We participated in a tour with six people, including a 2-year-old child and an 87-year-old grandmother. The guide, who spoke Japanese, and the captain were friendly, and since it was a private tour, they let us decide on the timing for snorkeling and paddleboarding based on our pace. Unfortunately, it was after a full moon, and the tide was high, but the adults could enjoy the water at waist height while the child had fun with a float and life jacket.

The 87-year-old grandmother found the sea water cold, so I requested a wetsuit the day before, and they had it ready for her on the day of the tour, which was a great help! They also prepared floats and paddleboards for us, allowing us to play longer than we would have on a shared boat. We took many photos, and they taught us paddleboarding carefully, making it a truly enjoyable experience.

For snorkeling, the captain pulled the child on a boat, and the guide supported those who couldn't swim, so everyone had fun. We saw many sea turtles and fish, which was amazing. The snorkeling was kept short for the child and grandmother, allowing us to enjoy the sea longer, which is a unique advantage of a private tour.

After coming out of the water, it was cold, but they provided warm tea, and for the children who wanted to keep playing, they pulled them on the back of the boat, making it a perfect tour for families with small children and elderly members. They also prepared plenty of snacks and juice, and the child was thrilled with the apples.

The tour flew by, and we chatted a lot with the guide, creating wonderful memories for the whole family. The spam rice balls were also fantastic. The weather and tide are unpredictable, but it was a wonderful tour overall!

I recommend bringing a light jacket because the bus air conditioning is strong, and since it gets cold after being in the sea, it's a good idea to change clothes in the restroom before getting on the bus.

日本語の話せるガイドさんとキャプテンもフレンドリーで貸し切りツアーということでこちらのペースに合わせてシュノーケルとsupなどで遊ぶ時間を相談して決めさせてくれました。
あいにく満月の後で潮が満ちていましたが大人は腰ぐらいの高さで子供は浮き輪とライフジャケットで楽しめました。
87歳のおばあちゃんは海の水が冷たかったので前日にウェットスーツのリクエストを送ったところ当日用意してくださり助かりました！
浮き輪やsupも私達用に用意してもらえて乗合いボートよりも長く遊ぶことができました！
写真もたくさん撮ってもらえてsupも丁寧に教えてもらえたので本当に楽しかったです。
またシュノーケルは子供はボートに乗せてキャプテンが引っ張っていってくれ、泳げない人はガイドさんがサポートしてくれて全員で楽しめてウミガメもたくさん見れて魚も見れたので感動でした。
子どもやおばあちゃんのペースでシュノーケルは短めにしてもらえて長く海で遊べたのも貸し切りツアーならではでした。
海から上がったら寒かったのですが温かいお茶を用意してもらえたり、まだ遊びたい子どもはボートの後ろに乗せて引っ張ってくれたりといたせり尽せりで小さな子ども連れ、高齢者連れには本当におすすめのツアーでした。スナックもジュースもたくさん用意してもらえて子どもはりんごに大喜びでした。
あっという間のツアーでガイドさんともたくさんおしゃべりして家族みんなの素敵な思い出になりました。
スパムおにぎりも最高でした。
天気と潮の満ち引きは運なのでどうすることもできませんがそれを含めて素敵なツアーでした！

バスの冷房が強いので羽織を持ってくことと、帰りは海で冷えて寒いのでバスに乗る前にトイレ等で服を着替えて乗ることをお勧めします！

When looking at activities for our honeymoon, we were definitely looking for an on the water experience. There are lots of options in regards to sunset or fireworks(every friday) but most of them seemed to include having to be on a boat with many other families. While we are not opposed to spending time with strangers and getting to meet people, we really wanted to have a "next level" experience where we had pictures to share and memories to make.

Pau Hana sailing delivered on every single level. Captain Austin made sure our experience was one to remember. He helped us take pictures and was an absolute gem to spend two hours with.

Considering the pricing to be on our own private charter was only slightly more than being on one with tons of other families, there was absolutely no downside. I cannot recommend Pau hana sailing enough.

When we come back for an anniversary we will absolutely be booking again. Mahalo!

Perfect way to end our trip

This was our last night in Hawaii and this was the perfect way to end it. The setup was excellent and very cute. Jenny and Joshua were awesome host. They had everything setup made it really easy to find them. The food was also very good we ate pretty the whole charcuterie board. Overall it was a good experience to do, would recommend it.

