As soon as we spotted a pod of dolphins, the boat got closer to them. The dolphins were swimming right under the boat, almost like they were playing tag with us.
Additionally, when we threw fish food into the water, fish appeared from nowhere to observe us near the surface. I heard that sometimes you can see whales too, but we didn't encounter any on this day.
The course took us to the east side of Diamond Head and back, and the view of Waikiki from the ocean side was incredibly beautiful.
The sunlight is extremely strong, so it's best to take proper sun protection measures.

Since I was in Hawaii, I thought I should try some water sports, so I participated. I actually wanted to go on a banana boat, but choosing parasailing turned out to be a great decision. せっかくハワイにきたのだから何かマリンスポーツをと思い参加。ほんとはバナナボートがやりたかったのですが､パラセイリングを選んで大正解でした。夫婦と小３と年中の兄弟家族4人で初挑戦。当日は外国人カップル3組と計10人で乗船。沖に出るまでもちょっとしたボートセイリングが楽しめました。下の子がやりたくないと言わないようにトップで飛びたかったのですが､不幸にもラストフライト。でもそんな心配はどこへやら。逆に他の人が飛んでいるのを見て気分も最高潮。結局夫婦2人が横並び子供2人が私たちの前に重なる形で家族4人で鳥になりました。空からワイキキのホテル群､ダイヤモンドヘッドが一望でき、あれが泊まっているホテルだねとか、昨日行ったハナウマベイはあのあたりかななど、お話する余裕もあり、恐怖感などまったくありませんでした。飛び立つときも着地の時も全く水にはぬれず5歳児でも十分参加できるツアーでかなりおすすめです。是非今度ハワイに行った際はもっと高度なフライトを体験したいです。

We participated as a family of four. It was fast! Beautiful! Fun!! I regret not wearing a swimsuit since we got quite wet... My son was completely drenched, but he didn't seem to care at all and looked like he was having a great time! The view of Honolulu from the boat was also amazing... It would have been even better if we could have seen dolphins and turtles—am I being too greedy?? Thank you so much to everyone at Alan for such a fun and affordable experience! We're going to Hawaii again next year, so please plan another wonderful event like this one! I'm looking forward to it!!

最高のクルーズでした。船はとてもきれいでトイレも２つついていました。私は10歳と2歳の子供と参加したのですが、2歳の子供は無料なのですが、2歳の子供がいることだけはこのクルーズの主催者に言っておく必要があったみたいです。問題なく乗らせていただきましたが、そのようなことを英語で言っていました。海上保安の関係みたいです。クルーズは約2時間ほどだと思います。ある場所まではモーターで行ってそこからは帆をあげて走って行きました。10歳の子供は網の上で寝転び、あまりの気持ちよさにうとうとしていました。網の上は水がかなりかかりますので、水着を着たほうがいいでしょう。その時も水着の人がわりといました。もちろん私の子供たちも水着を着ました。網の上には4人までしか乗ることができないので注意してください。2箇所ありますので8人までです。私が参加したときは約15人くらいこのクルーズに参加していたように思います。海から見るダイヤモンドヘッドやワイキキは最高でした。私のときはあいにく見れませんでしたが、いるかや海がめも見れるそうです。食事は軽食でした。朝ごはんは少し食べてから行ったほうがいいかもしれません。パイナップルジュースが大変おいしかったです。35ドル払っても十分もとのとれるクルーズだと思います。

I was worried about the lack of shuttle service, but I was able to walk from Waikiki. It took a little over an hour since I had children with me. I think it would take about 30 minutes for adults walking briskly. It felt great to take a morning stroll. On the way back, I was waiting for the Duty Free shuttle bus at the Ala Moana Hotel, but the bus took a while to arrive. However, if you're going to Duty Free, a taxi is free. So, I recommend that anyone participating in this cruise also visit Duty Free. They can call a taxi for you at the Ala Moana Hotel. Don't forget your shopping card or return flight ticket.

Now, about the cruise, it was amazing. Lying on the net (with the sea below) and getting splashed by the waves felt really good! It was about a two-hour cruise. It rocked quite a bit, but we took motion sickness medication, so we were comfortable. There were various types of bread and fruit for snacks. 送迎がないということが心配だったのですが、ワイキキからでも歩けました。子供もいたので約1時間ちょっと時間がかかりました。大人が歩けば早歩きで30分くらいかなと思います。朝の散歩がてら気分はとてもよかったです。帰りはDuty Freeのシャトルバスに乗ろうとアラモアナホテルで待っていたのですが、なかなかバスは来ませんでした。でもDuty Freeに行くならタクシーがただでした。なのでこのクルーズに参加する人はついでにDuty Freeに行くことをお勧めします。アラモアナホテルでタクシーを呼んでくれます。ショッピングカードまたは帰りの航空券をお忘れなく。さてクルーズですが、最高でした。特に網の上で寝転び、（下は海）波しぶきをあびるのは本当に気持ちいい！約2時間のクルーズでした。結構ゆれましたが私たちは乗り物酔いを飲んでいったので快適に過ごせました。スナックはいろいろな種類のパンとフルーツがありました。私たちは朝食も食べずに行ったので、いろいろ食べましたが、ほかに乗っていた外国人はみな食べることよりもクルーズを楽しんでいました。もちろん飲み物のただでした。（炭酸ジュースは2ドル、酒は5ドル？かかります。）パイナップルジュースがおいしかったです。35ドルだしても十分満足いけるクルーズだと思います。

