I previously went on a large dinner cruise, but this experience felt completely different, with the ocean feeling very close. Since it's a catamaran, it's stable, but it really gives you that refreshing feeling of sailing! The view of Waikiki and Diamond Head from the ocean was calm and beautiful. The location is right across from Ward, and there's a booth just as you enter from the road. If you're driving, there’s parking available at the harbor, and if you have time, you might also consider parking at Ward or the nearby Ala Moana Park and walking over. The boat was very new and clean, and when I boarded, there were only six of us, so it felt like a private experience. Along the way, we encountered another similar boat at a dolphin spot, but that one was old and crowded, making our elegant experience feel even better. The fruit was also delicious, not the sour kind you often find at buffets.

The $7.77 campaign was a great deal. It was really enjoyable and fun. The crew was friendly, and I was able to relax and enjoy the sea. There were dolphins and fish, and even though I usually don't participate in tours like this, I'm glad I did. I didn't have any issues with seasickness at all. The day I went, there was hardly any wind, so we traveled by engine the whole time, but it was comfortable nonetheless. There were many surfers right by the dock, and passing by them was quite enjoyable too.

$7.77のキャンペーンで、すごくお得でした。ほんっとに気持ちいいし、楽しかったです。クルーも感じがよかったし、のんびりと海が楽しめました。イルカも魚もいたし、普段こういうツアーに参加しないのですが、してよかったと思います。船酔いとか、ぜんぜん問題ありませんでした。乗った日は風が殆どなく、最後までエンジン航行でしたが、それはそれで快適でした。船着場からすぐのところにたくさんサーファーがいて、その横を通り抜けていくのもなかなか楽しかったです。

The boat was new and clean, and they served snacks and drinks. Above all, sailing itself felt great! I was very satisfied to see many dolphins and fish! Since it was a catamaran, there was a netted area between the two hulls, and at first, I thought it would be scary to go up there. However, as I got used to it, I enjoyed lying down there and soaking up the resort vibe on the sea. I think the sunlight is quite strong, so it's a good idea to take precautions like sunscreen and a hat.

船も新しくきれいで、軽食や飲み物も出され、何しろセーリング自体気持ちいい！イルカも魚もたくさん見れて大満足！双胴船なので、二つの船の間に網で張った部分があるのですが、最初はそこに上がるなんて怖いと思っていましたが、慣れてくるとそこで寝転がったりして、海の上のリゾート気分を満喫しました。日差しはかなり強いと思います。日焼け止めや帽子等、対策はしたほうがいいと思います。

Since we arrived in Hawaii on a Friday, we planned to watch the Hilton fireworks from the beach. Just before our departure, I found out about this cruise and made a reservation secretly! Although I've been to Hawaii over 30 times, I had never seen fireworks from the sea, so I was really looking forward to that day. After relaxing at BREW MOON in Word Centre, I said, "I have a place I want to go," and took him to the port. We were the only Japanese there!! That was nice too. We enjoyed the scenery with a glass of wine, letting the refreshing breeze wash over us. Unfortunately, there were many clouds, so we didn't get a beautiful sunset, but unlike the sea in Japan, it was really refreshing and not sticky at all. I enjoyed the view all the way to Diamond Head without feeling seasick. The light snacks were delicious, and I couldn't help but eat a lot. I liked the wrap sandwich, and he enjoyed the spring rolls. Everyone was smiling at each other. It really lifted our spirits. And finally, the fireworks. They were different from Japanese fireworks, and we enjoyed them spread out over the vast sea. ハワイ到着日が金曜日だったので，ヒルトンの花火をビーチから見るつもりでした。出発間際にこのクルーズを知り，彼に内緒で即予約！！ハワイ渡航暦３０回以上の私ですが海上から花火を見たことは無かったので当日がとても楽しみでした。Word CentreのＢＲＥＷＭＯＯＮでリラックス後「行きたい所がある」と連れ出し港へ。日本人は私達だけ！！そこもよかったです。爽やかな風に身をゆだね，ワイン片手に景色を楽しみました。残念ながら雲が多くて綺麗な夕焼けとはなりませんでしたが，日本の海と違ってベタベタしていなくて本当に爽やか。船酔いも無くダイヤモンドヘッドの先までぐるりと景色を楽しみました。軽食もおいしくて，パクパク食べてしまいました。私はラップサンド，彼は春巻きが気に入りました。みんな，目を合わせてはニコニコ。心まで爽やかになりました。そしていよいよ花火。日本の花火とは違うねえ，なんて広~い海上から伸び伸び眺めました。帰りは目の前のバス停から楽々ホテルへ。本当に楽しかったです。また参加したいです。ありがとうございました☆

