I found a slightly cheaper plan, so I thought, why not go for the highest one! I splurged and signed up. The speed of the boat to the destination was fast, and the height exceeded my expectations! From below or above, you can hardly see anyone's face! The moment of floating in the sky while feeling the Hawaiian breeze was the best! When descending, they check whether you want to get wet or not, so those who prefer to stay dry can participate with peace of mind.

We participated as a pair, but there was someone who joined alone, so we shared the ride. I was a bit surprised that such things happen. Also, the staff will take photos of you during the parasailing for $30, but honestly, the quality was quite disappointing. It felt like they were just shooting rapidly without a zoom lens, so you can barely see that you're floating up there, and of course, you can't see any expressions. 私達は二人で参加でしたが一人参加の方がいたため相乗りになりました。そうゆうこともあるんだ…と少し驚きでした。また、スタッフの方がパラセイル中の様子を＄30で撮影してくれますが、それは正直残念すぎる腕前です。望遠レンズでないのかちっっっっさく上に浮かんでいる状態を連写という感じでもちろん表情なんてわかりません。もはや違う人がうつっていても気付きません。楽しみにしていたのにかなりがっかりでした。同乗した他の方に頼んだ方がよほど上手だったと思います^_^;

The booking was easy to make and the round-trip bus ride was a definite plus - the driver dropped us off at our hotel as a courtesy. The boat ride was pleasant and the food was decent and bountiful. The crew was very friendly and excelled at their jobs. I thought it was very thoughtful of them to help passengers with motion sickness by providing a bottle of essential oils. The sky was cloudy on this particular evening, a sunset was not seen. However, the lights of Honolulu were gorgeous and the overall atmosphere was most enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this excursion, I only advise that you try to plan accordingly in terms of weather so that you may see a sunset. One thing to keep in mind during the winter months is whale sightings are possible. Thank you to the crew

Parasailing was amazing! The captain and crew were very enthusiastic, and even though my fellow passengers were strangers, they chatted with me before and after parasailing. I was filled with anxiety, but it was so much fun.
(Note) Japanese is not well understood.

However, I waited for 45 minutes past the scheduled pickup time, so I would have appreciated an email or some form of communication if there was going to be a delay. I was left wondering whether they would come or not, and it felt like I was just waiting around...

I had previously experienced parasailing in Okinawa, but the parasailing in Hawaii was on a different scale in terms of scenery and height! Since you don't need to control anything or exert much effort, I especially recommend participating at 150 meters for those who are not particularly anxious.

The weather was great, so I was able to see the ocean stretching to the horizon, the resort area with hotels, and Diamond Head clearly. They picked us up in front of the hotel, and a group of 6 to 8 people boarded the boat, taking turns to fly up into the sky. Once everyone in the group had their experience, we returned to the port and were taken back to the hotel in a shared minibus.

I was able to request in advance to join the same group as acquaintances who were participating at 100 meters, which was helpful. Most of the other participants and the local tour guides spoke mainly in English, so I couldn't catch all the explanations, but they communicated basic instructions in Japanese, like "sign here," "put this on," and "lift your legs," so I didn't feel particularly anxious.

One thing to note is that there was someone from another group who got seasick and looked exhausted at the port, so if you're prone to motion sickness, I recommend taking some medication beforehand. Also, when they asked if it was okay to get wet, if you respond with "okay," they will add an action that submerges you in the water up to your waist, so if you're okay with that, I suggest bringing a bath towel or something light to wear. The shuttle bus has air conditioning, so if you're wet, it can get quite cold. There isn't really a place or timing to change, so having something to wear during the ride would be good.

The duration of the activity is short, and no special preparations are needed, so I especially recommend it for those who are unsure about what to do.

気になることがあるとすれば、他の組の方で船に酔われて港でぐったりされている方がおられたので、気になる方は事前に酔い止め服用がいいかと思います。また、ビショビショオーケー？と聞かれた際、オーケーと答えると腰くらいまで海に浸かるようなアクションを加えてもらえるのですが、その気であればバスタオルか軽く羽織るものを準備するかといいかと思います。送迎のバスはクーラーが効いているので濡れたままだとかなり冷えます。着替えるような場所やタイミングはないので、移動中羽織るくらいのものがあればと思います。

所用時間も短く、事前準備も特に必要ないので何をしようか迷われている方に特にオススメです。

From the pick-up to the parasailing, everything was enjoyable without any issues! I felt reassured when they spoke a little Japanese. I chose the 150m parasailing, and it went really high, offering a fantastic view. We went in the morning and finished by noon, so I think we made good use of our day.

Great cruise if you like sunset!

The boat departed the pier just after the posted time. There’s a cash bar onboard and they have the must-haves there; Mai Tai, pina colada, among others. Buffet was open after the sail went up, about 15 minutes into the cruise. Basic stuff, chicken, rice, egg rolls, but nicely done. It’s mid November so the sunset was about 5:50, and on the one side the setting sun, the other Diamond Head and Waikiki, it really is a very nice setting for photos. The crew was friendly and took good care of us. We turned back after an hour and the last 30 minutes or so you also get the night view of Waikiki as the last light disappeared behind the horizon.
Make sure you take a Dramamine If you get sick on boats, because with all the activities in the area wakes can turn even the calmest sea into a roller coaster, and it was pretty windy that day. Also if you don’t show up on time the driver won’t wait, and you’ll just have to get a taxi or uber to the on-site check-in point.

This is my second time in Hawaii! This time, my wife and I went parasailing for the first time.

