I called to change the date the day before, but I couldn't understand Japanese, and the local staff hung up on me. When I arrived on-site and explained to the staff, they kindly agreed to provide transportation, but other staff members were complaining. It made me feel very uncomfortable.

前日分日にち変更の電話を入れたけど日本語が分からず現地の方に電話を切られた。変更出来ないまま現地へ行きスタッフに説明したら快く送迎をOKしてくれたけど他のスタッフが文句を言っていた。とても気分が悪かった。

It was a shuttle service from the hotel to the airport. When we arrived at the airport, people were getting off the bus one after another, and while I was waiting for my luggage from the back, someone said in English, "This is not the place, get on the bus." When I got on the bus, there were still two people sitting inside, and I mistakenly thought everyone was getting off here. The driver kindly informed us where to get off, which was very helpful. I felt a bit embarrassed to learn that the drop-off points inside Honolulu Airport vary depending on the destination, but it was nice to have such kindness and not get lost. I would definitely like to use this service again when I come to Honolulu.

ホテルから空港までの送迎でした。空港に着き続々とバスに乗ってた方が降りていき、後ろからの荷物を待ってると「ここじゃない、バスに乗って」と英語で…バスに乗ると二人乗ったままの人がいて、皆ここで降りるのかと勘違いしてました。運転手さんが降りる所を教えてくれて助かりました。ホノルル空港は行き先に寄って空港内の降りるところが違うんだと、ちょっと恥ずかしい思いしましたが親切で迷子にならず良かったです。又ホノルルに来た時は是非、利用したいです。

I had a flight at 10:20 AM, and my pickup was scheduled for 6:35 AM. I was waiting in front of the hotel 10 minutes early, but the pickup didn't arrive until 6:50 AM! Other customers were angry. Even though my hotel was the first pickup, there was no apology for the delay, and we didn't leave until 7:00 AM because they were confirming a customer who wasn't even on the pickup list. That confirmation took a long time. Because of this significant delay, I arrived at the airport three hours before my flight, which I thought was an early pickup. It was early in the morning, and having to wait made me decide that I will never use this service again. Taking a taxi would have been a more efficient use of my time. When I checked Uber during the wait, I found that it was cheaper. I wish I had done my research properly... I wanted to relax more at the hotel. The enjoyment of my trip was halved on the way back home. I will not use Roberts Hawaii again.

10時20分のフライトでピックアップは6時35分で10分前にはホテル前で待機していました。しかしお迎えが来たのは6時50分！他のお客さん怒っていました。私のホテルが最初のピックアップで遅れて来てもお詫びもなく、しかもお迎えリストにないお客さんの確認で出発したのは7時でした。その確認も時間がかかりました。その大遅刻があって空港には出発の3時間前に着き、早いお迎えだったと思います。朝早い上に待たされてもう二度と利用しません。タクシーの方が有効に時間を使えます。待ち時間にuber調べたらuberの方が安かったです。ちゃんと検索しておけばよかった… もっとホテルでゆっくりしたかったです。帰国路で旅の快感が半減しました。もうロバーツハワイは利用しません。

I waited for about 5 to 10 minutes in front of the hotel, but considering the traffic situation, I think it was within the expected range. The drive to the airport left me feeling exhausted and a bit lonely, but the shuttle service was fine. I would like to use it again for my next tour without shuttle service. Thank you very much.

ホテル前で５～１０分程度待ちましたが交通事情なども考えると想定範囲内だと思います。空港までのドライブはさみしさと疲れでぐったりしてしまいましたが、送迎サービスは問題ありませんでした。次回も送迎なしツアーの時は利用したいと思います。ありがとうございました。

A few minutes after arriving at the meeting point, a Japanese-speaking staff member came to guide us. We waited a few minutes for the car to arrive, but there were no issues, and we were taken to the hotel without any problems. The driver was cheerful, and we enjoyed a pleasant drive to the hotel. I would like to use this service again for future tours without transportation included.

集合場所に到着して数分後、日本語を話す担当者の方がいらっしゃって案内をしてくれました。
車が来て乗車するまでも数分待ちましたが問題なく乗車してホテルまで送ってもらいました。
ドライバーさんは陽気な方で和やかな雰囲気でホテルまでのドライブを楽しむ事が出来ました。次回も送迎がないツアーで行く場合は利用したいと思います。

I used this service to get from the hotel to the airport. Not just Mr. Roberts, but I was surprised at how punctual the shuttle service for optional tours in Honolulu was. Even at 5 AM, they were waiting for me before the scheduled pickup time, calling my name and greeting me at the meeting point. I easily made it to the terminal at Honolulu Airport after informing them of my airline. I was a bit worried about whether they would actually show up so early in the morning, but I felt very reassured and was able to move smoothly.

ホテルから空港までに利用。ロバーツさんに限らずですが、ホノルルではオプションツアーの送迎の時間がピッタリで驚くなか、朝５時台であっても予定ピックアップ時間前から待っててくださり、待っている場所で名前を呼んで声をかけてくださりました。航空会社を告げてすんなりホノルル空港のターミナルまで行けました。朝早くだと本当に来るかなーという心配もある中、とても安心してスムーズに移動できました。

Even with the kiosks at Honolulu Airport's immigration, it still remains extremely crowded... I feel like it was better two years ago when there were no kiosks.

