I only understand a little English, but when it comes to snorkeling, just communicate your fin size in US sizes, and once you're in the water, you can follow the staff without any issues. There were many sea turtles and beautiful fish!

On the boat, just sit back and enjoy without doing anything dangerous! The staff was very kind, providing cold water as a service and being attentive to the passengers, which made the experience very enjoyable.

The meeting place was hard to find, and it took 20 minutes after the meeting time for the guide to finally show up. The guide only provided explanations in English, with no simple Japanese at all. I struggled to get used to putting on the snorkel and couldn't get into the water for a while. The guide mentioned that they couldn't take responsibility for those who couldn't swim, so they advised us not to swim. I think it would have been helpful to have a brief lecture on tips for breathing with the snorkel. Once we set sail, everything went smoothly, and we were able to see sea turtles coming up to the surface multiple times, which was amazing.

-This boat departs from Kewalo Basin Harbor. The parking lot was crowded so Uber/Lyft or taxi is best.
-Bring sunscreen, towel, change of clothes for after

Absolutely LOVED this trip!! We did the 11am-3pm time block and it was perfect. The inside cabin was also air-conditioned. And, yes, the hot tub was perfect too!

We brought our own snacks and drinks since we knew it was a longer 4-hour trip. Snorkel equipment was included for those of us that wanted to snorkel.

The boat was HUGE (74ft!) so we had plenty of space. We brought our own smaller speaker which was great for lounging on the bow of the boat.

I experienced a 2-hour Magic Island tour. I could feel the Hawaiian breeze, and the guides were friendly, which made me very satisfied. The Segway has a pouch, so you can carry valuables and towels. At the end, they also recommended a great lunch spot. Although it was in the morning, I was under the blazing sun for 2 hours, so my hands and arms got really sunburned. Even with sunscreen, I still burned, so I think it's better for sensitive individuals to wear long sleeves.

Definitely 10/10 experience. It was my 2nd time doing it. This time I took my brother and his gf and hopefully next year I get to bring my parents. Food was delicious, staff was flexible and accommodating, views and vibe were great. I noticed the staff is so nice. They don’t rush you to finish your plate. They allow us to be moving/walking around in the boat throughout the whole time even if it makes it a little bit more challenging for them to be able to serve us. Non alcoholic beverages were great. If you like to drink alcohol you can just take a bottle and add your alcohol to their non alcoholic drinks. You won’t regret choosing this one!

It was easier to ride than I expected. After just a few minutes of instruction, we were able to ride and set off with a small group!

Two staff members were assigned to lead and ensure safety, allowing us to move smoothly. The leading staff also took videos and photos of our group with our personal cameras, which was great because it meant we had proper records of our experience, not just riding.

We took various explanations and commemorative photos along the way, and the time flew by.

I still wanted to ride more, so I thought I would like to come back again.

After we finished riding, we were grateful to receive cold drinks and fruit. However, on the final survey form, there was a note about tipping, and some people in our group said they hadn’t been informed about it until the very end. While I understand that tipping is customary in Hawaii, I believe this should be clearly stated somewhere, and the survey form, which seemed to demand a tip of 20-30% of the tour fee like a restaurant, should be revised.

If this information were communicated clearly to customers before they sign up, I don’t think we would have had complaints like those from our group. It’s also important to ensure that the fun mood at the end isn’t dampened.

The tour itself was excellent.

乗り終わったら冷たい飲み物やフルーツも頂き有り難かったですが、最後のアンケートの用紙にチップが記載されており、私以外は団体グループで最後の最後に聞いてないと言う人達がいました、たしかにハワイでのチップはあると思いますが、チップの件はどこかに記載するべきだと思いますし、レストランのようにいきなりツアー料金の20〜30%のチップをよこせと言わんばかりのアンケート用紙も変更した方が良いと思いました。

まずは申し込む前のお客さんにしっかり伝わるようにしていただいていたら、今回の団体さんみたいな苦情までは行かないとは思います、最後の最後に楽しかった気分をかえさないようにするのも必要ですね。

First day in Hawaii. My son and I were looking forward to the Segway tour. The moment I met the person who came to pick us up and greeted them, I had a good feeling that today would be a great day! That feeling was spot on! We got to see the beautiful ocean, and the guide and staff were very kind. The conversations during the Segway ride were really enjoyable, creating wonderful memories. The sunset view was beautiful and the crew was nice, but when I booked a cocktail cruise, I wasn’t expecting a boat full of children. There was a group of over 30 that had around 15 children with them and they took up all of the seating. One spilled a sticky drink down my husband’s leg. I love children, but like I said, I wasn’t expecting it due to the advertisement of this being a cocktail cruise. I will read more carefully before I book a similar cruise in the future.

Even I, who am not good at sports, had a great time riding. The wind felt wonderful, it was the best! It was so much fun, and we had a blast as a family. There’s a Giovanni's in the food court near the Segway shop where we enjoyed garlic shrimp. The area is filled with murals, and we had an efficient and enjoyable half day. Next time, I want to join the morning session.

We had a great view of the sunset. Me and my girlfriend now fiancé and couple friends had a great time. The captain was nice enough to tell us when he would turn the boat around to face the sunset so I can propose. One of the crew member was nice to move someone away in the way of us getting the perfect view and for me to propose towards the end of the boat by the titanic scene. It was hilarious seeing the crew member tell the person that his food is ready and it’s getting cold to get him out of the way. The crew member took a great video for me from the top without even asking. This vacation will be forever be memorable and will be forever grateful to the captain and the crew for making it a perfect romantic proposal in the sunset.
