Same service as the arrival- very professional, and welcoming driver. We had conversations about Hawaii and traveling- I would request him for all of my trips.

I have used Platinum Limo many times when traveling to Oahu. Their service is consistent, and the recent driver, to/from the Hotel/Airport, was extraordinary. He is very polite, great conversationalist, and he is genuine/sincere. I felt like a VIP with him-

Being greeted at the airport by a delightful Hawaiian with the traditional orchid lay she had made was a perfect start to a much anticipated trip. Our greeter was so friendly and informative. I would recommend this to anyone making a Hawaiian vacation for the first time. We wear our leis to dinner each night and still get comments

Thank you to Veltra for making our trip to Hawaii special. Reservations for leis at the airport and our excursion to Kualoa Ranch was easy to make and worth every penny. I appreciated the call reminders and the help I received on questions regarding reservations.

We were greated as promised with two beautiful fresh lei's and a very polite helpful young girl. She was so pleasant and helped us order a shuttle to our hotel. Our lei lasted nearly 6 days!

Made our arrival to Honolulu as smooth as could be. Driver had wonderful personality we hope to have him on our return to the airport.

I requested a surprise trip to celebrate my mother's birthday. I was very grateful that they kindly agreed to my request to include the message "Happy Birthday" next to her name on the card that would be held at the airport exit. On the day of the arrival, I was excited and nervous, expecting a warm Hawaiian welcome as I exited the airport. However, the person who greeted us was a girl in regular jeans and an aloha shirt. She was cute and very pleasant, but she blended in with the other staff to the point where it was a bit disappointing. That said, she did escort us to the rental car shuttle area, which was very courteous. I feel hesitant to give a low rating, but I believe a more festive welcome would really enhance the Hawaiian experience and boost the excitement. Therefore, I will give it two stars with hopes for improvement in the future.

母の誕生日祝い旅行という事でサプライズでお願いしました。
名前を書いたカードを持って空港の出口で待って頂けるとの事で、事前に“Happy Birthday”とメッセージを名前の横に入れて頂けるお願いした際、快く応じて下さったのはとてもありがたかったです。さて当日、さぞかしハワイらしさ満点のお出迎えかとドキドキして空港の出口を出たのですが、迎えてくれたのは普通のジーンズとアロハシャツを着た女の子―。可愛らしくとても感じは良かったのですが、他の添乗員さんに埋もれて分からないぐらいで、少々物足りない感じで残念でした。とは言え、レンタカーのシャトル乗り場まで見送ってくれたりととても丁寧な対応ではあったので、厳しい☆をつけるのは気が引けるのですが、もう少し華やかにお迎えしてもらえるとハワイ気分満点でテンションも上がると思うので、今後に期待して☆２つとさせて頂きます。

Service average. Paid extra for help with luggage and ended up getting more help from the airport staff. Not worth the extra.

Nice touch to trip/vacation. Gal was very sweet, pleasant, happy. Took our picture, walked us to baggage claim, chatted, smiled, answered our questions...

I paid 80 dollars for some one to hand me a lei and piece of paper and just walk off. Not worth the money at all

The lei was beautiful and lasted a full 11 days until we through them into to the sea with thoughts to return again to Hawaii's tropical paradise.

Wonderful welcome to Hawaii! Very refreshing after the long flight and they were very helpful in helping us locate our transport and even offering to carry our bags!

The driver was waiting right outside the gate and was very welcoming! As he drove us to our hotel he pointed out landmarks and told us a lot about Hawaii, giving us tips on things to do and places to visit.

A great start to our trip! I would definaetly use this company again.

I have to say first that the honeymoon leis were stunning. The entire week I've been in Hawaii, I haven't seen any as nice as the ones I bought here. However, keep in mind that, depending on the time of your flight, you might not actually be greeted at the airport. And that information isn't given out until AFTER you purchase it. My plane arrived at 6:55 am, so they dropped it off at my hotel instead. I still got the flowers, but it just kinda ruined the greeting experience I was hoping for.

Greeted with professional driver, helped with luggage, and drove us to our hotel explaining some of the island to us. Excellent service, professional and dependable. Will use again

Purchased leis in advance of our trip to Honolulu. The representative met us at the gate with a clearly legible sign, two beautiful leis, and was very kind and professional. Highly recommend !

We arranged for a lei greeting at Honolulu airport - unfortunately, our flight from San Francisco was canceled. In the rush to get onto the next flight (which was within an hour of our cancelation) we forgot to inform Veltra about our flight change. When we landed in Honolulu (around 11 pm) we left a voice mail at their office - the next day they called me and then delivered 3 beautiful and fresh orchid leis (nicely packaged) to our hotel. They went above and beyond to help start a GREAT vacation. Thank you!

I arranged for Platinum Limousine to take my mother, who's 82 and uses a cane or walker, from a hotel in Waikiki to the Honolulu airport. My mother was anxious and nervous about traveling alone. Platinum did a GREAT job of easing her anxiety - they took care of everything and helped her every step of the way (luggage, bag inspection, getting checked in and a wheelchair at the airport). She was so pleased and thankful for how well they took care of her. Thank you!

Fantastic service! Fast, courteous and super friendly. This is a must use for anyone wanting a comfortable ride to/from the airport to your hotel. Will DEFINATELY use again.

We were confused when we landed but with the help from Veltra we got straightened out. We were at the wrong meeting point but our driver found us. The cars were spacious, quiet and the drivers were professional and on time. So why the hate? I didn't want to leave.

Amazing! Driver was courteous and made sure we saw him. He tracked our flight and saw our delay and waited for us. Car was clean and comfortable. Really enjoyed the trip. We will absolutely use this company again. Highly recommend them!

What a great welcoming and aloha spirit experience. The young lady was most charming, gracious and informative about the whole Hawai'i experience. Answered questions and made recommendations as to sites and luau experiences I wished to take in. One great experience, something I would recommend Hawai'i travelers put their memories list!