Actually, I get really motion sick. But since my companion loves boats, I decided to join them. The location is right across from Ward Warehouse. We took the bus, and if you get off at the bus stop just past Ward Warehouse, there's a traffic light that allows you to cross to Kewalo Bay. It's easy to find. If you're feeling anxious, taking a taxi might be a good idea.

On the day, there were about 15 participants. Aside from us, who were not Japanese or Caucasian, everyone else was. The catamaran started moving, and everyone began enjoying pastries and fruits all at once. As people started moving to different spots, I sat in a place where I could feel the wind.

However, it rocked more than I expected. I thought to myself, "Hawaii's ocean really is a place where waves from all over the world gather." About 20 to 30 minutes in, I suddenly felt nauseous!

This part gets a bit messy, but as soon as I stood up to head to the restroom, a female crew member quickly said, "Come this way," and guided me to the back of the yacht. She took out a bucket from under the seat and handed it to me, saying, "Use this." Then she immediately placed a cold, wet paper towel on the back of my neck.

A male crew member came over and washed the bucket for me. Even after I felt better, the crew checked on me multiple times, asking, "Are you okay?" Once I recovered, I bounced back quickly, and after that, I thoroughly enjoyed sailing while taking in the views of Waikiki and Diamond Head from the sea. トイレに向かって立ちあがるや否や、サッとクルーの女性が「こっちに来て」とヨットの後ろ側にと促しました。
座席の下からバケツを取り出し「これを使って」と言って渡されました。そしてすぐに氷水と冷たい水に浸した紙タオルを首筋をにあててくれました。
男性クルーがやってきて、バケツを洗ってくれました。
治まった後も何度も何度もクルーは様子を見に来てくれて、その度に「大丈夫？」と声をかけてくれました。
1度ケロったあとは回復も早く、その後は海から見るワイキキ、ダイヤモンドヘッドなどセイリングを満喫しました。下船後「あーもう1回乗りたい」と言って連れを驚かせてしまったほど気持ち良かったのです。ハワイの海はベタベタしないし、臭くない。もー最高でした。
ちなみに私のあとにも2人気分の悪くなった人がいました。クルーも慣れているようです。
クルーはその他、必ず乗客を見ていて安全を図っていましたよ。
あと、ヨットの帆の操作は必見です！

直接関係はありませんが、私達の参加は日曜だったのでその後ワードでフリフリチキンを食べました。おいしかったです~。

I went on the Makani Morning Sailing! I was a bit worried because the boarding location was far from my hotel in Waikiki, but I had the hotel call a taxi for me. I tried to convey my destination in broken English, but once I showed the voucher, they understood right away, and I arrived 30 minutes before the scheduled meeting time.

There’s a bus that runs right in front of the meeting place, so I think using the bus could be an interesting option as well.

The sailing was amazing! Three nice guys from the crew (who are foreigners, but we are the foreigners in Hawaii, right? (laughs)) welcomed us. We started with the engine, but after heading out, we turned it off, raised the sails on the mast, and felt the refreshing breeze as we sped across the sea.

By the time we finished our light snacks, we found ourselves offshore, enjoying drinks on deck while taking in the comfortable views of Diamond Head, the hotels in Waikiki, the mountains of Oahu, the blue sky, and the cobalt blue sea.

