Seeing the fireworks from the boat was my first experience, and it was amazing. It was truly a prime seat. The sunset was also incredibly beautiful.

While my husband and I were taking pictures of each other, people around us were friendly and engaged, which added to the pleasant atmosphere on the boat. Additionally, we were lucky enough to see dolphins along the way!

However, there were way too many people! There were so many that not everyone could find a seat (we had to sit by the stairs because there were no seats available), which felt a bit overcrowded. I also heard that they provided safety instructions in Japanese, but perhaps due to the crowd, that didn't happen. I understood most of what was being said, so I was fine, but those who can't speak Japanese might feel a bit anxious.

It might have been because it was a Friday, but I think it would have been perfect if there were fewer people. The boat sways quite a bit, so it's a good idea to take motion sickness medication beforehand.

金曜だから仕方がないのかもしれませんが、もう少し人が少なかったら最高だったと思います。
船はかなり揺れるので、酔い止めは飲んでおいたほうが良いですね。

I was worried about the lack of transportation, so I confirmed the departure location the day before, which allowed us to leave our accommodation with some extra time on the day of the event. We visit Hawaii almost every year with my husband, but this time we participated in the Makani cruise for the first time.

It became a wonderful memory. The sunset was beautiful, and the night view of Honolulu while waiting for the fireworks was also great.

Just being out at sea, feeling the wind, and enjoying the cruise was a luxurious and lovely moment.

As time passed with the sunset and night view, the couples participating (including us) became more intimate, which was nice.

I participated for the first time. I was looking forward to it because I heard great things from others.

I joined because it wasn't as extravagant as a dinner cruise, and I had participated in a dinner cruise before.

I prepared it as a little hidden gift for my girlfriend, and it was a complete success!!

Being out at sea and feeling the wind during the cruise was refreshing and helped me forget about everyday worries.

The sunset was especially beautiful after it had set, and we had a wonderful time together. While waiting for the fireworks with the night view of Honolulu, we relaxed.

I think the price is reasonable and I highly recommend it. I would like to participate again.

P.S. Taking motion sickness medication was definitely the right choice.

I had an amazing time!
There weren't any staff who spoke Japanese, but the captain could speak a little, and there was another person who spoke broken Japanese and always checked in and talked to us, which made it enjoyable.

The boat was really rocking, and my friend got seasick, but I think it would be fine if you take motion sickness medication beforehand.

Everyone was friendly, and the wind felt great. The sunset was incredibly beautiful, and the fireworks that started at 8 PM afterward were lovely!

The snacks were limited in variety, but they were quite tasty.

All the staff were friendly, and I had a fantastic time!

I definitely want to use this service again.

It gets cold at night, so I think it's a good idea to bring a jacket.

I initially hoped to book for Friday night, but as I relaxed, it filled up. When I reserved the morning tour, I received a cancellation email after they had already processed my registration. I felt frustrated and thought about canceling the tour altogether, but my desire to ride on a yacht was strong. I decided to go, accepting that the afternoon sun would be intense. Once we set sail, the captain's playful spirit made for a fun experience, and most of the people at the front ended up soaked. I had a great time! If I had managed to book the evening tour, I could have enjoyed the fireworks and sunset. Next time, I will book earlier. I definitely recommend it!

Our overall experience was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The boat ride was very smooth and fun. The parasailing liftoff/landing was very gentle and easy from the back of the boat.

You have the option of getting dunked, which we did, and it was a blast.

There ws another family on the boat with us that 1/2 didnot want to get dunked and the other 1/2 just wanted to get their feet wet; our driver was so good that he dunked them just to their ankles; it was a perfect feet dunk.

It was amazing! Since it was Friday, we were able to see the fireworks. We were the only Japanese people there, and even though we had an 8-month-old baby with us, he slept well, probably because of the gentle rocking. So we took turns going outside to enjoy the scenery of Waikiki, the breeze, the ocean, and the fireworks. The light snacks were delicious, especially the wrap sandwiches, and there were also cookies and chocolate brownies. My sister tends to get motion sickness, but she was fine as long as she stayed on the outdoor deck. If you sit in the chairs inside for too long, you might feel nauseous... The wind was stronger and colder than I expected, so I recommend bringing a warm jacket rather than just a light cover-up.

I'm not sure what the basis is for saying it's a 10-minute walk from Ala Moana Center. To be honest, it's impossible to arrive in 10 minutes. If you choose not to use the shuttle, I recommend allowing extra time for your participation. It would definitely be better to have a simple map in addition to just the text. We used the trolley and got off at Ward Warehouse, but we were a bit lost for a while. Anyway, since it's a cruise, I thought it would be on the seaside, and when I found the landmark, Fisherman's Restaurant, I felt relieved. Once you find the restaurant, you can see the cruise ship nearby, and the ticket booth is also close.