We chartered a boat for a family trip with three generations, totaling nine people. We booked the two-hour course, which turned out to be just the right amount of time to relax and enjoy meals on board. However, if you plan to have a longer meal on the boat, a longer course might be better.

We brought takeout food and drinks with us, but there were plenty of utensils provided, and it was helpful that cold drinking water was available. There was also a cooler on board, so we could keep our drinks and fruits chilled. There were two restrooms available, and we were able to bring a stroller on board as well. Although we didn't use it, there was also a microwave (or oven?!) available.

From the boat, you can see Waikiki and Diamond Head. The time spent lying outside while enjoying the panoramic view was absolutely the best!

The boat arrived at the dock about 15 minutes before the departure time. Since there isn't a waiting area like a terminal near the dock, it might be better not to arrive too early.

クーラーボックスも設置されているので、飲み物やフルーツなどは冷やしておくこともできます。
トイレは2か所ありました。
ベビーカーも積み込むことができました。
使用してはいませんが、電子レンジ(オーブン?!)もありました。

船上からはワイキキやダイヤモンドヘッドを見ることができます。
特に屋外で寝転がりながらパノラマビューを見ながら過ごす時間は最高でした!

船は出発時刻の15分くらい前に桟橋にやってきました。
桟橋付近にはターミナルのような待つ場所がないので、あまり早めに行かない方がいいかもしれません。

We got the private boat and did the sandbar tour & I can’t recommend this enough! We played at the sandbar, toured the waters and got to see turtles & manta rays! Captain Jeff was helpful, fun & informative, the snacks were tasty and the boat was clean and in great condition. Do this tour!! You won’t regret it! It was the highlight of our trip and the best excursion I have ever done in Hawaii! My husband enjoyed it so much he wanted to do it again but we couldn’t book during the rest of our stay because they were sold out!.

We encountered various fish and a large sea turtle. My mother, who is in her 90s, also challenged herself to snorkel. The guide pulled her along with a float, so she could comfortably enjoy the underwater view, and she was very happy. Perhaps because it wasn't an early morning plan, the water was a bit murky, but it was great to enjoy ourselves without any worries on a comfortable lounge boat, just our family.

９０代の母もシュノーケルにチャレンジ、ガイドさんが浮き輪を引っ張ってくださったので、安心して海の中を眺めることができ、母も喜んでいました。

The yacht was larger and more beautiful than I expected, and we were able to spend a blissful time (^○^) Masa, who speaks Japanese, and the kind captain Austin prepared plenty of delicious appetizers for us, and I definitely want to use this service again! It was my first time seeing fireworks up so close!!!! Lying on the net at the front of the yacht while feeling the wind was just the best!!!! I already want to go again soon (^○^)

On the last day of our trip, I was moved to tears by a wonderful show that was perfect for concluding our journey. I recommend paying a little extra for seats closer to the front! Although it was quite pricey, it was worth every penny. My mother, who is in her mid-70s, was also deeply impressed.

With the ocean and Diamond Head as a backdrop, the show was based on history and was so moving that even those who aren't fluent in English could appreciate it. The singing and dancing were incredible and truly touched my heart.

The food was plentiful and delicious, but unfortunately, we couldn't finish it all since we don't eat much. The drink tickets included three drinks plus coffee, but we couldn't use all of our drink tickets. Overall, I was very satisfied.

Last year, I learned that there was a luau show at the Royal Hawaiian, and I participated for the first time. I was happy to hear my parents, who have seen various luau shows, say that it was great. I definitely want to repeat this experience when I stay in Waikiki. This time, we entered in time for dinner, but I am also interested in events that teach about Hawaiian culture. Unfortunately, the host of the show speaks in English, so I think there might be parts that are lacking for Japanese guests. I would appreciate any improvement suggestions from Beltora.

My family and I (2 adults, 2 children) had a great time exploring the sandbar and reef area with our captain/tour guide. We learned a lot about the history of the sandbar as well as got to enjoy the water and sandbar area. We got lucky with the weather since it rained earlier in the day. The provided snacks and musubis were excellent. We were sad when it ended, but brought back many memories.

I used a private cruiser.

Captain Masaki was friendly, kind to the children, and very reliable.

I had checked the tide chart in advance, but since it was negative (I thought, maybe the sandbar would be out if we were lucky?), I didn't have high expectations. However, the sandbar appeared beautifully, and everyone was thrilled! It was cold, so I hesitated to get in the water at first, but the captain helped by saying, "I have wetsuits!" which was a great relief. We enjoyed paddleboarding and playing with water guns...