The yacht was faster than I had imagined; I didn’t know it could go this fast. Since it was a catamaran, there was little rocking, and I could take plenty of memorable photos. Occasionally, flying fish would leap six meters as if racing alongside us. If we were lucky, we might even spot a honu (green sea turtle) or dolphins.

Time flies when you’re having fun, and before I knew it, it was time to return to port. I definitely want to go again the next time I visit Hawaii.

I believe tours like this are offered by Alan in other places besides Hawaii, so I’d like to create opportunities to experience them elsewhere as well.

I had a great time enjoying the sea in a way that you can’t experience at the beach.

乗船場所がワイキキのホテルから離れていたので、ちょっと心配でしたが、ホテルでタクシーを呼んでもらい、片言の英語で行き先を伝えようとしたのですが、バウチャーを見せたら一発で理解してもらえ、予定の集合時間の30分前についてしまいました。
集合場所のすぐ前の道をＴＨＥ　バス　が通っているので、バスを利用するのも面白いかと思います。

セーリングは最高でした、キャプテン以下ナイスガイの外人（ハワイでは我々ですが（笑））三人のクルーが出迎えてくれました。
出航時はエンジンですが、沖に出た後は、エンジンをとめ、マストに帆を張り気持ちいい風を受けて海の上を疾走していきました。

軽食を食べ終わった頃にはいつの間にか沖で、デッキで風を受けながらドリンク片手に、ダイアモンドヘッドとワイキキのホテル、オアフの山々と青い空、そしてコバルトブルーの海を眺めながらの快適な時間でした。

ヨットは想像していた以上に速く、こんなに早く走るとは知りませんでした、船は、双胴船なのでゆれも少なく、記念写真もバシバシ撮れました。
時々、飛魚が競争するように五、六メートルも飛んでいったりしていました。
運がいいとホヌ（アオウミガメ）やイルカにもあえそうな感じでした。

楽しい時間はすぐ済んでしまうので、いつの間にやら帰港の時間になってしまっていましたが、またハワイに行った時は是非乗りたいです。

このようなツアーはアランでハワイ以外のほかの場所でも扱っていると思うので、機会を作ってほかでも体験してみたいです。

ビーチでは味わえない楽しい海での過ごし方ができとても楽しかったです。

I participated with my sixth-grade daughter. This was my second time, but it was her first. She was nervous until she took off, but after that, she was overjoyed. If you're going to participate, I recommend the Extreme, where you can fly high. If the weather is nice, you can enjoy a wonderful view. I've attached a photo from the sky, so please take a look! I participated in the campaign price on August 27. In the early morning, I took a taxi (including tip $13) from the hotel to the meeting point at the dock. The Makani was a lot bigger and cleaner than I imagined, and although I was worried about seasickness, I hardly felt any rocking and enjoyed a comfortable sailing experience. Breakfast (pastries, cut fruits, and drinks) was included, so it's okay to skip breakfast before going. The captain speaks Japanese, so even those who are not good at English will be fine! The weather was nice that day, and since dolphins were spotted the day before, as the staff explained, we were lucky to discover a pod of dolphins. The sea was also very clear, so we could see fish as well. Lying on the boat and gazing at the blue sky and sea, I felt very relaxed and enjoyed it. I had previously participated in a dolphin watching tour, but I preferred this tour as it was more laid-back. I think families with small children can enjoy it as well. 8月27日にキャンペーン価格で参加しました。早朝、ホテルから集合場所の船着場までタクシー（チップ込 13＄）で行きました。マカニ号は想像以上にキレイで大きな船で、乗り物酔いが心配でしたが殆ど揺れを感じる事もなく、快適なセーリングを楽しめました。セーリングには朝食（ペストリー＆カットフルーツ＆飲み物）がついており、朝食を抜いていってもＯＫです。また船長は日本語が出来ますので、英語の苦手な方でも大丈夫！当日はお天気も良く、前日もイルカが見えたので、今日も見えるかもと言うスタッフの説明通り、イルカの群れを発見する事ができラッキーでした。また透明度の高い海なので、お魚も見る事が出来ました。青い空と海を船に寝そべって眺め、とってもゆったりとした気分で楽しめました。以前、イルカウオッチングにも参加した事があるのですが、こちらのツアーの方がのんびりとしていて、私は気に入りました。小さなお子さんがいるファミリーでも十分に楽しめると思います。とってもお得なツアーに参加する事ができ、ハワイの良い思いでになりました♪