クルーズに関しては大満足。
参加は私たち２人と日本人ファミリー１組、外国人ファミリー１組、外国人カップル１組と少なかったです。その分、船のいろいろなところで景色を楽しめましたし、スタッフともたくさんお話できて良かったです。
スタッフの方はとてもフレンドリーで気さくに声をかけてくださり、盛り上げてくれますよ。ただ、のんびりと静かにサンセットを楽しもうとしていると船酔いしてるのかな？と心配して何度も声を掛けてこられます・・・

食事は人数が少なかったから？か、本当にスナック程度。
カラーマカロニのサラダ、揚げ春巻き、春巻き風のサンドイッチが２種類、それと噂のクッキーでした。クッキーおいしいですよ。甘いのが苦手な方はどうかな？
サンドイッチもあっさりとして日本人の口にも合います。
ドリンクはクルーズオリジナルのカクテルとソフトドリンク。２杯無料券で充分かなと思います。カクテルは大きなカップになみなみと入れてくれました。ミネラルウォーターはボトルで１本くれます。
エンジンの音や匂いも少なく、多少波が強いところもありましたが船酔いはしませんでした。大きい船よりこのくらいの規模の方がいいのかもしれないですね。

It was our first yacht experience as a couple! The weather was great! The boat didn’t sway as much as we expected (but those who are prone to seasickness might need motion sickness medication…). We comfortably arrived off the coast of Honolulu! The snacks on board were delicious, and the staff was attentive! However, they can't speak Japanese fluently! The highlight was definitely the moment just before the sunset, when we could enjoy the colors of the sky and the lights of Waikiki starting to illuminate at the same time! The beautiful sea and pleasant sounds... the sea breeze felt so nice that I dozed off. Unfortunately, I didn't get to see any marine life, but I thoroughly enjoyed the blue waters of Hawaii. Night cruises are great, but the daytime sea really captures the essence of Hawaii. Listening to Hawaiian music on the boat is wonderful. I even stopped by a CD shop on the way back.

I recommend this for those who want to relax.

Cruising on the Makani Catamaran on the Friday Night Fireworks Sail was a breathtaking experience!

After departing from Kewalo Basin, the crew quickly set up the sails so the vessel could glide through the water purely on wind power. It was amazing to stand on the bow of the catamaran, with just the sound of the ocean and the breeze in my ears. Normally there is that incessant growl of an engine when you are on a boat, but not on the Makani!

The crew members catered to the guests wonderfully and were always available to take photos, clean up the inevitably drink spill or answer any questions that we had. There were also some very yummy pupus on board, like chicken wraps, spring rolls, pasta salad and some cookies for anyone with a sweet tooth. Rather than being confined to a table, and being served by waiters, guests are free to snack and walk meander around the catamaran as they please. Oh! This past weekend my kids and I went on the Makani Catamaran Sailing Adventure and we had a great time. As soon as we got on board my kids were so excited. The crew of the boat gave a brief safety tutorial and as soon as they were done we were headed for sea. There was food for everyone and a bar to purchase drinks. It was such an adventure especially if you like the sun, the wind, and the waves. My kids joined some of the other guests on the net that was located at the front of the Makani, loving the cool splashes of the water as we picked up speed, while being able to see right under where they sat. The crew was so polite and friendly always checking to make sure that everyone is alright. I would definitely recommend this tour to you if you like the relaxing yet adventurous activities while being able to view the beautiful scenery of the water and land of Oahu.

I participated in the morning sail on May 1st. There were a total of 14 people, and we were the only two Japanese. The explanations were only in English, but I think it would be fine even for those who don't understand English at all. After having a light snack of various breads and fruits, we set sail. The yacht, moving swiftly with the wind, felt really nice! Depending on the height of the waves, it can sometimes sway a lot or splash water, so you can enjoy a certain level of excitement. During my time, there were no one who got seasick. I didn't have any unpleasant experiences at all, and the three crew members were all very kind. Next time, I definitely want to participate in the sunset cruise. I highly recommend it!

We experienced parasailing for the first time as a family of four, despite some rain and wind. The standard course was about 150 meters, which was sufficient for beginners. Although the rain made it difficult to see the scenery clearly, we were generally satisfied. However, my wife and our two children (16 and 19 years old) were excited at first but seemed to get nauseous from the rain and wind, and they felt quite unwell. They even slept for a while after we returned to the hotel. Those who are sensitive to boats might need to be cautious.

I participated with my mother. We were the only Japanese people there, but everyone was very kind and spoke to my mother in broken Japanese, which was thoughtful of them. It wasn't too cold, and the beautiful sunset and fireworks were stunning. They docked in the best spot to see the fireworks. I recommend going on a Friday! There was no shuttle service, so we took a round-trip taxi, which cost about $13 to $15 to Waikiki (including tip).