We had a great time with two other Japanese couples and a family with a Japanese wife, making a total of four groups.

The pickup was on time and very close to the hotel, which was easy to find.

It was early in the morning in mid-October, but the wind felt nice as we went higher and higher, and my wife and I were super excited to see the boat getting smaller!

The view of Waikiki Beach and the famous hotels from the ocean was truly amazing!

The price was reasonable, but tips are separate, so be sure to prepare for that!

ハワイは2回目！今回は思いきり遊ぶぞということで妻と初パラセーリングでした。

同じ日本人カップル2組と奥様が日本人のご家族と計4組で当日は楽しませてもらいました。

迎えも時間通りにホテルのすぐ近くまで来てくれてわかりやすかったです。

10月の中旬の朝一番からでしたが風も気持ちよくドンドン高くなっていき、ボートが小さくなる姿に妻とテンションマックスになりました！

沖から見るワイキキビーチや有名なホテルの景色も本当に最高でした！

The weather was clear, and I enjoyed the view of Waikiki and Diamond Head from above, experiencing sights that can't be seen from the ground. It felt like I was a bird.

We paired up and had about a 10-minute aerial walk. There wasn't unnecessary conversation, but if you wanted, they offered to take photos and provided a chapon service, which was efficient and nice.

We boarded the boat with six pairs and took turns parasailing, but since there was some waiting time on the boat, I recommend that those who are prone to motion sickness take anti-nausea medication about 30 minutes before boarding.

Since the location was in the developing Ward area, we declined the return shuttle and enjoyed lunch at the newly opened Merriman's in Waikiki before heading back.

On the day of the event, the shuttle was a bit delayed due to road closures. After arriving by bus, we boarded the boat and set off for our destination! However, I got seasick due to the rough waves... I'm not usually prone to motion sickness, but I think taking motion sickness medication is essential.

Since it was a tour with a few groups, we had to wait on the boat until it was our turn. Despite the seasickness, parasailing itself was a lot of fun, and the view from above was spectacular! I've done parasailing a few times, but I think the time spent at the highest altitude was quite long. It was enjoyable!

I was relieved that the pickup would come right to the hotel, but it didn't arrive on time, and we ended up waiting for about 30 minutes before it finally came. We also had to wait about 30 minutes at the dock before we could board the boat and depart. The woman at the reception spoke a little Japanese, but the two men who explained things during the transfer and on the boat didn't seem to speak any Japanese at all, so all the explanations were in English. Besides us, all the other participants were foreigners. The boat can be quite rocky depending on the weather and waves, so those who are prone to seasickness should be cautious. The pickup at 1:15 PM for the 2 PM start was slightly delayed, but they arrived at the designated location. After showing the voucher to a female staff member for confirmation, we boarded a van that could hold about ten people and set off. Upon arriving at the port, we received an explanation that we could also catch our return ride from there (we participated as a group of five, but none of us understood much English). I communicated in broken English that we didn't need a ride back since we wanted to shop at a nearby Patagonia after parasailing, and I handed her a tip (about $5 for the five of us). She kindly suggested that she would take us back after we were done. I think she was a nice person. By the way, the woman who handled the transportation didn't speak Japanese, but the male owner of the shop, whose identity is unclear, was very good at Japanese, and the check-in process went smoothly!

The parasailing was incredibly fun and enjoyable, especially with the good weather! The rope was 150 meters long, and I think the higher you go, the better it feels. When we arrived at the port, I was delighted to see a sea turtle swimming nearby. Although the tip wasn't much, they seemed happy to receive it.

In the end, one participant got seasick and didn't take the return van, but since it was nearby, it wasn't a problem at all. I'm glad I participated!

14時からのスタートで13時15分のピックアップは少しだけ遅れて指定の場所に来てくれました。女性のスタッフにバウチャーを見せて確認後10数人乗りのワゴン車に乗り出発。港に着き帰りの便もここで乗れます的な説明を聞いて(5人で参加しましたが誰も英語はほとんど分かりません(^_^;))パラセーリングの後近くのパタゴニアで買い物したかったので送りは無しでいいですとカタコトの英語でそのことを伝え一応チップを(5人で5ドル程度ですが(^^))その女性に渡したところ終わったら送ってあげるから乗ってきなよ的な事を言ってくれました。いい人だと思います。ちなみに送迎の女性は日本語話せませんがこの店のオーナーさんか不明ですが男性の方は日本語がとても上手な人で受付もスムーズに出来ました！
パラセーリングは天気も良く言うまでもなく最高に楽しいし、気持ちいい！150mのロープ？でしたが高いほうがより気持ちいいと思います。港に着くとウミガメが近くで泳いでいるのが見えて嬉しかったです。チップも多くはありませんが渡すと喜んでもらえました。
結局参加者の一人が船酔いで気分悪くなってしまったため帰りのワゴン車には乗らなかったけど近くなので全然問題なし。参加して良かったと思います！

I took my son, daughter, and my son's two friends on this cruise for my son's birthday and they had a blast! The crew got them sized for their snorkels and fins and they had so much fun swimming with all the fish in the clear water! The kids loved jumping on the inflatable trampoline, going down the slide, and especially loved jumping off the top deck of the boat! They raced each other on kayaks and the stand up paddle boards and had tons of fun. The crew were very accommodating and friendly! They even had snacks and drinks for everyone, which the kids devoured. My kids and my son's friends had a memorable day in the water and I got some great pictures to remember his birthday!