Actually, it said to wear a swimsuit, but since we were just flying in the air, I thought we wouldn't get wet. So, I only changed my bottom and went for it. The staff were nice guys, and I wanted to take a photo with them, but since they couldn't speak English, I sadly gave up. The explanations were clear in Japanese here and there. The first couple took off, and I thought they went pretty high up, then the boat slowed down and they descended slowly. Splash into the sea!!! Whoa, I didn't hear about that!

They went back up, and it was our turn next. However, since we were with a child, we gently splashed down. Other couples were soaked up to their heads. My mother, who was with us, said, "You're flying much longer than those doing parasailing next to us." I see, it was the right choice to pick this. They took photos for $15, but they handed them to us on film, which surprised me a bit. It became a very fun memory.

また上昇し、終わりました。次は自分たちの番。しかし子供と一緒だったので、優しくどぼんでした。ほかのカップルも頭までびしょぬれでした。同乗した母は、「隣でパラセイルをしているところよりずっと長く飛んでいるよ」なるほど。ここを選んで正解だった。15ドルで写真を撮ってくれたが、フイルムで渡されたのでちょっとびっくりした。とても楽しい思い出になりました。

The most moving experience was seeing dolphins up close. As soon as we spotted a pod of dolphins, the boat got closer to them. The dolphins were swimming right under the boat, almost like they were playing tag with us.
Additionally, when we threw fish food into the water, fish appeared from nowhere to observe us near the surface. I heard that sometimes you can see whales too, but we didn't encounter any on this day.
The course took us to the east side of Diamond Head and back, and the view of Waikiki from the ocean side was incredibly beautiful.
The sunlight is extremely strong, so it's best to take proper sun protection measures.

　１番の感動はイルカがすぐ近くで見れたこと。イルカの群れを発見するとすぐに船を近づけてくれてました。船のすぐ下をイルカが泳いでいて、まるで船と追いかけっこしているようでした。
　他にも途中で渡された魚の餌をまくと、どこからともなく魚たちが水面近くまで現れて観察することができました。時々クジラも見れるらしいのですが、この日は遭遇できず。
　ダイヤモンドヘッドの東側まで行ってもどってくるというコースで、海側から見るワイキキの様子もすごくきれいでした。
　日差しがめちゃくちゃ強いので日焼け対策はしっかりしたほうが良いです。

I participated in the tour on August 4th. At first, I was a bit anxious about whether I would make it to Kealoha Bay safely. Since I was in Hawaii, I thought I should try some water sports, so I participated. I actually wanted to go on a banana boat, but choosing parasailing turned out to be a great decision. Our family of four, including my husband, our third grader, and our kindergartner, tried it for the first time. On the day of the activity, there were three foreign couples, making a total of ten people on the boat. We enjoyed a bit of boat sailing before heading out to sea. I wanted to fly at the front so that my younger child wouldn't say they didn't want to go, but unfortunately, we ended up on the last flight. However, those worries quickly faded away. In fact, watching others fly got everyone excited. In the end, the two adults flew side by side while the two kids were positioned in front of us, and our family of four became like birds. From the sky, we had a panoramic view of the Waikiki hotels and Diamond Head, chatting about which hotel we were staying at and whether Hanauma Bay, where we went yesterday, was over there. せっかくハワイにきたのだから何かマリンスポーツをと思い参加。ほんとはバナナボートがやりたかったのですが､パラセイリングを選んで大正解でした。夫婦と小３と年中の兄弟家族4人で初挑戦。当日は外国人カップル3組と計10人で乗船。沖に出るまでもちょっとしたボートセイリングが楽しめました。下の子がやりたくないと言わないようにトップで飛びたかったのですが､不幸にもラストフライト。でもそんな心配はどこへやら。逆に他の人が飛んでいるのを見て気分も最高潮。結局夫婦2人が横並び子供2人が私たちの前に重なる形で家族4人で鳥になりました。空からワイキキのホテル群､ダイヤモンドヘッドが一望でき、あれが泊まっているホテルだねとか、昨日行ったハナウマベイはあのあたりかななど、お話する余裕もあり、恐怖感などまったくありませんでした。飛び立つときも着地の時も全く水にはぬれず5歳児でも十分参加できるツアーでかなりおすすめです。是非今度ハワイに行った際はもっと高度なフライトを体験したいです。