This was my second time parasailing, and this time I participated with my wife and our two children, making it a group of four. Since we could ride tandem, the kids were able to join safely, which I really appreciated. If we had gone solo, it wouldn't have been possible with small children. I participated on November 3rd. It took about 1 hour and 20 minutes to walk from the zoo to the location. There were a total of 5 groups with 13 participants that day. I participated on October 18th. The weather was cloudy but sunny, and I was able to fully enjoy the sunset. The light of the sunset reflected on the clouds, creating a very magical view. Unfortunately, the wind was weak, so we cruised using only the engine instead of sailing, but I still had a great time. The captain mentioned that it would have been more exciting with wind. The boat had carbon parts used throughout, including the steering, and it was equipped with GPS navigation for autopilot. It was a new boat, less than a year old, and very clean. Each person received two drink tickets, and there were three types of food (fried spring rolls, salad, and vegetable or chicken wraps) along with cookies, all of which were tasty. After leaving the harbor, we gradually transitioned from sunset to twilight, and afterward, we enjoyed the night view of Waikiki from the sea. The staff were cheerful and friendly, well-versed in handling seasickness, and the captain had experience staying in Japan, speaking Japanese well. It was a homely cruising experience, feeling like I was on a friend's boat, quite different from cruising on a large ship.

10/18に参加しました。コンディションとしては雲はありましたが晴れていて、夕日は十分に堪能出来ました。夕日の光が雲に写りとても幻想的な景色を楽しめました。残念ながら風が弱くセイリングではなく、エンジンのみでのクルージングでしたが十分に楽しめました。船長さんは、風があればもっとエキサイティングだよと言ってましたが。船は、舵をはじめとしていたるところにカーボンパーツを使用してあり、GPSナビでの自動操縦が出来たり、船自体出来てから１年たってなくてとても清潔感ある新しい船でした。ドリンクはチケットが一人二枚までもらえて、フードは３種類（揚げ春巻き、サラダ、野菜やチキンの巻物）とクッキーがあって味も良かったです。港を出て、徐々に夕焼けからサンセットをむかえ、その後は海からのワイキキの夜景も楽しめます。スタッフの方々も、明るく気さくで船酔いの対処も慣れていて、船長さんは日本滞在暦もある方で、日本語も上手、大きな船のクルージングとは一味違った、一言で言えば、知人の船に乗せてもらったような感覚のアットホームなクルージングでした。

On that day, I was impressed by the beautiful sunset. We headed to the location by city bus from Waikiki. The guide mentioned it was a 10-minute walk from Ala Moana Shopping Center, but we thought that was unrealistic, so we got off near Ward Center instead.

Recently, I participated in my first trip to Hawaii with a friend. At first, we had a hard time finding the meeting place (it was farther than we thought), and I was worried we might not make it in time while dashing to the departure. However, the staff was waiting for us and welcomed us warmly.
*For everyone participating, it's best to allow plenty of time!
As mentioned in the voice center comments, there weren't many Japanese people on board, and the boat was small, so it felt a bit rocky. But holding a champagne in one hand while listening to the background music and feeling the splashes of water up close made this tour amazing!
Also, since it was Friday, we got to see not only the sunset and night view but also fireworks launched from Hilton H., which was truly wonderful.
I highly recommend this for those who want to experience the Hawaiian vibe and enjoy a different Honolulu from the Japanese-dominated Waikiki!

I have a fear of heights, but for the memories in Hawaii, I participated with my second-grade son. Most of the people in our group were Japanese couples, and it seemed like everyone was participating for the first time, so everyone was quite nervous. This time we went up to 150 meters, but if I have the chance to participate again, I would like to try 400 meters. For those seeking thrills, 150 meters might not be enough.

観覧車でも怖がる高所恐怖症ですがハワイでの思い出にと小学２年の息子と２人で参加しました。同じ組の方は殆ど日本人のカップルでしたがどなたも初参加の様で皆緊張されていました。沖に到着しパラシュートが広げられた時には私の緊張も最高潮に達しましたが最初の組の方がフライトするのを見ていると思ったよりゆっくりと高度を上げていき、笑顔で楽しまれていたので少し安心。私たちの番になり子供と並んでゆっくりと上昇していきましたが上空では揺れも殆どなく上空からワイキキやダイヤモンドヘッドを眺めることができ子供も喜んでいました。海の上だから？というわけではないのでしょうが恐怖感も全くありませんでした。最後はお決まりの海面着水で腰までぬれましたが楽しい体験が出来ました。今回は150Mでしたが次回参加する機会があったら400Mに挑戦してみたいです。スリルを求める方には150Mでは物足りないかもしれません。