After playing for a while, we went snorkeling, and when the captain said, "Look, there are sea turtles down here," I looked where he pointed and saw a sea turtle. I was moved to see so many sea turtles. The children got to ride on a Zayak, which has a transparent bottom for observing underwater, and the captain pulled them along, so our whole family was able to observe the ocean and see the sea turtles, spending a wonderful time together.

It seems not only the adults but also the children had a great time, as they said, "I want to go to the heavenly sea again!"

Thank you for the wonderful time.

キャプテンのMASAKIさんも気さくで子供にも優しくて頼もしい方でした。

潮位表を事前に見ていましたが、マイナスになっていたから（運が良ければサンドバーが出てるかも？）とそれほど期待せずに行きましたが、しっかりとサンドバーが現れており、皆大喜び！
寒かったので初めは水に入るのを躊躇していたらキャプテンが「ウエットスーツあるよー」と貸してくれたからかなり助かりました。supしたり水鉄砲で遊んだり…
ひとしきり遊んだ後にシュノーケルをしましたが「ここ、ウミガメいるよー下ー」ってキャプテンの言う先を見るとウミガメがいて、たくさんのウミガメを見ることが出来て感動しました。
子供はZAYAKというソリの底面が透明になっていて水の中が観察できるものに乗せてもらってキャプテンがずっと引っ張ってくれたので、家族全員でそれぞれが海の中を観察してウミガメを見られて素晴らしい時間を過ごせました。
大人だけでなく、子供もすごく楽しかったみたいで「また天国の海に行きたーい！」と言っています。

素敵な時間をありがとうございました。

運転手ティムのおしゃべりも楽しかったです。

If you're looking to see a hula show, I had my mind set on the Aha Aina at the Royal Hawaiian. Of course, I signed up for the front row seating plan. Since the price difference between regular and front row seats is minimal, I recommend going for the front row.

The show itself was simply amazing! With mesmerizing dances, comedic performances, passionate dances, and powerful fire dances, there was never a dull moment—it flew by in no time.

The dinner included an appetizer, a main course, and a generous dessert platter, so much that I couldn't finish it all. As expected from the Royal Hawaiian Hotel, everything was delicious. The ticket also included three drink vouchers, so I thoroughly enjoyed Mai Tais, Blue Hawaiis, and Piña Coladas.

I was a bit worried because there were no reviews, but it was such an amazing time that I wondered why there were no reviews! I went in March with 10 colleagues, and the two staff members were fantastic! The party was great, and we even saw whales. We had a truly memorable time!

In March, the evenings and nights in Hawaii can still be a bit chilly, especially when you're out at sea where the wind can be strong. You can swim (there's even a shower!), so I recommend wearing a long-sleeve shirt over your swimsuit that you don't mind getting wet!

We brought our own food and drinks, but everything was provided—plates, cutlery, cups, ice, you name it! They even put our snacks in a basket, making it super cute! One of the staff members spoke a little Japanese too! ❤️

大ベテランのアランさんは程よい距離感で接してくださり、大体の時間は家族だけで自由気ままに過ごせるように計らってくださいました。とはいえ放置されているのではなく、少し肌寒そうにしていた家族にさり気なくウェットスーツを用意してくださり、こちらのちょっとしたリクエストにもすぐに対応してくださいました。
シュノーケリング時は泳ぎの苦手な次女をザヤック（のぞき窓付きボディボード）に載せて曳いていただき、次女も海中を眺めることができました。

この日は潮の流れが少し強く砂が舞ってましたが、家族も無事リーフにたたずむホヌと出会うことができ、喜んでいました。浅いところにいた別のホヌを見せに次女を連れて行っても下さいました。

自然の中でのアクティビティなので天気、海の様子は当日のお楽しみですが、夏季とはまた違った体験ができました。家族一同が大満足の滞在になりました。ありがとうございました！


なお、乗合送迎から自力での現地集合に変更もできます。クルーズ後の予定をワイキキエリアに限らず自由に立てられるので、のどかなウインドワードを引き続き満喫したり、ノースに足を伸ばしたりできますね。レンタカー派の方はご検討されるとよいと思います。
ヨットハーバーの駐車場は早い者勝ち（駐車禁止エリアもあるので注意）のため、ある程度余裕をもってのご到着がベストです。
