We participated as a couple. The scenery was completely different from Honolulu, and even as beginners, we were kindly taught how to snorkel, which was a lot of fun. Above all, our guide Akima's talk was entertaining (laughs). He covered a wide range of topics, from the culture and legends of West Oahu to the flora and fauna of Hawaii, as well as life and money in Hawaii, so we were never bored during the drive. We are a couple celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary, and we truly had a wonderful experience. The staff was kind and humorous, and there was nothing to complain about. The 150 meters was the most enjoyable part.

As expected from a master! We were able to find and meet the turtles. I participated with my spouse and our 10-year-old daughter. The tour was excellent, but the weather was not great, and it was cold, which was a bit of a problem. We couldn't rent wetsuits in advance, and the weather can only be known on the day itself... I hope some measures can be considered for this (at least for the children).

I was torn between the VIP dinner and the buffet dinner, but since there were cocktails available, I opted for this one.

The food was delicious, but I was concerned that the meal was taking a long time to arrive for the table next to me, which made it difficult to enjoy my own meal. By the time the coffee was served, the main course finally arrived, and even though it was about the people next to me, I felt relieved. I think there are many tables, and perhaps the staff didn't notice, but when waiting too long, it's better to check in early.

During the meal, guests from the general seating area entered from the back, above the VIP seats. I was a bit uncomfortable being watched by a large number of people while eating from above. (They might not have been looking, but it was a little unsettling.) I think it would be nice if there were some dividers like shades until the meal is finished. Alternatively, starting the VIP meal earlier could help...

Also, since the seats below the stage are VIP seats, it feels like you're looking up at the show. I found it hard to see certain highlights, like Michael Jackson's feet, because they were blocked by amplifiers and speakers, making it seem easier for those in general seating to see from above.

The food was tasty, and the show itself was enjoyable, but I had concerns about other aspects, so I would rate it three stars.

あまり待たされるときは、早めに確認したほうが良いと思います。

食事の途中で、一般の席の方々がVIP席より後方の上部に入ってきます。
大勢の人たちに、上から食べているのを見られているのが私は気になりました。（見ていないかもしれませんが、ちょっと落ち着きません。）
食事が終わるまで、シェード等で区切ってもらえるといいなと思います。
もしくは、VIPの食事開始を早めるとか。。。

また、ステージから下がった席がVIP席なので、ショーも見上げる感じです。
マイケルジャクソンの足元等、見どころがアンプやスピーカーに遮られて
見えずらかったので、一般席の方が上からで見やすいように思います。

食事もおいしく、ショーそのものも楽しかったですが、そのほかの点が気になりましたので、☆☆☆です。

The location tour was interesting and time passed quickly, but the next jungle tour? The guide was a foreigner and spoke only English. The places we visited felt similar to the location tour. I couldn't understand anything the guide was saying and we just rode around in a truck that had a bit more speed. If I had known the guide would only speak English, I wouldn't have gone.

We wasted about an hour and a half here, and the meal we finally returned to was terrible; it would have been better not to eat at all. The last taste farm had a Japanese guide who was easy to understand, which improved my mood a bit, but we spent almost the entire day going around similar environments and wasted precious time during our stay in Hawaii. I wish the Japanese site had mentioned in the notes that the guide would only speak English.

At first, I was worried that I might not be able to paddle out because the waves were strong and pushing me back as I was trying to get from the river to the sea. However, if you choose the right spot, you can definitely make it out to the open water. It was a lot of fun as we kept moving forward.

On the way, we landed on Flat Island, which had many wild birds that didn't mind having their pictures taken up close, so I could take as many photos as I wanted.

Since the kayak exposes your legs, I recommend applying sunscreen on them as well.

最初、川から海に出るところで波が激しくて押し戻されるため、漕ぎ出せないかもと不安になりましたが、場所を選べばちゃんと沖に出ていくことが出来ました。どんどん進むのでとても楽しかったです。
途中上陸したフラットアイランドには野鳥がたくさんいて、近くで写真を撮っても嫌がらないので、撮り放題でした。

It was a very elegant time, walking slowly along the beach and through the fields for about an hour and a half. I was a bit worried since the explanations were only in English, but the horses were well-trained, so I was able to enjoy myself with peace of mind. Since I didn't have a rental car, I took the bus to Haleiwa and then used Uber from there. Fortunately, there happened to be an Uber nearby both on the way there and back, so I didn't have to wait long, but according to the driver, there usually aren't many Uber cars around this area. Those without a rental car might want to be cautious.

My long-awaited first trip to Hawaii! I went in mid-April. I was able to see a pod of dolphins, sea turtles swimming along the ocean floor, and schools of small fish, which made for an incredibly moving experience in the crystal-clear waters.

As for advice for those who will be participating, I tend to handle the cold well, but if you are sensitive to cold, be sure to bring a larger towel and a jacket, as it can get chilly, especially with the wind while moving on the boat! Also, since mid-April is the end of the rainy season, I was able to take time off work when things were relatively calm to go to Hawaii. If I have the chance again, I would definitely like to go during the dry season next time.