Amazing!! That's the only way to describe it!
It was far faster than I imagined, and both adults and kids were all smiles!
It was a refreshing two hours, swaying “gwan gwan” over the incredibly blue sea of Hawaii. The captain seemed to have experience living in Japan and spoke Japanese well, so we enjoyed the cruise without any issues! I’m really glad I signed up, especially since it was at a promotional price. My kids (a 9-year-old boy and a 6-year-old girl) are still saying they want to ride again!

On August 15th, my family of five experienced this together. It was the first time for our three children, but everyone was extremely satisfied with the sky swimming experience. Since there were five of us, I thought someone would have to be alone, but surprisingly, I (the mother) was able to ride with my 15-year-old and 9-year-old children.

I participated in a members-only experience tour. Since light snacks were included, I joined without breakfast. There were various types of bread, fruits, and unlimited drinks (though there were some limits on quantity). I was satisfied and when I went out to the deck, the view was amazing!!! The breeze felt incredibly refreshing. In front of the deck, when the speed picks up, you can get splashed with water, making it feel like a thrilling water roller coaster, which was so much fun. The sensation above the net was unlike anything I had experienced before. Also, sitting in the chairs at the back of the boat while enjoying the view was great. For those who want to enjoy a leisurely cruise, I recommend sitting at the back. After getting off the boat, I felt quite refreshed on my way back. If I go to Hawaii again, I will participate again.

By the way, for the morning cruise, I took a taxi from a hotel near the Kamehameha Statue at Waikiki Beach, and it cost about $12. It was convenient since it was about a 10-minute walk to Ala Moana, so I could stop by on the way back. We were the only participants from Japan, but the captain spoke Japanese, so I felt安心して参加できました.

　会員限定体験参加ツアーに参加しました。軽食が含まれていたので、朝食抜きで参加しました。数種類のパンとフルーツ、ドリンクが食べ放題・飲み放題(数に限りはありますが）でした。お腹も満たされデッキに出ると景色が最高！！！風がすご~く気持ち良かった。デッキの前は、スピードに乗ると水しぶきがかかることもあり、恐怖のない水上ジェットコースターみたいでとっても楽しい。ネットも上は、今までにない感覚。また、船の後ろの椅子に座りながら眺める景色も良かった。ゆったりしたクルージングを楽しみたい方には、後ろがお勧め。船を下りた後は、かなり爽快な気分で帰れました。ＨＡＷＡＩＩ行ったら、また参加します。
　ちなみに、モーニングクルーズのため集合場所には、タクシーでワイキキビーチカハモナク像近くのホテルから乗り＄１２くらいでした。アラモアナまでは、徒歩１０分くらいなので帰りに寄れて便利でした。日本の参加者は、私達だけしたが、キャプテンが日本語を話せる方でしたので安心して参加できました。

I participated with my mother. There weren't any other people over 60 like my mother, and she was worried until we took off, but once we were in the air, it felt even better than we expected! There was no turbulence, and we could see far into the distance, which made my mother happy. There were no other Japanese participants, and the staff were locals, but they tried their best to communicate with us in broken Japanese and even checked on my mother, who felt a bit seasick on the way back. We were at the lowest height, but it still felt quite high. It was very interesting. They take photos for a fee, which is a bit pricey at $15, but they took a lot of pictures, so I was satisfied. They gave us the film, so we were able to develop it the same day and show it to everyone.

母のように60歳を過ぎた年の人はおらず、飛ぶまで母は心配していましたが、いざ飛んでみると上空は思っていた以上の気持ち良さ！揺れたりしないし、遠くまで見渡せて母も喜んでいました。
参加者に他に日本人はおらず、スタッフも現地の方でしたが、片言の日本語で、一生懸命話しかけて下さり、帰りに少し船酔いした母を気遣ってもくれていました。
一番低い高さでしたが、それでもずいぶん高く感じましたよ。
とてもおもしろかったです。
有料で写真をとってくれるのですが、15ドルと高めですが、いっぱい撮ってくれたのでわたしは納得しています。フィルムごとくれるので、その日のうちに現像して、みんなに見せることができましたよ。
