It seems that I almost missed the pickup due to the hotel checkout being right on time, but when I hurriedly called, the receptionist arranged for the driver to come back. The bus was mostly filled with Western travelers, and it was at full capacity. I imagine it was challenging for them to handle the sudden situation and explain things to other guests, but the driver was very kind and made various considerations while saying, "I'm sorry." I truly felt relieved and am very grateful. While American service can often feel quite dry, this company has a long history of dealing with Japanese travelers, so I felt a very Japanese spirit of hospitality.

ホテルのチェックアウトが時間ギリギリでピックアップとすれ違ってしまったようですが、焦って電話したところ再度戻ってきてくれるように受付の方が手配してくれました。バスは欧米の方がほとんどでしたが満席状態、順番にホテルを回っていたとのことで急な対応や他のお客さんへの説明も大変だったと思いますが、運転手さんも優しい方で、ごめんねーと言いながら色々気遣ってくださいました。本当にホッとしましたし、ありがたい限りです。アメリカのサービスは往々にしてドライと感じることも多いですが、日本旅行者との付き合いも長いので、すごく日本的なサービス精神を感じさせる会社さんです。

Horrible service! She was rude and very disrecpectful. Service Dec.12/2021 6pm. She changed the times of my pick up three times and got mad at me for it and called me a lair. I ended up calling a TAXI. I will be making a dispute with my credit card provider

Professional, affordable, timely. Everything I wanted from a shuttle.

It was very having the experience. My family was very excited. It is was our first time in Hawaii and this was a great experience.

I used VELTRA for transportation to and from Honolulu Airport. BOTH directions were wonderful. When I came in, I went to the wrong pickup location at the airport. When I called to let them know that the van wasn't there, they just said to stay where I was and they radioed the driver and he drove to where I was to pick me up. Totally my mess up.

On the return to the airport 5 days later, the Van was right on time for pickup in front of the hotel. The driver was great. Wouldn't let me lift my luggage. He had a great personality and great knowledge of the islands. We also only made 4 stops to pick up other people. Most of the other companies make 5 or 6 stops.

I will definitely use them again, and I highly recommend them for all transportation needs.

I was anxious because I couldn't speak English, but as soon as I exited the airport, I was able to check in at a yellow counter where they assisted me in Japanese. It was written that I should make a phone call, but I was flustered because I couldn't do it well, so I was relieved. The driver spoke English, but he was polite and that was great.

英語が話せず不安だったのですが、空港出てすぐにある黄色いカウンターにて日本語で受け付けしてくれました。電話をするように書いてあったのですが、うまくかけられなくて焦ったので安心しました。ドライバーさんは英語でしたがら丁寧でよかったです。

I highly recommend this service!! It was the biggest smile I've seen on my husband in a long time! It was our 30 year anniversary Hawaiian trip and after that long flight, it was delightful to get a true Hawaiian greeting!! The young lady was gracious and very informative! She directed us straight to the shuttle service send took several pictures for our memory book. The flowers lasted 5 days and kept our condo smelling like a sunny floral garden.

The driver was early which was nice. He talked with each passenger as they got onboard. It wasn’t too bad.

Our driver was a wonderful person. Very friendly and gave us a run down on how things worked here. We look forward to using them again.

There was a desk located just outside the airport, which was easy to find. The shuttle pickup area was also nearby, so I hardly had to walk, and the wait time was about 10 minutes. The driver was friendly, and the experience was comfortable.

空港を出てからすぐの場所にデスクがあり、分かりやすかったです。シャトルが来る場所も近くてほとんど歩かず、待ち時間も10分程でした。ドライバーさんも感じが良くて、快適でした。

I was told in an email to call after arriving at the airport, but I couldn't get through. While I was lost, I spotted a Roberts Hawaii vehicle and, upon speaking to them, I learned that they were checking in at that location.

空港に到着後に電話するようにとメールで言われており、電話をしたがつながらず、迷っているとロバーツハワイの車を発見し話しかけたところ、その場所で受付をしていたと聞かされた。

It was stated that I could contact them in Japanese with a phone number, but no matter how many times I called, I couldn't get through. When I finally did get through, a staff member who couldn't speak Japanese answered, and I felt anxious because I couldn't communicate in English.