After getting off the plane, more than an hour passed, and even though it was an hour past the pickup time, they waited at the desk and quickly sent a car to take me to my hotel in Waikiki.

I was surprised that a large bus came for just a few people, but the smooth transfer was really helpful.

ホノルル空港のイミグレーションにキオスク端末を置くようになっても激混みなのは変わりませんね…。端末がなかった２年前の方がまだマシだった気もします…。
そして航空機から降りて１時間以上が経過し、ピックアップ時間を１時間過ぎてもきちんとデスクで待ってくださり、すぐに車が来てワイキキのホテルまで送迎してくださりました。
数名に対して大きなバスがきて驚きましたが…スムーズに送迎くださりとっても助かりました。

They come to pick you up at the hotel, which is convenient. The driver only spoke English, so our group, along with other Japanese travelers, made a few mistakes getting off at the airport, but he corrected us each time, which was helpful. However, the inside of the car was extremely cold, even though it was still dark outside.

ホテルまでピックアップしに来てくれるし楽です。運転手は英語のみだったので私達を含めほかの日本人のグループも空港で何度か間違えて降りてしまうという失敗がありましたが、その都度正してくれたので助かりました。ただ車内はまだ夜も明けきらないのにクーラーガンガンでものすごく寒かったです。

I met the staff right on time for the pickup and was guided to the bus, but we didn't depart for quite a while. I waited for about 30 minutes, and finally, a group of Koreans boarded, and we finally set off. The price is low, so I guess it's to be expected, but it was disappointing.

ピックアップ時間ちょうどにスタッフに会い、バスに案内されたのですがなかなか出発しない。３０分くらい待たされて、韓国人の集団が乗り込みやっと出発しました。値段が安いので仕方のないところもありますが、残念でした。

This was my third time using the service. Usually, there is a wait time, but this time we departed immediately after pickup, which was smooth. Since it was a large bus for two groups, it was comfortable. I will use it again.

いつもは待ち時間があったのですが、今回はピックアップ後すぐに出発で、スムーズでした。二組の送迎で大きなバスだったので、快適でした。また利用させていただきます。

It was my first time using the service, and I was impressed by the wonderful support I received while waiting at the pickup location ahead of time! Moreover, it was a private experience due to the timing. I will definitely use it again next time.

Due to the long wait at immigration, I finally met the staff from Roberts Taxi and felt relieved. I apologized for the delay, but the staff member responded with a sulky attitude, saying, "You made us wait quite a bit!" followed by the rough way they draped the lanyard around my neck, which felt very empty. It was the start of my trip, and my spirits were dampened. Additionally, the driver, possibly rushed for time, drove dangerously fast. I was disappointed, especially since I had high expectations based on the overall positive reviews. I hope improvements are made by the time I use the service again.

入国審査に時間が掛かったためロバーツタクシーの係員の方にやっと会え安堵。
時間が掛かったことを詫びましたが係員の方はムスッとした態度で「かなり待ったんですけどね！」と放たれた一言に続き、乱暴に首に掛けられたレイがとても虚しかったです。
旅の始まりなのにテンションが下がりました。
そして時間に追われていたのかどんどん加速する危険なドライバー。
総合評価が高かったので期待していただけに残念です。
次回の利用時までに改善されている事を期待します。

There were not many people, and due to the restrictions on the hotel, there was no inconvenience with the timing! I would like to use it again!!

人も少なくまわるホテルも制限がある関係で、時間に不便さはありませんでした！

I stayed at the Moana Surfrider, and the bus arrived at 8:10 for an 8:35 pickup. The female driver called my name before I even had to show my voucher, which was a relief. I only had to share the ride with a family from abroad, and we went straight to the airport without wandering around to pick up other hotels. We arrived a bit too early, but there was no lengthy explanation during the tour, and I was able to line up for check-in right away. I've visited Honolulu many times, and this was a very comfortable start to my journey home. I would like to use this service again.

モアナサーフライダー宿泊でしたが、８：３５お迎えに対し、８：１０にはバスが到着していました。女性のドライバーでバウチャー見せる前に名前を呼ばれ一安心。あと外国の方の家族と共に乗車するのみで、ほかのホテルをうろうろピックアップすることもなく空港まで直行。いささか早く付きすぎましたが、ツアー利用時のだらだら説明もなくすぐにチェックインの列に並べました。ホノルルは何度も訪れていますが非常に快適な帰国の旅路の始まりでした。またお世話になりたいと思います。

I always request a pickup from Roberts Hawaii at the airport. Last time, I was a bit anxious because I couldn't find them right away at the exit, but this time they were holding a sign with the company name, which made it easy to find them. The driver was very friendly and chatted with us until we arrived at the hotel. I was disappointed that I couldn't speak English, but the other guests seemed to be having a great time.