We participated as a family of four. It was fast! Beautiful! Fun!! I regret not wearing a swimsuit since we got quite wet... My son was completely drenched, but he didn't seem to care at all and looked like he was having a great time! The view of Honolulu from the boat was also amazing... It would have been even better if we could have seen dolphins and turtles—am I being too greedy?? Thank you so much to everyone at Alan for such a fun and affordable experience! It was the best cruise. The ship was very clean and had two restrooms. I participated with my 10-year-old and 2-year-old children, and while the 2-year-old was free, I needed to inform the cruise organizers about having a 2-year-old. We were able to board without any issues, but they mentioned it in English. It seems to be related to maritime safety. The cruise lasted about two hours. We traveled by motor to a certain point and then sailed from there. My 10-year-old lay on the net and dozed off because it felt so good. Since the net gets quite wet, it's better to wear a swimsuit. I was worried about the lack of shuttle service, but I was able to walk from Waikiki. It took a little over an hour since I had children with me. I think it would take about 30 minutes for adults walking briskly. It felt great to take a morning stroll. On the way back, I was waiting for the Duty Free shuttle bus at the Ala Moana Hotel, but the bus took a while to arrive. However, if you're going to Duty Free, a taxi is free. So, I recommend that anyone participating in this cruise also visit Duty Free. They can call a taxi for you at the Ala Moana Hotel. Don't forget your shopping card or return flight ticket.

Now, about the cruise, it was amazing. Lying on the net (with the sea below) and getting splashed by the waves felt really good! It was about a two-hour cruise. It rocked quite a bit, but we took motion sickness medication, so we were comfortable. There were various types of bread and fruit for snacks. Since we didn't eat breakfast, we tried a lot of different things, but the other foreigners on board seemed to enjoy the cruise more than the food. Amazing!! That's the only way to describe it!
It was far faster than I imagined, and both adults and kids were all smiles!
It was a refreshing two hours, swaying “gwan gwan” over the incredibly blue sea of Hawaii. The captain seemed to have experience living in Japan and spoke Japanese well, so we enjoyed the cruise without any issues! I’m really glad I signed up, especially since it was at a promotional price. My kids (a 9-year-old boy and a 6-year-old girl) are still saying they want to ride again!

I participated in a members-only experience tour. Since light snacks were included, I joined without breakfast. By the way, for the morning cruise, I took a taxi from a hotel near the Kamehameha Statue at Waikiki Beach, and it cost about $12. 　ちなみに、モーニングクルーズのため集合場所には、タクシーでワイキキビーチカハモナク像近くのホテルから乗り＄１２くらいでした。アラモアナまでは、徒歩１０分くらいなので帰りに寄れて便利でした。日本の参加者は、私達だけしたが、キャプテンが日本語を話せる方でしたので安心して参加できました。