日本語で連絡ができると電話番号が記載されていましたが、何度かけても電話が繋がらずやっと繋がったと思いましたが日本語が話せないスタッフが出て英語が通じず不安な思いをしました。

I had family members flying to Honolulu for first time back in 2019 and found I could have them receive Lei's as the came off the plane. I thought that sounded like a great greeting to Hawaii for the first time.

My family members loved it so much. I found out they were going to go back to Honolulu again because they fell in love with Hawaii. This time there was going to be a total of 5 family members traveling. I got them all Lei's.

Because of Covid, this time the greeters could not meet my family members at the gate when they deplaned. Everyone in my family still loved getting the Lei's when they reached the baggage claim area.

So be it a gift for yourself or family or friends, I highly recommend a Welcome Flower Lei Greeting at the airport.

I received a call from the Japanese staff the evening before. Charlie Taxi was arranged and arrived to pick me up about 7 minutes before the scheduled time. I felt very secure using their service. I think it would be smoother to register a mobile number that can communicate or, if using the hotel phone, to provide the room number when making a reservation.

前日の夕方に日本語スタッフさんからTELがあります。
チャーリータクシーが手配され、約束の時間の7分前に迎えに来てくれました。
とても安心して利用できました。
予約の際には通じる携帯か、ホテルのTELの場合は部屋番号を登録しておくとスムーズだと思います。

After exiting with the orange tape for pre-clearance, I was welcomed with a board that had my name on it, and after confirmation, the staff guided me to the pickup area. In reality, a Charlie Taxi was arranged, and I was the only passenger! I arrived at the hotel in about 20 minutes. I believe the attentive service is due to the impact of COVID-19, but I can only express my gratitude for the pleasant service during such difficult circumstances.

プレクリアランスのオレンジテープを巻いて出口を出たら、
名前の書かれたボードで迎えてくださり、確認後はスタッフが乗り場まで案内してくれました。
実際はチャーリータクシーが手配されて、乗客は私一人！
20分ほどでホテルに到着しました。
至れり尽くせりのサービスは、コロナのせいだと思いますが、
大変な状況の中で気持ちの良いサービスで感謝しかありません。

I felt safe even during COVID-19. I was very worried about the transportation between the airport and the hotel in Hawaii, where there were no Japanese tourists at all, but I was able to relax because they were very kind and accommodating. I definitely want to use this service again, and I look forward to it in the future.

コロナでも安心できました。日本人観光客が全くいない状態のハワイで空港とホテルの移動がとても心配が多かったのですが、とても親切に対応してくださいましたので安心して過ごすことができました。またぜひ利用したいと思いますこれからもよろしくお願いします。

Everyone was very kind and helpful. I was a bit worried about the airport and hotel transfers due to COVID-19, but I was able to complete the transfers without any issues. Since there were no Japanese customers due to the impact of COVID-19, it was a private transfer, which made it very comfortable!

I was one of their giveaway winners, and everything was so perfect! The Lei and the Haku were shipped to utah from Hawaii, and they were so fresh and lasted a long time! And the staff was so nice and sweet! I can’t thank them enough!

I used the hotel to the airport on my return day. There was a parade in Waikiki that day, and I had to wait for over 30 minutes, which made me anxious about whether I would make it in time.

当日はワイキキでパレードがあったこともありますが30分以上待ち、間に合うかハラハラしました。

The lei was beautiful and fragrant, and brought us back to our trip there in February. The order process was simple and very quick delivery!! We were very happy with everything and will order this again.

After arriving in Honolulu, we had some time before the afternoon check-in at the condominium, so we chose to stop by Ala Moana Center for some shopping reconnaissance. The lounge was very convenient as they stored our family's four suitcases. It was just before the COVID-19 outbreak, so there were fewer tourists, allowing us to relax comfortably. We had lunch at the food court in the center and coincidentally got to see a hula dance performance, which really got us into the Honolulu spirit from day one. The friendly lounge staff and the cheerful shuttle bus driver were also highlights. I highly recommend it!