4月中旬に行きました。前日があいにく雨模様だったので、当日雨が降るのが心配でしたが、幸い天気も最後まで崩れる事なく、予定通り？イルカの群れにも海底を泳ぐウミガメにも小さい魚の群れにも会う事ができて透き通るようなきれいな海中もともなって感動の体験でした。
これから参加される方へのアドバイス？ですが、私は寒さには強い方なのですが、寒さに弱い方は、船で移動中は特に風が吹くと寒いので、大きめのタオルとジャケットなど寒さ対策は忘れないように！
あと4月中旬は雨季の終わりという事で、今回も仕事が比較的落ち着いた時にお休みをもらってハワイに行く事ができましたが、もし又機会があれば、今度は是非、乾季に行きたいと思っています。

A Spectacular Night at Rock-A-Hula Dinner & Show!!

Our evening started with a Buffet Dinner that has a very good selection of meat- that includes chicken, pork, beef & catch of the day, veggies, salad, fruits, dessert & drinks. It was a satisfying dinner with fun entertainment from the greeters who also danced before the guests. The staff are so attentive to our needs.
They gave everyone enough time to enjoy the meal before heading indoor to the theater where the show is at. The seating & capacity is a good enough size for everyone to see the entire show without being left out. Plus, the performers engage the audience in their performance which impressed me and my husband a lot & made the whole show extremely fun!
The choice of music, the performers talent (singers & dancers), colorful costumes & all the cast are awesome. Truly a night to remember! We especially enjoyed the Elvis Presley, Michael Jackson impersonators & the Fire dance are the highlight of our evening.
Everyone is just so friendly. We ended the night with good pictures taken with the casts for the meet & greet. Great job to you all & keep it up! We will do it again for sure when we go back.

It was disappointing that the weather was cloudy, but the beach was emerald green and very beautiful. The optional bike rental allows you to visit Lanikai Beach and Kailua Town, providing a lot of freedom to enjoy the day without getting bored!

- Transportation
There is no hotel pickup, so you'll need to arrange your own transportation. From Waikiki, it takes just under two hours by public bus (one way, including transfer time, for $5.50), so it's best to clarify travel times using Google Maps. Don't linger on the way back; after finishing, it's advisable to check the bus schedule on Google Maps before relaxing. Since buses run infrequently, missing one could be quite disappointing. I was fortunate that the bus arrived right on time, but if I had missed it, I would have had to wait an hour.

- Meals
At a local log cabin, there are plenty of options like loco moco, hamburgers, and shrimp rice dishes, and you can eat well for about $15. If you want a change of atmosphere from the city, I recommend eating here.

- Clothing
It's probably best to avoid short-sleeved shirts and sandals. At the very least, you should refrain from wearing sandals. Since you'll be climbing a trail, if you're concerned about insect bites, long sleeves, long pants, and comfortable shoes are advisable. The weather in the jungle can be unpredictable, so having rain gear is a good idea. I used rain gear myself.

- Ziplining
The instructor's explanations are primarily in English. Well, as long as you follow along, you'll be fine. The ziplining experience in such an unusual environment was exhilarating. ホテルのピックアップはなく、独自での移動が必要。
ワイキキから、路線バスで2時間弱(片道、乗継時間含む、5.5ドル)なので、Googleマップで移動時間を明確にした方がよい。
帰りもゆっくりせず、終わったらすぐにGoogleマップで帰りのバスの時間を調べてからくつろぐなどした方がよいですね。

・食事

・服装
半袖短パンサンダルは控えた方が無難かな。
少なくてもサンダルは控えるべき。
登山路みたいなのを登りながらだから、虫刺されも気にするなら、
長袖長ズボン動きやすい靴がよいです。
ジャングルで天候が乱れやすいから、雨具あるとよいです。
自分は雨具使いました。

・ジップライン
インストラクターさんの説明は基本英語。
まぁ、従ってればなんとかなります。
あまり体験出来ない環境でのジップラインは爽快でした。
周囲には多少怖がってるヒトも居ましたが、遊園地のジェットコースターがダイジョブなら平気かなと。

時間に余裕あったり、ハワイの海と買物以外なら、オススメです。

With a total of 5 groups participating, we had to stick together while each of us was flying, but I wish I could have stayed up a little longer. I requested 150m, but since I couldn't tell the difference from the others and we couldn't measure the length ourselves, 90m might be fine as well. In any case, the view is stunning and beautiful!

合計5組の参加で、それぞれが飛んでる間も付き合うから仕方ないんだけど、もう少し長い時間浮いていたかったなと。
150mをお願いしたけど、他のヒト達との違いがわからないのと、長さを自分たちで測れないので、90mでもよいかもしれない。いづれにしても、スカッとキレイな景色が見える！