空港で迎えをいつもこちらのロバーツハワイさんでお願いしています。前回少し出口のところですぐわからなかったので不安でしたが、今回は会社名の名前を持って待ってて下さっていたので、わかりやすかったです。ホテルに到着するまでは運転手の方が楽しくお話をして下さっていました。私は英語ができませんので残念でしたが、他のお客さんたちはとっても楽しそうでした。

I reserved the shuttle service since I was going home alone. It was almost on time, and there were no issues at all. I would like to use it again.

ほぼ時間通りだし、何の問題もなかった。

Clear pricing with tips included. There was a sense of security with a major company, and everything was fine. If I had to say something, the air conditioning in the car was quite strong, so it might be better to have a jacket. That said, it's just under 30 minutes, so it's bearable.

チップ込みで明瞭会計。
大手の会社で安心感もあり何も問題ありませんでした。
強いて言うなら、車内の冷房がかなり効いているので上着があった方がいいかもです。
とはいえ30分弱なので我慢できますが(^-^)

About five minutes after the promised time, the driver came to pick us up, which made me a little anxious, but the driver was smiling and very pleasant, which put me at ease. It seemed that he couldn't speak any Japanese. There were no other Japanese passengers besides us, but the atmosphere was friendly and enjoyable.

I made a request through Veltra, but perhaps because it was a late-night flight, the pickup was 6 hours before the flight. I waited at the airport for 5 hours... Since the stores at the airport are closed during late-night flights, it felt like a waste of time.

The person who picked me up was very friendly, and we had a great time chatting.

ベルトラさんでリクエストを出していただいたのですが、深夜便だった為か、フライトの6時間前のピックアップでした。
空港で5時間待った…深夜便は空港のお店もしまっているので、時間が無駄でした。

送迎してくれた方はとても気さくで、色々なお話をしてくれて楽しかったです。

After a very nice spring break trip for my daughter and her friend, we took a limo back to the airport. It was a great experience and the driver was on time and pleasant.

I rented a Limo for my daughter and her friend (and myself of course). They had a blast playing with the lights and listening to their music. It made the long ride enjoyable. The driver was very helpful.

The ride was a great experience for my Husband and I. The driver was very helpful and courteous. Our plan was a little late and the driver waited and made sure he found us. The car was clean and we arrive promptly to our hotel.

I participated alone, but despite being a shared ride, they arrived right on time, and the price was quite reasonable. I was very satisfied. I would like to use their service again if the opportunity arises.

This was my first solo trip without using a travel agency, but the booking was easy, and the transportation on-site was smooth, allowing me to travel without any worries. If I have the chance, I will use it again.

今回は初めて旅行会社を利用しないひとり旅でしたが予約も簡単、現地での送迎もスムーズで全く不安を感じる事なく旅行が出来ました。

I was able to board smoothly without any issues. The driver only spoke English, but he asked for my airline and dropped me off at the entrance nearby. If I had to express a little dissatisfaction, it was that my flight was at 9:20, and the pickup was at 5:30, which was quite early.

There was only one other passenger, and we arrived at the airport before 6:30, which was a bit early.

When I arrived in Hawaii (domestic flight), I spoke to a staff member from Roberts Hawaii who was there to greet me, but they informed me that it was "reservation only" and introduced me to another shuttle service. That option was inexpensive at $10 per person (no tip) to Waikiki, but for the return trip, it required a "reservation by phone at least one day in advance," so I chose Roberts Hawaii, which left a "record" online. They arrived on time and responded quickly. Since my hotel was near Kapiolani Park, we stopped at other hotels before heading to the airport, where we were dropped off with customers from the mainland who were on Hawaiian Airlines. It would have been nice to have an explanation since the distinction between domestic and international flights was unclear. The total of $16 per person, including tip, felt a bit high.

ハワイに着いた時（国内線）に、迎えに来ているロバーツ・ハワイスタッフの方に声をかけさせてもらいましたが「予約のみ」ということで、他のシャトル外車を紹介してくれました。そちらの方はワイキキまで一人１０ドル（チップなし）で安かったのですが、帰りは「１日前までに電話で予約」だったのでネットで「証拠」が残るロバーツ・ハワイにしました。時間通りに迎えにきていただいてスピーディに対応、カピオラニ公園近くのホテルだったので他のホテルを回って空港へ、ハワイアンエアで同乗していたメインランドからのお客様と共に降ろされました。国内線と国際線がわかりにくかったので説明あれば嬉しかったです。チップ込み一人１６ドルは安心両込？少し高く感じました。

There are several companies that offer shuttle services, but I believe Roberts is the only one that operates 24 hours. Most of the drivers do not speak Japanese, but since they only take you to the airport, it's usually not a problem even if you don't understand English. For those who do speak English, it's enjoyable to communicate casually with the drivers.

シャトルサービスを行なっている会社はいくつかありますが、24時間対応はロバーツさんだけだと思います。ドライバーさんは日本語が喋れない(分からない)方がほぼですが、空港まで送って頂くだけなので通常は英語が分からない人でも問題ありません。
英語が分かる方は気さくにドライバーさんとコミュニケーションが取れるので楽しいですよ。
