1. Change of pickup location
- The operating company should have known about this at the time of booking or at least two weeks in advance.
- If there was a possibility of changing the pickup location, it would have been disappointing to not be able to book with a company that guarantees the original pickup location.
- I can't help but wonder if this is a company that only accepts bookings and informs customers later.

2. Incorrect meeting time when notified of the change in pickup location
- I received a message from VeLTRA the night before, but it would have been critical if I had not been able to get in touch.

3. The pickup vehicle was one hour late

　　　　・迎え場所が変更になる可能性があるなら
　　　　　迎え場所が変更にならない催行会社を事前に探して
　　　　　予約できたため残念。
　　　　　※予約だけ受け付けて、後で知らせればよい程度の
　　　　　　レベルの催行会社なのでは？と疑いたくなる。

２．迎え場所の変更時連絡があった歳、集合時刻の間違い
　　　　前日夜にＶｅＬＴＲＡから連絡があったが
　　　　もし連絡が取り合えなかったら致命的。

３．迎え車が遅刻　１時間
　　　　・歩道での集合のため、立ちっぱなしで１時間。

　　　　・渋滞のためと言っていたが、当方、直前にレンタカーを
　　　　　返却しているため集合時刻時点では、普段通りの
　　　　　道路状況を確認していたのにも関わらず１時間遅れ。

　　　　・フライトに間に合わない可能性もあった
　　　　　何故なら、たまたま催行会社の別の車のドライバーと
　　　　　会話できて、催行会社に無線連絡してくれて
　　　　　理由は不明だが、急遽、そのドライバーの車に乗れたが
　　　　　その車に乗れなかったらと思うと恐ろしい。

４．迎え車の遅刻に対して一切の連絡なし
　　　　・１０分たっても迎えの車が来ないため、こちらから
　　　　　現地連絡先へ電話したところ、５分で到着するとの由
　　　　　結果５分経過しても迎えの車は来なかった。

　　　　・更に１０分経過後、再度、こちらから電話した所
　　　　　確認して折り返すとの由
　　　　　結果、１時間たっても一切の連絡なし。

I sometimes use HIS, but I have mostly relied on this service for early morning flights on my return. Although Japanese is not spoken, I can use it without much English. The drivers are very kind and carry heavy luggage to the trunk without a hint of displeasure. The bus was so large that we couldn't reach the entrance of the Kahala Hotel and were dropped off before that. The bellboy didn't come right away, so we had to pull our heavy trunks up the hill and walk to the hotel. It was disappointing, especially since it was the Kahala Hotel.