ホノルル到着後、コンドミニアムの午後のチェックインタイムまで時間が空くので、ショッピングの下見も兼ねて、アラモアナ・センターへ立ち寄るコースを選択しました。ラウンジでは家族4名のスーツケースを預かって頂け、とても便利。ちょうどコロナ感染拡大前で旅行客が減少してきたころだったので、ゆったり過ごさせて頂きました。センターのフードコートで昼食を取り、偶然センター内のフラダンスステージも見学できたので、初日からホノルル気分が盛り上がりました。フレンドリーなラウンジ係員の方、シャトルバスの陽気なドライバーさんもポイントが高かったです。お薦めです！

Last weekend I was supposed to walk across the stage and get my degree from the University of Hawaii, but due to the current situation in the world, my graduation ceremony was cancelled. I know this loss is minute compared to the big issue at hand, but I was still bummed to not be able to celebrate all of my hard work from the past 4 years! This lei completely made up for it, and it made me feel special and loved! Without this lei, it would've just felt like an ordinary Saturday. This gift materialized the fact that I was actually graduating! If you want to truly share aloha, a lei is the perfect way to brighten someone's day and make them feel beautiful.

After arriving at the airport, I was able to go through immigration smoothly, so I arrived at the meeting point early. Since there was some waiting time until the bus arrived, it would have been even better if that waiting time had been a little shorter. It was good for the price.

Thanks to the quarantine I wasn't able to celebrate my 30th birthday, but my wife made sure I had a good day. Not only did she cook a steak dinner and order the present at the top of my wish list, she also had a fresh lei sent all the way from Hawaii.

I was a little confused when the box arrived because normally I'm the one who orders flowers. Now, I usually don't wear flowers, but after living in Hawaii for a couple years I learned that receiving a lei is an honor and a special gift.

We were both pleasantly surprised that the flowers were in such good condition after being shipped all the way from Hawaii to the East coast.

We're so happy with the delivery and lei that we want to order some for our moms for Mother's Day!

My husband recently celebrated his 30th birthday, and like many people whose plans have changed due to COVID-19, we had to cancel our celebration plans. Though I ordered a nice birthday present and made his dinner of choice, I wanted to do something extra, something that would remind him of a place that is special to both of us.

We got engaged and married in Hawaii and have many special memories there, so for his birthday I thought it would be nice to order a fresh Hawaiian lei. Honestly it was just as much for me as it was for him. Since we’ve been quarantined somewhere cold, all I’ve been thinking about is the warm Hawaiian air and tropical waters.

When the lei arrived, my husband was touched and appreciative but he knew it meant more to me; he’s not a flower kind of guy. So after presenting him with the lei and taking some pictures, he let me hang the lei so we could both enjoy the fresh flowers.

The booking process was simple and I received my tracking number when the delivery was shipped. The lei arrived exactly when it was supposed to and the flowers were in perfect condition. Not a single petal had fallen off. Now I just need to order one for my mom for Mother's Day!

Since check-in at the hotel was after 3 PM, I stopped by the lounge at Ala Moana Center, where I was able to leave my luggage and wander around for about three hours without any bags, which made me feel like I gained an extra day. The KCC Farmers Market on Saturday was suddenly canceled due to the COVID-19 situation, but aside from that, I had a fun eight days shopping and exploring. I've been here about seven times since my honeymoon 40 years ago, but this time I spent my time using TheBus and walking instead of renting a car. On the way back, I also used the shuttle service to the airport.

ホテルのチェエクインが15時以降だったので、途中のアラモアナ・センターのラウンジに立ち寄り荷物を預けて手ぶらで３時間位ブラブラ出来たので１日得したような気がしました。土曜日のKCCファーマーズマーケットは新型コロナウイルス騒ぎで突如中止でしたが、それ以外は買い物などで楽しい８日間を過ごせました。４０年前の新婚旅行以来７回ほど来ていますが、今回はレンタカーを借りずにTheBusと歩きで過ごしました。帰りもシャトルサービスで空港までお世話になりました。

The airport was very crowded the year before last, and I was kept waiting until the last minute for my flight, which was quite nerve-wracking. Last year, I was picked up right in front of the hotel, and the road to the airport was smooth, which was great. I had requested the same service this year, but due to the impact of the coronavirus, it was canceled, and I am very sorry about that. I look forward to your assistance next year as well.