I think this ride might be a bit hard for children under elementary school age. 今年はﾊﾜｲはいつもより風の強い日が多いような気がしましたが、参加当日は幸いにも早朝から穏やかで眠い目をこすりながらﾌｧﾐﾘｰ5人（私、妻、子供8歳、3歳、母）で参加しました。ﾊﾟﾗｾｰﾙに参加した経験があるのは妻だけでしたので初めはどんなことになるだろうか緊張をしていましたが、ｽﾀｯﾌの方の親切な対応とﾕｰﾓｱで和み自分達の順番まであっという間になり風を切って大空へ舞い上がりました。海上高くから見たﾎﾉﾙﾙの町並みとﾀﾞｲｱﾓﾝﾄﾞﾍｯﾄﾞの眺めは素晴らしく印象に強く残りました。また、ﾊﾟﾗｾｲﾙをしている写真を撮ってもらえるので記念に購入をしました。特に母は今年63歳であり「最初で最期のいい思い出になった」と喜んでいました。しかし、次の日に肩が痛いということであり緊張してﾊﾟﾗｿﾛのﾛｰﾌﾟを渾身の力で握り締めていたようです。また、子供達が大きくなったらｽﾀﾝﾀﾞｰﾄﾞではなくもっと上空高くあがれる方に参加したいと思います。

I participated in a members-only experience tour. Since light snacks were included, I joined without breakfast. There were several types of bread and fruits available. My family was the only Japanese participants, and there were no explanations in Japanese, but it wasn't a problem. The water splashes were quite intense, so it's best to be prepared to get wet if you're at the front of the deck. The kids were lying on the net in the center of the deck, enjoying the feeling of a roller coaster and were very happy. We saw a lot of flying fish, and we also spotted a few dolphins. It was a very satisfying activity.

We experienced parasailing for the first time as a family of four, with a standard course of about 150 meters, which was more than enough for beginners. My wife and our two children (ages 6 and 9) loved it; it was thrilling, refreshing, and offered a fantastic view of Waikiki from above. I highly recommend this tour. The kids were so excited, saying they wanted to do it again and would definitely participate next time! Seeing their joy made me promise the whole family that we would join again. In our case, we were picked up around 10:30, took turns boarding the boat, and each group experienced about 15 minutes. Our family went up together into the bright blue sky, and we were dropped off at the hotel around 12:30.

I definitely encourage you to give it a try!

少し風があるなか、家族４人で初のパラセイルを体験しました。スタンダードコースの約１５０Ｍでしたが初心者には充分でした。妻・子供２人（６歳と９歳）とも大好評で、スリル満点・全身に受ける爽快感・空から眺めるワイキキの街、絶対にお勧めのツアーでした。子供たちは、もっとやりたい、絶対にまた来たとき時にはやる~！など、こんなに喜んでいる様子を見ていると、また必ず参加することを家族みんなに約束しました。私たちの場合、１０時半ごろピックアップしてもらい、順番にボートに乗り込み、各組約１５分程度体験し。私たち家族は４人一緒に真っ青な空へ・・・・ホテルに送り届けてくれたのが約１２時半ごろでした。

I participated with my child (elementary school student). The comments included many words like "fun" and "getting dizzy," which made me a bit anxious about boarding, but it was nothing like that! The boat, splashing water and moving at an incredible speed, made my child very happy. For those who haven't experienced it yet, I highly recommend trying it out. It's worth the money. The fruits and pastries provided were also delicious, and we had a great time. The two hours flew by. I would love to do it again.

I signed up for Alan's campaign and participated in the sunset cruising on July 31. The Makani was a much more beautiful and lovely ship than I had imagined. Additionally, there were only ten guests on board, including my family of four, so the kids ran around excitedly and enjoyed a lot of delicious food at a price of just $7.77, which felt like a steal for such a wonderful time. Unfortunately, there were too many clouds, so we couldn't see the sunset, but it felt great to be on the bow of the yacht, feeling the wind as we sped along. I highly recommend that everyone give it a try. You can experience a different kind of pleasure compared to the Star of Honolulu or the Navatek dinner cruises.
