I rated the company good because one of the passengers scheduled for the shuttle was in the wrong spot so we waited at least 20 minutes for her, then we drove around for ten minutes looking for her. I guess the missing passenger should be rating the company outstanding because we couldn’t leave the airport until we found her. No man left behind!
